Storyline: Tenten in Road to ninja world but with the 4 hokages

The first thing Tenten noticed before everything went black was the Third Hokage trying to get her out of the cocoon thing that encapsulated her. The second thing she noticed was that she was now awake. In a forest. A forest that she distinctly remembers training a lot in. Which means she's in Konoha. Having wounds that seemed to be from weapons training? That's impossible in itself since she never had a weapons malfunction ever.

Also, the Third Hokage is lying on the trunk of the tree adjacent to her, unconscious. As well as every undead Hokage that fought with the Allied Shinobi Forces. Strewn across the training ground knocked out. Looking… not undead.

So far, Tenten's mind hasn't collapsed in itself due to the amount of questions going through her mind. Questions about what the hell happened before she got encapsulated. Questions concerning how she - and the Hokage 4 for the matter - managed to teleport back to Konoha. Wasn't it midnight? So why was it clearly 10 in the morning? Why are the Hokages looking so… alive? Weren't they reanimated or something? Why does she have these wounds that obviously came from a weapons malfunction? And why does-

…Nevermind. She's completely overwhelmed. Tenten's brain is trying to process the infinite amount of questions in her brain. So far, she isn't successful. She's more likely to collapse from over exerting her brain at this point. She's hyperventilating yet she doesn't realize it. She's constantly looking everywhere as if she's trying to find clues as to what is going on. Slowly, however. Her thought process slowed. Her breathing calmed. And her composure eventually restored.

Slapping herself for overreacting like that. Tenten stood up from the ground and began thinking about her next course of action. Looking at the 4 Hokage with her, she decided that waking them up and seeing what they'll do from there is the best option at the moment.

The first one Tenten approached was the one she was most familiar with - Hiruzen Sarutobi. The Hokage of her childhood. Kneeling to the old man's side, Tenten carefully shook the Third's shoulder and said,

"L-Lord Third. Please wake up."

Her words had an immediate effect. Hiruzen's eyes opened wide as if he sensed an enemy shinobi. He stood up and immediately scanned his surroundings. As soon as Hiruzen's eyes landed on Tenten, he softened his glare and relaxed his posture.

"Tenten? Is that you? Where are we?" Lord Third asked the chunin kunoichi. He was anxious and it showed. As if he was expecting that they would be attacked or something.

"Lord Third, I think… I think we're in Konoha…" Tenten replied. She was hesitant about it but her observations earlier couldn't be wrong so she didn't correct herself.

"What! We're back in the village?! How?! What about the battle?" Hiruzen exclaimed. He was still in battle mode. The memories of the Infinite Tsukoyomi commencing fresh in his mind as well as his will to fight.

"Saru… What is going on? What happened?" Tenten heard a voice coming from behind her and saw Tobirama Senju - the Second Hokage - getting up from the tree he was lying on while nursing his head as if he has a headache.

"To-Tobirama-sensei! You're…" Hiruzen was speechless. His sensei doesn't have the usual cracks that you would normally see from a reanimated person.

"Alive. And if what I'm seeing is correct, so are you. As well as my brother and the Fourth Hokage." Tobirama said as he took a look at the First and Fourth Hokage now getting up.

"Ugh… that was not pleasant. Not pleasant at all." Hashirama Senju - the First Hokage - said as he held his sore neck. The soreness must've come from his sleeping position.

"Huh? Lord First, Lord Second, and Lord Third? What happened? And who is that?" Minato Namikaze - the Fourth Hokage - asked while pointing at Tenten.

"Let's leave all the questions for now. As we know it, we're all equally confused here." Tobirama declared. Silencing everyone before they could ask anymore questions.

"Um… to answer your question, Lord Fourth. I am Tenten. A chunin from Konoha." Tenten said as she pointed her hitai-ate resting on her forehead (she's wearing her Road to Ninja outfit however it has many cuts from the weapons malfunction she woke up to).

"Ah, I see. You must be one of Naruto's friends then?" Minato asked the weapons specialist.

"Yes sir." she briefly replied.

"We're getting sidetracked. Leave the small talk for later." Tobirama said out loud to the two of them.

"Agreed, Tobirama-sensei. We must gather what we know and make a plan for our next action afterward." Hiruzen said as he walked to where Minato and Tenten were standing. Seeing that the majority of the group was there, the Senju brothers went and stood before them. The five were now standing around in a circle under the shade of the trees.

