The smoke kept flowing upwards behind Issei. Regalzeva was just completely shocked after what he just witnessed. He fired so many shots at Issei, but none of the gave a result that he wanted. Issei came out intact from the smoke. Regalzeva's jaw dropped down. Regalzeva then shook his head and came to back to sense. He then took his fighting stance and then charged at Issei rapidly. Issei then stood still. He could easily see where Regalzeva was. He then disappeared from his position and reappeared where Regalzeva was standing just earlier. Regalzeva came to the position where Issei was standing. The where standing mid air, away from each other at a distance, facing their backs. Regalzeva then placed his hands over his stomach and slightly bent forward and spat out some blood.

"Guh!"

He exclaimed. Issei had successfully landed a blow on Regalzeva's stomach in a very small amount of time. Even Regalzeva didn't feel it at first. The two then turned around, facing each other. Now the smoke was flowing up Behind Regalzeva.

"How?! How do you do this? How are you stronger than me? Tell me!"

Regalzeva yelled at Issei while asking.

"I have told you. Us Saiyans can do things that are really unexpected. Not that telling you would make a change. You are just a brainless and heartless animal. No, I'm sorry, making you an animal would insult the animals. You are just a fiend."

Issei replied.

"Well, well, you're saying that I am a fiend, you should look at yourself first before saying things to others. Hasn't your race killed so many innocents just to fulfill their own desires?"

Regalzeva questioned Issei.

"They have paid for their mistakes, Regalzeva. They are not like you."

Issei replied back.

"Is it so? I thought a certain someone killed them all. So tell me, are you not a fiend too?"

Regalzeva asked Issei again. Issei, in response, just smirked at Regalzeva. Regalzeva then said.

"So, there's judgement to come to that I guess."

After saying so, he flied back and went inside the smoke. Issei also flied at him, following him. While Regalzeva was flying very fast, Issei had crossed him inside another part of the smoke. Regalzeva didn't notice this. Regalzeva then came out of the other side of the smoke, just to see that Issei was standing there, waiting for him. He had already reached on the other side before. Him reaching the other side before Regalzeva made him more angry. He then drew back his right arm and charged enough power in his hand. He then threw his arm forward and fire a larger, fiery, purplish-black energy wave at Issei{Attack name - Evie Punisher Wave}. It instantly hit Issei and produced a large explosion. Regalzeva then shot hundreds of those energy waves at Issei at a very fast rate, creating large explosions around him. As he stopped shooting his waves at Issei, the orange and red fiery effect of the explosions soon faded away and all that remained, was a large, black cloud of smoke. Regalzeva waited for the result as the wind slowly carried the smoke away. The smoke slowly faded away and parts of Issei's body showed slowly. When the smoke completely faded away, Regalzeva was shocked. Issei stood intact in front of Regalzeva with a serious look on his face. Nothing, literally nothing had happened to Issei even after such deadly attack. There was not a single scratch on him. Regalzeva then raised both of his hands and charged a transparent purplish-black sphere in his palms. He the brought his right hand down and then thrusted his right arm forward, shooting the sphere at Issei{Attack Name - Evie Death Row}. As it hit him, it caused a big explosion with magenta colored smoke that had evolved along with some electrical discharges in the corners. Regalzeva started firing more of those balls a Issei. He fired hundreds and thousands of those spheres at Issei just in under a minute. Regalzeva then pulled his right arm back and created a large transparent sphere. He then fired the final sphere at Issei. It cause a shining, ginormous dome shaped explosion, that engulfed them both. The diameter of the dome was ginormously large and it covered a very large area. The dome then got compressed to a certain point, where only a large, magenta colored smoke was floating in air, spinning around very slowly in the same place with some electrical discharges in its corners. The smoke then started fading away once again and Issei's body started showing back again. Once again, there was no impact of such a large explosion on him. He once again came out intact. Regalzeva was completely speechless after this.

"How is this possible?! There is no way that he could survive that."

