Another Transformers and Gundam Seed/Destiny, but this time the Autobots and Decepticons of the Transformers Cinematic Universe.

Transformers Film 1

Before time began, there was the Cube known as the Allspark, the origins or where it came from is unknown but it has the power to create worlds and fill them with life. That is how the Transformers and their home planet of Cybertron is born, for 1000 of years they lived in peace and harmony with the Allspark and trying to know it's secrets, but such power some wanted it for good, others for evil. So the war between the Autobots and Deceptions began which in turn made Cybertron into a face of death and the Allspark was lost into space. Where the Allspark landed was on a planet called Earth but Megatron the leader of the Decepticon who went after it crashed landed in the Arctic Circle in the year 1895 and discovered by Captain Archibald Witwicky.

In the present time a Decepticon name Blackout who transforms into MH-53 Pave Low Helicopter attacks and destroys an US Military Base in Qatar while searching for Megatron's whereabouts even the Allspark. But the Army Ranger Team led by William Lennox and Robert Epps escapes the base, Blackout deploys Scorponok to go after them but the Rangers where able to outrun Scorponok after they were able to get a call home back at the US for Air Support and evac as well.

Meanwhile Sam Witwicky buys a 1976 Chevrolet Camaro which he will later finds out is an Autobot name Bumblebee to be Sam's Guardian. In Air Force One a Decepticon name Frenzy who transforms into a GPX Satellite Boombox hacks into Air Force One in order to look for Sam but was interrupted by US Secret Service men but Frenzy kills most of them with Shurikens, after landing he regroups with Barricade who transforms into a Police Saleen S281 Ford Mustang Car and so they will come after Sam just to look for his Great-Great Grandfather's Glasses which contains the location of Megatron and the Allspark.

Back with Sam he gets chased by Bumblebee again but he had a run in with his crush Mikaela Banes who was with her friends having lunch, wanting to know what's up with Sam she goes after him. Sam encounters Barricade who demands to know where are the Glasses but Sam quickly makes a run for it and bumps into Mikaela and they both get inside Bumblebee and drives away with Barricade in pursuit. Bumblebee transforms to Robot Mode and battles Barricade while Sam and Mikaela evades Frenzy even decapitates him and sending his head flying away.

After this Bumblebee upgrades his Vehicle Mode into a 2006 Chevrolet Camaro after Mikaela insults his original Vehicle Mode. Later on the other Autobots Optimus Prime, Ironhide, Jazz and Ratchet arrives and scans a Modified Peterbuilt 379 Semi-Trailer Truck, Pontiac Solstice GXP, Research Hummer H2 and GMC Topkick C4500, after meeting Sam and Mikaela, Optimus and the Autobots tells them what happened on Cybertron and about Sam's Great-Great Grandfather even telling them what will happen to Earth and the Human race if Megatron and Decepticons get their hands on the Allspark. Sam and Mikaela return to his home to get the Glasses but was interrupted by Sector 7 a secret US Government Organization who are aware of the Cybertronians existence ever since the discovery of Megatron and the Allspark.

Although Optimus and the Autobots were able to stop them at first their Leader Seymour Simmons secretly called for back up which caused Bumblebee to get captured along with Sam and Mikaela, but at least they were able to get the Glasses anyway. Later on at the Hoover Dam they alongside Lennox's Unit and John Keller meet a Frozen Megatron and the Allspark too, but Frenzy who scanned Mikaela's Cellphone was able to contact Starscream, Barricade, Brawl, Bonecrusher and Blackout and tell them where the Allspark is located. Frenzy frees Megatron and he transforms into his Cybertronian Jet and regroups with Stascream. In the Hoover Dam Frenzy was killed after getting accidentally killed by his own Shuriken when he tries to stop Keller, Simmons, Maggie and Glen from contacting the Air Force for support.

Bumblebee, Sam, Mikaela, Lennox's Unit and a Squad of Sector 7 Troopers rendezvous with Optimus and his Autobots and heads for Mission City, they are briefly interrupted by Bonecrusher who transforms into a Buffalo H but Optimus kills him but decapitating him before pressing forward to Mission City. After reaching Mission City the battle begins after Starcream who transforms into a F-22 Raptor fires missiles at them, lastly there was Brawl who transforms into a Custom/Modified M1 Abrams Tank who joins the battle, then Megatron joins the battle and kills Jazz by tearing him in half, Optimus then joins the battle and duels with Megatron. Brawl was killed by Bumblebee with the little help from Lennox and his group and Blackout was killed by Lennox and airstrike, in the end Megatron is killed when Sam use the Allspark to destroy his Spark killing him for good and the battle is finally won.

Also Bumblebee's damage voice box is finally repaired so he can speak again.

After this John Keller and the US Government order that Sector 7 to be shut down for good and the remaining Decepticons be dumped into the ocean of the Laurentine Abyss, Lennox reunites with his wife and new born daughter after Ironhide drops him off. Lastly Sam and Mikaela make out after they become a couple while the Autobots stay with them, Optimus Prime sends a message to any more Autobots who are still in space, Earth will be there home now due to the Allspark destroyed so they won't be able to bring life back to Cybertron now.

