Chapter 1

Izuku felt his body move, quicker than it had before. Traveling such a long distance, he was able to out pace the bullet that was headed straight for Kai Chisaki. As Izuku pushed Chisaki out of the way of the bullet, he forced himself to look towards Lady Nagant. She's holding back and he could see it. She could have hit him in the spine the first time she had managed to hit him. Quickly, with Fa Gin still in effect, Izuku forced himself forward, launching himself towards her.

Her eyes widened in surprise. He was fast. Faster than before. What made this change in the kid? She tried to move, attack, something to respond to his approaching form, but she just wasn't fast enough. "MANCHESTER! SMASH!" the boy shouted, shattering the rifle that was sticking out of Lady Nagants elbow. She was so stunned. Saving Kai, even though he was an enemy before. As she fell through the sky, she could feel emotions burning within her chest. Air walk wasn't working, though she didn't know if she wanted it to. She lost. Plain and simple.

As she fell, Izuku used his blackwhip to launch himself towards her. In one swift motion, he caught her by the arm as he said, "you shot at Chisaki, but you didn't aim for him. If you really believed in all for one's future, your first bullet would have hit my spine and paralyzed me. You've seen the darkness in this world, so you know what needs to be brought into the light!" his face grimaced from the strain of keeping them in the air, but he tried his best to smile. "It's not too late for you to be our ally. I know the heart of a hero still beats inside of you!"

as they floated slowly down, Lady Nagant could feel herself smile, ever so slightly. As she did so, unknown to her, cracks began to form along her arms and face. "Izuku Midoriya… you are…" more cracks began to form, "a hero." Those were the last words Izuku heard her say, before she exploded.

Unknown to any who watched, that explosion caused a ripple across realms. Izuku's body was hit, hurtling through an endless sea of white. When the explosion settled, the only thing left was the falling form of lady Nagant. Her burned eyes widened in terror, feeling pain wrack her body as to her knowledge, she had just incinerated Izuku Midoriya. Though, that was not the case.

Nerima Ward:

To most, craziness was just a mainstay when you lived in the Nerima ward of japan. Explosions and street brawls were the norm nowadays, though you could blame that on one person in particular. At least, that's what everyone else did. This single individual was Ranma Saotome, the wild horse of Nerima. Not that most people know that, of course. As far as most people are concerned, Ranma is just another delinquent running about japan. In truth, Ranma is quite honorable, though that's for a number of other reasons. Such as the current fight that was happening in the middle of the street. Ranma, a well built 16 year old boy, was currently fighting against his long term rivals. Yes, rivals plural.

The first was the white robed Chinese man with all the hidden weapons that were literally hidden. He was wearing his round glasses, though if he wasn't he wouldn't be able to see, so that was a given, I suppose. Every time he would swing his arms about, a new weapon would fly from underneath the hem of his sleeve. Daggers, chains, porcelain vases, you name it, he's probably got it.

The other was a boy dressed in a yellow long sleeve shirt and black trousers. The bottom of his pants were wrapped with a yellow band from the ankle up to his knees. His feet were garbed in his black Tai chi shoes and faded yellow socks. At the moment, he was swinging around his large bamboo umbrella that weighed a few thousand pounds.

These two had been Ranma's rivals for a while now, having their own reasons for trying to beat him. Reasons that Ranma himself thought were rather dumb. It's not like he wanted any of this to happen. Then again, it's not like he's doing anything to prevent it either.

"RANMA! PREPARE TO DIE!" Ryoga Hibiki shouted. He was the one in yellow and black.

"SAOTOME! I WILL WIN SHAMPOO FROM YOU!" that was Moose, the blind Chinese boy.

Ranma spent most of the battle dodging their wide swings and random attacks. After all, why make this any less fun? He wanted to see if these two could push him to the brink with his stamina. Nice form of training, Ranma thought. Weapon after weapon, swing after swing, Ranma began to feel his breath hitch. 2 Minutes 58 seconds. Faster than last time. Last time it took them 4 minutes to make him struggle. With a smirk, Ranma ducked under one of ryoga's swings with the umbrella, ryoga's eyes widened before he let go of the umbrella. He extended his index finger forward, trying to hit Ranma as he shouted, "Bakusai Tenketsu!" Ranma moved out of the way, just as Ryoga's finger dug into the ground where Ranma had once been. The area around his finger began to glow for a split second before it detonated.

The ground around was blown into the air, debris flying everywhere. Ranma ducked behind Ryoga, letting him take the brunt of the attack. Just as quickly, Ranma spun on the spot and buried his foot into Ryogas side, using the moment to force him to the ground. Ranma knew full well that it wound't take him out of the fight, but just long enough for him to deal with moose. He turned, seeing Moose standing there, rotating a chain in his right hand ready to attack. In a split second, Ranma charged forward. Moose threw the end weighed end of the Kusari-fundo at him. Quickly, ranma wrapped his arm around the chain and jerked it towards himself, though not in a way to remove the weapon from Moose, far from it in fact. No, it was to give him a little more moment for when he buried his fist into Moose's stomach.

