Timeline: After the stand off in the supply room and when he returns to light duty.
Synopsis: After the stand off in the supply room, the team goes into a meeting in the infirmary. Before during the conversation, they discover a very shocking revelation that changes the future for them. Before making a very fast decision, they go to Daniel's friends of another secret Daniel kept from them. Hearing that truth and a truth that means a chance to rest, they decide to deactivate.
Until after Daniel recovers, as he decides to return to P3R-636, but before he does that, he tells the team, Hammond and Frasier what really happened. Before writing up a report that means the difference between destruction of their friendship and team, and destroying their unit's biggest enemies.
And on earth now, while telling them the added truth now, that the joint chiefs needed then as the truth comes out. As things for the rest of the season change as his new path is laid out by the races they had met. The bonds of the team become strong and as they arrest the NID operatives that have it out for him.
Warnings: This is actually a series of deleted scenes from my Stargate/Star Trek crossover now in connecting. Scenes that are actually crucial to that reprimand that Hammond and Jacob gave Sam now, as she's actually also part of the problem now. As she gets her words reversed on her now as a result, before from chapters 30 to 60, it's back a more severe warning. Now, to Daniel and Sam's explanation to Jack, in why Daniel quit in the original time-line, to when he collapsed. So they're considering here in doing to him, what the NID did to Daniel, or just using clones. As the SGA had a deeper track record that Jack thought, after being opened for 78 years, since 1920.
With this, it's having the lord judge the final decision, as he, and the members of Daniel's church run the final sentencing, as what they truly are, Catholic. As Jack and his brother face being sentenced to what they did to him, after encounters. By the next planet connected to Pyrus's court now, where two nobles fell in love with John. And his version of Sam, and while Jack faces the same thing for this stunt now.
In the follow up timeline, as they get an unexpected visitor in the form of Remus Lupin. As the serum used on Daniel, in their eyes can be used to for medical and psychiatric purposes, along with a new formula that can help a person recover. As they heal, chemically from spinal damage, during his connection with the chemist. In Pyrus's court, which is the medical form of the serum that the mine medic used on him…

Chapter 1: Mission Recap And Medical Truths
As Lieutenant Colonel, Dr., Daniel Jackson snapped his fingers and Lieutenant Maggie Henderson wrote down a list of groceries and he nodded. "With you too sick to hold anything down, you need to keep up your fluids right now, nothing too acidic to eat, but that list is food. And for someone suffering from the stomach flu right now, once you get out of the base. Head for Denver, it's going to take 3 days for them to check all over Colorado Springs right now, Daniel."
"With a cloned version of Nicky as a 9 year old with you, that takes care of the situation, but you need three days to sleep this off, on day 2, I'm sending Kevin and Annie to you. So two days to rest, with the cure in your stuff, two more, we got to get you out of the base. And then spend five days studying regarding this, but we set the trap and let them fall right into it right now." Captain, Dr. Janet Frasier said in relief then and he nodded to that gently at that remark.
"Yeah alright father, I'm catching the first flight out to Saint Louis, I should be there at HQ tomorrow afternoon." he said and they heard a sigh of relief to that. "Alright we'll see you tomorrow son, love you cub." he said and Daniel hid a smile. "You too father, see you tomorrow guys." he said as they ended the call at that gently as Janet wrote up a set of medical instructions at that remark as she said it.
"Never saw it coming we had a chance to fix this, long before you can even destroy our lives for the second time here in 2 time-lines?" Colonel Jack O'neill asked crossing his arms, and the NID officers paled at that remark then as they realized what he was saying. "Well if you didn't you clearly were gambling too damn high right now for this, because in that one you nearly won, but didn't, in this one, we got you." Janet said to finish his sentence at that.
"Tomorrow, we got to get you out of the state in four days." Janet said quickly and he nodded. "I know, I got to make a phone call to the joint chiefs, let them know I'm resigning from the SGC temporarily. Until I'm fully recovered, I'm going home to my hometown, before I return to the SGA for a months. Before I deal with the bastard that did this." he said and they nodded in agreement to that firmly.
