Alternate universe story. No science fiction, no virtual reality games. Kirito is just a normal, teenage boy who finds himself in a school full of hotties and slowly builds his harem. My first harem fic is a masterpiece to behold. Starts out as T rated in the first chapter, but that will change in the second one!

Climbing Aincrad was a daunting proposition, even on its own without the threat of death hanging above. Add to that murderers, spiraling mysteries on the horizon, and more personal struggles than anyone could ever ask for… there was a hell of a challenge in store for Rei and the others. Very short Kirito x Philia story, kind of. After SAO ended, Kazuto and Kotone go to a cafe, but this is basically Kirito's inner reflections mixed with observations.

We all know the story how Kayaba Akihiko trapped 10,000 players in Sword Art Online and how Kirito made friends along the journey to end the death game. But have you thought how would it go if Kirito met two oddly (and unpleasantly, in his opinion) familiar people on the launch day? Will they still find the will to survive and brave Aincrad or…? Kirito, Asuna, Jaymes, and Koharu continue their progression up the lower levels of Aincrad and embark on the Elf War Campaign with their new friend Kizmel. Up ahead lies three new levels, more fighting between the DKB and ALS, a new party member from Asuna's past, a dangerous enemy of the elves, and a rising of players that seek to make death part of the game.

Complete summary in the first chapter, but in short, the story parallels the War of Underworld anime, here, you will see how Kirito and Alice could have been given the romance I wanted them to enjoy, but without changing the general structure of the original story. I hope I can provide as much emotional depth as possible and show the beauty of AlicexKirito.

Sinon had faced many horrors in her time in Gun Gale Online: slavers, raiders, mutants, blood machines, and transhuman warriors. But turning into a cat was a new one. Why does she continue playing this stupid game? It also didn't help that Kirito kept scratching her ears. (KiriSinon)
