Chapter 14

Anti-Matter Universe / Dawn of Time

As the blinding yellow light faded from around them, all the heroes found themselves in some sort of barren, rocky, desert-like place with a light bluish tint that eerily reminded Clark, Kara K, Ollie, and Lois of their universe's Phantom Zone. Before they could fully take in their new surroundings, many of the heroes noticed, to their astonishment, that they felt much better, much stronger, and much more powerful all of a sudden. Lena looked down at the stone in the place of her heart, noticing that the bright green glow of kryptonite had been replaced by a glow of yellow cosmic energy, while Mick saw his hands erupt in flames, to his surprise and delight.

"Beautiful!" Mick exclaimed.

Amazo explained that he had augmented everyone's powers, physical strength, and weapons beyond their normal limits and removed any weaknesses that they had to provide them all with a greater fighting chance against the Anti-Monitor and his forces. All the Kryptonians, the Martian Manhunters, the Wonder Women, the wielders of Shazam's powers, the Aquamen, the Cyborgs, and everyone else who had immense strength were now twice as strong, while all the humans and meta-humans that didn't already have super-strength were now ten times stronger than their normal levels. The speedsters were now twice as fast and the constructs of the Green Lanterns were now four times more powerful.

No more than forty seconds after Amazo and all the heroes had arrived, a vast army of Manhunters, Shadow Demons, and Parademons suddenly appeared from all directions. Just as everyone was about to leap into action, Amazo levitated in the midst of the enemy horde and sent out an omnidirectional burst of cosmic energy that disintegrated more than half of the enemies.

"Are the rest of us even needed for this?" Booster Gold voiced the question that he and some of the other heroes were thinking.

"Good question," Stargirl said.

Amazo raised his hands, unleashing two more powerful bursts of energy that took out almost the rest of the Manhunters, Shadow Demons, and Parademons, while Clark, Superman, Kal-El, and Kara D destroyed the last of them with their heat vision, which were now infused with the cosmic energy that Amazo had imbued them all with.

"That was super-easy," Ralph noted.

"Don't celebrate just yet," Oliver stated. "We still need to take out the main enemy."

Then an anti-matter wave appeared in the air and descended to the ground about fifty feet away from the assembled heroes before forming into a gargantuan shape that materialized into the Anti-Monitor, who was now over three hundred feet tall!

"Is that…" Barry-Red trailed off as he and the other heroes, including those who had already encountered the giant cosmic being on Earth-192, were struck with utter horror.

"The Anti-Monitor," Clark announced in realization.

"He's grown even bigger," Kal-El noted.

Behind the Anti-Monitor, each in a flash of light, appeared Lex-21, Lex-38, Lex-78, Lex-192, Vandal Savage (who was inside his thirty-foot-tall robot armor), Regime Superman, Regime Wonder Woman, Thawne, Reverse-Flash, Zoom, Godspeed, Zod-21, Zod-38, Zod-50, Earth-193 Slade, and Earth-113 Bruce Wayne.

"Slade," Robin snarled at the sight of his arch-nemesis.

"Not surprised he's working with that monster too," Cyborg said in disgust.

Bruce glared upon noticing his Joker-like doppelganger.

Also appearing were several dozen beings with reddish-pink skin, most of whom had ridge-like markings on their bald heads and were each clad in a gold and black armored uniform with a cannon on one arm, while some of them had a full head of hair and were shirtless with black pants, a golden arm cannon, and black markings on their bodies.

"Monitors," Clark noted with a gulp as he and some of the other Earth-21 heroes recognized the beings due to the appearance of Ray-Lan in their world months ago.

"Those beings look quite similar to Mar Novu," Shayera pointed out.

"I wonder if there's any connection," Flash said.

Next to appear were roughly two dozen gray statue-like stone creatures with glowing yellow eyes who stood approximately fifty feet tall, as well as a practically endless wave of Shadow Demons, along with more Manhunters and Parademons.

Welcome to the anti-matter universe! Welcome to your doom! The Anti-Monitor boomed in his deep, menacing voice. I suspected you all would come here. From the moment of your arrival, you have sealed your own fates! After ten-thousand years, I shall be victorious! This is the day that all of existence will be recreated in my own image!

"That's not gonna happen!" Clark declared angrily as he and all the other heroes glared hatefully at their gigantic enemy.

"Because we won't allow it!" Superman stated in the same angry tone.

"We're gonna do whatever it takes to stop you," Barry-Red said.

"All of you," Kal-El added.

