Hello everyone, this is Raychiu here and after a lot of years of resting, I think it is time that I bring back the longest series that I've abandoned. Now, how does this story go? It will be based on Games, Anime, and Manga. Mostly games. Now let's get started with the first story: Ash's Kanto Story.

Chapter 1

My name is Ash Ketchum, and now I'm ten years old. I was born in a town named Otem Town in the Sevestar Region, my father is the Champion of Sevestar, Adam Rift Ketchum, while my mother is the Kanto Champion Aurora Delia Ketchum. I also have 5 siblings, Mark, Minami, Golly, Insey, and Trenor. We have been living in the Sevestar Region for a long amount of time before Insey and I head to the Kanto Region for our very first Pokemon journey.

Now I should talk about myself, I am an Arceus in training, Arceus is the strongest Legendary Pokemon who is said to be the crater of the universe, nobody knows what they look like. That's also why we disguise ourselves as humans so that we won't be found out by others. What's special about Arceus? If we manage to go through trials, we will be able to receive the items known as the Legend Plate. This plate enables me to change into any Pokemon type that I want, sounds cool, right?

Anyway, in my childhood, I have a lot of friends, and there are three of them who are really special to me. One is Serena, she's from the Kanto Region and the daughter of Grace, the famous Rhyhorn Racer. I first met her during the Summer Camp, she broke her knee and I helped her up, and since then, she has been best friends with me.

The second one is Lillie Aether, she's from the Alola Region and she is the daughter of the Presidents of Aether Foundation. Our family has connections with the Aether Family, and thus we have been best friends.

And finally, Alice Mache, she's from the Kalos Region and the daughter of Valerie and Wulfric, two Gym Leaders of the Kalos Region. Their family members are also aura guardians, and I found her lost in the blizzard, I was surprised to see her making an ice castle with her aura. Since then, we've also been best friends forever.

Since I'm going to travel through the 10 regions, they decide to share as each will go with me in the three regions until we all go together in the final Sevestar Region. So now I'm in Kanto, and Serena's the one accompanying me.

Right now, Insey and I are watching the television, the Elite Four member Agatha is now battling against Bruno with Gengar against Onix.

"With the Type advantage, Onix is going to win against Gengar for sure!" Insey cheers.

"Yeah, but I can't wait to defeat both of them and become the Pokemon Master!" I say.

Just then, the door opens and we gulp to see that our mother is standing at the doorway. "Why are you two still awake? You have to go to bed now since you have a big day tomorrow."

"Sorry, Mom. We were too excited to sleep." I retort.

"That's no excuse. If you won't sleep, then both of you at least get ready for the next day." My Mom sighs as she switches the channel, and now we're watching Professor Oak on screen explaining about the Starter Pokemon.

Insey says, "Well, I guess Mom is right, we should get some sleep."

"Yeah..." I sigh as we decide to go to bed after finishing the program.

The next day, Insey and I head to Professor Oak's Lab, and we find Serena waiting for us. "Ash! Insey!" Serena greets us and gives us each a hug, and I say, "Hello, Serena. Why didn't you go inside the lab?"

"The lab is locked, I can't go in." Serena says. "It seems like Professor Oak is not inside the lab..."

"That means he might be in Route 1 instead." Insey says. "Let's go find him instead."

Then we all rush to Route 1 and find that Professor Oak is chatting with the Pidgeys. "I think I understand you all a bit better now, thanks to this."

After the Pidgeys fly away, he turns around to see us. "Ah, well if it isn't Ash, Serena, and Insey?"

"Hello, Professor. We try to go to the lab but find you not there." I say.

"Oh, I forgot that you're going to start your journey." Professor Oak says, "Come with me."

Then we follow Professor Oak and we also find Gary there. Gary is also one of my childhood friends, but he's annoying and he always likes to brag, especially since there are a lot of cheerleaders waiting for him.

"Gramps! I'm fed up with waiting!" Gary says in an annoyed tone. "And Ash's boy is here as well."

"Gary..." I mutter, he sometimes gets on my nerves...

