Activity: Charades
"It's a plane!"
"No, it's a bird!"
"It's obviously skydiving." Classic Tails explained, "See how frantically he's waving his arms?"
"Oh." Amy realized.
"Actually, that wasn't very obvious." Short Knuckles said. "Plenty of people go skydiving without flailing in panic."
Short Sonic frowned and pointed at the echidna, then at the deck of cards.
"My turn? Fine."
He got up and removed the top card; scanning it's content before tossing it aside. "You ready?"
Not waiting for a response; the echidna launched into a series of motions.
Short Tails fell to his knees with spasms of laughter and Amy couldn't hide a fit of giggles; even Sonic was shaking from silent amusement.
Knuckles was running in a circle; jumping into a ball in the air and uncurling when he landed. Then he stopped, looked at them, and waved a finger.
Short Sonic pointed at himself, still laughing without a sound.
The echidna dropped the charade, "Man, you guys are good."
Amy couldn't stop giggling. "That was the most ridiculous imitation of Sonic I've ever seen."
Tails nudged the pink hedgehog, "You're up, Ames."
"Okay." She selected a card and a new round started.
Hour: One

Currently Watching: First and Xtreme Amy; Rusty, Thorn, and Black Rose
Activity: Makeovers
"Now this is my kind of sleepover." First Amy said as she applied nail polish to Black Rose's nails.
The pirate gasped at her sparkly, blue nails. "So shiny."
"C'mon, Thorn." Xtreme Amy begged her wild alternate; holding out a bottle of green polish.
"I don't want that weird slime on my fingers." Thorn declared.
"Slime!?" Xtreme Amy furiously shouted. "This is nail polish! It makes your nails look pretty! It is not SLIME!"
Thorn huffed, "It looks like slime."
"It's not!"
"What's going on over here?" Boom Amy asked, coming over.
"She thinks nail polish is slime!" Xtreme Amy cried.
"She's freaking out over slime."
"IT'S NOT SLIME!"
"Calm down, Amy." Boom Amy said, putting a hand on her shoulder. "Let's all just take a deep breath, and work this out. Communication is key."
"Sonic said something like that to me, once." Thorn Rose said. "He said it's important to talk about our feelings."
"I am leaving." Rusty Rose said, striding out of the circle.
There was a moment of silence as they watched her go, then all the pink hedgehog's burst into laughter.

Activity: Battleship
"Hmm, D5"
"Dang it!" Xtreme Sonic shouted as he pulled his last ship off the board. "How are you so good at this?"
"I'm in a resistance, remember?" Prince Sonic answered. "I know a thing or two about strategy."
Xtreme Sonic groaned. "That's the 15th time I've lost to you!"
Prince Sonic grinned as an idea struck him. "Maybe we should make the game more interesting."
"How?"
"Me against you and a partner, losers walk out of the circle."
Xtreme Sonic smirked. "You're on!"
He stood up, intending to drag Tails away from his game, but hesitated. If they lost because of his poor skills, his friend would have to leave the circle with him! The blue hedgehog contemplated his options, then made the short journey to the edgy side of the circle.
"Hey Shadow!"
"No." Xtreme Shadow said, answering the unspoken question.
"No?"
"No."
"Why no?"
"I've seen how bad you are at strategy, and I refuse to leave the circle. Go ask Tails."
"I don't want Tails to get kicked out of the circle because of me." Xtreme Sonic explained.
"Too bad."
"Oh c'mon! If we win, you'll be kicking one of us Sonics out of the circle! I'm sure you'd enjoy that."
"And if we lose, we leave the circle."
"Less competitors for your alternates?" Xtreme Sonic tried.
Xtreme Shadow sighed, "You're not gonna leave me alone, are you?"
"Nope!"
The black and red hedgehog growled as he stood up. "If you get me kicked out of the circle..."
"You can punch me in the face." Xtreme Sonic offered.
Prince Sonic raised an eyebrow as his alternate came back with his rival. "Didn't see that team up coming."
