Soon, Dracula takes Johnny to his bedroom, and Johnny noticed a picture on the wall. "Hey, I know that lady.", Johnny said, saying that there was a legend behind her.
"Legend?", Dracula asked with confusion, "What legend?". Soon Johnny said, "Well, that's the Lady Lubov. The story is that a lonely count met her by chance, and they said that no two souls were ever more meant for each other.". Dracula was actually a little bit sad, when hearing Johnny's story.
"Eventually,", Johnny continued, "They moved into Castle Lubov, now known as Bran Castle, and they had a child. But then, a horrible tragedy happened.". Drac was started to understand parts of the legend now, as Johnny continues, "A fire started mysteriously on night, and it killed them both.".
"When I came to this castle.", Johnny continued, "I can still feel their powerful love. They'd even say it's like their souls were trapped in the ruins themselves.".
"The legend was wrong.", Dracula said, "It was only the wife who died.". Drac soon pulled down the curtain, and it reveals a picture of himself, next to the woman, revealing that the Lady Lubov was indeed Martha.
"And it was no mystery who killed her.", Drac said, "She was killed by your kind!", he shouted, as he tells the very same story that Mavis told Lincoln and Lucy. "They were the real monsters.", Drac said with grief, "I built this place for my love, to protect my child. As a father, you do everything to make your sure your family is safe.".
"And now, Mavis has feelings for you.", Drac said, to which Johnny was now starstruck when he heard this. But Johnny soon told Drac that it's now the 21st century, and that people were different back then, which made Drac a little better.
"Can you tell me that for certain, that if were out in the open,", Drac said, "Would everyone accept us?". However, Johnny said that he should go, saying that he doesn't want to hurt Mavis, but Drac said that Johnny should stay.
"You know, you're not the smoothest Frankenstein,", Dracula said, "But you would make a great vampire.". "Really?", Johnny said, "Because, I think I got the hypno-eyes down.", to which Drac told him to show off.
"Beware, for you are in my power.", Johnny said, mocking Dracula, "I command you to be... the werewolf man!". Soon, Drac pretends to be Wayne, and said, "I have too many kids. Scratch me, I have fleas.", even asking Johnny to scratch him.
Soon, Dracula's howling has woken up everyone, which means it's time for the party to begin.
Soon, the party started, with spider webs that say, 'Happy 118th Birthday, Mavis', and Lucy and Lincoln were looking around. "Lucy, I'm getting tired. I wanna go home.", he said, as he bumped into Bigfoot's leg.
"Come on Lincoln.", Lucy said, "It's not that bad.", as she and Lincoln soon noticed that Johnny and Mavis are going to kiss. "It's like I wanna... stay here.", Lucy said, as Johnny and Mavis kiss.
Soon, when Dracula heard about the kiss, he and Mavis are having an argument, and at the same time, Lucy and Lincoln were arguing as well.
"How could you,", Drac said, "After I shared my pain with you!". "Dad, it was just a kiss!", Mavis said, but Drac said, "You're not allowed to kiss!", and Mavis said, "Maybe I want to do things I never done before!".
Meanwhile, Lucy and Lincoln were arguing, "We need to get home!", Lincoln said, "Our family might be worried about us.", and Lucy said, "Well, maybe I like it here, because of all the monsters.". "Well that's what all you ever talking about, Monster, monster monster!", Lincoln said.
"Maybe I can give the village another chance! I want to learn how to roll with it, like Johnny!", Mavis said, and Drac said, "You can't go to that village again!", but Mavis snapped, "Maybe you can make them see that we can be friends!".
"Well, at least you're having fun, right?", Lucy said, but Lincoln said, "No! YOU were having fun, but I was terrified!". Mavis soon said to her father, "How do you know?!", to which Drac said, "Because it just won't!", and Mavis asked why.
Lucy soon said, "There is a reason I want to stay!", to which Lincoln also asked why. "BECAUSE, THAT VILLAGE DOESN'T EXIST!", Dracula screamed, and at the same time, Lucy screamed, "BECAUSE, I PURPOSELY GOT THE BOTH OF US LOST!".
Soon, everyone was in a state of shock, but the most surprised were Drac and Lucy, who heard each other's confessions. "What do you mean, it doesn't exist, Dad?", Mavis asked, and Lincoln asked, "What do you mean, you purposely got us lost?".
Drac and Lucy just both looked at each other, but all Mavis and Lincoln want, was for the both of them to tell the truth. Lucy said that Dracula should go first, to which he said his confession.
"I built the town. The staff put it all together. The zombies pretended to be the rabid villagers.", Drac said with guilt, and when Mavis, Lucy, and Lincoln heard that, they were the most shocked. Soon, Lucy told everyone, but mostly Lincoln, her confession.
