After catching Moltres, Ash with the help of Rhyhorn took the grunts to the main land, and handed them to Officers waiting there. and quickly left the sevii islands, eager to train with his new legendary,
At midnight he reached Vermilion city, knowing that Pidgeot will be able to locate in the dark, he quickly released his avian and rode on her back to pallet town.
While on the way to Pallet a random Golbat started following them. Pidgeot was able to defeat it in seconds.
30 Minutes later
Ash landed infront of his house. recalled Pidgeot and knocked on the door
"Ash you're back!" Delia exclaimed and hugged Ash "how was your first mission"
Ash's stomach growled
"It was good i guess, i am tired and hungry. my pokemon are too." Ash said and Raichu came out of his pokeball.
After some talking, Delia handed Ash a bag of leftovers and pokefood.
Ash and Raichu sneaked into Oak's ransh. Raichu used his ESP to contact Ash's pokemon, Ash could do it himself but he was to tired to do it. Ash let out all his pokemon on hand
In just a few minutes Lucario was the first to arrive, with a sleeping Togepi in his hand, just as Togepi felt Ash's aura he woke up and happily jumped into Ash hands. Lucario hugged him too.
Slowly Ash's other pokemon arrived to, greeting Ash with a tackle hugged each, at the end of it Ash's ribbs were bruised.
Ash introduced Moltres to them, and all of them accepted her with open arms.
After the introductions were over, Ash gave his pokemon their food and ate himself. and fell asleep leaning against a tree, Lucario on him right side and, Raichu on his left. all the others sleeping near him.
In the morning
"WHAT. THE. FUCK." Misty and Brock said at the same time.
Why you ask. because Togepi was playing, well that is normal right? and the answer is...a big fat NO!
Togepi was playing, by standing no top of Moltres's head while she flew. Raichu hovering around them.
"1 day Ash...1 day we left you alone, and you get a freaking legendary!" Misty said still gawking
Ash explained everything to them
"She'll need a lot of training to be ready in time for the league" Brock said
"No!" Ash said
"what do you mean 'No' this could your golden opportunity to win the league" Misty argued
"I caught for her own safety." Ash said
"That's not the real reason and you know it!" Brock retorted
"I'll feel like I'll be cheating." Ash said
"Yeah only you can say that, but remember if somebody else was in your place, they won't hesitate to use a legendary in the league" Brock said
"I'll remember that, and that's why I'm gonna register Moltres as one of my league pokemon, but i will not use her until i really need her" Ash said
They did some mock battles, and trained with his newest Pokémon
Two months has passed and two more are left for the league
In that time, Ash's improved a lot Togepi is very to evolving still he likes to be carried in, Ash arms. Rhyhorn is now a Rhydon, Ash used a moon stone to evolve Nidorino into Nidoking, Krabby evolved into Kingler.

And now our group is relaxing near a cliff edge when suddenly a trainer challenges Ash
"Rhyhorn go"
"Kingler, I choose you" Ash's Kingler, who was already out with their other pokemon, came on to the field
"Rhyhorn Take down"
"Finish it fast Crabhammer"
Just as the Rhyhorn was about make a impact, Kingler bashed his large claw into the Rock Ground type. dealing a critical damage, knocking it out in one hit.
The trainer complimented Ash and went on his marry way. Suddenly, a Dragonite flies in with a letter for Ash and his friends. It projects a hologram of a mysterious woman who tells the Trainers to head to Old Shore Wharf to get to an island fortress called New Island.
Now they were in the Old shore wharf pokemon centre but there was a problem
"Where is my beloved Nurse Joy?" Brock said while comically crying
"Oh shut up Brock!" Misty said and slammed her mallet into Brock's head
Out side
The storm was rageing and some trainers were serounding officer Jenny
"Look the ferry to new island has been cancelled, because of the storm." Jenny announced
"It doesn't matter, I am Miranda, and I've been in the storm my, whole life." The girl, Miranda said and flew on her Pidgeot
"GUYS! were going to make our own way!" Ash announced while going inside the pokemon centre
"What" Misty and Brock said at the same Brock was still on the ground
"The ferry is cancelled, and I'm gonna fly in a storm." Ash said in excitement
They came out side
"Pidgeot, Gyarados, i choose you." Ash released his two flying types "Guys we need your help."
"Pidgot"
"Gya"
"As you can see the storm and we need to get to New island-" Ash didn't need to say at this point

"Geot" Gyarados and Pidgeot displayed their backs
"Right?" Ash got on her back
And Misty and Brock got on Gyarados's head. Other trainers did the same with their respective pokemon, to reach the New island
...New island
As the heroes arrive at New Island, the mystery woman from the hologram letter greets them and takes them to the dining room to meet the other Trainers who arrived safely. Brock says that she looked familiar, however, the woman denies it and shows them to the castle.
