The episode starts off in the Harris apartment where the gang is watching an old All That episode from the original series and not the 2019 reboot
"This show was so funny." Tori says
"I wonder if that Penelope girl ever met Amanda." Cat said
"It never came across to me that they were played by the same person." Trina say
"I wish this show would come back." Robbie said
"Uh dude where the hell have you been?" Jade asked
"This show came back in 2019." Beck says
"Oh well then how come there haven't been any new episodes since then?" Robbie asked
"Because it got canceled back in 2020 after one season and thirty four episodes because of Covid." Trina replied
"The last episode aired back on December 17, 2020." Sinjin says
"And there are no signs of it returning." Cat said
"Covid ruined everything." Robbie says
"Ain't that the truth." André says
Cat's phone is ringing
"Oh hey Nona what's up?" Cat asked
"Cat I got bad news! Elderly Acres is closing." Nona replies
"WHAT?!" Cat yelled
"I need you down here now!" Nona yelled
"Okay I'll be there soon." Cat said and hangs up
"Uh is everything okay, Cat?" Tori asked
"No my Nona's elderly home is getting shut down?" Cat replies
"They finally got out of business?" Jade asked
"What's going to happen to everyone that lives there?" Trina asks
"I don't know but I need to head down there. Come Robbie." Cat said
"Kay Kay." Robbie says
Cat and Robbie walk out the door
"Should we go with or should we stay here?" Sinjin asked
"This episode is getting good." Tori said
"Uh you know this was made in 2000 right?" André asks
Lizzy starts crying
"Guess the baby is up." Beck said
"Well go change it!" Trina yelled
"Hey don't talk to my husband like that! But seriously go change her!" Jade yells
Cat and Robbie drive to Elderly Acres where a closing sign is seen where the elderly are packing as the two walk in and approach Nona
"Hi Nona." Cat said
"So it's true huh?" Robbie asked
"This is so sad. I had a lot of fun living here for 10 years." Nona says
"Well why is it getting shut down?" Cat asked
"I have no idea but now I have no place to go." Nona replies
"Oh why don't you move in with us?" Robbie asked
"But aren't Beck and Jade still living with you guys?" Nona asks
"No they finally moved into their own apartment so they have more space for their baby." Cat replied
"Here we can help you load up your stuff in our car." Robbie says
"Thanks Rob." Nona said
Flip scene to where Nona is at the Los Angeles Tipton Hotel in Cat and Robbie's apartment
"It was nice to let your Nona stay with you guys." Trina says
"This place is looking a lot better now." Nona said
"Hey it's not our fault!" Jade yelled
"I promise I won't get in your way." Nona said
Two days go by as Beck and Jade are feeding their kid
"So what's it like being parents?" Nona asked
"Uh alright I guess." Jade replied
"Don't forget to pat her back." Nona said
"We know what to do. We've been doing this for 6 months." Beck says
"Why are you using a bottle?" Nona asked
"I don't want my boobs getting sore while they are being sucked." Jade replied
"I remember when Cat was a baby. She was so cute. I got pics if you want to see them." Nona said only to see Beck and Jade have walked away
Flip scene to where Tori, André, Trina and Sinjin are playing GTA when Nona walks in on them
"Uh don't you knock?" Tori asked
"I just wanted to see what you were all doing." Nona replies
"Well we're playing Grand Theft Auto 5." Trina said
"Are you sure that's safe to play?" Nona asked
"You know we're in our late 20's right?" André asked
"And she and I are 30." Sinjin replies
"Back in my day we would always go outside to play." Nona said
"Well this ain't the old days anymore. It's 2023." Trina said
"Do you want to hear a story about where I went to my first baseball game?" Nona asked
"Hey who wants to go to Nozu?" Tori asked
The others walk out
"It's not that bad." Nona said
Meanwhile Cat and Robbie are cleaning up their apartment
"Cat is it me or is your Nona driving everyone crazy?" Robbie asked
"Like everyone is avoiding her?" Cat asks
"Exactly." Robbie replied
"At least she's out right now." Cat said
In the lobby the others walk in where London is in the lobby
"There you guys are." London said
"Oh hey Miss Tipton." Trina says
"Cat's Nona is driving us crazy." Jade said
"She tried telling me how to do my job. Anyways did you hear my daddy is building a new mall here in Los Angeles?" London asked
"Why is he building a new mall?" Sinjin asked
"He didn't say but he's turning this building into a mall." London said and takes out a pic of an elderly home
"Hold up what building is that?" Tori asked
"Some elderly place called Elderly Acres." London replied
The others have shocked reactions
"Uh London that building is where Cat's Nona lives." André says
"What?!" London asked
"You need to tell your dad to build that mall somewhere else!" Beck yelled
"My dad will never listen to me." London said
"Well you got to try!" Trina yelled
"What do you want me to do? Find a way to stop him from destroying Cat's grandma's elderly home?" London asked
"I think we made it clear." Trina said
"Okay I'll talk to him." London says
"We should probably go tell Cat this." Tori said
"Yeah no dip Tori!" Jade yelled as the gang walks off
"Why would my dad turn an elderly home into a mall without any hesitation?" London asks
Flip scene to where Cat and Robbie are being told about the situation
"Mr. Tipton is turning Elderly Acres into a mall?!" Cat yelled
"Can he even do that?" Robbie asked
"I guess he can." Trina replies
"So what are you going to do?" Sinjin asks
"We're going to find a way to stop Mr. Tipton from building that mall and to get Elderly Acres back so Nona can stop driving you all crazy!" Cat yelled as part one comes to an end