"You have failed this Multiverse!" Oliver exclaimed, angrily. "For that, you will pay because failure is not an option! Neither is losing!"

"What he said!" Ollie agreed with his counterpart.

"This will be the greatest fight of our lives," Prince announced.

"For all of us," Diana-21 and Wonder Woman pointed out in unison.

"You know, I'm kind considering switching sides right now," Ravager remarked, earning glares from many of the other heroes.

Courtney aimed her staff at the white-haired assassin. "Do it and I'll blast your face off!"

Such confidence! The Anti-Monitor announced to the heroes. Do you really believe Mar Novu prepared all of you for this fight?!

"I believe our entire lives prepared us for this fight," Oliver declared.

"Nice comeback," Tess complimented. "And I agree."

All life ends. The Anti-Monitor stated. Only death is eternal. Only I am eternal!

"I'm pretty sure I speak for everyone who's on the superhero side when I say 'I disagree'," Barbara remarked.

"Let's put an end this," Batman and Knight said in unison.

"Once and for all," Bruce added.

"Time to rebirth the Multiverse and get all our lost teammates back," Flash said.

"It'll be like a do-over," Bart noted.

"Because none of this will have happened in the first place," John Jones pointed out.

"As long as we win," J'onn said.

"We will," Kara D stated with determination.

"We can't afford to lose," Kara K said.

"We won't lose," Clark said.

"Time to go to war, ladies and gentlemen," Lois announced.

"For the Multiverse!" Oliver declared.

"For the Multiverse!" Barry-Red, Kara D, Sara, Laurel-One, Laurel-Two, Roy, Thea, Clark, Lois, Ollie, Chloe, Tess, Superman, Kal-El, the Batmen, the Wonder Women, and Shayera repeated together.

"For the Multiverse!" the rest of the heroes also repeated in unison.

Without further ado, the assembled heroes and the vast army of villains rushed each other with a series of powerful attacks launched from both sides.

Amazo appeared before the Anti-Monitor and greatly increased his size to perfectly match that of his over-three-hundred-feet-tall opponent. The two gigantic cosmic beings levitated high into the sky to begin their fate-determining battle.

Oliver, Ollie, Green Arrow, Adrian, Roy, Thea, Mia, Sara, Nyssa, Laurel-One, Laurel-Two, Dinah-21, Dinah-222, Black Canary, Batman, Batgirl, Robin-192, Dick (Earth-21 Robin), Harley, Harleen, Ravager, Bloodsport, Cisco, Frost, Allen, Jesse, Ralph, Elongated Man, Jefferson, Anissa, Mick, Hawk, Dove, and Jason took on the Shadow Demons and Parademons, while Lois, Lois-64, Andrea, Victor, Vic, Cyborg, Starfire, Raven, Beast Boy, Firestorm, Blue Beetle, Green Lantern, John Stewart, Aya, Barbara, Shayera, Hawkman, Jennifer, Static, Red Tornado, Maxine Hunkel, Metamorpho, Booster Gold, Courtney, Stargirl, Fire, Ice, Al Rothstein, and Atom Smasher all began to attack the Monitors and Manhunters.

Clark-93, John Jones, Martian Manhunter, Captain Marvel, Shazam, Freddy, Darla, Eugene, Mary, Pedro, A.C., Mera, Arthur, Aquaman, Hal, John-90, Kilowog, C'hp, Zatanna, Dr. Fate, Captain Atom, and Cyborg Superman went for the stone creatures.

Barry-Red and Barry-Blue raced after their respective versions of Eobard Thawne aka the Reverse-Flash yet again, while Bart appeared in front of Zoom, taunting the black-garbed bloodthirsty speedster with a smirk and a wave.

Flash (Wally-192) and Earth-1 Wally took on Godspeed together.

Clark and Zod-21 hovered face-to-face as the two stared each other down hatefully.

"Let's settle this once and for all, Zod!" Clark snarled.

"Just so you know, Kal-El, the Anti-Monitor has doubled my power!" Zod-21 snarled back at the heroic Kryptonian.

"Amazo did the same for me," Clark stated, firmly. "So if you were expecting an easy victory, prepare to be disappointed."

The two flew at each other, producing an immensely powerful and deafening shockwave from their clash as many Shadow Demons around them got disintegrated while some Manhunters were shattered into pieces.'

Conner prepared to help Kal take on Zod-50, while Kal-El and Supergirl-222 were about to battle Regime Superman.

