Regarding the CMFU

Hey friends! So it's been awhile. A long while. And those of you still sticking around might be wondering if I will ever post the last chapter of Hunted or finish the rest of the books in the series as promised. The answer, unfortunately, is probably not. Life has gotten vastly more complicated and busy, and between working at home full time, raising a two-year-old and all the normal adulting things, I don't have much time to write. And when I do have time, I've been devoting it to working on my original novels, which I am hoping to get published, either through traditional means or self publishing. I will definitely update on here if I ever do, in case any of you are interested!

That being said, one of you lovely readers reached out to me on Instagram requesting more reading material, and while I don't have anything published and can't finish anymore CMFU titles at the moment, I do have many scenes for the future novels written and just sitting in Google Docs collecting cobwebs. Some of them are my favorite things I've ever written fanfic-wise, and it makes me sad thinking I won't be able to share them with you, as I was incredibly excited to do so. I asked said reader what she thought of me posting those scenes here on along with summaries and notes of what I had planned for the future books, just to give you guys some new material and a taste of what I would have written for you if I had the time, and she said yes!

So, this is what I'm thinking. This will be the last "chapter" of Hunted, as I never got around to writing the wedding. (I KNOW IT BREAKS MY HEART TOOOOOO). I will start a new "book" in the series, title to be determined, where I will map out the best I can of what I had planned for the rest of the series. It'll be a mix of notes, vague summaries, (plenty of plot holes since I never finished outlining any of them lol), and whole chapters and scenes that I wrote when I was inspired. That way if any of you are wondering what was going to happen or miss the series, you at least get a little bit of closure? And if a miracle happens and I actually get to come back and really write these things, then I can still do so. :)

That's the plan. I'm sorry I can't do more! I really wish I could! I miss it and miss all of you so much. If any of you are still hanging around, leave a comment below telling me your thoughts and if this sounds appealing at all to you! I miss the old Marvel days, and sometimes when my husband and I watch one of the earlier films I feel that spark to come back to this, but alas, there is just no time anymore.

Also, shoutout to Heroes21, whose fangirling message not only made my day, but gave me the nudge I needed to do this, which I've been thinking about for awhile!
