The story begins with the gang decorating their apartment as Mr. Moseby is getting a visit from his mother
"Hurry she'll be here any minute." Mr. Moseby says
"How excited are you to see your mother?" Maddie asked
"What do you mean?" Mr. Moseby asked
"Well this is the first time you've seen your mother in like forever." Cody says
"Don't you feel nervous?" Bailey asked
"Now I do." Mr. Moseby replies
"Relax I'm sure she will totally understand that you had to spend most of your life raising London." Zack says
London soon walks in with a lady
"Moseby you got a visitor." London says
"Well hello son." Mrs. Moseby said
"Hello mother." Mr. Moseby says
"Wow I did not expect your mom to look like that." Maddie says
"I haven't seen you since you've been taking care of that girl for many years." Mrs. Moseby said
"It's not my fault daddy was too busy to raise me." London said
"She needed a father figure so I raised her as one of my own." Mr. Moseby says
"Mrs. Moseby can I offer you some tea?" Bailey asked
"I can get it myself honey." Mrs. Moseby says
"This is going great so far." Zack said
Flip scene to where the Moseby family are drinking tea and eating sandwiches
"So how was the flight from Boston?" Cody asked
"It took me 24 hours to get here because it kept getting delayed." Mrs. Moseby said
"So how come we have never seen you before?" Maddie asked
"Yeah tell me Marion. Why have these people never seen me before?" Mrs. Moseby asks
"Well uh I didn't want you getting involved in these two's shanagins." Mr. Moseby replied
"Oh I'm sure whatever they did, it didn't cause any harm." Mrs. Moseby said
"Actually we did do a lot of stuff over the years we spent with Moseby." Zack says
"What can you say we're trouble makers." Cody said
"Even our kids take after you two." Bailey says
"Wait you have kids? Well where are they?" Mrs. Moseby asked
"Out with their friends for a convention." Bailey replied
"Marion could I talk to you out in the hall? In private?" Mrs. Moseby asked
"Uh I guess." Mr. Moseby replies
They step out into the hallway
"Oh he's gonna get it." Zack said
Outside the hallway
"So how much longer are you going to keep working for the Tipton?" Mrs. Moseby asked
"I'm just looking out for London." Mr. Moseby replied
"She's 32 now. You can't spend your whole life with her." Mrs. Moseby says
"I know but what if something terrible happens to her. It's not like her dad was ever there to take care of her." Mr. Moseby said
"She has her friends to look after. Come on it's time to come home to Boston." Mrs. Moseby says
"Okay well I'll go break the news." Mr. Moseby said
They walk back in
"Everyone in the living room now!" Mrs. Moseby yelled
Zack, Cody, Maddie, Bailey and London sit down on the couch
"What's going on here?" Maddie asked
"It wasn't us!" Zack and Cody said
"Okay here it goes. Guys as of today I am officially stepping down from the Tipton business." Mr. Moseby says
"He's coming back home with me." Mrs. Moseby said
London sceams very loud and faints
"She didn't handle it well." Zack said as the episode concludes