"Since there are four of you, so I have another Pokemon alongside the three Starters. They are all held inside the Pokeballs. When I was young, I was a serious Pokémon Trainer. But now, in my old age, I have only these left."

I say, "Then I'll choose last, how about you guys choose first?"

"Then ladies first." Insey says, and it causes Gary to grumble. "I'll pick the Grass Type Bulbasaur."

Professor Oak nods as he gives Insey the first Pokemon. And now it's Serena's turn, she decides to choose Charmander. Gary is the third one and he picks Squirtle, so that leaves me with the final Pokemon. Gary says, "Now I have the Starter Pokemon, I'll become the Pokemon Master and put Pallet Town on the map. Smell ya later."

Then we see Gary leaves with his own cheerleaders, and we all sweatdrop.

"About this last Pokemon, Ash. This one is unusual." Professor Oak says to me, and I say, "It's fine for me, I think I can handle it."

After opening the Pokeball, I find that the Pokemon is no other than Pikachu, the small yellow-mouse Pokemon. "So cute!" Insey and Serena squeal together, and I say, "Yeah, Pikachu looks better than any of the other starters."

But just as I am going to hug him, Pikachu doesn't like to be hugged and he gives me a massive electric shock. I feel electricity going through my body and I yell, "Hey! What was that for?"

"Pikachu is an Electric Type, and it has a shocking personality to match." Professor Oak explains.

Insey says, "Hey, Serena. Since we have our Pokemon, how about we have a battle?"

"Of course!" Serena says.

"I want to battle as well." I say, but Pikachu turns away from me, then I say, "Fine, looks like Pikachu doesn't want to battle."

"Sorry, Brother." Insey says as I force myself to watch how Insey and Serena battle. Since all of them are just Level 5, Bulbasaur can only use Tackle and Growl, while Charmander can only learn Scratch and Leer. But in the end, Serena wins the battle.

"Looks like I lost in the first battle..." Insey says. "But that's okay for me."

I say, "Well, I guess we should recall our Pokemon and start our journey."

After Insey and Serena recall their Pokemon, I try to recall Pikachu, but Pikachu swats my ball and says, "I'll never go inside that thing."

"Oh, if you don't want to go inside the Pokeball, then it's fine." I say as I try to pick Pikachu up, but Pikachu says, "Back off, human!" And then he proceeds to shock all of us.

After using the rubber gloves to carry Pikachu, we are now at the Pallet Town gate, our Mom comes to us and says, "You three are finally starting your journey, I'm so proud of you."

"Thanks, Mom." I say. "I can't wait for the day to battle you in the Pokemon League."

"I'll see you there." My mom smirks at me. "Insey, Serena. You two also make sure that Ash is safe."

"You can count on us." Insey says.

After bidding farewell to my Mom, we start to head to Route 1. And in the middle of the road, Pikachu is still trying to ignore me. Insey asks, "What's wrong with your Pikachu?"

"I wish I know the answer. He refuses to talk to me, and he only goes for yes and no..." I frown.

Serena says, "If that's the case, how about trying to capture another Pokemon? I saw a Pidgey over there."

I look at Pikachu, who suddenly jumps off my hand and climbs on top of a tree. I'm now angry and I say, "Fine! I'll do it myself!"

I throw the Pokeball at Pidgey, and it shakes for seconds before it escapes. Insey says, "Well, a Pidgey without weakened at first will only have a 43.9% capture rate. So I don't think it's going to work..."

Then we hear Pikachu laughing and mocking me, I feel angrier and Serena asks, "Ash... how about you use my Charmander..."

"No, I think I'm going to use my powers instead." I decide to use Extreme Speed on Pidgey, and this caused Pikachu to stare at me in surprise. However, the Pidgey uses Gust and Sand Attack in response, and I was forced to use Protect.

"Good thing I'm also a Pokemon." Then I try to use Cosmic Power, but the Pidgey already flies away.

"Looks like the Pidgey knows that you're a strong trainer and running away seems to be the best choice for it." Insey says.

"Oh, man..." I mutter.

Serena notices a Pokemon trying to sneak into Ash's bag, and she says, "Ash! A Rattata!"