Tenten couldn't help but feel a bit squeamish being in the presence of the 4 most powerful shinobi in Konoha history. She felt incredibly small standing there. But despite all that, she steadied herself and waited for the others to talk. It would be rude of her to speak first since she knows next to nothing compared to the others.

"What do we know about the events beforehand, you ask? All I know is this,Tobirama. I remember that I was unable to move after being impaled by Madara's black rods. Standing beside me was a pale boy who was part of the sealing corps. After the sky shone like day, I saw the boy being encapsulated by the large tree. After that, all I remember is waking up here. Wherever 'here' is." Hashirama told the group as he crossed his arms and closed his eyes. Clearly trying to remember the past events.

"I remember being beside Tsunade when it happened. The light caused each and everyone of the shinobi I was with to become paralyzed as they were covered by the same tree Lord Hashirama spoke of. I even tried saving Yamato - the shinobi using the Kanzeon Lotus King from before - since he was released from his mind control. But unfortunately, I failed." Hiruzen said as he looked down at the grassy ground in dismay.

"Wait, Lord Third. If I may interrupt. The last thing I saw was you trying to get me out of the binds. Did you try to release me like what you did with Yamato?" Tenten asked. Causing the Hokages to look at her. The Senju brothers forgot her existence at one point and were surprised that she was there.

"You know her, Saru?" Tobirama said as he held a casual gaze at Tenten. Causing her to shrink in fear and hide behind Minato's back. Minato understood that she was intimidated by the Second Hokage so he made no move to stop her from hiding.

"She was a genin when I was still alive. Her Sensei was Gai, the taijutsu user." Hiruzen briefly explained. Since it dawned on him that he didn't know much about Tenten even when he was still alive.

"But to move back to topic, yes Tenten. After Yamato was fully taken by the Tree, I tried releasing everyone I could get a hold on. The last person I remember trying to free was you,Tenten."

"This is very confusing indeed. If the accounts of Lord First and Lord Third were to be true, then that would mean that all five of us have been taken in by Madara's jutsu." Minato concluded. His conclusion brought realization upon everyone present.

"There are too many questions unanswered. But for now… we must survey our surroundings. See what is going on from here." Tobirama said as he turned away from the group and began walking in a direction. It must be because there is the sound of a river coming from that direction.

"We should follow Tobirama's suggestion." Hashirama told the others as he walked his way towards his brother. Seeing this, the rest followed suit.

"Lord Third… like I said before. I think we are in Konoha." Tenten said as she walked beside the Sarutobi.

"Yes, I remember. This is the Third Training ground, if I recall correctly." Hiruzen said with a thoughtful expression on his face.

"This was the same place I took Kakashi and the rest of the genin team I led to test them for the first time." Minato reminisced fondly as he watched the leaves dancing in the wind.

"This was also the same place Kakashi tested Naruto and his genin team too." Hiruzen told the blonde man.

"Wow! Really? It must've been a hard test. I hope Kakashi didn't go too hard on them." Minato wondered worrily. He liked having small talk like this with the Third Hokage. If anything, it calmed his mind from the stress of having to fight Madara and all. And looking to Hiruzen's side, it appears that even Tenten appreciated the conversation since she was just smiling as she listened to them.

"Hahahaha… Oh, but he didn't. Kakashi didn't know how to properly handle genin back then. So he went as hard as he could on poor Naruto. In the end, Naruto got tied up on one of the posts." Hiruzen didn't watch the test itself. But the very colourful account Naruto told him was enough to paint the picture that it wasn't enjoyable.

"Oh poor him. Well, seeing him now. I guess things went for the better for him." Minato said. Which caught Hiruzen's and Tenten's attention.

"What do you mean by-" Hiruzen asked but was stopped by Tobirama's alert voice.

"Everyone. Hide! 2 hostile chakra heading from the east."

Not having the time to question what's the problem, Tenten jumped towards the highest branch she could find. She ended up sharing the branch with Hashirama. Who bumped into her and made her lose balance and was about to fall before she was caught by the strong yet soft hold by the First Hokage.

"Sorry about that." Hashirama told Tenten with a sheepish grin while scratching the back of his neck. The action made Tenten think about a certain yellow-headed knucklehead for some reason. Must be because it felt like she'd seen it before.