The boy doubled over, his glasses slipping off his face. Moose fell to his knees, trying to keep himself from throwing up. Ryoga slowly pulled himself out of the little ditch he had made, looking Ranma square in the face. "What the hell, Saotome. Attacking from behind? That's not very honorable."

Ranma rolled his eyes at Ryoga before jumping upon his head and spring boarding himself up to the fence that was nearby. "For all the times you've sneak attacked me, man? I'm not going to feel sorry for ya!" he shouted, before bolting along the fenced area.

Realizing he was beaten, Ryoga simply sighed before slumping back into the ditch. It would take him months to find Ranma again, let alone beat him. Though, he wouldn't admit that out loud. He knew he would beat Ranma, when he didn't use his underhanded tricks.

As Ranma ran along the fence, making his way back home he noticed how low the sun had gotten. "Ug. im not going to hear the end of this." he mumbled to himself as he ran out of the corner of his eye he saw a flash of light. Thinking he was being attacked (which for him wouldn't be that far fetched) he jumped back off the fence, not realizing he was jumping straight into the river. As he fell he was grumbling to himself, "oh come on." before he hit the water. Once his head broke the water, instead of a Black haired, pigtailed boy in red Chinese clothes coming from it, now came a red haired, pigtailed girl in red Chinese clothes. Ya, this is still Ranma Saotome. He has a rather unfortunate curse that plagues his life. When he's hit with cold water he becomes a girl. Hot water will temporarily return him to his male form, but cold water is easier to find than hot water.

Crawling out of the river, Ranma made his way back up the top of the fenced area. There he could see what had made the flash. In the air was the form of a boy, falling to the earth. He didn't know why, but his feet moved on their own before he knew what he was doing. "Don't worry! I got you!" he shouted, his tone was higher than normal. Maybe it was panic? Nobody seemed to notice the falling boy, but Ranma was going to make damn sure they didn't hit the ground. Quickly, he bounced on his feet for a moment before launching himself into the air. He managed to catch him, though it wasn't easy to hold on to him. Ranma was still in his girl form and his arms weren't that long, so keeping a grip on him was hard.

"Geez! You weigh like a ton!" he growled, trying his best to keep his grip on the boy. He didn't look any older than Ranma, that was for sure. Using what he could to soften their fall, Ranma managed to wrap his legs around a lamp post, keeping himself and his passenger from hitting the floor at full speed. His legs quivered before he couldn't hold on anymore. The pair fell to the street, hitting the ground hard. Ranma tumbled off of the boy, landing a few feet away. Ranma could hear screaming and panic coming from around him. Looking up, he could see people running away from the two of them.

Slowly standing up Ranma made his way over to the boy he had just saved. He was garbed in a completely battered green suit. His arms were wrapped in a red band. His hands were covered with dirty white gloves with blue lines along the hems. Had a pair of red boots with some kind of iron covering over them. His hair was covered in debris, but it was still clear it was a bright green color. His eyes were closed, unconscious it would seem.

Sighing for a moment, Ranma looked about for a way to turn himself back into his male form. Not being able to find anything that would help him there, he sighed and lifted the boy off the ground.

He still weighed a ton, but it was easier to manage now that he had the boy leaning on him as he dragged him along the road. "Hopefully… doctor… tofu… can… help…" he grunted in between breaths. It took a long time for them to get to DR. Tofu clinic. At that time Ranma couldn't help but think to himself, 'what the hell am i doing? I don't know this kid.' every now and again, he would catch himself thinking that, yet he already knew the answer. 'What the hell am I thinking!? I'm doing this because he needs help and no one else is going to help him.' pretty simple reason, though not Ranma's normal go to. He just didn't like seeing people get hurt. Hell, he didn't like seeing Ryoga or Moose get hurt and he knew for a fact that those two would continue to try and gravely wound him if they had their way.

Upon arriving at Doctor Tofu's Clinic, Ranma pounded on the door, the closed sign was hanging off the door knob, but Ranma knew that Tofu was still there, sleeping in his room. "Doctor Tofu! It's Ranma! I need your help!" Ranma shouted, slamming his fist into the door. After a couple of minutes Ranma had to set the boy down, letting him slide to the ground as he continued to bang on the door. After a couple of minutes of banging on the door, it finally opened, there standing in the door was Tofu Ono.

"Ranma? It's late, what are you doing here?" he asked, sounding rather tired. Not reproachful, mind, just tired.

"Doctor tofu! This guy was falling and I managed to catch him, but he was unconscious! I don't know what's going on with him.'' Upon seeing the boy, Tofu's eyes opened fully, now fully awake.

