Laguna is distressed after Squall literally runs away from him. Luckily Kiros is there to cheer him up. And Squall has Rinoa to unload on after the incident as well.

Squall and Rinoa are enjoying a get-together in Balamb Garden when Laguna crashes the party. Awkwardness ensues.

After a short peacetime, a new global war commences.