"They're coming." Minato whispered from his branch. The one nearest to Tobirama's. With Hiruzen being the farthest from everyone else. The Fourth's statement caused everyone to suppress their chakra presence. Tenten held her breath as she anticipated the hostile enemy. As she waited, she wondered why the Second Hokage didn't just attack the enemy instead of hiding.

Seeing who they were, she was thankful that never happened.

"Are you sure this is where Tenten is, Neji?" Rock Lee asked his teammate.

"I am sure of it, Lee. My byakugan couldn't be wrong." Neji replied.

"Lee?! And… Neji! How…" Tenten whispered. Shock and sadness evident in her voice. She didn't have time to properly mourn for the Hyuuga's death. So seeing him now doesn't make things better for the weapons specialist's feelings.

"You know these two?" Hashirama asked Tenten. Looking at Hiruzen, the reaction he saw from his brother's student was enough for him to understand the relationship between Tenten and the two shinobi.

"I don't understand. Lord Second, these two are Leaf Shinobi. So why did their chakra signatures…" Minato asked before he fell silent.

"...feel like their hostile shinobi even though they're not? The answer eludes me as well." Tobirama finished with a grimace.

"Something about Neji and Lee feels… different." Hiruzen whispered to himself.

"Well, Tenten. It appears that a reunion would be fitting at a time like this." Hashirama whispered to the weapons specialist. The other 3 Hokage heard this and had their own opinions on the matter.

"You idiot! These 2 ninja appear to be from our village, but their chakra signatures say otherwise. We don't know if they can be trusted or not. We must plan these carefully, or else she would be walking into a trap elder brother." Tobirama warned from his branch.

"I don't know, Lord Second. This might be an opportunity to figure out what is truly happening. Who knows, we might get some answers." Minato calmly suggested.

"I agree with Minato, Sensei. But should Tenten be harmed in any way, we can handle it." Hiruzen said as he backed up his successor.

"...Fine. But stay alert. Especially you. You must treat your teammates with caution. No matter what you do." Tobirama ordered Tenten.

"Y-yes! Lord Second. I will do that." replied Tenten.

"Good. Now get down there and have a chat with them. Good luck!" Hashirama told the weapons specialist.

'Let's do this.' Tenten thought to herself as she went down from her tree and greeted her fellow teammates who were now beside the river of training ground 3.

"H-hey guys!" Tenten shouted to Lee and Neji as she approached them.

"There you are, Tenten. I was beginning to think that the explosion killed you!" Lee said as the weapon specialist neared him.

"W-what explosion?" Tenten asked cautiously as her gaze kept switching to both Neji and Lee.

"That head of yours must've been rattled by your descent and crash. You tried training with some large exploding spike ball and somehow used the wrong hand signs. It was too fast for me to figure out what really happened. All I know is suddenly, the spike ball blew up. You were flying into the sky. And you somehow ended up here. Half a mile where we were originally training." Neji explained. Clearly dismayed at Tenten.

"Uh… I see… Sorry about that." Tenten sheepishly apologised as she raised her right arm to scratch the back of her head.

'I don't get it, when Lord Second felt their chakra signatures, he said they were hostile. They don't look hostile to me. So what's going on?' Tenten thought to herself as her hand reached for her neck. Not realizing the slowly morphing reactions of her fellow teammates.

"Hm? What's wrong, Neji? Why do you have the Byakugan on? Do you have a fever or something while you're at it, your face is quite pink." Tenten asked the Hyuuga.

"N-no… nothing, Tenten. I'm alright. I'm just exercising my Byakugan. If you know what I mean." Neji said as he kept his eyes straight into Tenten's. Occasionally taking a super quick peek down below the area the weapons specialist was still not aware of.

Unfortunately for Neji, Lee was not as careful. Since the moment his eyes looked down, he couldn't seem to break his gaze from it. Something Tenten came to realize once she paid attention to the Taijutsu user.

"Huh? You too, Lee? What's going on with you? And why are you beet red? And where are you… looking…at…" Tenten began following Lee's gaze and looked to see:

Her shirt exposing a portion of her maroon bra.

"!" Quickly, she covered herself. Glaring daggers at the two perverts who didn't even bother pointing out that she was almost exposed infront of them. Too much was happening at the moment for her to fully comprehend the abrupt change in personality that happened with her teammates. But what Tenten did comprehend was that Neji and Lee deserve some punishment.