He thought within himself. Issei then slowly raised his arm up with his hand completely opened and fingers spread apart, and placed it in front of Regalzeva, who was a few meters away from him. Issei then smirked at Regalzeva. Regalzeva did not know what would happen now. Issei then released kiai from his hand and sent Regalzeva rolling back at least a kilometer. He did this just by the pressure of his energy. Issei then took his fighting stance. The next second, he charged at Regalzeva rapidly and delivered a right elbow strike to his face from a little below. It sent him flying above. Regalzeva performed a frontflip in air to focus back on Issei. Issei again charged at Regalzeva at blinding speed and delivered a left upper to his lower jaw, which again sent him flying up while he was upside down in the air with his back facing Issei. Issei once again charged at him and delivered a powerful right knee to his back.

"Aaaaaaah!

He screamed loudly in pain. He then rolled back and faced Issei. As he was a little below Regalzeva. The bangs of the right side of his hair, covered the right side of his face completely. Regalzeva could see his left side of the face, with his eye pointed at him and him smirking at Regalzeva. This made him more infuriated.

"Haaaaaaaaa!"

Regalzeva yelled at Issei in anger loudly. He the started throwing punches and kicks and Issei. Issei was blocking and dodging all of Regalzeva's attacks without a slight bit of emotion on his face. Regalzeva could not make him perplexed at all. He was just blocking, avoiding, deflecting his attacks and pushing back his limbs without even trying. While the were fighting, they kept flying upwards and reached in midst of the clouds. Regalzeva kept attacking Issei even between the clouds. From above, the light could be seen coming from inside of the clouds at various places, showing the energy output whenever Regalzeva tried to strike Issei. Issei was effortlessly dodging Regalzeva's attacks and defending himself against Regalzeva very easily. With a purplish-black aura, Regalzeva descended down and stepped on a high rock. Issei was not there when Regalzeva came down. But as soon as Regalzeva got near the rock, Issei appeared above the adjacent rock that Regalzeva was facing and the two stepped on their respective rocks together, showing how fast Issei was. Regalzeva had his fingers moving secretly as the two stared each other. Regalzeva the formed his death ray in his ring finger and instantly shot it at Issei. The distance between the was not much. But still, Issei moved to his right side to dodge the attack. Regalzeva was completely dumbstruck by this.

"NO WAAAAY! You shouldn't be able to dodge that attack at this range!"

He screamed loudly in disbelief. Regalzeva then fired many of his death rays at Issei. Issei teleported or simply jumped above another rock to avoid those rays. The rays went to random directions and destroy any type of landform that it touched. It even exploded on water, making a large splash on the surface. The rocks where Issei stood started breaking and crumbling down and fell down inside the water. It created a massive dust cloud around there. Issei was nowhere to be seen. It was clear the he was somewhere inside the dust cloud. Regalzeva kept moving his head here and there in the search of Issei. While Regalzeva was looking somewhere else, Issei came out of the cloud at extremely high speed at hit him with an uppercut on his lower jaw with his right fist. He then hovered above Regalzeva and hit him with a drop kick with both his legs in the air, sending him flying down inside the water. Issei then stood straight, looking a the massive splash that was result of the impact when Regalzeva fell inside. He stared down at the same certain point for a while as the water settled down and the ripples slowed down. Bubbles slowly started popping on the surface. The number of popping bubble then increases and kept increasing and getting faster. The next moment, Regalzeva slowly started rising out of the water and started ascending up in the air. After a few moments, Issei matched Issei's height in the air and was on the same level. Regalzeva had his jaws pressed with each other tightly and was baring his teeth while glaring at Issei. He was slightly bent foward and had legs slightly pulled up while bent. Issei had no sign of emotion on his face. He was like everything is fine and normal. Issei then sarcastically said as he had a mocking smile.

"You are so strong Regalzeva. You have such great power. You have killed millions. Destroying should not be tougher than destroying a planet isn't it Regalzeva? So what happened, huh? I can see that you are having a hard time fighting me."

He mocked him. Regalzeva then yelled at Issei.

"Shut your trap! Just who are you? Answer me!"

He ordered.

"There is a certain thing called mannerism in talking, Regalzeva. You dis not say 'Please'."

He mocked Regalzeva again. Regalzeva was getting extremely livid. He growled and then yelled.

"Say what? Please?! Alright then, PLEASE!"

He turned sideways and shot a death ray from his ring finger that hit Issei under the jaw, making his head go up. Regalzeva waited for the result. Issei the slowly pulled his head down and looked front. Nothing. Literally nothing had happened to Issei even after that. Regalzeva almost wanted to give up life at this point now.

