Four years after the apocalypse, on a cold autumn night, bored scavengers in the Tacoma Commune discover a cryptic radio transmission, bearing nothing but an ominous message and co-ordinates leading deep into the wilderness. In a shady barhouse, one enterprising scavenger hires a survivor to scout the mysterious signal out.