Astra flew to Zod-38, steeling herself as she prepared to take on the villainous Kryptonian general. She was joined by J'onn.

Kara D and Lena confronted Lex-38, who smirked at the Girl of Steel and female Luthor as bright green electricity crackled around his Lexo-suit, which was still damaged at the chest from his fight with Kara K.

Lex-21 was confronted by Alexander and Tess, who prepared to take on their doppelganger and half-brother respectively.

"Looks like you lost your battle suit, 'brother'," Tess noted.

"Your big blue Boy Scout friend shattered it into pieces," Lex-21 told her. He levitated into the air. "But I don't need armor to put up a fight against you two."

Alexander readied his glowing yellow blade, the green kryptonite having been replaced by Amazo's cosmic power. "And I don't need superpowers to take you down."

"We'll see about that," Lex-21 said with a confident smirk.

Tess raised a hand, producing a very powerful cyclone that engulfed Lex-21 and sent him hurtling off. Steadying himself, Lex-21 flew at Tess in a blur, but, thanks to her increased speed, she was able to avoid her brother's attack.

Superman stood in front of the smirking Lex-78 with an angry glare. "You've one-upped me for the last time, Luthor! If you plan on poisoning my mind again, it's not gonna work."

"Actually, Superman, I have something else in..." Lex-78 began, before he was suddenly punched to the ground by a flying Linda, who stopped and stood beside her cousin as they glared at their opponent.

Clara and Kara K were about to fight Lex-192 when they were joined by Supergirl-192, who asked, "Mind if I join in?"

"Of course not," Clara replied with a smile.

"The more, the merrier," Kara K remarked.

With a determined look on his face, Vandal Savage did what neither the heroes nor any of the other villains would've expected and aided those who were fighting the Monitors and Manhunters.

Regime Wonder Woman found herself surrounded by Prince, Diana-21, Diana-76, and Earth-192 Wonder Woman.

"Is this supposed to frighten me into submission?" the Earth-222 Amazon growled. "I never back down from a fight, no matter how challenging it is!"

"We know," Prince stated, firmly. "That's where you're no different from us."

"Which is why we're not even gonna bother trying to convince you to stand down," Diana-21 said.

"Or to join us since you're clearly past the point of hearing out any lectures we could give you," Wonder Woman added.

"It appears you've learned from our previous encounter," Regime Wonder Woman noted. "Good."

"We really wish it didn't have to be this way, Diana, but, by deliberately working with the Anti-Monitor of all beings, you left us no choice," Diana-76 said, remorsefully.

Snarling with rage, Regime Wonder Woman charged at Diana-76, who raised her arm just in time to block the former's shield with her bracelet as a shockwave erupted between them. Regime Wonder Woman turned to block a punch from Earth-192 Wonder Woman, only to get bashed in the face by Prince's shield and punched in the chest by Diana-21 before Wonder Woman kicked her legs in a sweeping motion, knocking Regime Wonder Woman to the ground.

"Hello, Robin," Evil Slade greeted his young nemesis as the two circled each other with matching glares.

"First Trigon, and now the Anti-Monitor," Robin intoned angrily. "Once again, Slade, you're nothing more than a lackey serving a greater evil that's much more powerful than you could ever dream of. I wouldn't have expected you of all people to fall into that particular role twice."

"The Anti-Monitor plans to restore the worlds of those who are working for him," Evil Slade stated. "When that happens, I'm going to be in charge of everything in our universe, while there will be no one around – not even you and your fellow Teen Titans – to oppose me."

"Well, that's too bad, because this time, I'm taking you down permanently!" Robin declared.

"Doubtful, young man," Evil Slade stated. "As much as you've grown into a very worthy opponent, I am a lot stronger than I was during all of our previous encounters. Also, if my two counterparts couldn't defeat me in battle, it's highly unlikely that you will fare any better than they did against me."

"We shall see about that," Robin fired back with grim determination.

At that moment, Slade and Deathstroke appeared on either side of the young Teen Titans leader.

"We've got your back, kid," Slade assured Robin, who gave a grateful nod.

"It's time for round two," Deathstroke announced to Evil Slade.

"Let's take him down," Robin urged with a growl, before he, Slade, and Deathstroke began to engage Evil Slade.

"Hiya, Brucie! Did you miss me?" Evil Bruce greeted his Earth-21 doppelganger with a sadistic, insane grin. "You have no idea how much I've been looking forward to our next encounter!" As Bruce didn't respond and continued to silently glare at the deranged and murderous Earth-113 Dark Knight, the latter added, "Not in a chit-chatting mood? Oh, well." He pulled out a dagger. "In that case, let's jump right into the action!"