"You can make planets perish. But, you cannot destroy what I am, buddy."

Issei said to him. Regalzeva then asked him while trembling in fear.

"W-what are you?"

"My name is Issei Hyoudou. I am the pawn of Rias Gremory. I strive to be the mightiest pawn that has ever existed. I love women and their breasts and my dream is to become the Harem king."

Issei replied. Regalzeva would have laughed if he was not in the situation he was in now. Issei then continued.

"I am the hope of the Underworld. Of the men, women and children that want to live a simple peaceful life. I am their protector. I am their truth. I am their light in the darkness. I am the warrior that has laud dormant for over a decade, forgetting the reason of my existence. I am the end of creatures like you, who commit evil deeds and become satisfied by the misery of others. I am your nightmare, Regalzeva. I am the Super Saiyan! Issei Hyoudou!"

He yelled out the last part of his speech as he clenched his fists tightly and pulled it a little closer to the either side of his body and the golden aura of the Super Saiyan surrounded him again. Regalzeva was trembling in fear. This was the very first time that he was experiencing fear against someone. Plus after hearing the phrase 'Super Saiyan', he was more scared. He knew that Saiyans were the strongest mortals and their strength the levels of many mythological Gods. Super Saiyan was a legend that crossed even those mythological immortal Gods and were below the Gods of Destruction and their Attendant Angels. So, it was obvious for him to be afraid. He had heard of the legend from his elders and thought it was terrifying, but had never seen one with his own eyes until now. The legend that he was afraid of was standing before him. But he had to fight till the very end. He could not give up after all this. He had a lot of remaining power to show. He grew a pair of balls and started laughing like he was amused after hearing Issei's speech and said.

"Hahahahahahaha! So at long last I know that the legend of the Super Saiyan is true. It's a pleasure to meet you. Let's continue this super exciting battle then."

"Forget it, Regalzeva. There is no point in continuing this battle. Surrender and live on without committing any more atrocities, Regalzeva. You're finished."

Issei replied to Regalzeva. Regalzeva was livid after hearing the last sentences spoken by Issei.

"NEVER! How dare you! I? Finished?! No body talks to me like that!"

He yelled at Issei. Issei then replied without fear.

"Well, I do."

Regalzeva was more infuriated after hearing his reply. He thought.

"If I only knew that Ddraig had existed for so many years, I would have killed this one already. No, I should've killed this scum the time I laid my eyes on him."

Regalzeva then widened his eyes like some idea had come up to him. He then looked at Issei and showed an evil grin to him. He then some purplish-black aura around him. The started changing it to to a new type of aura which was darker and dark violet in color. The environment started changing. The cloud started getting attracted to Regalzeva and long columns of water rose up high in the sky and starting twisting like a twister storm. It also got attracted to Regalzeva. Regalzeva's aura size also started increading. Issei then placed his wrist together, curled his fingers halfway inwards and extended his arms vertically and placed it in front of him. Regalzeva's Violet and Issei's Golden aura formed large spheres around them and clashed with each other. Issei aura also attracted clouds and water near him. Issei then uttered the legendary words out of his mouth once again.

"Kamehameeeeee!".

He the pulled back his arms beside his waist and charged the Kamehameha attack against Regalzeva.

"You see, I have a brilliant idea that will put an end to you."

Regalzeva spoke to Issei. He then started pulling the aura back to him and the aura then disappeared. Regalzeva then placed his palms in front of each other with a gap in it, a few inches away from his chest in front of him. A dark violet colored transparent sphere in his hands. He then increased the gap of the palms and the sphere became larger and became a medium sized sphere{Attack Name - Beginning of Devastation}. He then raised the sphere high above in the sky. Issei, waiting for the moment to find out what was Regalzeva's plan, shrinked the size of the bright, light blue colored sphere in front of his palms. Regalzeva then lowered the sphere and it was just a few inches above his palms. The temperature of the sphere was so high that the all the water that had flooded in the Southwestern Underworld started evaporating instantly. A few moments later, the entire region went dry and some higher ricks and the dry floor was visible. There was no water anymore. Regalzeva then said.

"Yes. How about I destroy your Underworld completely! HAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

He screamed loudly in an attempt to destroy the Underworld. But before he could bring his hands down to launch the sphere, Issei reacted before him, greatly increased the size of the bright light blue sphere and thrusted his hands forward while yelling.

"HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

And after so, he released the Kamehameha wave that travelled very rapidly towards Regalzeva and hit the sphere between his hands and it made Regalzeva scream.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

A colossal explosion occured right in above Regalzeva's head. It left behind a colossal mushroom cloud along with very dark colored smoke. Issei separated his hands, stood normally and still and put his hands beside his waist. Issei had a wide but lips closed smile on his face in a reason of excitement and curiosity in finding out the outcome of the explosion that just happened in front of him. The wind from the shockwave also gushed at him. Moving the bangs on his face and the hair back with it. When the wind flow stopped, the hair and bangs came back to their respective positions.

The smoke not started to clear. Regalzeva's legs were starting to show up. They were covered in blood. The upper part also started showing up and finally, Regalzeva was entirely visible. Anyone would have fainted after seeing the condition he was in. But, Issei was more satisfied by the result, like a sadist. Regalzeva's hands had blow up. Burned up flesh can be easily seen. Blood vessels were also coming out of his and falling on his body His left side of the face was complete blown up, showing the skull with blood mixed with skin clotting at a few part. The left side of his skull was also blown up, endless blood flowing out of it, showing the torn and ripped dura, arachnoid and pia mater membranes and some blood vessels coming out. The brain was also visible. One many spots of his body, flesh chunks of flesh could be seen burned up to the level the his bones can be seen. A bit of the vertebral column was also visible. Seeing him, Issei started laughing very loudly like he wasn't disgusted but absolutely happy at the sight, just like Vegeta laughed after using Final Flash on Perfect Cell. Softly and little less noisy at the beginning, loudly at the end.

"Hahahahaha. Hahahaha. Hahahahaha. HAHAHAHAHA! AAHAHAHAHAHA!"

"Stop laughiiiiiiing! Kh-kh-kh-Curse you! What have you done to me?!"

Regalzeva yelled at him while being enraged. Issei then went ahead and teased him even more and mocked him too.

"Why? That is a perfect look for you. Remember Asmodeus? What you did to him? I heard it from the other. You brutally killed him and it was vey gruesome. You would've laughed at him. Now see? He must he laughing at you from the Otherworld. This is justice in a bloody manner. Believe me, I have played Resident Evil 2 Remake. The gore you're showing is more glorious than what the game showed. Perhaps you are even more beautiful."

"Shut uup! I am going to kill you for making a mess of me! I will make you pay dearly, you hear me, swampfuck?!"

An enraged Regalzeva threatened Issei. But Issei was thinking something else. He did not care about his threat in the least.

"What's a 'Swampfuck' now?"

He thought. He then discarded his thoughts and challenged Regalzeva with a mocking smile on his face.

"You can go ahead and try, if you want."

Regalzeva quickly regenerated and all his injuries were cured and he was back to his normal shape with his hands back again. The enraged Regalzeva charged at Issei while yelling loudly.

"HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

He started throwing punches at Issei very rapidly. Issei, without putting in any effort, was dodging all his attacks. Regalzeva then threw a punch that Issei dodged easily. But he gave out a wide opening to attack. Issei, without wasting any time, tightly clenched his left fist and very strongly thrusted it into his stomach.

"Ghwaaah!"

Regalzeva threw up a lot of blood out his mouth after the hit. Issei instantly levitated just a little above Regalzeva and swept and horizontal right kick from right to left, that hit Regalzeva's face and sent him flying down and he fell and crashed into the ground. Issei then quickly dropped down on the ground. And rapidly sprinted at Regalzeva from a long distance and reached near him in no time. Even the speed he sprinted in was way faster than the speed of light. He the the gave a right high kick on the right side of Regalzeva's body, who can facing down. It tossed him high in mid air. Issei the jumped and flew high up. Regalzeva then regained his balance by performing a few spins in air and stood still facing at Issei. Issei also stood still, facing at Regalzeva for a very short while the pulled his arms up while he hand closed fist and placed them an inch beside the either sides of his waist and bent a little forward. He then surrounded himself with his Golden Super Saiyan aura and charged at Regalzeva. Regalzeva reciprocated Issei and charged at him too. The two then clashed with each other. They then instantaneously clashed with each other at different places in air at different time and shared one blow each time. Regalzeva then stopped while Issei was charging towards Regalzeva. Regalzeva pulled his right arm back, in intention to attack Issei as soon as he would reach near him. Issei, after observing this, change his direction and started moving at Regalzeva from a different path. He highly sped up his flying and became way faster than light itself. He then pulled his own left fist back and hardly thrusted it in the right side of Regalzeva's face, cracking his right side of skull and breaking a few teeth. He then pulled back his right knee and thrusted it on Regalzeva's gut, landing a very heavy hit. Regalzeva bent a lot forward and exclaimed.

