The third and final installment of my FemSmuggler / Skavak story. It's been a while since I posted the first two parts, but since I seem to have found my creativity again after years, I can finally finish all the stories that were simmering on my hard disk, one of them being this one. Hope someone is still reading :)

Hot Diggity Damn.

How did she always manage to get herself into messes like this?

Blast it.

Neeris sat up, groaned and pressed both hands against her temples to keep her head from exploding.

Fuck. If this wasn't the worst headache she ever had.

And that was not the biggest of her problems. Not by a long shot.

The last thing she remembered was that cantina on Voss. She had been bored out of her mind, sitting on her ship, watching Corso polish his collection of more or less aptly named blasters. And he named them all. And talked to them.

Cripes.

She just had to get out. And the locals were strangely entertaining, what with their complete and utter lack of a sense of humour. It seemed like the whole population never even heard of the possibility of laughing.

Their total inability to grasp a joke was funny all in itself.

So Neeris decided to go out for a bit, mingle, and have some fun at the expense of those multicolored sticklers. No harm in that, because they never even noticed.

She must have let her guard down, feeling safe here, amongst those ridiculously straightforward people. And someone must have slipped something in her drink, because she downed it, and then everything got blurry in seconds. And then dark.

And now she found herself in an all too familiar situation, namely in a small cell with an energy shield blocking the door, with the mother of all headaches threatening to split her skull. And with no doubts to whom she owed this exhilarating experience.

Skavak.

That slime ball. She should have killed him after he tried to steal Risha's crown after all. Only fond memories of the quality of his butt had swayed her to beat him to a pulp and let loose in an escape pod over Tatooine instead.

Obviously he'd survived. And was up to his old tricks.

She should have known better than to get careless. In hindsight, Voss was the ideal location to spring a trap. None of the locals would ever interfere in something they considered outsider's business. So if someone spiked her drink and simply carried her out while she was unconscious, no one would do as much as lift a finger. Or ask questions.

Stupid, Neeris. Stupid.

And this time there was not even money involved.

Hopefully, her latest bout of stupidity would not be her last.

She looked down at her hands and was relieved to see that once again, her stun ring remained on her finger. She had been afraid that since she'd used it on Skavak once, he would take it away from her. It was strange, really, that she still had it.

Maybe he was so out of it from the Whiff, he did not remember?

Doubtful. But the important thing was, it was still there, for her to use.

Maybe my luck has not completely run out after all.

With that comforting thought, she laid back and closed her eyes, intending to rest and get her strength back before some opportunity to escape presented itself.

And, hopefully, get rid of that freaking headache.

When the sound of approaching steps woke her, Neeris felt indefinitely better. The sleep had gotten rid of the remnants of the drug in her system, it seemed, and the headache was gone.

She blinked and turned on her cot so she could watch the door. Through the semi-transparent red energy shield she could see several figures approaching. Then the shield fell, and one of the figures stumbled into the room. Before Neeris could react in any way, the shield was up again, and the figures outside turned and left.

But Neeris' gaze was fixed on the one that stood inside the cell anyway, anger churning in her stomach while he lifted his head to glare at her with burning hatred in his dark eyes.

"You!", they spat out simultaneously, both with the same loathing vibrating in their voices. And then both blinked in surprise.

Neeris recovered first.

"Gawd, why don't you give it up already?", she exclaimed, flinging up her hands in a WTF gesture. "How many times do I have to outwit you before you realise you'll never best me?"

"Don't flatter yourself, bitch", he hissed through clenched teeth. "I would be more than happy to forget you ever existed. But that little stunt you pulled when you escaped last time got me on Rogun's black list as well. So here we both are, about to delivered to him on a silver platter for the bounties on our heads."

He stalked nearer, and Neeris shot up from the cot, ready for anything he tried to dish out. He stopped one step away, and she only now noticed that his upper lip was split, and a small gash decorated his left cheek. Obviously, he had gone down fighting.

And absurd as it was, that thought sent a flutter of tinglies through her stomach.

