Well, it is almost time guys. The following chapter/day is when those two come back, but everything that Michelle Lewis has established and planned out is not going to go wrong, and she has a lot of support from this, but who knows what else could go down when tomorrow hits. Chapter 331: Some concerns and plans before tomorrow...
(August 19. the Loud House, Franklin Avenue. Royal Woods, Michigan.)
As the afternoon comes, Michelle Lewis is busy with some papers, but these aren't ordinary papers from her work. These papers are for something else.
Michelle already finished with getting Luna back to her school for the next school year, and now she is singing the papers for Lincoln to head for Middle School, and she makes sure that Lincoln Loud would be sent to the classroom of Ms. Pham.
She recalled from Lynn Jr, that Mr. Bolhofner's classroom is a total nightmare, and also a shed. This confuses Michelle Lewis, and she feels like she should discuss this with the principal, and she also gave this information to the Rosato family as well.
Michelle then stops, and she sees the photo of herself and with Lincoln and Luna, and seeing this makes her smile, but then her smile fades and now she has concerns about tomorrow. 'Those two will be back, and I hope that one of them will understand and see how things have been, and accept that Lincoln and Luna wanna be with me. Rita, I doubt she would and we need to be careful about her too.'
Michelle Lewis then checks the time. "Alright, almost done and soon I need to call in a family meeting." She then continues her work.
(An hour later.)
We go to the Living Room, and here they are all gathered. Lori, Leni, Luna, Luan, Lynn Jr, Lincoln, Lucy, Lola, Lana, Lisa and Lily. They then see Michelle Lewis come in and she stands in front of them. "Alright, so we all know what this family meeting is all about, correct?"
They all nod, and then Lisa speaks. "Lynnard Loud and Rita Loud are to be released tomorrow, and thus they are coming back here." The others seem kinda upset about that, and they look towards Lincoln and Luna, and they both don't look happy.
Michelle Lewis nods. "Yeah, those two are coming back tomorrow. We already know that by the time that they come back here, they will try and earn back forgiveness and trust from all of you, especially towards Lincoln and Luna. But we all know, that is out of the window."
"We are ware" replied Lucy. "Since they spoke so many damned words of truth." they all recall, and are deeply upset about that.
Michelle Lewis nods and then she continues. "But not just that... It seems, that Rita is literally becoming a rival to me, and I don't wanna have to deal with her. She will do whatever she can to make sure Lincoln and Luna stay here, when clearly they don't wanna be here after everything they have heard and known, and I myself don't like Rita Loud one bit."
They all remember the dispute they had at the visit last time, and it seemed intense. Lori then speaks. "She has been carrying Lincoln for nine months, and what happens next? She clearly doesn't even bother with him, and never even once helped him with his talents, and that left Luna to be truly responsible and literally being better than us at being big sisters to our brother."
Hearing that, kinda hurts for Leni, Luan and Lynn. But their big sister has a point.
Michelle then continues. "But I do have this bad feeling that Rita will try to go beyond lengths to make sure she claims Lincoln and Luna, and also to... Keep me away from them..." That one makes Lincoln scared, and Luna pulls him close, even she is afraid. "But, I am more than a hundred steps ahead of her."
"So, whatever dumb plan Rita Loud has in store, will not work. My plan is in motion, and everything is all going according to plan. She won't be able to take custody of Lincoln and Luna, and they will be my kids." She then calms down. "Girls, we wanna say thanks for accepting this and how it has to go."
They all nod and then Luan speaks. "It's all necessary. Since, Linc will not wanna spend a long time here because of those two. They are legit terrible parents to the bone."
"They made Lincoln be cast out, and that is just mean and darker than anything that I have known" replied Lucy.
"Forgiveness to them is gone for good" replied Lola. "But I do gotta wonder, will those two numb skulls even remember their parenting lessons and having second thoughts? Or, growing a backbone and be brave." They know who she's talking about.
Lisa then asks. "Michelle, might I ask about the reason for those things to be here?"
They see the robotic dragonfly at the top of the front door. Michelle Lewis then explains. "They are from FutureTech, to monitor Rita and Lynnard, and whatever they are doing around the house. To see if they have changed, and are going to do better than they did back then. But the other reason, is to make sure they don't fall back onto their old ways."
"Should that happen, then they are bound to return to their parent classes, for a longer time. Two years, and these robots are from FutureTech and will ensure everything those two do, is going to be evidence for future ordeals which they might cause." She then calms down. "Kids, tomorrow I don't want you all falling for their tricks. Because we're uncertain on what else will go down when they return here."
Michelle Lewis sighs and then she continues. "Kids, I won't be staying here tomorrow since Lynnard and Rita are coming back." This surprises them, and makes Luna and Lincoln afraid. "But, the other day I went house hunting and I have found a nice house somewhere at Olive Street and is across the road from where Amanda Bright also lives. This house is for... Myself, and for Lincoln and Luna."
Now that does surprise them, and makes them feel calm. Then she continues. "So, I will be staying at that house. But, next week I will be checking up on all of you to make sure that you're all okay and doing fine. I worry for the rest of you, but things are changing, and all of you have adapted to this change, and wanna become better than who you all were in the past, and that makes me proud of each and every one of you."
They all feel touched to hear this, and they all head over and they embrace Michelle Lewis, she does return the hug and they have some emotional tears as well. She's gonna miss living in this house and being there for all of them. But now, more change is coming and tomorrow is when it starts.
(Timeskip, night time.)
We now see Michelle Lewis, and she is in her red pajamas and she looks around the bedroom which she is staying, and a lot of her things have been packed up and she knows why. 'Well, tomorrow is when it happens. This will be their bedroom, and they better be grateful for the bathroom which was installed for them here.' She sighs. 'Dang, I really am gonna miss this place, but I will be happy to be in a house in the same town as the kids and not too far from them.'
Just then, she hears a knock on the door and she opens it to see Lincoln and Luna. Both in their sleepwear, and both look kinda upset. "Hey, what's wrong kids?"
Lincoln and Luna both ask. "Can we stay with you tonight, mom?"
Michelle smiles, and she lets them in. They take a seat on her bed, and then Michelle sits in the middle and the two siblings embrace Michelle Lewis, and she hugs them back. She knows that they are afraid to see her not be around often, and they don't want her to leave. But they need to be ready, for tomorrow is coming and the loud parents return.
Michelle then whispers to them. "Whatever happens, we will not be apart. I promise, my children."
(Meanwhile. The Royal Woods Penitentiary.)
Rita lays on her bed, with the moon light shining onto her, and she looks happy and yet a bit ticked off. 'Alright, tomorrow is when I walk out of here, oh and also Lynn. I will prove that I am a better mom than that Lewis woman, and she will leave forever! Lincoln and Luna are my kids, not hers. She is not taking them away from me!'