Just as Bruce was about to engage his Joker-like doppelganger, Wayne appeared next to the Earth-21 Batman and shot a furious glare at their enemy.

"Ah, I knew today would be my very lucky day," Evil Bruce drawled eagerly. "I don't get to fight one Batman. I get to fight two of them. Oh, wait, is there more Dark Knights who are gonna show up to challenge me?"

"Right here!" Knight announced, joining Bruce and Wayne as all three of them glared at their villainous namesake. "Our Earth-192 counterpart would join too, but he's a little busy at the moment."

"So you'll have to settle for the three of us," Wayne added, firmly.

"Well then," Evil Bruce said, before the three Batmen suddenly leapt up as the Joker-like villain tossed several explosives at their feet.

Bruce flipped behind Evil Bruce, smashing a double-leg kick into the latter's back as Evil Bruce was thrown forward, while Wayne and Knight each delivered a hard punch into their villainous counterpart's face.

Thousands of feet in the air, Amazo and the Anti-Monitor fired a blast of yellow cosmic energy and reddish-white anti-matter respectively at each other. The extremely powerful clash of their powers produced a massive shockwave that threw both of them several meters back. The Anti-Monitor fired concentrated anti-matter, which Amazo blocked with a force field. Amazo then expanded the force field into a concussive attack and it struck the Anti-Monitor, staggering the destroyer of the Multiverse back. Amazo fired another powerful blast of cosmic energy and the Anti-Monitor snarled in pain as he was struck by the devastating attack before conjuring a force field to protect himself.

Lyla Michaels aka Harbinger was tasked with protecting Chloe, little Roy, Lois-93 (who was holding A.C. and Mera's toddler son Arthur Jr.), Harry, Emil, and Cleo as she led them away from the various battles, using her powers to destroy any Shadow Demons that approached them.

Clark-93 punched a stone creature right through the chest. To his shock, the hole sealed itself back up as if the creature had never been damaged in the first place. That moment of distraction allowed the stone creature to smash its fist into Clark-93's face, making the Kryptonian hero wince from the impact.

"I actually felt that," Clark-93 noted, before dodging the stone creature's next blow.

He slammed into the stone creature's back very hard, managing to destroy it as the creature was reduced to multiple chunks of rocks, which the Earth-93 Superman then noticed were coming back together to reform the stone creature.

Captain Marvel, Shazam, and Freddy each blasted a stone creature with their lightning. Like the one that Clark-93 was fighting, these stone creatures also kept reforming every time parts of them were broken.

"Every time we blast or hit these stone creatures, they keep coming back together!" Freddy noted with some frustration.

"How do we permanently destroy these things?" Shazam wondered.

"We keep hitting them until they stay down!" Captain Marvel stated as he broke off a stone creature's arm and destroyed its entire body with a powerful punch.

Pedro destroyed a stone creature's head, only for it to regenerate. "Oh, crap."

The stone creature punched Pedro in the chest, knocking the green-clad hero a few feet back. The creature tried to attack him again, but Pedro caught its arms and shoved the creature backwards before smashing several punches into its torso, breaking the creature into several parts.

Eugene blasted a stone creature with lightning, while Darla destroyed the leg of another stone creature with a kick, causing it to fall over before she lashed out another kick, that time to the creature's chest, breaking it into several pieces. Mary was grabbed by another stone creature before she broke out of its grip with her superior strength and punched a hole in its chest, only for the creature to almost immediately heal.

John Jones and Martian Manhunter destroyed several stone creatures with their strength and intangibility before the former blasted another stone creature with heat beams from both his eyes and palms, while the latter transformed into a large red dragon that wrapped himself around two more of the creatures, crushing them into multiple pieces.

A.C. fought alongside his wife Mera as they damaged a stone creature together, while Arthur Curry of Earth-50 and Aquaman of Earth-192 teamed up against another stone creature.

Hal and John-90 hovered back-to-back, the Earth-50 Green Lantern launching a barrage of missiles that destroyed a stone creature, while the Earth-90 Lantern smashed a huge fist construct into another stone creature, damaging its torso. Kilowog smashed a sledgehammer construct into one, while C'hp flew around, simply blasting a stone creature with energy beams.

Captain Atom blasted a hole through one's torso with a concentrated radioactive blast, while Cyborg Superman flew right through a stone creature's chest, opening a hole that sealed itself right back up. The stone creature turned around and hurled a punch at Cyborg Superman, who flew out of the way and fired blue energy beams at the creature.

