Aziraphale begs Crowley to come to Heaven with him, and Crowley agrees, but gives him fifteen years to make a noticeable change. Aziraphale does his best, but makes little headway. Crowley tries to be on his best favor, but ends up Falling anyway. It was inevitable, really.

Unsurprisingly, Aziraphale runs into problems in his new job: the Second Coming will be a massacre, and only Crowley can help him prevent it. But Crowley has his own reasons, and his own issues: Hell gives him an ultimatum, and he must choose. But it seems neither angels nor demons can make choices very well. And stopping the Second Coming will have major consequences for everyone.

(post-season 2) Without the humidity set right, the plants wouldn't thrive, and it made no difference how much terror Crowley directed toward the frightened foliage. Humidity, though ideal for tropical plants, was destructive for old books and manuscripts. He needed to be thoughtful to how they were arranged. Crowley was homeless; the bookshop lost its landlord. Perfect.

A year after Aziraphale goes back to Heaven, Muriel asks Crowley for a little help preening. They've never had to do it on their own before, and surely Crowley wouldn't mind.