The Xtreme Team sat at their board and set up their battleships.
"You first." Prince Sonic gestured at his opponents.
Xtreme Sonic scanned the top if his board, "G6?"
"Miss. D5?"
"Miss." X Sonic breathed in relief. "Umm, A2?"
"Miss."
The Sonics traded coordinates for a few turns, with no hits, then...
"E2." X Shadow said.
Prince raised an eyebrow. "Lucky hit."
X Sonic grinned at his partner, who continued to ignore him.
Prince Sonic contemplated his next move for a moment, before finally deciding on: "I9"
"Miss." X Sonic revealed.
...
The rest of the Shadow crew watched the match in silence, as the Xtreme Team lost a ship, but sunk two of Prince's ships.
"You remember those strategy simulations the government insisted we complete?" First Shadow asked.
"Worth it to see a Sonic get crushed." Electric Shadow nodded.
...
"J10!" Xtreme Sonic shouted in triumph. "That's your final ship, me!"
Prince Sonic took his last pawn off the board, "I was not expecting such a hard match. You're good, Shadow; where was your last pawn?"
The hedgehogs spun their board around to reveal their two ship in the bottom left corner.
Prince Sonic snapped his fingers, "Shoot. Nice spot."
"Heh heh, thanks." Xtreme Sonic answered. "Now, I'm pretty sure we had a deal."
Prince shrugged and stood up, "At least my sibs aren't here to nag on my loss; I'd never hear the end of it."
As he strode to the edge of the circle, he caught the attention of every other mobian in the circle and soon a crowd had formed to watch the hedgehog step out of the competition; including the Chaotix.
Prince Sonic lifted his leg but paused, and let it hover in the air. The Charmy Bees flew around his head. "C'mon Sonic! The 1st hour's almost over."
Prince grinned, stepped back, and activated his guitar. "Today! I am gonna cross the line. Today! Gonna put my bet on Nine. Today! Gonna say goodbye to victory!"
With that; the blue hedgehog backflipped with his guitar, and left the circle. The whole group, inside and outside, cheered for his performance.
"Why is he betting on me?" Nine asked Prime Sonic; who paused mid-clap to answer.
"He probably just needed something to rhyme with."
"Alright!" Boom Vector called out, catching everyone's attention. "Anyone else leaving before we shrink the circle?"
There was a moment of silence as everyone eyed each other; waiting for someone to wimp out.
Boom Shadow stood up and walked through the crowd of mobians, toward the edge of the circle.
"Coward!" Boom Sonic shouted.
Shadow abruptly turned, grabbed Sonic by his necktie, and chaos controlled both of them out of the circle.
Everyone gasped, then some people started laughing.
"Huh." First Vector said. "I did not see that coming."
"Hey! Let go of me!" Boom Sonic shouted, shoving Shadow away. "What'd you do that for!?"
Instead of answering, the dark hedgehog went to stand in a dark corner of the room and continued glaring at everyone.
Once everyone had calmed down, the Espio's brought out a spray can. "How much of the circle do we fill in?"
As much as you want, just don't go too far.
First Espio shook the can then sprayed a line a few feet into the circle. "About this much?"
Sure. I'll fill it in for you.
In the blink of an eye, that part of the circle was filled in.
"Cool!" Lego Sonic complimented.
"What do you guys want to do now?" First Tails asked.
"One sec." Electric Sonic said, as he and Prime Sonic snuck up on one of the sleeping bags. They hoisted it into the air, carried it to the edge and set it down on the line.
Gnarly fell out of the bag in panic. "The trees have caught me!"
"Not quit." Prime Sonic told him.
"Sonic?" He asked. "You're in alliance with the trees!?"
"Um, no."
Electric Sonic stepped up beside his alternate. "We just kicked you out of the circle."
Gnarly looked down at the red spray painted grass under him. "AAH! The circles closing in to eat us!"