"KHAAH!"

He spat out long strings of blood out of his mouth. Issei then got above him, when Regalzeva's back was completely exposed. Issei joined his hands together and interlocked all of his fingers with each other and then pulled them completely up, perpendicularly and then very quickly thrusted his hands down on Regalzeva's back, hitting him and sending him flying down. While falling down, Regalzeva turned front. Issei then instantly travelled from afar distance to in front of Regalzeva in no time, like he had teleported. He then tried to kick Regalzeva. Regalzeva somehow avoided the kick and started flying up and then turned 90 down and started flying in front of him, flying away from Issei. Issei then came up to the same altitude in which Regalzeva was flying and started chasing him while his Golden aura once again surrounded him and he started chasing Regalzeva. He was a couple of meters behind Regalzeva in just a few seconds. He then teased Regalzeva as he spoke to him.

"What happened? I thought you said about making me pay, didn't you? Well what now? You started the fight remember?"

He then sped up and flew past Regalzeva and came in front of him. Issei then turned around, facing Regalzeva, performed a few backflips and then kicked him in the face with both his feet. It sent Regalzeva flying back. Issei went behind him and again flew past him and the disappeared. Issei then reappeared in front of Regalzeva while facing his back at Regalzeva. Issei then flew down and came underneath Regalzeva and hit him with vertically perpendicular kick with both his feet, sending him flying up. Issei then again started chasing Regalzeva and pulled his right arm back in order to attack him. When Issei was just about to attack, Regalzeva turned at Issei and extended his arms completely forward and placed the bottom of his arms together. He the released a very powerful kiai energy to push Issei back. But, Issei escaped the attack area just in time and charged at him.

"Sorry to break it to you pal, I've already watched the entire Dragon Ball franchise many a times."

He spoke to Regalzeva wile he charged at him. He then delivered an uppercut to his jaw and an right axe kick above his head and sent him crashing to the ground.

"Enjoy your time eating dirt, friend."

He said to Regalzeva as he was falling. He crashed to the cloud and a massive amount of dust was tossed up in the air, and it started circling around Regalzeva's lying body. A massive cloud of dust a created from the impact. Some rocks all broke from the ground and got scattered around at random places. Issei then dropped down to the ground and he stood 10 to 15 meters away from the cloud. Half a minute had passed, Regalzeva did not come out of the cloud, the cloud started settling down. Issei saw Regalzeva lying down, facing the ground without making any movements. He drew the conclusion he was lying senseless. He then looked around in the field. He found a rock 5 more meters away from Regalzeva's body. He walked upto that rock and sat on it, and waited for Regalzeva to wake up.

5 Minutes Later

Regalzeva started twitching his eyes, first slowly and then rapidly. He pulled his head up while he was still lying down, and started looking around. At first, his eyesight was completely black. It then started getting colorful but was still hazy. It then started clearing.

"C'mon, its 7:45 P.M., get up. Uh! Time sure passes by very quickly. And yes, you've been unconscious for like 5 minutes. Get up now, I haven't got all day."

Regalzeva looked around in search of the direction of the voice. He found it! It was Issei who spoke it. He was sitting about 20 meters away from him on a rock. His cheeks, for some reason, were rather bright red, like he was drunk of blushing or something. He then looked in his hands. He was holding a porn magazine in his hands and was making a lecherous face over it. Regalzeva became frustrated. He got up and started yelling at Issei.

"What in the world are you doing?! You think that this fight is a mere joke?! Keep that disgusting thing down and fight me!"

On hearing the word 'disgusting', Issei's brow ticked. He made a face of displeasure and also started yelling back at Regalzeva.

"DISGUSTING! What do you mean by disgusting?! This is another definition of paradise you imbecile! You think sex is joke then? Carve this clear in you brain you dumbass! Sex is power! Sex is justice! SEX IS LIFE!"