"A week to 10 days at the most, that was the time scale that we had on Robbie, doing it at the house wasn't working so I moved it to the institute. To help a child, or, in this case, my grandson, I was willing to break that promise to myself. And of ever going into the institute, but these brats crossed a serious line at the moment right now." Father William Bowdern said and the trio nodded sternly to that as they watched it further then at that response then gently.
"Nice we're setting the stage for this so easily at the moment, that the idiots don't realize they've been played." Captain Samantha Carter said and Jack smiled as each member of their group exchanging smiles and SG-3 and Dr. James Mckenzie exchanged scared looks, realizing what they meant. "You played us?!" Colonel Robert Makepeace repeated and he nodded. "Yeah turn about is all fair play, isn't it." Daniel said and they swallowed hard at his remark shaking.
And wrote out a field report then as he decoded the information from what he got. As he headed for the infirmary a second time then just as Janet watched him walk into the room and headed for Major, Dr., William Warner's office then at that. "Alright what's the news, Bill?" he asked and he said it firmly as he answered him. "The effects came back as you said, everything that was left over is going out of whack, you're bleeding to death."
"And the effects of this curse have caused your cells to lose all ability to function properly and it's getting worse by the hour." he said and he nodded with a sigh. "The blood thinner potions are killing you, we have to break that pact and fast and it's either a blood transfusion or immediate surgery before this kills you." Janet snapped in shock and he nodded as he heard his recorded voice it at that firmly.
"If the effects of the withdrawal don't cause me to pass out, then the sleep deprivation will right now. Yeah alright give me that paper, I need to go see Hammond and show this to him and Sam." he said to him then and Warner passed it to him then as he headed for Major General George Hammond's office. Before they saw him see 'John' standing there next to her as they heard a furious exclamation to that as they heard his mental remark.
'No damn it, now what am I going to do, she's got the right idea, and I do need to be in an area that I can't hurt anyone. Or at the very least just get me away from the damn gate right now. Alright I got to get Hammond to get him out of the room so I can tell her and Hammond the truth. But if he says it before Hammond gets the words out, it's just more evidence right now.'
"That he's determined to save his own ass when I tell them the truth, because they tried to kill me right now and he's lost his god damn mind right now." he thought as he listened to her remark. "What are you saying Captain?" Hammond asked and she sighed. "Sir I think he needs to be confined, he's clearly addicted to the effects of the..." she started to say as he walked in then at that gently then.
"Not addiction Sam, remember what I was telling you in code in the mines?" he asked and she nodded as she crossed her arms. "You think we didn't know what you were trying to do here, Major?" she asked and he paled at that. "The test results just came back from the lab, that damn thing is broken. But I was doing the research needed to keep it off the planet." he told him and he nodded as he looked at John
"Trying to save your own ass 'John', because you're screwed when I tell them this right now, Sam hold fire right now. We have to talk because what happened earlier is not what you think, it's more serious than what you're thinking. But my conversation with Warner is as close to the one you had with him over Charlie as possible, General." he said and Hammond looked up at that remark gently at that remark.
"Seems interesting that the second Addison calls off all missions for seven months you say you already took the mission to this planet, so why is that?" he asked and they watched him pale further at that remark and Hammond crossed his arms sternly at that. "What also seems interesting is you're so wound up in the mines here is that Daniel was talking to us in code, and Teal'C, after looking over his shoulder here now."
"He immediately grabs me by the arm and that one reaction tells us both all we need to know, he was captured, and to prevent a visit now. And by one of the quartet, he's holding us hostage as Daniel is working his ass off to get us off that damn planet." she said to him and he nodded. "Yes seems interesting alright, as his message told me all I need to know as I know this." he said sternly and Major John O'neill paled at that in shock.
"But I send anyone else, and they also get captured, and Pyrus is going to do to them what he's doing to Daniel, do you honestly think here. That I don't know, because if you do, then you lost your mind, this shows you never let it go and go about it this way to make sure. That Dr. Frasier, Dr. Carson and I don't listen anymore, but you're done, it's over." he said sternly and John swallowed hard at that remark then.
