Summary: Abigail "Abby" Marie Stark is Tony's younger sister, but when Tony is kidnapped and returned things are never the same. Her life is turned upside down by both Tony and Shield.

Authoress Note: I know that I shouldn't be writing another story, but I wanted to do a rewrite of one of my stories. I hope that you guys enjoy this rewrite. I'm hoping that you will all enjoy this. I'm a bit worried about this series. I won't be revealing much about Abby in the beginning, but you'll see soon enough what she looks like. I hope that you guys will enjoy this new rewrite. It will have quite a bit of an old story that I kind of gave up on to make this one. I hope that it turns out well. Without further ado the Prologue of Iron Maiden.

Prologue

Being related to Tony Stark wasn't an easy thing. Abigail Stark could attest to that. Her brother was always overbearing and truly over the top. He was overprotective of her and no man could ever get close to her not even as she grew up and went to high school and college. He was watching her every move to make sure that she didn't do what he did when he was younger. But she had followed in his footsteps of graduating high school early and going to college early as well which was the same school as Tony.

Sometimes she wondered as she went to the college that was the same as her brother's she wondered if he was ever proud of her because he never really told her anything other than working on new weapons for the company. She sometimes wondered if her father would have been proud of her, but she would never know that since everything had been taken from her when Tony was 20 years old in 1991 and she was so young at that time. She never really got to know either of them… at least not that well. Not compared to Tony who knew her folks better and knew that he always favored their mom over their father.

Obadiah of course kind of decided to take on the role of her father figure after the passing of her parents since Tony… well Tony was nowhere near capable of taking care of her. Obadiah treated her like she was his own and she was forever thankful that Obadiah had cared for her and raised her. He showed her everything and she would be grateful for it. But there was always a feeling that Obadiah was in the company much deeper than she or Tony could ever fathom.

But what she didn't know was what her life was going to become in just a few years. Everything that she thought was in her life that she thought was right… was dead wrong she was about everything. She would soon know how dangerous the world truly was and there was something that she could do about it with her brother.

This is the end of the Prologue. I hope that you guys like it. I tried my best with trying to write it out and make it plausible what was going on in it.