"Big time." Tenten thought out loud. Her rage deafening the pleas of forgiveness Lee and Neji are throwing at her, she brought out one of the many weapon's scrolls she used in the war. The weapons stored within them were brought out after a cloud of smoke summoned them from within the scroll. Using the chakra strings attached to each weapon, Tenten arranged them in a vertical line that reached to the sky. As soon as the last blade was in place, she jumped onto it. Effectively making her more than a dozen feet up in the air.

Shocked at what their seeing. Neji and Lee couldn't help but be in awe and fear at the sight of the many blades Tenten is about to use to flatten their pathetic asses. Much more so when they realize how fluid and masterful their female teammate was on using said blades. Too bad their awe and fear weren't noticed as their noses gushed blood at the wonderful sight.

Of Tenten's already battered white shirt ripping open to show the wonderful mounds of flesh resting on her maroon bra.

The worst part about this is that Tenten's rage grew even further as she realized what had happened. There was no forgiveness for the Hyuuga and the Taijutsu user.

"NINJA TOOLS: BLADE KICK!" Tenten shouted. With a flick from her two hands, the blades rushed forth towards the currently stunned Neji and Lee. they couldn't run away as their minds imprinted the sight of a half naked Tenten. And because of their perversion, they were doomed to be destroyed.

"AHHH!" Was the only thing heard from the two perverts before the explosions that came from some of the weapons thrown at them blasted them into the river. A loud "sploosh!" was heard when they met the watery depths.

"That was very… uncharacteristic of them. Neji Hyuuga was a proud and disciplined child. While Lee was a kindhearted boy when I was alive. This behaviour from them is very, very unexpected." Hiruzen said as he and the other 3 Hokages walked to where Tenten was. He was looking very pensive and frustrated at the sudden change of personality the two perverts had.

"And quite depraved too." Tenten added as she fished for a spare shirt from one of her scrolls inside her backpack. Only to realize that these scrolls aren't hers. Well, it was labelled with her name. But she has never noticed how sloppy and disorganised everything is inside her bag until now. In fact, if it weren't for her muscle memory, she wouldn't have found the weapons scroll she used to beat Neji and Lee up earlier. It felt like she opened someone else's backpack owned by another Tenten who sucked at using weapons scrolls.

"Well, the good news is: we're in the village." Hashirama positively pointed out

"A village that is somehow not our own." Tobirama added, which caused everyone in the group except Hiruzen to look at him in surprise.

"Tobirama-sensei's right. There is no other explanation." Hiruzen said as he backed up the Second Hokage.

"But Lord Third, surely there has to be some explanation to this. Maybe Tenten's teammates were genjutsu'ed into becoming -" Minato reasoned out before he was cut off by Tobirama.

"Into perverts?" Tobirama asked as he raised an eyebrow.

"-their opposite personality." Minato finished. It sounded a lot more reasonable in his head. And now that he said it out loud, he felt stupid.

"Uh, um! If I may, Lord Hokages." Tenten raised a hand in order to gain their attention. As their expectant gaze went towards the newly clothed weapon's specialist, she shivered. She did not expect to be heard. Since she got their attention she decided to press on with her theory.

"I believe that both of your ideas are correct. I have my backpack here to prove it. I believe that we are in a completely different Konoha. A Konoha wherein the people we know have completely different personalities from what we are used to. I am a tidy and organised kunoichi. I am proud to declare that I am the best weapons specialist within Konoha. I never have had any complications with my weapons as I trained. And yet whenI woke up, I had my clothes torn and wounds open from a failed weapons test. And my bag is messy and jumbled up. And look at my friends! They would never be as perverted as that. And yet they are…" Tenten ran out of things to say at this point, so she gradually lowered her voice as she ended her theory rant.

The Hokages began thinking to themselves. This could be the reason why everything was so… different. The chakra in the air didn't feel right. The chakra signatures didn't quite feel as friendly when they sensed it. And finally, the differences between Neji and Lee's personalities from what they remembered were the final pieces they needed to conclude that this was indeed a different Konoha. So the final question they all had in their mind.

"How did we get here then?" Minato voiced out. The others turned to him when he asked for it.

"...I believe I know how." Hashirama spoke out. Which caused everyone to turn to him. But before he could say it out loud, his brother beat him to it.

"Infinite Tsukuyomi." Tobirama said.

And this is where everything started to make sense.