"No, it's nothing like that." Prime Sonic tried to tell him, but the echidna had already run off with his sleeping bag.
"Maybe it's a good thing we made him leave the circle." Electric Sonic said. Prime Sonic nodded his agreement.
"Now that that's done." First Amy said. "How about we play some truth or dare for a couple hours."
"Yeah, no." X Sonic said. "I remember the last time I played truth or dare."
"It's not a request, it's a demand." X Amy answered. "Either you play with us, or we kick you out of the circle and you can join the others."
Everyone turned to look at the group outside the circle. They actually seemed pretty happy; playing video games on a large screen. Even Boom Sonic had gotten over his loss. Still, losing was losing.
"Alright, let's get this over with." First Sonic relented, gesturing to the others.
"Even you, Shadow." Boom Amy told the silent group.
"So how are we doing this?" X Tails asked as all 32 mobians retrieved sleeping bags and huddled in a large circle in the middle of the...circle.
First Amy pulled out a bottle and set it in the middle of the circle. "Spin the bottle, and ask whoever it's pointing at when it falls; truth or dare."
"And if you refuse to answer the question or do the dare, you leave the circle." X Amy finished.
"Alright, who wants to go first?" First Knuckles asked.
"Aye do!" Black Rose volunteered. She moved to the middle of the circle and spun the bottle. It fell toward Lego Shadow.
"Great." The hedgehog said sarcastically.
"Truth or dare?" The pirate asked excitedly.
"Dare."
"Hmm, I dare ye to...move next to yer Sonic."
Lego Shadow huffed as he stood up, "Fine."
"Don't be like that." Lego Sonic said as his rival sat next to him. "At least she didn't ask you to sit by those two."
He gestured at Electric and Prime Sonic, who were plotting dares and funny questions.
Shadow didn't answer, he just spun the bottle. "Thorn, truth or dare?"
She contemplated this then decided on, "Dare."
"I dare you to throw your hammer at that faker over there." He nodded to Boom Shadow, who was still lurking in a corner.
"Gladly. Hya!" She threw her weapon as hard as she could at the black hedgehog, who ducked just in time.
"I'll get you for that, fool!"
The whole crowd laughed at his reaction as Thorn took her turn in the center. It spun to Classic Sonic. "Um, truth or dare?"
The short hedgehog held up one finger.
"Uh, one?" Thorn Rose asked in confusion.
"He'll take the first option." Short Tails explained. "Truth."
"Oh, okay. Why are you so silent?"
Classic Sonic shook his head.
"You refuse to answer that?" Lego Amy asked.
He nodded, then ran and jumped out of the circle.
"Aw," Classic Amy sighed. "I didn't get a shot with him."
"What do you mean by that?" Classic Knuckles asked.
The young Amy stiffened as she remembered what her and the other girls had agreed on earlier...
...
"So what's your plan with the bottle?" Xtreme Amy asked First Amy.
"Do you know that game where you have to kiss whoever the bottle points to?"
The other Amy's started giggling at the thought.
"We're gonna play with the Sonic's?" Lego Amy asked.
"They'd never agree to that, though." Boom Amy said in thought. "Your Sonic's seem very intent on hiding their true feelings."
"We could play truth or dare with the whole group." Short Amy suggested. "And question the Sonics about their true feelings, or dare them to kiss us!"
"What if they refuse the dare?" First Amy asked.
"Just asking them their feelings, or daring them to kiss you would probably give you all the answer you need in their reactions." Boom Amy said.
"Then let's do it!" X Amy enthusiastically said.
...
"Nothing important." Short Amy answered.
"Who goes now?" Thorn asked.
"I'll go!" Classic Tails volunteered, reaching his hand out to twirl the bottle. "Lego me, truth or dare?"
"Truth."
"What is the coolest thing you've invented?"
"Ooh, that's a tough one. I'm gonna go with the new Tornado. I met Sonic through the old one, after all."
"Nice choice."