"Well,", Lucy said with the same guilt as Drac, "I chose this place for a vacation, because we learned about it at school. And I thought, if you loved all the activities and the fun we had, I thought you liked it here.". "So that's why?", Mavis told her father, "Lying to me? Tricking me?! Keeping me here forever when I want to go see the world?!".
"Not only that,", Lincoln interrupted, but this time arguing with Lucy, "You knew our family left without us! But instead of thinking about me, you were thinking about yourself, and what you want.". "Wait, what do you mean your family left without you?", Mavis asked Lincoln.
"Liar!", Quasimodo said, as the fly guy pushed him into the ballroom with a wheelbarrow. "Hold on everyone, it seems like that there are three humans in the hotel.", he said, saying that he speaks Frozen. "Three humans?!", Lincoln said, "How is that possible?!".
"Well,", the fly guy said, "he said that those three are the humans.", which soon made everyone very cautious. "Johnny's not a human! He's my right arm's cousin!", Frank said, and Lincoln added, "Plus, why are you picking your nose?".
"He said it's a long story, as there are also two kid humans in the hotel.", the fly guy said, as Dracula said, "Is this true?". "Well, you see...", Mavis tried to say, but it was too late.
Quasimodo's pet rat soon goes on Lucy's hair and tickles her nose, causing her to sneeze her fake fangs at Lincoln, who wipes of the saliva which in turn washes the paint off. Then, the rat jumped on Johnny, and fiddled around with his hair, with his makeup also corroding.
"He said, Behold ze human.", the fly said, and everyone screamed in terror. "Is this true? Are you a human?", Mavis asked, to which Johnny said he is, but Mavis said that it doesn't matter, because she still loved him.
"Well, the thing is...", Johnny said, "I don't wanna be around you, because you're a monster!". This causes Mavis to go into a state of shock, as well as the other monsters when he said, "And I hate monsters.", before leaving.
Lincoln just comforted Mavis by hugging him, and he felt a little bit sorry for her. "THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!!", Lincoln and Mavis said, and they soon stormed out of the room. The other monsters soon exited the room, tired of Drac and Lucy's lies.
"I can't believe it.", Drac said, "We messed up, big time.". "Yeah, not only that...", Lucy said, while sniffling, "I've lost my only brother.".
Soon, it was a glum night in the hotel. "Oh, look who it is, Count Crockula and his assistant Dracu-Lucy.", the shrunken head near Mavis' door said, "I'm so glad my eyes are stitched together, because I don't wanna...", it continues before Dracula uses his magic.
"Shut... your... mouth!", Lucy said, before noticing a note on the door. "What's this?", Dracula said, as he read, "Dear Lucy, Because of your antics, I've decided to leave you here, and go back to Royal Woods all by myself! Anyway, I said goodbye to Mavis, and I'll be traveling with Johnny, stopping at Royal Woods first, and then Santa Cruz. Finally, I just wanna say, I hope this hotel made you more happy than at home. Goodbye, from Lincoln.".
"Oh, no!", Lucy said, "Lincoln going back to Royal Woods without me?!". "Royal Woods?", Dracula asked, to which Lucy said that the place where she, Lincoln, and the rest of her family lives.
Soon, Lucy and Dracula opened the door, and notice Mavis and Lincoln by the window. "Dad, can you please do us a favor?". Mavis asked, "Can you erase my mind?". "Yeah,", Lincoln said, "And can you erase the memories I had with Lucy from MY mind?".
When Lucy heard this, she was terrified on the inside. "I wouldn't do for you, or Lincoln.", Drac said, "Besides...". "Besides what?", Lincoln asked, "You were right, we hate monsters.". "But there are so many eligible monsters out there.", Drac said, but Mavis and Lincoln said that they both needed some alone time.
"We should follow them, but not too close.", Lucy said, as they followed them to the rooftops. "Hey!", Lincoln said, "Isn't today the day you opened your mom's birthday present she got you?".
"You're right!", Mavis said, and as she opened the gift, Lincoln somehow didn't like it at first. "It's a book! I don't normally like reading!", Lincoln said, but when he noticed the title, which was called 'Zing', Lincoln soon got interested. "Can I read it?", Lincoln asked, and Mavis said, "Yes.".
Lincoln soon read the book, "Two little bats, fly through the night. They saw a Zing, a love at first sight. They knew right then, they would be husband and wife. For a Zing only happens, once in your life. Your Zing will come, my love. Cherish it, love Mommy.".
Behind the chimney, Lucy and Drac were touched, saying that it was the most beautiful poem they ever heard. "Lucy would've loved this, she loves poems.", Lincoln said, "But can I ask you a favor?". "Sure, what is it?", Mavis asked.
"Can you please take care of Lucy while I go back home?", Lincoln asked, "I know she'd be happier here.". When Lucy and Drac heard this they both said, "What have we done?". "We need to get Lincoln back, and Mavis with Johnny again.", Lucy said, "And I think I know what to do.".