"Bring him in." Tofu said, opening the door as wide as he could. Ranma reached down and picked the boy up, hefting himself upon his shoulders. Making his way into the clinic, Doctor tofu pointed towards one of the beds in the examination rooms and said, "place him there. I'll get you some warm water."

Ranma nodded, not wanting to bite his own tongue off. He had never had to lift something like this for so long, let alone. Dragging the boy into the room, Ranma placed him upon the bed, letting him lay. He seemed troubled by something, as if he was seeing things in his shut eyes. When tofu entered the room, he handed Ranma a thermos. "Go home Ranma. I'll watch over him tonight. Ill see if i can do anything for him." Ranma hesitated for a moment, splashing the warm water into his face to force the transformation of his curse.

"Alright doc. If he wakes up, could ya call at the Tendo residence? I want to know why he was falling out of the sky like that." he said. The only knew one reason why someone would be flying through the air unconscious, but Ranma had a feeling it wasn't from being punted into the stratosphere. The doctor nodded to his request and so, with no other reason to hang around,

Ranma made his way out of the clinic, and down the road to the Tendo dojo.

He didn't know why, but something seemed off to him. What was that kid doing? Why was he falling? And where did that flash of light come from? Sighing to himself, he decided he would figure that out later. For now, he needed to get back home and rest. His shoulders were killing him. How could one person weigh that much? Could it have been all the gear he was wearing? Probably, now that he thought about it. After all, it's not the most ridiculous thing he's seen. After all, everything that kid was wearing didn't weigh nearly as much as Ryoga's accursed umbrella.

Upon arriving at the thresh hold to the Tendo's house, ranma took a deep breath before entering the house. At first he expected to be bum rushed by his father and soun tendo, but that didn't happen. Strange. Walking into the dinning area, he found everyone still sitting there, eating dinner.

The first to notice was the eldest daughter, Kasumi Tendo. "Oh, ranma! Your back. I put aside some dinner for you!" she said, cheerfully. Nodding in thanks, i sat down at the table. No one else spoke for a moment. Ranma had started to eat when soun finally spoke.

"Ranma, we got a call from doctor Tofu. he says you caught a boy from hitting the ground?" he asked. Not accusing him of anything, or at least, ranma hope he wasn't.

Ranma nodded his head, still chewing his food. After swallowing it down, he spoke, "ya, i was on my way home when i say a flash of light. I thought i was getting attack…"

"Which isn't that strange for you, is it ranma?" Nabiki interrupted, the middle child of the three Tendo girls.

"No, but when I got out of the river, I saw him falling." Ranma said. "I don't know what made me do it. My feet kind of moved on their own."

Akane sniffed for a second, doubt written on her face for a moment before she commented, "it's not like you to leave someone in trouble, Ranma." she said simply. Though it still had a bit of frustration in her tone.

Ranma thought about it for a moment, she wasn't wrong. Most times he would help someone in trouble. Especially if he caused the trouble. He shrugged his shoulders before taking another bite of rice. Kasumi was such a good cook, he absolutely loved every bite he could get. As they sat in silence, Ranma finished his bowl before standing up and stretching his muscles. It had been a long day. He was just surprised he wasn't getting jumped by any of them. Sighing, he made his way to the staircase, calling over his shoulder, "hey, i'm heading to bed."

No one stopped him. No one dared. As Ranma walked up the staircase, the others began to disperse themselves. Something strange was hanging over the household tonight. No one wanted to talk. Not even Akane, who had thought Ranma was out fooling around with one of the many other bachelorettes that were vying for his hand in marriage, yet when they had gotten the call from tofu, she stopped worrying about the others.

"Ranma just brought in a kid who looked like he was in a nasty fight. I don't think Ranma realized what was going on, but this kid has something strange about him. If Ranma acts strangely, call me."

After that, they had all waited. Waited for him to come home. When he had, he didn't seem different. They just hoped that whatever doctor tofu thought was going on was wrong. The all went to bed, resting for the remainder of the night. After all, no point worrying about it now, right? Who knew, Doctor tofu could be wrong.

The next morning came and went, with Ranma and Akane fighting as normal before making their way to school. Everyone sighed with relief as everything seemed to settle down for a moment. That was the thing about Nerima. It would settle down for a moment before all hell broke loose again. Everyone in the Tendo household could feel the waves of change, now they just needed to hold on.

A/N: well, lets see how this does! I'm looking forward to writing this. after all, this isn't really a crossover type that really gets expressed a lot, mostly because of the different power scaling (which yes means Izuku will be a bit over powered at the start of this story, so fair warning now). so in the mean time, give me your thoughts, good, bad, indifferent, I really don't care. i like to write for me and that's the only one whose opinion i really care about. however if i need to fix anything, do not hesitate to tell me. this is how we get better, Right!?