I turn around and I quickly stop the Rattata from trying to take my lunch away, I say, "Serena, quick! Attack the Rattata before it leaves!"

Serena has Charmander use Ember, and then Rattata faints and she uses the Pokeball to capture it.

"Nice work, Serena. Your first capture." Insey says.

"Indeed." I reply. "I wish I can have your luck. Just damn it..."

With how Pikachu refused to listen to me, I feel like this is my bad day, I was so frustrated as I accidentally kicked the stone and it accidentally hit a much angrier-looking bird Pokemon.

"Uh oh... that's a Spearow..." Insey's face pales, and I thought that the Spearow is going to attack me. But instead, it attacks Pikachu. I yell, "Hey! I'm the one who hurt you! Leave Pikachu alone!"

Spearow nearly knocks Pikachu out of the tree, so he uses Thunder Shock and hit Spearow, causing it to fall to the ground. Spearow is down, but not out, and it lets out a loud cry.

"Oh no! It's trying to summon its friends!" Serena gasps after seeing a large flock of Spearow emerging from a tree and heading straight towards us.

"Run!" I yell as we all start to run, and of course, Pikachu runs ahead of us so that we'll be the easy target of Spearow. But just after we manage to catch up to him, Pikachu is already weak and can no longer run.

"Damn it, Pikachu!" I carry the mouse while we three continue to run. Insey says, "Brother! Serena! There's a river up ahead!"

While Serena quickly stops, I yell, "Insey, Serena, find somewhere safe! I'll distract the Spearows!"

"Ash! Wait!" Before Insey and Serena can retort, I jump into the river and let the flow sweep us away. I was also becoming lunch for a Gyarados if I didn't use Confuse Ray on him. Then I was suddenly fished up by a girl, she has an orange-haired girl and she mutters, "Aw man... it's not a Water Type."

But when she notices the Pikachu, she yells, "Hey! You shouldn't have let your Pokemon into such bad condition! You should quickly get your Pikachu to the Pokemon Center!"

"Where is the Pokemon Center?" I ask, and after she points in that direction, I notice the Spearow catches up to us. Looking around, I notice a bike, which I assume belongs to the girl, and I say, "Lend me this bike, it's an emergency!"

I didn't wait for the girl to reply as I already goes on it. "I promise I'll return to you!"

"Hey!" I didn't listen to the protests as I ride for my dear like. At the same time, a thunderstorm occurs, and the Spearows are still chasing after us. Then I was forced to use Recover to heal after they attack me with Peck, and eventually, I fly off the bike and crash onto the ground. I lie in the mud and mutter, "Damn it... the first day is a disaster... at least Serena and Insey are safe..."

Looking at the Pikachu, I say, "Pikachu... just go inside the Pokeball, that way you'll be safe..."

I slowly stand up and yell, "I refuse to be beaten by the likes of you. I will defeat all of you!" Then I use Gravity and Earth Power, defeating some of the Spearow. Pikachu suddenly jumps onto my should and then into the air. He is struck by lightning, causing him to let out a massive Thunder Shock which throws me back onto the ground, and at the same time, my mind becomes black.

"Ash...Please wake up... Ash!" I slowly open my eyes to see Serena looking at me with concern. Insey is also by my side.

"Serena... Insey..." I slowly stand up, Pikachu, who is still weak, also slowly opens his eyes. Insey yells, "You reckless dummy... what do you think you're doing?"

"I'm sorry..." I say while carrying Pikachu. Then I also notice the bike which was fried, I realize that I was in trouble. Now I have to think how I should compensate for the bike...

Just as we're thinking, we notice a Pokemon flying in the air, we gasp since the Pokemon is a Ho-oh. Serena says, "Is that the Legendary Pokemon Ho-Oh?"

"You're right. I wonder what it's doing there..." Insey says. "But we should try getting to the Pokemon Center so Pikachu can get his treatment."

We nod as I carry Pikachu as we head to Viridian City as soon as possible.

Here is the first chapter, and I hope you like it. The next chapter will be about Viridian City and receiving the Pokedex.