"General I had the test results redone, and what they're going to tell you is so off the bat it's not even funny right now. But what happened on this mission is a case of political sabotage, and they're all in on it. But 'John' and Makepeace, Mckenzie and it's because of Hathor right now." he said as he dropped the paper on the table. "What's this exactly." he said and Daniel explained that to him gently.
"Get the trio, I'm calling in my entire senior staff, now." he said and said trio beamed in, before the single scientist between them smiled. "Daniel!" Dr. Rodney Mckay said smiling and he shook his hand. "Yeah good to see you too Rod, Johnny, Beth." he said and Dr Elizabeth Weir hugged him. "We just made it, they're through, we're doing it again and this time getting everything, we're about to call in Ronan and Teyla next." Major General Hank Landry said and they nodded.
"Yes, said bait and switch after Jack and Daniel swap this means we're waiting till all of it gets locked up and extracted by the Asgard." Dr. Carson Beckett said and he nodded to him. "Going to leave one hell of a headache, but we thank the gods we never lost you buddy, you got friends and a family of your own, too much to live for now." Major John Shepard said patting his shoulder. "Yeah first Jack, then me and now Rod." he said smiling and she covered her eyes.
"Apophis is like a Sith, but the repository is the Jedi archives, too much you're going to get a hell of a headache once we get that intel out of his, your, heads as you guys recover now." she said and he nodded in agreement. "That's the understatement of the century, I trained with my powers for 30 years that I just went to force healing next. The longer this goes on has each version of the generals getting more scared by the minute." he said and she nodded gently.
"Bet low, bluff high Beth, when we're getting ready to exterminate Ba'al, because that's our last earth stint." he said and Lord Yu chuckled and nodded in agreement. "Indeed, you lost 2 of us already, leaving only me, Camulus and Amaterasu left next. So with that, you and General Landry must proceed with caution after we destroyed it. Anubis's fleet, right now, as this is before your team heads for the Ancients City." he said and she nodded.
"We know, but that's why we're setting up shop here, Anubis is considered a more dangerous version of the Sith, they're black cloaked energy users. The Ancients are white cloaked, as you know, I been training as white light magic user." he said and the trio nodded smiling with pride. "Indeed we have, but best use your powers against's the serpent's double in that reality, while our Teal'C kills his double and takes his place." Yu said and he nodded then.
"I will, if they killed my double the exchange leaves the truth, that Sam and Jack never had a thing in their word, a relationship. And the reason is because she belongs to me and married the American ambassador, but I'm her imprint." he said and Major Charles 'Charlie' Kawalsky chuckled at the remark. "No kidding, before they see the scars all over your chest and arms and realized you walked right into paradise snare here right now." he said and Daniel nodded gently.
"While at the same time, they think I'm fully human so the exchange leaves the biggest shock of all, not realizing we made contact with 3 of the 4 races. And I'm an Ancient descent, as I prove he's fake, as I disarm all of them and blast him through the window. Just as Dr. Carter gets back with re-enforcements in the Asgard, as they get the message, we're centuries beyond them. As, after I use my powers and kill the guards surrounding us after the first shot here right now."
"Before they realize I'm no normal human being, I'm of Ancient descent, and you never told this to the renegades, as this was your ace in the hole, till I publicly humiliate Ba'al next." he said and everyone started laughing. "Oh yeah that's really going to leave the renegades with bloody nose, but you don't have to over do it Danny, ease back son. Before you have everyone die laughing at this." Major General Jacob Carter said and the quartet nodded in agreement then.
"General the planet of P8X-412, was one of several that Quetesh ruled, they think I'm still her, so if the Ori come here, I can try to convince them." Vala Mal Doran said and they nodded. "Then we have to figure out…, wait a minute, you and I can together can do that, I'm a demigod, you're playing one. My powers match the Ori exactly." Daniel said and she smiled at the idea. "With working with us for 8 years, exchange words." Daniel said and they nodded.
"Indeed and rather than annoyance is true friendship, but she's been with us so long, that her people didn't think she's ever come back, and you. Cameron, Robert, Jason, Carolyn and I head for this planet and instead as we investigate the report. She's a freedom fighter for Camulus and the owner of this planet." Teal'C said and Jacob nodded. "While Sam is busy working out a better way to prevent them sending an armada." he said and he nodded gently to that opinion then.