Yup, another moment of Issei being Issei. He yelled it out loud. The Golden aura again surrounded him and was smooth, but still was flowing wildly and it reach the sky.

"I will never spare those who insult the power of sex! You are going down!"

He yelled at Regalzeva. Being said that he rushed at Regalzeva at very high speed. He then tilted his body sideways and and folded his right arm in while he exposed his elbow forward. He then delivered a powerful blow with hit elbow to Regalzeva's gut.

"Guh!"

Regalzeva spat out some blood from his mouth. Issei kept running forward as he had Regalzeva's gut on his elbow. He then slammed Regalzeva on a rock, creating a long vertical crack in it. He had Regalzeva corned now. He the unleashed a barrage of punches and kicks at Regalzeva. Which all hit Regalzeva on the upper half of his body. Issei was completely destroying Regalzeva and was fully disrespecting Regalzeva by not letting him attack back and violently thrashing him. He the slided his hands between the Regalzeva's head and the rock, held his head tightly, and then pulled him towards himself. Issei then spinned around while he had Regalzeva's head in his hand and when he had turned completely 360, he violently slammed his head on the rock. The rock completely broke down and fell own Regalzeva's body. Issei had jumped back in time and avoided him getting involved in it. When the rocks hit the ground, it sent shockwaves at all directions. Issei's hair waved back and forth due to it. The environment became calm again. Regalzeva pushed the rocks aside, that fell on him on the impact. Regalzeva stared at Issei. His head was tilted at little bit upwards as he stared down at Regalzeva with a serious look on his face. Regalzeva then bared his teeth, pulled his hands beside his waist and started building up some power. He sky grew a little dark, with thunder rumbling and lightning striking at random places on the ground. Regalzeva got surrounded by his purplish-black aura and clenched his fist and extended his arms his up with very less bending. Tremors started occurring. Issei looked down on the land with a confused look on his face with his mouth very slightly opened. Regalzeva's purplish-black aura became fierce as he roared his lungs out.

"HYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

The land started breaking into two halves. The land started splitting. The tremors turned into an earthquake of very high magnitude. When the land had separated, it started breaking into blocks of 33. Issei's eye glew up again reading 'Environmental Control'. The blocks then started rising and started taking shape of very tall pillars. Regalzeva kept screaming his lungs out until the pillars reached quite high up in the sky. The entire terrain had changed. What was once a dipping land with parts of it destroyed and some high rocks, had changed into tall rock pillars of 33. This was their new fighting ground. A new battlefield. Even after the terrain had changed, Issei's confidence did not change

He still smirked by looking at Regalzeva. He brought hands up, with his fingers completely open. He kept his hands a foot away from his face with his palms facing his face. He the closed the fist tightly and his Golden aura surrounded him once again. While he did so, he said.

"This is interesting. So, we are going to fight on a higher ground, aren't we?" Fine by me."

Scene Change

"Hey guys, can you feel that?"

Koneko asked in an alert tone as her ears became straight and upright. Kuroka agreed to her as her ears were upright too.

"Yup."

She nodded as she said.

"Umm. Feel what?"

Asked Rias. Ddraig was the next one who agreed and said as he looked out of the window.

["Yes, I can feel it."]

"Can you people please tell me what is happening?"

Asked Rias worriedly. The tremors then started occurring. It felt like the whole Underworld hand started shaking. They all witnessed a long crack in the ground, from afar, coming towards them. The tremor started becoming more dangerous.

"What's just going on?!"

Kiba asked with a loud voice as the noise of the tremors was more. The crack then went under the headquarters building. The land suddenly started separating and started getting divided in two halves. The floor of the headquarters building started breaking inwards.

["Everyone! We have to leave this place in this instance! With all you powers, cast a magic circle. We need to move to the headquarters of Lucifad immediately. The entire southwest region is gonna change!"]

Ddraig yelled at all of the people inside. In a far away distance, it could be seen that tall pillars of rock had started rising. Ddraig then looked at Sirzechs and yelled at him.

[Sirzechs, say something! They won't take orders until you say order them to do so. This whole terrain is changing!"]

Sirzechs shook his head and changed his focus to the people inside and ordered them.

"Yes! We are changing our location to Lucifad right now! Put all your powers to create a large magic circle to transport us all at the same time."