Lego Tails took his turn. "Truth or dare, Short Knuckles?"
The echidna scowled at the nickname. "Dare."
"I dare you to walk around the very edge of this circle."
"Okay." He stood up, but hadn't even taken a step before the Lego Fox added.
"On your hands."
"Oooo." The Sonics chorused.
A bit less certain, the young Knuckles started his journey with his hands planted firmly on the ground. He didn't make it far, due to the hyper bees, who'd decided to fly really fast right over him with a board in their hands.
"Whoa!" He flopped down on the spray painted grass. "Charmy!"
"Oops, sorry Knuckles." The bees jinxed.
"What are you guys doing with that board?" Xtreme Sonic in suspicion.
"We were just going to take it over-Whoops!" Xtreme Charmy exclaimed as they dropped the board on X Knuckles head.
"Gah! Are you kidding me!?"
"Fly for it!" First Charmy told his alternate. The two took off, chased by Xtreme Knuckles.
Everyone watched the scene in silence.
"Well," X Tails said. "I guess that's another echidna gone."
"I'll go!" First Amy eagerly volunteered. She looked a little disappointed when the bottle chose First Tails as the next victim. "Truth or dare, Tails?"
"Dare." The brave fox chose.
The pink hedgehog thought for a moment, "I dare you to take me back to the Starfall Islands sometime to visit the koco."
The fox smiled. "Sure Amy."
"Spin that bottle, Tails!" First Sonic encouraged.
"Truth or dare, Lego Amy?"
"Hmm, truth."
"Which is cuter; Flickies or Chao?"
"The Chao, obviously! You could've picked a better question than that."
First Tails rubbed the back of his head, "I couldn't think of anything."
"It's okay Tails." She grinned wildly as the bottle landed in the direction of Lego Sonic.
The blue hedgehog gulped, "Oh no."
"Truth or dare, Sonic?"
"Um," He shot a 'Please help me' glare to Tails, then chose, "Truth."
The pink hedgehog smiled at him, "What are your true feelings towards me?"
Nearly everyone coughed to hide their laughter; except the Sonics who looked really embarrassed, and the Amy's who were waiting eagerly for his answer.
"Uuuuuuhhhhh." Lego Sonic gaped, his face red. "I honestly feel like you should banish me from the circle right now."
The lego hedgehog ran as fast as he could out of the competition and claimed a remote to join the Smash Bros tournament.
"Sonic!" Lego Amy shouted; enraged. "You just unwittingly answered my question!"
"Okaaay." Electric Sonic turned to First Sonic. "Is this really what Amy's like?"
"In the beginning, yes. She matures...eventually."
"I'm getting bored of this." Boom Tails told the group. "We should play something else."
"No wait!" Prime Sonic quickly spun the bottle toward Prime Shadow. "Shadow, choose truth!"
"Why?"
"You never told me how you're, well, you. Unlike all the rest of my friends."
"I chased you up the temple mountain and into the cave, right as you shattered the prism. So I used the chaos emerald to teleport out. But when I reappeared..."
"You were here with us?"
"No, I was stuck in the void."
"Oh."
X Amy flipped the bottle at Xtreme Sonic, "Sonic, truth or dare?"
"Dare...?" He hesitantly asked, braced to run out of the circle.
"I dare you to take me on a date." repercussions
Knowing the repercussions if he refused, X Sonic reluctantly agreed. Xtreme Amy squealed and started hugging her alternates; who were very excited for her.
"Well, if we're choosing whoever we want, now." Electric Sonic tossed the bottle to Electric Shadow. "Why are your quills so weird?"
"Excuse me!?"
"It looks like you gelled your spines up with hair gel. I did that once; it was fun. I think I have the pictures somewhere in here." The blue hedgehog took a phone out of his quills; but a green spear suddenly flew through it. "Are you kidding me! How am I supposed to explain this to Tom and Maddie?"
"Learn to keep your mouth shut, you rat."
"Rat! Would that make you a rat to, faker!?"
