An absurd story about absurd people which begs to ask, "What if Mutsumi had made her promise to someone else other than Keitaro?" You are on your own after that. "WTF?" Non-canon, AU, new characters, harem, female bisexuality, ecchi/hentai, crude innuendo, excessive swearing and bad behavior, excessive drinking.

A tall, muscular, workaholic, very different Keitaro has inherited the Hinata and wants to turn it into his home. Non-canon, many new tenants, respectful portrayals of a single gay man, yuri couples and female bisexuality. Crude humor, insults and cursing, innuendo, naughtiness, adult situations and subject matter. Chapter 9 posted. Enjoy.

What if Naru was nicer, Mitsune was much more level-headed, and Keitaro actually seriously considered evicting the tenants? See what could've happened if the author of Love Hina had kept the originally conceived personalities and characteristics of the tenants.

An alternative universe where the gender roles have been somewhat reversed. It's just for a bit of fun, not to be taken seriously or internally.

Keitaro and Kitsune are college students who meet and fall in love. Along with their family and friends, they hope to make a good life together at the Hinata. Alternate storytelling with many new characters. Swearing, a lot of innuendo, some excess drinking and yuri/lesbian relationships. This tale is a strong T. Another new chapter posted, please enjoy.

Anthony had just finished reading Love Hina and, while he enjoyed the story, he was extremely frustrated by the abuse that Keitaro went through and dislikes most of the residents of Hinata Inn for it. Anthony somehow gets transported to the Love Hina universe shortly after. How will he survive in the Hinata Inn when he doesn't have immortality like Keitaro? A few OCs will appear.

This was Kana's first Love Hina fic and can be considered "written under the influence", which is way out of its canon genre. Fic description: "warning: written under a vodka hangover. A demon is unleashed upon Hinata Sou. And the tenants soon see their worst nightmares come true." Never beyond its first chapter. Originally in pre-2012 format, credit goes to author.