She would have loved to watch that fight.

Skavak's hot, hateful eyes were still fixed on hers. "This is all your fault," he growled. "I should just have killed you when I had you on Mylo's ship."

Neeris sneered. "Yes, you should have. But the bounty was higher for me alive, and you got greedy, didn't you, asswipe? And that's what you get for it."

Look who's talking, a small traitorous voice in the back of her head chimed in, and Neeris shut it out quickly.

She saw the fury flare in Skavak's eyes and knew what was coming before he even moved.

"I'll fix that now", he hissed, and his hand shot out, aiming for her ponytail, trying to immobilise her. She dodged to the side, her foot shooting up in a nasty kick, aiming for her favourite target - his crown jewels.

Cursing, he jumped back, her kick going wide.

And then, it was on.

Fists and feet flying, connecting, missing, being blocked. Grunts of pain and exclamations of triumph mixing with heavy breaths and gasps for air.

It was exhilarating. Neeris gave as good as she got, making up for Skavak's strength and weight with speed and skill. Watching his face for telltale signs, predicting blows before he even launched them and avoiding them most times.

Seeing the hatred and fury in his eyes slowly mixing with something else equally hot. Noticing how his burning gaze started to stray to her mouth and chest more and more.

Feeling the anger and violence fuel some hot and throbbing sensation between her legs as they fell back into the familiar fighting pattern. How often had they come to blows by now anyway?

She could not tell. More often than she could count.

But one thing was certain: It always got her hot.

I truly am a sick, sick person, she thought without a hint of regret as her gaze snagged to his tongue flicking out to wet his lips, the sight sending a bolt of heat right into her core.

Skavak made good use of her distraction, his foot sweeping out, kicking her legs right out under her. Neeris went down with a curse, and then he already was on her, pinning her down, his hands gripping her wrists, holding them fast.

Neeris bucked and felt something hot and hard rub against her hip.

"Stars, yes", he gasped. "Do that again."

He shifted slightly, so his hardness now pressed against the mound between her legs. Neeris bucked again and they both moaned at the sensation.

Their gazes locked, black on amethyst, the same heat burning in both of them.

"They're probably watching us", Skavak rasped. "That make you hot?"

Excitement zinged through Neeris at the thought. She lifted her hips to rub herself against him.

"Yes", she breathed, while he inhaled sharply. "It does."

"You are truly a pervert", he murmured, his eyes dilating slightly.

"That's why you crave me", she grinned, wrapping one leg around his hips, drawing him faster against herself and watching him bite his lip while repressing a moan.

"We can't", he said, breathlessly. "We'd be vulnerable."

"Back left corner, blind spot", Neeris bit out, making use of his slackened grip to free her hands and push him away hard, flipping them over so she was on top.

Growling, he flipped her again, and so they rolled until they ended up in a breathless heap in the back left corner of the room.

"They can't see us here", Neeris gasped.

Seconds later, their mouths clashed, sucking, biting and licking. Desire shot hot and bright through Neeris' body and she moaned, her fingers buried in his long dark hair, while his hands found her ass, grabbing it to draw her fast against his hard cock, an answering moan escaping him.

"I mean it", he gasped into her mouth. "We can't."

"Makes me want to do it even more", she said, arching against him.

He ripped his mouth away and pressed his face into her neck, breathing hard. "I know", he said roughly.

"Hate to say it, but we'll have to work together to get out of this mess", she whispered into his ear, her tongue flicking out, tracing the shell and making him shiver.

"You still got that ring?", he asked, his teeth nipping sharply at the sensitive spot at her throat. It was her time to shiver.

So he had not forgotten. Figured.

"Yes", she replied, her hands sliding down his sides to his ass, grabbing firmly and pulling him harder against her.

She wanted only to rip his pants off and have her way with him.

No time for that now. Damn.

"Good", he said. "We'll flip back in sight. I'll pretend to beat the shit out of you until they think it will kill you. They'll come running to save their bounty. You'll surprise them with the ring, and then we'll take care of the rest."

