Post- Season 8. All the angels have fallen, except one, who, with the help of Metatron, managed to escape the cage. Now Lucifer is back on the prowl for his one true... vessel. But that's not all, Lucifer has a purpose now. With all other angels gone, heaven is at it's most vulnerable and Lucifer has the chance to strike. He wants Heaven.

So this is a AU, which was inspired by Shakespeare's "The Taming of a Shrew". There are two major difference in this story than from the show, which is Dean is younger than Sam, and Castiel and Gabriel are human.

Sam runs heaven. Dean runs hell. Castiel is human. This is a simple one-shot about what happens when Castiel grows old and is ready to die.

"The bruises, missing work, canceling plans, and the weird behavior." Sam's voice softened considerably, he looked at Dean with pity. "I don't care that you're gay, but I'm not going to sit back and watch my brother be in an abusive relationship." In which Dean has been keeping secrets, Sam makes assumptions, and misunderstandings almost get Castiel arrested.

The Winchesters succeeded in closing the Gates of Hell forever. What they didn't read was the fine print – apparently the demons weren't the only ones shut out, and shutting the Gates wasn't the only effect it had on the world. Years later, Castiel is alone. But there's trouble brewing in Kansas, and a familiar face has come back from the dead. Coincidence? There's no such thing.

When Sam suffered through his visions, Dean was always there. Always. Sam only just had to realise that.

Part two in Destiel series. Sam and Dean go to a convention, trying to solve a murder that seems supernatural. What's broken, Can be fixed... Before Samandriel is found by Castiel, his is found by another angel. He likes to think of himself as a strong angel, but even the strongest has their breaking point. Samandriel calls on someone who he hasn't seen in some time now. Least to say, his angelic guardian is not happy that his sweet youngling is in Crowley's hands.

Dean and Castiel have somehow been turned into twelve-year-olds. While Sam and Bobby try to find a cure to turn them back, Dean takes it upon himself to teach Castiel how to act like a normal kid.

In another world, the angels take a more vested interest in the Winchesters' lives to spur the coming Apocalypse, and insinuate themselves around the Winchesters, building up Dean and helping John, while tearing Sam down, and pushing him towards the demons. When Sam runs away to Stanford, Heaven and Hell send someone to keep an eye on him, in the form of Jess Moore and Tyson Brady.

Dean is a demon, and that fact haunts him to the core. Knowing that the hunting life is like poison to him, he quits and gets a house on his own in the middle of no where. One day, an old friend come for a visit, and everything comes full circle, and old feelings begin to surface. (Destiel)