Earth-192 Dr. Fate and Earth-21 Zatanna, the latter no longer needing to speak to access her powers due to the enhancement from Amazo, each blasted a stone creature with magical blasts before they telekinetically scattered the broken pieces of rocks as far as they could. While the stone creatures couldn't be destroyed permanently, the best the magicians could do was delay the regrouping of the ones who had been broken and shattered.

Lois-64 knocked a Monitor high in the air with an uppercut, punched another Monitor to the ground, sent two more flying off with kicks, and grabbed one by the throat before tossing him into another Monitor, resulting in both of them crashing to the ground.

Lois and Andrea fought back-to-back as they knocked out multiple Monitors with a combination of their strength and combat skills.

Victor Stone of Earth-21 charged into two Monitors, sending them flying like ragdolls with a shockwave blast.

Vic Stone of Earth-50 and Cyborg of Earth-193 took out multiple Manhunters with missiles and sonic cannon blasts respectively, while Starfire blasted the robot enemies apart with her green energy beams. Raven telekinetically tore apart over a dozen Manhunters with her powers, transformed the robotic remains into shards, and launched them into several Monitors, impaling them.

Beast Boy, in the form of a roaring lion, tackled a Monitor to the ground and pummeled him with a series of blows, only to get blasted and thrown back by another Monitor, who was then taken down by a blast of fire from Earth-222 Firestorm.

Beast Boy got back up and thanked Firestorm for the save before he transformed into a tyrannosaurus rex to take out more Monitors and some Manhunters.

With his thirty-foot-tall robot armor, Vandal Savage grabbed a Monitor around the throat and snapped his neck effortlessly before tossing the body aside. He punched two more Monitors in the face hard, knocking them out, before raising his hands to unleash a blast of electricity that fried three more Monitors.

"Since when are you on our side?" Green Lantern demanded, having appeared next to Savage.

"Ever since I realize the insanity of what the Anti-Monitor is doing," Savage answered.

"As if that wasn't already obvious from the moment you decided to join him in the first place?" Green Lantern said, angrily.

"That was before the android Amazo, when he showed up and transported you all away, implanted my mind with memories of an alternate future, specifically the one where I successfully killed everyone on Earth with my gravity-controlling weapon and lived out the next thirty-thousand years in total isolation, which helped me realize the pointlessness of my thirst for power and world domination," Savage explained.

"Wait, you're from that future that Superman was sent to when we thought Toyman killed him," Green Lantern realized.

"Congratulations for figuring it out," Savage confirmed. "Speaking of Superman, my sincere apologies for what happened to him."

"Well, if we win, we get him and the others we lost back," Green Lantern pointed out. With a sad sigh, he added, "Including Vixen." His expression hardened once more. "Look, just because you're helping us doesn't mean all is forgiven. You still tried to take over the world multiple times. You even succeeded in two different timelines."

"Fair enough," Savage nodded in understanding. "My seeking forgiveness isn't important right now. We have much bigger priorities."

"I'm keeping my eye on you just in case," Green Lantern stated before he and Savage continued fighting the army of enemies.

John Stewart of Earth-21, Aya, Barbara, Booster Gold, Earth-222 Blue Beetle, Fire, and Ice blasted many Manhunters and Monitors with their powers.

Shayera smashed her mace into the face of a Monitor and struck him on top of the head, knocking him out. She knocked away two more Monitors, hitting them in the chest, and kicked another Monitor away.

Behind Shayera, a Monitor raised his arm cannon, preparing to blast her, when he was struck down by Earth-50 Hawkman.

As Shayera turned around to face him, Hawkman told her, "You should watch your back more often."

At that moment, a Monitor tried to attack Hawkman from behind. Shayera threw her mace and it hit the Monitor directly in the face, knocking him down.

"Maybe you should take your own advice," Shayera smirked, before flying to her fallen mace and picking up the weapon.

"Guess that makes us even," Hawkman said.

"You could say that," Shayera said, before she and Hawkman attacked more Monitors.

Courtney and Stargirl hovered back-to-back, blasting down Monitors with their cosmic staffs and also destroyed any Manhunters that were nearby.

Red Tornado destroyed many Manhunters and sent multiple Monitors flying off with his powers, while Maxine Hunkel aka Cyclone spun around at hypersonic speed in a colorful, albeit mostly green, swirl of powerful wind that ripped apart some more Manhunters before she used her air blasts to launch the remains of the destroyed robots at several Monitors, knocking them down.

