Sam didn't, couldn't just leave the amulet in the trash can after Dean walked out of the room. So where has it been all this time? Spoilers up to 11.20 "Don't Call me Shurley".

The battle between Amara and Lucifer is over, this deems the beginning of Castiel's war with Lucifer. Castiel loses. He dies, sacrificing himself yet again for his Humanity. But Chucks back and luckily Cas gets another chance. What will he choose to do with his life from now?

It bothered me that Sam just let it go when Dean said all he did when he thought Sam was dead was think about redecorating. So this is my take on what happens when Sam finds out what Dean actually did. Spoilers for 11x17 "Red Meat"

How long had Dean and Castiel been friends? How many times had things gotten almost to close and they played it off like a joke? Castiel is sick of pretending its all a joke, but is Dean? I'm just going to cross post this from AO3. It's being written on there right now. Dean goes to a farmer's market and meets Castiel, a lemonade stand owner. The story that unfolds follows Dean as he works through a family tragedy, rebuilding his relationship with his brother, and balancing a potential new relationship with the strange lemonade stand guy! My summaries suck.