Meanwhile, as Team Rocket tries to get inside the fortress, the Mythical Pokémon Mew senses something troubling and arrives at New Island, and follows closely behind Team Rocket.
As they arrive at the dining room, Ash and the gang meet three Pokémon Trainers namedNeesha,Fergus, andCorey. Just then, the mystery woman introduces everybody in the room to her master, who is revealed to be none other than Mewtwo.
"You are a pokemon that means you can be caught like any other. Gyarados Hyper beam" Fergus's Gyarados, (who was smaller then Ash's) used a hyper beam on the 'strongest pokemon trainer', he? it?, it sounds like a he. he just used his ESP to redirect the move on the Gyarados
"Gyarados! you basterd!" Fergus said in censern and rage
Mewtwo used his ESP to fling Fergus to a wall but Raichu saved him with his own ESP
"You have done your job now i have no use for you anymore." Mewtwo releases the woman from its control. When Brock quickly catches her, it is revealed that the mystery woman is the missing Nurse Joy, whom Mewtwo had taken under its control due to her knowledge of Pokémon physiology.
"the Trainers that humans are weak and cruel, and have made all Pokémon their slaves. Pokémon are no better off since they choose to associate with humans." Mewtwo said
As Team Rocket gets into the fortress and make their way into a laboratory, they come across a weird-looking machine, a computer, and several Pokémon sleeping in giant pods. Jessie accidentally sits on the computer controls, which plays back a recorded message from Dr. Fuji about the fossilized eyelash of Mew that was used to create Mewtwo. Suddenly, the machine takes a piece of hair from Meowth to create a clone of him. Summoned by Mewtwo, the cloned Pokémon awaken and exit to their master.
Mewtwo leads Ash and the other Trainers into the stadium part of the fortress "We'll see whose better the Original or the clones." Mewtwo challenged, and from behind him came Venusaur, Blastoise and a Charizard, with wiared markings all over
"Ok then I accept your challenge. Wartortle, Charizard, I choose you." Ash said with a determined look in his eye. just as he said Charizard came flying from behind Wartortle on his back
"Well then" Mewtwo chuckled rather sinisterly i might add. "you know what to do" Blastoise–2 and Charizard–2 came on the battlefield
"So a tag battle hah~" Ash smirked "Guys you know what to do right." Wartortle and Charizard smirked, Wartortle took out his glasses from his squad
Blastoise2 used a Hydro pump on the both of them
Charizard wings took a metallic sheen, and got covered in ice, thanks to Wartortle, and nullified the attack, Just then Charizard2 came from the sky and rammed it's head into Charizard's steel hard (dic-no) wing
"Wartortle now!" Wartortle came from his back used a full power Blizzard to freeze the clone. and Charizard used a Iron tail to break the ice and knock it out
"Wartortle Iron defence then Skull bash. Charizard use Sismic toss" and they did just that. just as Wartortle bash his iron hard skull into Blastoise2's skull and made it flinch Venusaur2 Came and vine whipped him away
"Hey that's cheating!" Ash said in outrage. "you know what it doesn't matter. Wartortle take care of it. Charizard now!" Mewtwo said nothing at that just glared at Ash.
"Wartortle Ice Bullet." Wartortle covered himself in water. and lunged towards Venusaur2 in high speed. just before, the impact his mouth glowed blueish white, and the water turned to ice in an instant. the ice bullet impacted with Venusaur2, and broke the ice hurting the clone.
Meanwhile, Charizard took the dezed Blastoise2, in his claws. while using Sismic toss he activated Melting claw. the clone cried in pain but was unable to do anything else. Charizard end the move and flinged the clone and made a crater and Dragon rage for reassurance. Obviously the clone was not able to move after wards.
After wards Charizard went to help Wartortle in defeating the Venusaur2. in no time at all Venusaur2 went down.just as Ash's pokemon defeated the clones, Mewtwo summons its own specialized Poké Balls, the Mewtwo Balls, and uses them to capture Charizard and Blastoise, claiming them as its prize. Mewtwo announces that the other Pokémon will be taken to be cloned. The clones will remain safe on the island while Mewtwo's storms destroy the planet. Mewtwo sends the Balls after the Pokémon.