"Faker?! I think you're the fake hedgehog around here. You're comparing yourself to me? Ha! You're not even good enough to be my fake."
"I'll make you eat those words!" Electric Sonic lunged at the black hedgehog.
"You won't even get the chance!" Shadow charged at his rival.
A brawl cloud was kicked up around them, which looked strange considering their animation. First Sonic and Shadow smirked at each other in amusement; talk about deja vu.
"Okay guys." Boom Amy soothed. "We shouldn't be fighting like this, break it up."
Her interference was too little, too late; the hedgehog's had already barreled out of the circle.
"Wow." First Sonic said, "That was awesome."
I perfect end to another hour.
"Wait! It hasn't been an hour!" Classic Tails protested as another part of the circle was filled in. "I don't think it's even been half an hour!"
I'm speeding up time, cause this isn't entertaining.
"Not entertaining!" Prime Sonic shouted. "Did you stick us in here to be entertaining, or to test your room?"
Then test my room.
"Okay, ummm...dance off!" Prime Sonic shouted. A disco ball appeared on the ceiling, the floor started turning different colors, and Just Dance appeared on a screen behind them.
"Sonic!" Everyone shouted at him.
"Oh c'mon! It'll be a fun way to eliminate some people. We dance til there's only, hmmm, 17 people left."
"Yeah, no." Renegade Knux shook his head and walked toward the edge of the line. "I don't dance. Who's coming with me?"
All the Shadows drew the line at a dance off, along with First Knuckles.
"Alright, then. Let's make it 10 instead."
...
Hour: Three
Contestants left: 20
Currently Watching: Prime, First, and Xtreme Sonic; Boom and Underground Knuckles; Nine and Sails; Electric, Boom, First, Xtreme, Lego, and Classic Tails; Black Rose and Thorn Rose; Boom, First, Xtreme, Lego and Classic Amy.
Activity: Just Dance
"And a one and a two!" Prince Sonic shouted from outside the ring. He clicked a button on a remote and the songs started shuffling.
"AAAHHH!" All the Amy's squealed. "'One thing' by One Direction!"
"Sonic!" Xtreme Amy shouted. "You can be my partner!"
"Oh. Great." Xtreme Sonic said with a strained smile.
*Play the Just Dance video*
*After the song*
"Who's out?" Lego Tails asked.
"Um, it looks like you and Classic Tails lost this round." Boom Amy said, reading the results on the screen. "Sorry."
"It's okay, we're not great dancers." Short Tails assured her.
"Next round!" First Amy shouted.
"Prince Ali!" Boom Sonic started laughing, "I guess we're doing groups of four."
"But we have 18 people in here!" Lego Amy protested.
"I'll leave." Thorn volunteered.
"Me to." Sails agreed.
"Yeah! Groups of four, people!" Prime Sonic joined up with his other two alternates and Nine.
*Prince Ali!*
*End Prince Ali!"
The last of the Knuckles are leaving! Along with Black Rose and Lego Amy.
"I knew this was a bad group!" Lego Amy complained.
"Hey, cheer up!" Boom Knuckles told her. "We're still in the losers competition!"
"Do a couple single dances." Electric Tails told the puppeteer.
"Whoo!" Xtreme Sonic cried when the screen showed the next song. "Can't Stop the Feeling!"
After that came Teenage Dream, much to the Amy's delight again.
Classic Amy and Electric Tails left the circle.
"That was epic!" Prime Sonic exclaimed.
"Wicked!" The Vector's agreed.
"What now?" Nine asked, enjoying himself.
Let's see if you can get on a safe spot before the circle fills all the way in.
"What!?" X Amy shouted.
5...
Plastic pads appeared all over the field in the circle.
4...
"Get to a pad!" First Tails cried.
3...
The Sonics and Tails all reached a pad.
2...1!
First Amy didn't make it in time. "Shoot!" She said as red and white covered the grass underneath her.