All of the people inside were using their powers to create a large magic circle as fast as they could. The red magic circle was getting bigger second by second. Ddraig was the one watching outside. The pillars were approaching them very rapidly. Just a little bit more was left. The pillars also had become very close. At the last second, the magic circle to transport them all, was ready. They all quickly got sent away from the building and it became vacant. The building started breaking down and rock pillars started rising from the floor. Under half a minute. The headquarters building was completely destroyed and tall rock pillars were the only thing remained instead of the building.

In The Capital, Central Headquarters, Lucifad

It was an off day in the Underworld. Therefore, there was no one inside the central headquarters today. All the people suddenly got teleported inside the building.

["Whoo! That was close call."]

Ddraig said after he 'whoo'ed in relief.

"What happened there?"

Sirzechs asked.

"Pillars rose up."

Rossweisse replied.

"No, I didn't mean that. I'm asking about who caused it?"

Sirzechs clarified his question.

["That kind of ability is definitely not Issei's. Perhaps, he would never think of destroy the Underworld. The aura and the power was Regalzeva's."]

Ddraig replied.

"So, do we need to go and check on Issei then?"

Rias asked in a concerned tone for Issei.

["*Clicks tounge*(to say no). He will be fine."]

Ddraig replied casually. Asia then also worriedly asked.

"Are you sure?"

["Deadly."]

Ddraig replied. He then turned his gaze to Sirzechs, who was holding his head with both his hands with a pale look on his face. Ddraig tried to console him.

["Don't worry Sirzechs, you brother will be fine."]

"I know that he will be fine. I am thinking that how much will this bastard destroy this land. The entire southwest region must be just pillars now"

["Sirzechs, in wars, this is a very normal thing. Don't you remember how Berlin in 1945 was just rubbles. If you visit it now, would you think that it was ever attacked? Don't worry, we will make it back to normal together. If anything goes wrong, I myself will go and check."]

Ddraig declared as he consoled Sirzechs.

Scene Change

Issei then put his hands beside the either sides of his waist and the jump forward and rushed at Regalzeva as he left a golden trail behind. Regalzeva also jumped and rushed at Issei leaving a purplish-black trail behind. The two then clashed once again. Regalzeva tried to punch Issei. Issei, but grabbed his fist and spinned him around once and the gave a powerful right kick to his left side, followed by a forward punch that sent him back. Issei then rushed at Regalzeva and delivered a powerful left elbow to his body.

"AAAAH!"

He screamed in pain loudly. He then pushed Issei away with both his feet and turned around and started flying forward. Issei started chasing him. Regalzeva then increased his flying speed and flied forward way more rapidly. Issei also increased his own speed to chase him down.

"What happened? Don't tell me that you are chickening out after changing the landscape and taking a few hits after all this time?"

Issei teased Regalzeva. Issei increased his speed again. He got closer and closer to Regalzeva. When he had almost caught him, Regalzeva turned around with the same ki energy push that he used earlier to push Issei away. This time, Issei got caught in it and pushed back rapidly. He smashed through many rock pillars. They all broke into many pieces from the top and fell down to the ground. Issei instantly flied back and charged at Regalzeva rapidly. He then delivered a left uppercut under his jaw and sent him flying up. He knew what Regalzeva was planning to do by pushing him back. He clearly wanted to stop playing around against Issei and wanted to tap into his full power now. Issei just couldn't let him do it. Their power difference between the two of them would become nil. There would be not difference at all. And that would be a great disadvantage for Issei. Regalzeva returned back at the same place and stood facing at Issei. He smirked at Issei and complimented his intelligence.

"You are extremely sharp, aren't you? You figured it out! You knew that it is time that I show you my complete self and strength. That is why you came back up so early. But what's the matter? If you are that strong then let me go full power. Are you afraid that I might crush you? Hmmm?"

"Afraid?! Me?! No I am not... Actually, yes I am afraid that it might not be easy for me to handle him then. I know he going full power is inevitable. It will anyhow happen, eventually. But, I still need some more time. I ain't ready for it yet."