"Everyone attack them" Ash released all his cause he knows that even the pokeballs are not safe
Moltres herself in white flames. any Mewtwo ball that came in contact with the flame melted
Unfortunately Gyarados was caught because of his giant body as well as Rhydon and Nidoking. Pidgeot was able to evade most of them but accidentally rammed into pillar, Dazed she got caught as well. Ash saw that, the Mewtwo ball containing his pokemon was going into a went, he, Raichu and Lucario followed the balls. while running after the balls Raichu and Lucario got caught as well, Ash latched on to the two black and purple balls tightly. Unwilling to let go his friends. Ash used his aura to brake the ball and let them free. combination with constantly being on the run, leaves him exhausted. As a result, Raichu and Lucario are forced off the staircase while dodging the Balls, falling a long way. Ash jumps off after Raichu and Lucario to protect him, but before he can grab his friend, Two Mewtwo's Balls again manages to capture them. Ash grabs the Balls before he falls into the pool of water at the base of the staircase, and loses his grip on it underwater. Ash follows it, out of the pool, and towards the entrance to the laboratory where Team Rocket is.
The same machine that cloned Meowth earlier is now processing all of the Mewtwo Balls, and Ash grabs the one Raichu and Lucario is in just as the machine does as well. Fighting against the machine's many arms, Ash eventually manages to get the Mewtwo Ball away, destroying the machine in the process. Raichu and Lucario are released from the Mewtwo Ball and they shakes themself off. Happily, they reunites with Ash, but the clones are now freed from their stasis tubes, prepared to join Mewtwo. The remaining Mewtwo Balls are released from the machine in an explosion, and all open to free the Pokémon inside, including Charizard, Wartortle, and their Poké Balls. all his pokemons were there accept Moltres, that means she is still is not caught.
Mewtwo releases the other humans and is soon joined by its clone army. Ash emerges from the smoke with his and every Trainer's Pokémon and proclaims that they won't let Mewtwo's plan succeed.Moltres came from behind him having already distroid Mewtwo's balls, and Ash jumped on her back.
"Brave bird" Moltres with Ash on her back, Rushed beak first towards the Mew clone but was unable to do anything and was reflected, they again try to attack, but this time Mewtwo sends them flying at a high point of the castle. they are saved from the blow by a large, pink bubble. Then Mew comes onto the scene, having created the bubble that protected Ash and Moltres.
At first Mew looked at Moltres in confusion, then put it's attention back on Mewtwo.The playful Pokémon is soon targeted by a Shadow Ball from its clone, Mewtwo, who says that clones are far more powerful than the originals. Mew communicates with Mewtwo that a Pokémon's real strength comes from the heart, which is translated by Meowth. Disgusted, Mewtwo throws another Shadow Ball at Mew, who dodges it, but the blast hits Ash. With Mewtwo blocking all the Pokémon's special moves, a widespread melee begins between the Pokémon and their clones.
Ash and Moltres survives the blast but are horrified to see all the Pokémon fighting their clones, especially Raichu and Lucario getting slapped and beaten respectively endlessly by their clones.
"Why are they fighting. it doesn't matter that they're clones, they have life like just like the originals." Ash said As Team Rocket also look on in horror, Meowth talks with his clone about how, no matter how different people are, they all share a lot in common on this planet.
Just as Mew and Mewtwo are emanating large auras of psychic energy in preparation for their most powerful energy blasts, Ash, frightened and angered by the continuous fighting, runs between them, demanding them to stop their futile battle. The two blasts of energy strike with Ash in the crossfire, and due to the magnitude of concentrated power, Ash is turned to stone. "Fool" Mewtwo Spat, shocked by Ash's recklessness.
The stadium becomes silent, save for Ash's pokemon, who runs to Ash's side. After trying to wake him up, Raichu uses his Thunderbolt in vain, as Ash stays unmoving and has no sign of life. all his Pokémon begins to cry at losing his best friend, as do the rest of the Pokémon in the stadium due to Ash's noble and brave sacrifice in the name of their salvation. The tears of all the Pokémon come together and magically revive Ash, bringing him back to life just like in the story Miranda told earlier.
"it does not matter who is more powerful, that the clones and originals both have value, and that the circumstances of one's birth are irrelevant: it is what one does with life that determines one's destiny." Mewtwo said, also says that "it would be best if no one knew about what happened." When Mewtwo flies off, it tells Ash that it will find a place where it and the clones can live in peace, And to came to cerulean cave after the league. As a result, all of the memories of this event are erased from the Trainers' minds accept Ash's and his pokemon's.
Ash, Misty, Brock, and everyone else instantly find themselves back at the Pokémon Center with no memory of their adventure on New Island. Nurse Joy is also back, offering shelter from the storm. Going out to the pier, Ash sees Mew in the clouds as the storm ends and tells Misty and Brock that when his journey began, he saw a mysterious Pokémon, and now he believes he just saw another. Misty thinks that Ash was just imagining it, but Brock points out that maybe he wasn't. With that, the three friends prepare to continue their journey.
Meanwhile, Team Rocket, on the now-empty and green New Island and with no clue how they got here, decide to take a vacation.