"Don't worry, Ames." First Sonic assured her. "I'll win it for you."
...
Hour: Four-five
Contestants left: 9
Currently Watching: Prime, First, and Xtreme Sonic; Nine; Boom, First, and Xtreme Tails; Boom Amy and Xtreme Amy
Activity: Standing on a pad for an hour straight
The Chaotix started roaming around the contestants. (Dun dun dun :)
"Psst, Tails." Xtreme Vector whispered to Boom Tails. "The puppeteer agreed to let us bribe you out with anything we could come up with, so..."
"So?"
"How would you like to have your Tornado back the next time this room shifts?"
"Seriously!" Boom and X Tails shouted. (Cause apparently the other fox had been listening)
"Yeah seriously." First Vector answered.
They both stepped off the plastic instantly and joined the rest of the loser group; who'd gone back to playing Just Dance.
Nine huffed and muttered, "Cowards. I don't know how Sonic can compare me to them."
Said Sonic was balancing on one foot on a dare from First Sonic. "C'mon, c'mon; whoaa!"
He fell with a thump to the floor. "Aw, man."
"That's what you get from accepting a dare from yourself." Prime Shadow told him.
"Oh, shut up."
Nine rolled his eyes, but smiled. Once this was all over, they could got back to reality and start their new life in the Grim. Even Shadow could come, if he wanted. It'd be perfect; a clean slate.
The Charmy's sought out their next victim, which happened to be the last two Amy's. "Hey Amy!"
"We're not leaving." Xtreme Amy told them.
"No we wanted to tell you that your shoe's untied." First Charmy said.
"It is?" She looked down at her shoes, but lost her balance with the motion and sat down hard on the red circle. "Charmy!"
"AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!" The bees cried as they flew away from the enraged, hammer wielding lunatic.
The last two Sonics watched them go by. "At least she's not aiming at me this time." X Sonic said.
Last 5 competitors!
"WHOOO!" The last five cheered.
Which means it's time for this contest to get even harder.
"How can it get harder!?" First Sonic asked.
I'm sic'ing the losers on you. The last mobian who hasn't been tagged, wins.
The competitors stared in horror at the 36 losers, who smiled wickedly back at them.
Hour: Six
Contestants left: 5
Currently Watching: First and Xtreme Sonic, Nine, First Tails, and Boom Amy
Activity: Tag!
Ready...Set...Go!
The five took off; dodging the outstretched hands of their friends.
First and Xtreme Sonic ran from their alternates and rivals. Tails was chased in the air by the other foxes. Amy avoided an avalanche of hammers.
Nine was the only one who didn't run very far. He quickly realized he wouldn't be a target if he was on the offense; so he slashed his tails at anyone who came near, chasing them off.
It was over quickly. First and Xtreme Sonic were tackled by their rivals, Boom Amy got smacked by a hammer, allowing Thorn to catch up and tag her, even Tails was overwhelmed by his alternates.
Hedgehog's and echidna's, we have our winner: Nine!"
The fox looked up at his name, "I won?"
Prime Sonic ran up to his friend and high-fived him. "You did it little buddy!"
"Looks like I rhymed correctly." Prince Sonic joked.
Nine smiled at his friend; but something kept bothering him whenever Sonic called him that...
The celebration didn't last long; the Amy's insisted that a sleepover should be fun, but also include sleeping.
So everyone settled down in sleeping bags, and soon the room was quiet except for the snores of Boom Knuckles.
Then an evil chuckle filled the air. Rest up, mobians; the real tests will begin tomorrow.
...
Sonic: I wimped out on this contest. There were so many people to eliminate! And too many activities! And...and... *Sigh*
Sonic: I'm the fastest thing alive, and this chapter would've taken too long to write if I hadn't shortened it and skimped on details.
TeamSSSFan: Don't worry about it. By the way, you've got something in the mail.
Sonic: Really? Sweet! Gotta go readers! See you in the maze! And I promise, It'll be better and funnier than this chapter.