Meanwhile Starscream escapes into space.

Revenge of the Fallen

Some time during the Prehistoric Times the Transformers early ancestors who created Machines known Harvesters for Energon by blowing up the Suns. The 7 Primes made a rule to their people is never destroy worlds with life on it, but the Fallen or Megatronus Prime ignores that rule because he completely despises the Human race and wish to destroy all of them which resorted a battle for the Matrix of Leadership. The Fallen and his followers lost and the Primes hid the Matrix to an unknown location by sacrificing themselves.

Present time in Shanghai China the Autobots and the Human Allies formed NEST a joint operation to hunt down and destroyed anymore Decepticons on Earth. New Autobots who joins the team is Skids, Mudflap, Sideswipe and Jolt that includes Female Autobots Arcee, Elita-1 and Chromia, they manage to eliminate both Demolishor and Sideways who transforms into a RH400 Hydraulic Mining Excavator and an Audi R8. Demolishor noted to Optimus that the Fallen will rise again which was a bad sign.

Skids, Mudflap, Sideswipe, Jolt and the Female Autobots Arcee, Elita-1 and Chromia, transforms into a Chevrolet Beat and Trax but Skids and Muflap was previously an Ice Cream Truck, Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, Chevrolet Volt, Ducati 848 Superbike, Suzuki B-King Motorcycle and MV Agusta F4 Motorcycle.

After returning to Diego Garcia they are all confronted by the National Security Advisor Theodore Galloway who blames the Autobots for collateral damage and wishes all Autobots leave the Earth, plus he thinks the Decepticons are on Earth because the Autobots are on Earth but that's not the fact at all. Also a shard of the Allspark that was found by Sam was put in a secure facility, unknown to everyone Soundwave in space was listening to the entire conversation due to him hacking into a satellite.

Meanwhile Sam intends collage leaving Mikaela and Bumblebee behind, Bumblebee on the other hand, his voice box is broken again and he's falling apart. Sam advises him to return to Optimus to prevent him from falling to pieces. Mikaela runs into a little Decepticon name Wheelie who transforms into R/C Ford F-Series Toy Monster Truck who defects to the Autobots.

In the Laurentine Abyss, the Constructicons revives Megatron by killing of their fellow Constructicon Scrapmetal since he's the smallest of the group and Megatron needed parts. Megatron lands to one of Saturn's Moons where the Decepticon Ship Nemesis crashed, his master the Fallen said that the Allspark maybe destroyed but not it's knowledge and that knowledge is the only thing that can restore Cybertron now. Sam has it in his brain and mind and they also plan to kill Optimus since only a Prime can defeat the Fallen.

Back in Collage Sam gets seduce by Alice who reveals to be a Decepticon Pretender but Mikaela and Leo intervene and Alice is destroyed after getting crushed but their escape is interrupted by Grindor who transforms into CH-53 Super Stallion and confronted by Megatron but Optimus and the Autobots arrive and saved Sam. During the battle Optimus kills Grindor but was killed by Megatron after his guard was down. After this the Decepticons arrive on Earth and the Fallen hijacks the world's communications to hand over Sam or Earth will be destroyed but they will destroy Earth anyway, what else is the Decepticons captures Sam parents while they are having some time to themselves.

Theodore Galloway forcibly orders partnership with the Autobots and says he can consider handing over Sam to the Decepticons if it means defeating them that way. But Ratchet noted to the others that Theodore Galloway is being misinformed.

Sam and his company turns to Seymour Simmons for help and he tells them that the Transformers have been on Earth for Ions already. With Wheelie's help they travel to the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum to revive Jetfire who transforms into a SR-71 Blackbird and helps them travel to Egypt using a space bridge and tells what happen on Earth before when the Fallen was there. Jetfire says that only the Matrix of Leadership can revive Optimus, after Jetfire leaves, Sam and his friends found the Matrix in Petra but it's reduce to dust but it doesn't matter Sam collects it, meanwhile Lennox and his team get's rid of Theodore Galloway to prevent him from meddling any longer with them and the Autobots after receiving a message from Simmons. Even General Morshower hangs up the phone on Galloway happy that he is out of the picture.

The battle near the Giza Pyramid starts, the Constructicons combines into Devastator to unmask the Energon Harvester but was killed by a Railgun. Most of the Autobots are killed by the Decepticons and but more Decepticons are killed off too, plus Sam's parent are saved after Rampage is killed thanks to Bumblebee. Sam was briefly killed when Megatron blasted him, Sam comes back after speaking with the Primes and he successful revives Optimus using the Matrix of Leadership, the Fallen appears and seizes the Matrix and attempts to restored the Harvester back to power. Jetfire sacrifices himself in order to help Optimus get enough power to stop them and successful, he damages both Megatron and Starscream then kills the Fallen thus saving the Earth.

After coming home Sam gets to attend collage without being bothered.

Dark of the Moon (Notes: This is my Alternate Universe where Sam and Mikaela never broke up and are still together. I have nothing against Carly)

In 1971 as the Battle of Cybetron rages on and the Autobot Ship known as the Ark jumps to Earth but crashed on the Darkside of the Moon but NASA detected this and sends Astronauts to retrieve them.

