Rinwell decides to cook for Dohalim as a sort-of compromise. Written for Infinite Horizons, a Tales of Fanzine.

Having saved both worlds, everyone is taking their time deciding what to do next; for Alphen and Shionne, this includes having to adjust to their new relationship. Oneshot Alphen/Shionne, which takes place after the game's ending.

*SPOILER ALERT*! PLEASE DO NOT READ IF YOU DID NOT FINISH TALES OF ARISE! After Shionne, Dahnan, and Renan were saved by Alphen and the gang, each of them decided to begin their own journeys by building their new lives. AlphenxShionne and multiple side pairings.

"Why'd it have to be Law, anyway?" —There's nothing worse than having to share a room with the one person you fear to be close to. Emotions win out against logic and reason, and for Rinwell, it's unbearable.

"You don't have to do this alone anymore." —Rinwell's kept up at night by her own morality, lost in how she should handle her traumatic past, and is comforted by the last person she expects. Contains spoilers for Tales of Arise. Takes place post-Niez, pre-Gradia.

Shionne learns that she has a talent for lying to herself. It all comes to a critical point in Pelegion.

There was something odd about the day, right from the offset. Kisara is given the day off along with an invitation from Dohalim that has her mind surging, and the chance encounters with acquaintances are not helping to settle her thoughts. (Post-game, Kisara/Dohalim)

It was just a passing conversation that had come to feel like an eternity ago - a comment on a sculpture that one saw as perfect, and the other not. To think it would come back to them both someday... (Kisara/Dohalim, post-game one-shot)

During a stopover in Viscint, Kisara and Dohalim encounter Zareh and find themselves discussing cats and their history (or lack thereof) with them.

Shionne's idea of a perfect house changes somewhat throughout her life. Pre and post-canon, spoilers.

They heavily underestimated the cunning mind of the Lord of Cyslodia, Ganabelt Valkyris and the first attempt of bringing him down ended in complete failure. Now they try to retrieve what they lost on that day as Law, Shionne, Alphen, Hootle and Rinwell search for ways to come to terms with what has happened but they find more than they initially thought. After a night of scary stories at Alphen and Shionne's house, Kisara and Dohalim find themselves unable to sleep for a variety of reasons. Post-canon.

The course of fate can be altered with the slightest moment of indecision. It just so happens that Rinwell's lapse might have cost her a lot more than she was willing to pay. It's a good thing that she has the people around her to make sure she gets through it all okay then, isn't it? Very minor AU!
