Hi Everyone!~ This is the sequel to A Life to Escape.
Before we get started, here is a somewhat quick recap.
~ Sasuke & Naruto first met at the Konoha's Institute- a place where damaged teenagers are dumped when no one knows what to do with them (Sasuke), or where they run to when they need to escape and have no where to go (Naruto). After 7 months of safety, Naruto's guardian, Deidara, finds him and drags him back to their home, where he punishes his disobedient rabbit.
~ 4 years later, Naruto ends up in the same high school as Sasuke! The Uchiha is overjoyed, the blonde is horrified. Once again Naruto is punished, but this time Sasuke is the one in danger. The two escape and with the help of a distant relative, Sasuke finally gets to rescue Naruto from his abusive home. How? Well, Naruto becomes an adopted Uchiha! The school is pretty pissed about it, but luckily Gaara & Sasuke are prepared to have his back. Things change, however, when Sasuke is forced to visit another Uchiha.
~ Itachi convinces Sasuke that the monster that drove him to murder their parents is also a part of Sasuke, and that it's only a matter of time before he destroys someone he loves. Convinced that he's protecting him, Sasuke leaves Naruto. Gaara steps in to take of the devastated blonde, and sadly is rejected along the way. Poor Gaara..
~ Several months go by and after graduating high school, Naruto goes off to college! He chooses one far away to start a new life, Gaara decides to join him, & Naruto's adoptive mother decides to send another Uchiha to the same college, unbeknownst to any of the boys.
~ So, when Naruto walks out of his dorm room closet to introduce himself to his new roommate, he is shocked to find a certain unhappy Uchiha staring back at him..