"Well…that was easy." she said and he said it bemused. "Alright honey, shut that thing off." Daniel said gently and she switched it off. "Vala, why must you continue to deceive these people, because the longer this goes on, the more chance of mutiny we have?" Teal'C asked her and she explained that. "This was one of the many planets that Qetesh ruled over when I was her host, as you know, a Tok'ra eventually removed the symbiote, but not before her people rebelled."
"And tortured me, thinking we were one and the same." she said and Cam nodded sternly in annoyance. "And they couldn't tell the difference, yeah now I'm irritated, you changed, since we been together, although your sense humor drives us up a wall at times." he said and she nodded to him, as she sat next to Daniel. "I had nothing, I was desolate, fortunately, I discovered that news of Quetesh's demise had not reached this little mining outpost." she said and he nodded.
"So you did a Pyrus now, they killed Quetesh and to prevent anyone of the renegades from coming here to cull this planet under a new god, you pretended to still be a host. And had them mining it for you, till we found you and there we go." he said and she nodded. "Exactly and a little bit here, but the mine was practically barren by the time I got here. But this planet acted as a safe haven for me until I got back on my feet, and you found me, I been with you since."
"Ever since, I changed, but as I am now, I never killed anyone, I never hurt anyone, I never tortured them, I was a wonderful god, just ask them." she said and the sextet exchanged worried looks then, realizing this could get serious. "Yeah I think we better, before these Priors try to usurp your control here." Daniel said and Teal'C stood up to join him then. "Why? You don't believe me, or is it, you remember talking your way off 636?" she said and he nodded.
"That, and I'm not totally convinced they're ultimately going to follow your command, nor should that be the only reason they don't follow the Priors. I'm a demi god, my powers match them, but these people who have seen the power of god. The power of blind faith will kill them, because this is Greek mythology in every sense of the word. Our prayers feed their immortality take it away, they cease to exist." he said and they nodded as they got up and walked out.
"Well here's a question, what's worse then being captured on earth and suffering said pow, or just the alien version to that by our sworn enemy?" he said and they crossed their arms. "That would be what happened to you, only it's not the kor'mak, but worse." Master Bra'tac said sternly and he nodded. "Exactly, the kor'mak, linked a prisoner to the warden, separate your body shuts down after killing said warden, this is even worse, for any black ops soldier in truth."
"Your captor falling in love with you, binding you to him by chemical cuffs, and starts altering your body chemistry, stripping away your connections to earth. And leaving you stranded on said captor's planet, as you have your captor jumping you repeatedly. In keeping you pumped with said control drug, torturing you with your biggest vulnerability now. That you're going to lose your mind here, before you die, long before you die, as trying to go cold turkey here now."
"From the serum, or the elixir, the strain is going to kill you long before withdrawal from it does." he said and they swallowed hard. "And the fact you survived this after said cave in comes directly after nearly being killed in a cave in now. Yeah I'd say you're a heck of lot stronger than these brats, you never gave in, you just waited till said vision. And used that vision as a key to cut the cuffs off, before you waited out the clock." John Saxon said sternly to that opinion then.
"You're playing my godfather John, but as I said, you're what he looks like 14 years ago, and I'm 19 by that point, she's 20." he said and Saxon nodded gently. "So in reality she's 20, but in the show, you're both 19 in 1984 huh, you, the boys, Heather and Amanda. Amanda's brother is 22, as is Brent, and Ben and Joey are both 14, while Torri is 10, and with her is Lexi. Yeah okay got it here, we're casting this in between movies, and with it, Patty was keeping us both sane."
"After supposedly losing Mandy, Ronee and the boys right now, and I've been hanging around with Brooke and her 7, till Robert put Patty in the hospital next and Heather came home finally. But as I said, Robert was personal business, and I need all the information, before I lose them. The them the kids of my friends, my other daughter, and my youngest son next here." he said and she hid a smile. "Just channel Thompson here into that tone." he said and Saxon nodded.