3 years after the Battle of Egypt the Autobots has been helping Humanity from various conflicts even from the Decepticons, in Chernobyl they encounter Shockwave and his Worm Driller who escapes but the Autobots where able to find some components from the Ark and finds Sentinel Prime who Optimus revives using the Matrix of Leadership and Sentinel was given a Rosenbauer Panther Airport Fire Truck Crash Tender.

New Autobots to join the Team is Mirage, Wheeljack and Brains who Transforms into a Ferrari 458 Italin, Mercedes-Benz E550 Sedan and Lenovo ThinkPad Edge Notebook Laptop. The Wreakers Roadbuster, Topspin and Leadfoot Transforms into Armored Chevrolet Impala NASCAR 88, 48 and 42.

Meanwhile in Africa Megatron who transforms into a Armored Mad Max Mack Semi-Trailer Truck regroups with Starscream, Laserbeak and Soundwave who informs him that the Autobots have the cargo which is the pillar, Megatron ordered Laserbeak to kill all of their Human Collaborators because they serve their purpose.

With Sam still together with Mikaela is having a frustration due to him unable to work with the Autobots or even find a job, he fears this might cause him and Mikaela to break up and his parents talks to him about it after he mentions this to them, plus her boss Dylan Gould is quite close to her. Later on he and Simmons find out that the Decepticons have actually been murdering all who are connected to the Space Mission to the Ark to begin with, this concludes the Decepticons are up to something for their plan to revive Cybertron.

Elsewhere the Autobots battles and defeats several Decepticons but Sentinel Prime then betrays them and kills Ironhide. It turns out Sentinel Prime have allied himself with Megatron after the long war drove him mad, Sentinel's next move is using the Pillar to teleport 100 of Decepticons on the Moon to come to Earth and started their plans in Chicago and at the same period Dylan Gould who was supporting the Decepticons kidnaps Mikaela in order to have her all to himself, at the same time the Autobots are send away from Earth but Starcream blows up their ship. Little did they know is the Autobots are actually alive and hid themselves in the Booster Rockets.

The Decepticons continues with their plans and they began killing every Human in Chicago, Sam teams up with Epps and EX-NEST group until Optimus Prime and the rest of Autobots arrive to their aid. So the battle of Chicago begins between the Autobots and their Human Allies against the Decepticons and their Human Allies, both sides took some casualties but the Decepticons where able to get Cybertron to Earth but thanks to the Autobots and their allies they were able to stop this from happening but this in turn destroys Cybertron. Lastly Optimus battles Sentinel but he overpowers Optimus and before he can kill him Megatron saves Optimus thanks to Mikaela who convinces him that Sentinel will only see him nothing more than his puppet. Dylan Gould was killed by Sam after hitting him which caused him to be electrocuted after his back touched the pillar, early Sam was able to rescue Mikaela from him.

Megatron declares that it's time for a truce because he has grown tired of the war now, Optimus agrees and executes Sentinel for his betrayal even saying that Sentinel Prime betrayed himself. So Megatron and the surviving Decepticons leaves to rebuild Cybetron while the Autobots make Earth their new home, Sam fess up that he loves Mikaela. Bumblebee drops a lot of Washers Screws which are actually makeshift rings so Sam can marry Mikaela this time, Sam joked to Bumblebee he should slow down.

Prelude to Gundam Seed

In near Future known as Cosmic Era the Autobots disappeared from the Earth and have not be seen for many years now as Humanity finally colonizes the stars and relationship between Humanity and the Cybertronians is just a memory now. Humanity has divided into 3 factions, the Earth Alliance, Orb Union and Zaft but in turn these 3 factions rages war known as the Bloody Valentine War.

In the Colony of Mendel a new breed of Humans have been created, they are known as Coordinators and Naturals, except the Naturals are consider to be the inferior ones. At same period a Xenophobic Terrorist group known as the Blue Cosmos rises up to exterminate all Coordinators because to them Genetic Modification is a Violation to their Pure Blue World which they are referring to as Earth.

During the early stages of the Bloody Valentine War the Earth Alliance where outmatch by Zaft's new weapons, Mechs called Mobile Suits but in time both the Earth Alliance and Orb responded by developing their own MS, but the most powerful of them all is the Gundams.

What else that's about to jump into their war is the Decepticons lead by Galvatron who was actually Megatron but now upgraded. All the Decepticons who have died in battle against the Autobots and their Human allies have been restored to life. The same applies for the Autobots who have fallen in battle, unfortunately they cannot help Humanity against the returning Decepticons because their whereabouts are unknown.

End

I'm ignoring the events of the Age of the Extinctions and the Last Knight, in the original script to Dark of the Moon Optimus Prime agrees with Megatron's truce and Optimus kills Sentinel Prime with his Gun instead of Megatron's. After that Megatron and the remaining Decepticons return to rebuild Cybetron while Autobots make Earth their new home.

That original script was only use in the Comics and the Novel.

Like the last one, there will be Human Transformers but I'm using the ones from the Transformers Cinematic Universe.
