Mio is desperate. She is ready to turn to any opportunity to bring Mayu back, even something as fantastic as creating a clone. But what will she do when her efforts fail?

Four years after the events at Watanabe Shrine, Sumiko Yamada is now an art student studying in Tokyo. While on a camping trip with friends, Sumiko discovers the Okamoto Orphanage, which had burned down over six decades ago, killing everyone within except for one child. Drawn in by a ghostly cry for help, Sumiko once again begins another journey into darkness and horror.

Three people are drawn to the mysterious Watanabe Shrine, also known as the Shrine of Death. One seeks to fulfill a late colleague's dream, one to solve a 27 year old mystery, and one simply wants to help. But the three will uncover more than what they bargained for and are soon plunged into a centuries old nightmare. Will they survive, or will the Skinless Man claim them?