Without waiting for her reply, he shoved her backwards with hands and feet, sending her flying into the room.

Neeris cursed when her back hit the floor hard, and then he was already on her hitting and kicking. He pulled his punches, but not so much it did not still hurt a lot.

Bastard, Neeris thought as she curled up into a ball on the floor, sucking up his hits and trying her best to look defeated.

Rotten bastard. She wanted to fuck his brains out.

Was she sick or what?

It seemed to take only minutes before hasty steps approached and two men entered the room, one trying to hit Skavak with a stun gun, which he deftly avoided, the other bending down to check on Neeris.

She shot up, pressing her activated ring into his neck. She saw his eyes cross before he went down like a log. The other shouted in surprise, turning in her direction.

It was the last mistake he ever made. Skavak stepped behind him, grabbing his head and twisted in a quick, violent motion. The man's neck snapped audibly, and Skavak let him fall to the ground like so much garbage.

He stepped over the body, a wild light in his black eyes, and grabbed Neeris' neck to pull her into a quick, hard kiss.

"Let's go", he said with a devilish grin that sent her heart fluttering and made her itch to rip his shirt off to sink her teeth into his chest.

Still no time for that.

Damn.

Armed with a blaster she took from one of her captors, Neeris felt much better, sneaking along the bare metal corridor with Skavak in front of her. She had meant it when she said they had to work together to make it out of her alive. And he probably had meant it too.

She still felt better not having him at her back.

Skavak himself seemed to have no problems with that. He peered around a corner, then turned to her, his eyes still gleaming wickedly.

Neeris' heart stuttered.

Stars. He's just too hot like this.

Not good. I can't fall for him.

"Two guards coming in our direction", he whispered. "We need a distraction."

Neeris shoved her blaster in the back of her pants, grip digging into the small of her back, and shot him a wicked grin of her own.

He blinked.

"Leave that to me", she whispered back.

She ran round the corner, flinging out her hands so the guards would see she was unarmed.

"Help me", she whined in her best damsel in distress voice. "He's going to kill me!"

The guards stopped in their tracks, baffled. Before they could recover, Neeris threw herself into the arms of the bigger one, a beefy guy with short, sandy blond hair, sobbing hysterically. Reflexively, his arms closed around her.

That was when her knee came up.

The guy grunted and folded in the middle while Neeris jumped back. The other one, scrawny with greasy brown hair, stared in surprise for a precious second. That cost him his life, as Skavak dodged round the corner and sent a blaster bolt right between his eyes.

Huh. Did not know he could shoot like that. Have to be more careful in the future.

She finished the other one with a quick shot of her own.

Skavak sauntered near, one eyebrow cocked as he looked at the corpse.

"Well, captain", he drawled. "Colour me surprised. Did not think you had that in you, shooting a guy when he's down."

Neeris rolled her eyes. "Really, Skavak? You've been siccing people on me how long? And you did not realise they end up dead?"

He shrugged. "Did not care enough to check", he said.

"Stars", she grumbled. "Do you think I ended up where I am by being a sissy? You cross me, you die."

He shot her that devilish grin that did funny things to her stomach.

"I seem to be very much alive", he smirked.

"Yeah, you can thank that pert ass of yours for that. I wanted to keep it around for further use", Neeris replied, deadpan. "Shame you come attached to it."

Skavak actually laughed, a rich, deep, honest-to-stars laugh.

Neeris gaped at him. She did not think she ever heard that sound before. If she thought his grin did funny things to her stomach...

"Don't... don't do that", she said, a bit weakly.

His eyebrows shot up, the amused sparkle still in his black eyes. "Don't do what?", he asked.

"Don't laugh", she answered, her voice still slightly shaky.

"What, I can't laugh?" He sounded confused. "Never heard of that rule."

"No, you can't", she replied, her voice firm again.

"Why?" The amusement was back in his voice.

"Makes it hard to hate you properly", she said, crossing her arms over her chest defiantly.