"Which portion of me?" he asked and Sam closed her eyes. "I mean John, directly after Unger brought her and Johnny to the station. And you just got in right now, before deciding to lay a trap for Nicky, as he makes contact with her the next morning. I hear this from you all the time, that I know that tone in your voice and I knew you. Now, were going to kill them for breaking medical orders after walking into a hotzone." he said gently and his 'daughter' covered her eyes.
"The tone you gave Nick, after he looked like he was about to attack me, dad." she said and he nodded as Lou started laughing. "Aw crap, yeah that's bad right now and son, pull yourself together, reason being here, if none of you brats ever watched me playing a homicide detective. Then you've never seen me completely pissed off here, after she deflected my shot, to keep me. From pulling the trigger when I tried to arrest Nicky." he said and they paled and Sam nodded.
"Better can the language around my grandchildren though, John, because they hear it, they're going to repeat it here, the twins and their younger sister." Dr. Claire Jackson, nee' Ballard said and he nodded to her. "I'd like to know where they pick this up from, unless it's the movies and there's a reason, we did made for tv movies here. Censoring the profanity, before they repeat that in front of their class, in this decade, and get in trouble." he said and she nodded to that.
"And to repeat this, horror movies don't make psychos, they just make them more volatile then they are already, but these guys in the movies, all use the same M.O.. And that's reason enough to curb the violence in the media nowadays here." Janet said in response and she nodded in agreement. "Yeah that's an understatement, but we made the genre, the kids should be using it as a reason to follow the rules, chapter 2, just hit the big screen." Lou said and Sam nodded.
"Who started this conversation exactly?" Daniel said to his adopted sister, Dr. Anna Matheson and she shook her head as Major, Dr., Dave Parker started laughing at that question. "Yeah alright guys, we're not doing this all morning, you two, but again right now. It's bad enough when the trio lose their tempers, them being normal Generals, command. But when the medical department do, better stand back and with that." Dr. Kevin Bishop said and they nodded then.
"You're everything my father is, but put that into your general tone, because if you never saw that episode, here's dad, when he's completely pissed off. But this should tell you something, but though you're bad in cop mode, you're worse in medical General, John, hang on." Sam said and he nodded as she reflected their getting seen by him, as they got ringed up. Her covering Daniel and the door opening with him standing there with a completely furious look on his face.
"Are you out of your minds?! What the hell are you two doing here?!" he asked sternly and she said it gently, though trying to hide her fear, of his temper. "We were looking for you." She said and he nodded sternly, as he answered her and Saxon crossed his arms as he quoted that with him at thet. "Well, you better have a damn good reason, because I was twenty minutes away from detonating a weapon's grade shipment of Naquadah."
"That would have vaporized a sizable chunk of this planet! Now if I hadn't spotted you two coming through the Stargate…" he said and she said it in shock. " You saw us?!" she said in shock and he nodded, as he tried to control his temper. "Yes, The ship was cloaked. 'Was' being the operative word, now, they know we're here." he said and she sighed, realizing Jack's idiocy just exposed her father to Nirrti then as Daniel said that out loud.
"You're on mission, and they just screwed it up." Daniel said and he nodded. "Yes and care to tell me why you had to come see me right now son, because if you. You and Danny Jackson, now, are the same man, I need to know this right now. As because the last time, I saw him that irritated, during the Eurondan incident. Is because Danny got stabbed in the heart, because O'neill is not scoring any points with me here in truth."
"Right now, after he was deliberately ordering me around and though retired, not in the slightest, only you and my daughter ever see me like this. After Kenny's father barely put you in the hospital, before Quentin and I arrested him for that. If that's really you, because though 27 years, nothing changes, you still protect her. Even though she can defend herself now." he said and Daniel nodded as he said it aggravation.
"Way to go you idiot, you just exposed her father when he was on mission, just who's planet is this, if you're destroying the mines exactly. Nirrti was arrested by Cronus, it's been over a year since the arrest?!" he asked and he said it. "One of Nirrti's planet's, her lab's son, but if this is connected to her arrest by Cronus, I'm not taking it well. Then why just you exactly, where is O'neill and Teal'C." he said and she said it at that remark.