Issei wanted to act like a man first. Then his true thoughts were revealed. He couldn't just let Regalzeva go full power yet. He then rushed at him quickly and started throwing punches on his face. Regalzeva could not avoid any of those. Even though he was taking so much physical damage and was in pain, he was really amused. He now knew that Issei was afraid of him. Regalzeva started thinking that he might be stronger than Issei at his own maximum. He then dodged on of Issei's punches by ducking. He the thrusted his right fist as a jab on Issei's abdomen. Issei was fazed at all. Regalzeva the levitated a little bit above Issei and kicked him in this face with both his feet, sending him down, crashing to a rock pillar, breaking it down completely. Regalzeva then extended his arms forward horizontally, with the bottom of his palms joined. He kept it aiming at the place where Issei fell. He then blasted a big purplish-black beam out of his hands{Attack Name - Evie Death Cannon}. It soon hit the particular place, along with some other pillars, completely blasting them away and burning them. Issei without wasting any, quickly came up at the altitude where Regalzeva was standing and stood facing him. He had shielded himself from the blast completely. So, there were no burns on Issei's body. There was a small, vertical tearing cut on the centre of the front side of his shirt. It was about 2 to 2.5 inches long. He had another tearning cut of about 3 inches on the back of his shirt, over his shoulder blade. It was a slanting or an oblique cut. From top left to bottom right. He had yet another vertical tearing cut on the centre of his spinal cord region, which was about 4 inches long. His left shoe had come off and was broken. Basically, he lost a shoe, but did not have much damage on his body. He thought.

"Alright, What man I am? I am supposed to protect the Underworld at all costs. Even with my life on the line. I can't be afraid. We are Saiyan Warriors. We always face what's coming at our way without any fear. I have decided."

He had made up his mind. He the spike to Regalzeva.

"Alright then Regalzeva, do as you wish. You are free to access your full power. Don't worry, I will not attack you while you do so. We Saiyans are anything but Cowards. I swear to the dead god of the Bible that I will not interupt your power."

Regalzeva had a wide grin over his face. He then made it clear for one last time.

"Are you sure? You might regret it later."

"Let it be that way then. I am dead sure."

Issei replied. Regalzeva then took his power up stance and surrounded himself with his purplish-black aura and started powering up. He started grunting. For a moment, he was applying so much pressure on his body that his pupils and red colored iris had disappeared from his eyes. The purple sclera was all that was left. The sky hot darker as if a deadly storm was about to begin. Lightning started strike at random places. When the lightning struck the pillars, the rocks of size of Broly's hand in FPSSJ would chip off. Regalzeva's profile slowly started getting bigger. Bigger in the sense of muscle growth. His bidy slowly started becoming bulkier. Big bolts of Lightning struck on him. His iris in his eyes had returned like before. Tremors started ocuurring underneath him. At various spots, big explosions took places. The pillars crumbled down as a result of the explosions. The weather was growing crazy. His body started becoming beefier. Another big lighting bolt struck again on Regalzeva. His aura, which was purplish-black black when he started powering up, became darker. His aura now, also contained electric flow in it. He had thick, superficial veins all over his body.

"Alright. Let's do this while we are still young, Regalzeva. I want you to go completely full power now. I want to let you know that even that you were in your maximum, you were still no match for me and my power. I don't want you to feel short of yourself. I will let you think that you gave your all to defeat me, but still couldn't do it. Because in the end, you are weaker than I am."

Issei said to him. Regalzeva then replied him back.

"That was a big talk for you, big guy. I am at 90% of my maximum. Just a little more and you'll know the big mistake that you've done."

He had very fluent running electrical aura, running around him. The pressure that he exerted creating a foggy weather around him. He then yelled out the final roar to signal that yes, he is done.

"HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

He released a blinding dark violet colored light all around the place. The light slowly started fading away. When it had completely disappeared, Issei removed the hand, that he had placed over his eyes to shield them from the light. He looked at a shadow figure, completely covered in fog. The fog started moving away from front of the figure. Regalzeva had the figure like that of Jiren. Issei's eye glew up again, reading 'Power of Devastator/ Devastation form'. Issei could understand that the power gap of the 2 was now 0 units. Regalzeva had a big smile on his face, lips closed. He had then disappeared from his position and he reappeared in front of Issei. He the delivered a very powerful in Issei's stomach, making him spit out a bit of blood. Regalzeva looked up at Issei as Issei looked down at Regalzeva with his left eye completely closed, as a reaction of pain. Regalzeva looked at him and grinned. The battle between the two was about to get more intense from now on.
