The USA entered World War 2 and thousands of men enlisted in the Armed Forces. Half a year later, the Army searched for female volunteers for a special program. And where better to put them than in another brand-new unit? Currahee meant "Stands Alone." There was a certain self-reliance that was inherent in enlisting, even among underage troopers. But throughout Easy Company's rendezvous with destiny, he never stood alone. He didn't know where his journey would take him, but he looked at the men beside him and decided he'd follow them to hell and back. Complete.