"Colonel O'Neill and Teal'c need your help." She said and he nodded. "What happened exactly, is this connected to what your godfather told me, over the gliders?" he asked and they nodded. "They're stranded in a disabled glider headed into space, evidently this was a failsafe, in case, Teal'C was the one manning the damn thing, Sir." he said gently and she nodded. "This was the only ship within range." she added and he nodded.
"Good enough. Well, let's go." he said and they exchanged looks and followed him. "They both forgot we knew each other already, but we met in 1973, and a year together. So my acting like her boyfriend, he immediately responded to that, as we worked as one here. But Jacob, though retired still acts like a 2 star general, but this idiot ignores that. Thinking he can order the generals around now, after dad forced him to talk." Daniel said and he nodded sternly then.
"Were we, after the accident, fighting tooth and nail over you ending up in the system, baby?" his wife asked and he nodded to her. "Yeah the 4 of you and General Addison placed yourselves in Queens, that's where the Turners live. As a result, though mom and dad were gone, you guys, your team, Morgan, and they all look like your fellow cast members, your movie. You and Donald, we decided to make it a memorable year together." he said and the group nodded then.
"Though your parents are gone in this one, you were never completely alone, because George was about to adopt you, and you're with us and Sam, Carrie and Louie." Major General, Dr. Jacob Robert Carson's double said and he nodded. "Yeah exactly, but the old fool didn't want me to just forget my mother, and sentenced me to a living hell, the following year. And you just reading about it actually threw him in MacArthur's, the psyche hospital the professor was in."
"The command are 2 stars, you're all 3 stars, and Uncle Jake now, you, he's a bordering 3 star." he said and they nodded sternly. "To put this bluntly is the SGA out rank the NID, but our clearance, yours's, level is so highly classified. Break it gets you sentenced to death, because it's code black, 3rd degree." Sam said sternly and he crossed his arms. "So the oncoming conversation has your commander close to psychiatric evaluation and commitment here now."
"And these brats with him." Saxon said and they nodded and the sextet all paled, realizing once again their plan backfired and that SGA/SGC were triumphant. "That's right, but Sam belonged to me, before I met Sarah, but thought we took a step back to being friends. I still love her and she me, that her father is happy in knowing, that though not me, but Joe. She's happy, as she chose a man like us, rather then lunatic a like Jack O'neill." Daniel said and he nodded sternly.
"Yeah nothing changes at all right now, ever since we were kids, we still acted like we belong together and my father sees you as a perfect match to me. But if not you, well then Joe is just as good, Peter, not so much right now, he doesn't trust me. This is personal right now, but you immediately acting on impulse, like you and I are a couple. He knows this immediately, if you came with me, there was trouble." she said and Jacob nodded in agreement to that opinion.
"And don't ever do that again, in either version, getting directly below me, while I'm on duty dealing with destroying the mines, or just attempting this with enemy deathgliders. As I said, time and time again, the bigger the technology the more dangerous it gets, retrofits. As that's too dangerous, Reverse engineering is the better way to go, and we forestalled things. In that test flight, by another reset." Jacob said and she and Daniel nodded as Saxon nodded bemused.
"Point taken, but again Colonel, that attitude I will not tolerate, what just because you were out of the SGC you think you can order me, a 2 to 3 star around right now. As the NID and Kinsey have no access to classified secrets here, but you: full bird colonel. Me: 3 star general, you just check the attitude buster, and you're right, baby, after the glider. Then why bother with the ships the size of city, we have plenty already, bringing more small stuff in everyday that is better use."
"Then the bigger the technology, the more dangerous it gets, are you brats trying to kill yourselves here." he asked and Jack swallowed hard. "I've been getting things you'd consider are worth quadrillions, take the serum for instance, new medical breakthrough." Daniel nodded and he nodded gently then. "What about the docking station in orbit, the one around the moon that we created for the movie?" Sam asked and he smiled gently as he answered her then.
"Asgard cloaking technology, unless we need to launch, the cloak is keeping the GWC from seeing it right now, as like us they're preventing exposure. But that technology, it's a metallic ring around Saturn, so rather then the moon, we haul a satellite back.
