Continuation from the ending of Ys 8. I'll probably put an actual summary here later but I'm too lazy right now. But basically, I wanted way more of Ys 8 and Dana, so I'm just writing some setup for an actual large-scale story. I'm not sure how big I want it right now, it might include some of the rest of the world of Ys but I'm not sure yet. Come take a peek.

A year—and another adventure—after his time in Balduq, Adol decided it was time for him to take a short reprieve from adventuring. Finding himself somewhat close to Greek, he decided to visit the island of Creet. After all, what's a better way to spend a vacation than visiting one's friends?

A few months later, Credo finds Adol hanging from damn rope trying to get some damn blue weed. He is no longer surprised.

Aprilis has had a tough life. Regardless of her thoughts and desires she's always following the path laid out for her. It's long and tiring, so much so that there are times where she's ready to quit. Yet she keeps going. Desperate to finally reach the end.

Spoilers for the end of Ys VIII - Rastell accompanied Dana as she and some other Eternians searched for somewhere to go, somewhere that wasn't slowly dying after the day the stars attacked Eternia. He is her last companion, after the others died along the trip. He has something to say to her before he breathes his last.

After the first sleepless night on this island, Laxia searches for a way to have a sound sleep for the coming ones. She remembers a certain adventurer's praise of sleeping in a hammock, thus the noble Lady decides to try this out herself during the day. Laxia was unaware of somebody already watching her trials to get into the swinging bed.

Dana copes with the sorrow that plagues her being, while Adol and company comfort her whenever possible. This story will follow the same pattern as the game but not everything will be in sequential order.