Metamorpho bashed away several Monitors with a metal spiked mace formed from one hand, while he used his other hand to send out huge jets of flames that took down more enemies.

Al Rothstein of Earth-50 and Atom Smasher of Earth-192 stood in the midst of the fray, destroying Manhunters and knocking out Monitors with immensely strong punches and the occasional stomp or kick.

Jennifer Pierce aka Lightning sent out powerful blasts of lightning that destroyed multiple Manhunters around her. She wrapped two more Manhunters in lassos of lightning and slammed them together, shattering them into pieces. She then blasted five more Manhunters, destroying them as well.

As two Manhunters neared her, Jennifer was about to blast them when they were suddenly destroyed by lightning from another source. It was Static.

"I had that," Jennifer told him.

"This is all of our fight, not just yours," Static pointed out.

"Fair point," Jennifer said.

"You have my back and I have yours?" Static suggested.

"Let's do it," Jennifer nodded, before she and Static blasted more enemies with their powers.

As they were either very low on arrows or completely out of them, Oliver, Ollie, Green Arrow, Adrian, Roy, Thea, and Mia were using their bows, along with throwing some punches and kicks, to take out the Shadow Demons and knock down the Parademons, while Sara and Nyssa, standing back-to-back, killed Shadow Demons with their bo-staff and sword respectively. Laurel-One, Laurel-Two, Dinah-21, Dinah-222, and Earth-192 Black Canary disintegrated many Shadow Demons and sent multiple Parademons flying off with their doubly powerful sonic screams.

Batman smashed one punch after another into the enemy creatures with his electric brass knuckles. Nearby, Batgirl, Robin-192, and Earth-21 Dick Grayson took out more Shadow Demons as the former was also using electric brass knuckles while the latter two struck down the enemies with their bo-staffs.

Bloodsport blasted many Shadow Demons with a mini-flamethrower in one hand and a gun in his other hand, and launched slingshot projectiles into the heads of Parademons with perfect accuracy. He also used his meteor hammer to strike any Shadow Demons that got very close to him.

Ravager shot down the enemies with a pair of handguns, while Harley and Harleen fought side-by-side, the former striking Shadow Demons and impaling Parademons with her javelin, while the latter shot the enemies down with pistols and tossed out various explosives that killed many more.

Cisco and Frost blasted the enemies with their vibe and ice beams respectively, while Allen and Jesse sped around, taking out many Shadow Demons and Parademons either with lightning bolts or by simply blitzing through them.

"YEEEEAAH!" Mick bellowed gleefully as he hurled non-stop blasts of flames at the enemies. "Now this is what I'm talking about!"

Jefferson Pierce aka Black Lightning blasted the enemies with his powers, while Anissa, amazed by how much stronger she was, performed a thunderclap that disintegrated over a dozen Shadow Demons at once before she sent a Parademon flying off with a kick and punched clean through another a Parademon that approached her.

"Behind you, Sparkles!" Mick called out to Jefferson, who whirled around to blast two Parademons that were about to tackle him down.

Jefferson turned to Mick with a firm look. "Don't call me Sparkles!"

"These creepy shadow things are literally endless!" Dove exclaimed, as he fought alongside his older brother.

"I'm not complaining, little brother," Hawk stated, taking out the Shadow Demons with super-strong punches. "You know me, I can fight all day and all night."

"Of course you can," Dove pointed out, taking out some Shadow Demons with his enhanced speed. "You always preferred violence as your go-to solution to every problem."

"Well, in this fight, violence is the only answer," Hawk stated as he continued smashing his fists into Shadow Demons left and right.

Ralph Dibny of Earth-1 and Elongated Man of Earth-192 punched the Shadow Demons with enlarged fists as they stood back-to-back.

"That's thirty-four," the former said, before punching two more Shadow Demons. "Thirty-five, thirty-six..." He took out another one. "Thirty-seven..."

"I got forty-two," the latter stated with a grin.

Ralph groaned. "I'm gonna catch up to you!"

"Good luck with that," Elongated Man smirked, as he and his Earth-1 counterpart took out more Shadow Demons.

Kal-El's son, Jason, hovered in the air, destroying dozens of Shadow Demons and burning multiple Parademons with his heat vision, which he had just learned how to use. He flew through the massive horde in a blur, taking out many more enemies as he protected the other heroes from getting ganged up on.

To be continued...