That made him chuckle again. "Cant' have that, can we?"

"No", she said firmly. "Definitely not." And with that, she turned and followed the corridor further in the direction of the cockpit. Maybe it was better to have him behind her after all - where he could not read the expression on her face.

Squeezed together into the small space between the wall and the locker, Neeris and Skavak watched five men with drawn weapons tromp by. Obviously, their escape was no secret anymore. Well, someone had to notice sooner or later.

Being confined in this narrow gap, pressed against Skavak, was rather... distracting. Her hip was shoved against very interesting parts of Skavak's anatomy, and she could feel his quickened breath stirring up the small hairs in her neck under her even messier than usual ponytail. It sent goose bumps down her spine.

When the patrol had passed, Neeris turned her head and met Skavak's heated gaze. He did not even try to hide the hunger in his stare.

"Damn", he breathed, his hands sliding around her hips, pressing her even harder against his erection. "I don't get it. You're just a green skinned alien bitch. I hate alien bitches. Never touch 'em. So why do I want to fuck you every time I see you? Why do I want to fuck you through this wall right now?"

Neeris gave him a wicked smile as heat started to pool in her stomach. "Because I'd love it if you did", she purred. She turned as much as she could in the confined space, and, standing on tiptoes, brought her lips to his, so they just barely did not touch.

"Because you know that whatever you dish out, I can take", she breathed. "Whatever sick, depraved fantasy your feverish brain dreams of, I will love it and scream for more. Two peas in a pod, Skavak, that's what we are."

He shuddered and tried to kiss her, but she turned her head and started nibbling on his earlobe instead, drawing a small moan from him.

"And I have plans, oh, do I have plans for you", she whispered, her tongue flicking out and tracing the shell of his ear, making him shiver, her own excitement a slow burn in her belly. "I want to tie you up again and have my wicked way with you. And Skavak, I will make it hurt so good."

He shuddered violently and groaned deep in his throat, and Neeris drew back a little, staring at him. "Did you just come in your pants?", she asked, incredulously.

His face was flushed, but he raised his eyebrows in indignation. "Of course not", he declared, haughtily. Then he suddenly grinned, a wry, lopsided grin, and winked at her. "Close call, though", he said.

Neeris could just stare at him, a sinking feeling in her stomach.

He always had been very attractive.

Like this, he was devastating.

Oh boy, was she in trouble.

Storming the cockpit through the air vents had been easier than expected. They kicked out the grit and started shooting from the cover of the opening. Like fish in a barrel. After a few moments, the rest of the gang had come running, following the alarm the captain had sounded. Neeris was fairly sure that they had eliminated the crew completely by now.

"All right", Neeris said, pointing her blaster down and shooting the captain one last time for good measure. He probably already was dead, but it always paid to make sure. "I propose we cut off his head, wrap it in paper with a red ribbon and send it to Rogan as a present. What do you think?"

Skavak chuckled and rolled another body over with his foot, checking if the man was truly dead.

"You say the cutest things", he said. "I'm all for it."

Neeris grinned and stepped up to him. He turned, caught her in his arms and drew her close, his mouth seeking hers in a greedy kiss. Neeris shivered at the wild light in his black eyes.

"Oh my", she murmured, nibbling at his lips. "Did all that violence make you horny, you naughty boy?"

"Hell, yeah", he rasped, grabbing her backside, squeezing hard.

Neeris shuddered. He was just perfect.

"Well", she purred, rubbing against him. "It does not have to end here. How about we find a bunk and see how well violence and sex mix?"

He gasped as a heavy shiver went through his body, and pressed his face into her neck. "You really do know what to say, don't you?", he rasped, breathlessly.

"Skavak...?", Neeris drawled. "Did you just come in your pants again?"

He grabbed her ponytail, harshly pulling her head back, pressing his lips to hers in a brutal kiss. "When I come, bitch, it will be buried up to my balls in your body while you scream my name", he growled.

Neeris' excitement spiked, and her breath quickened. She bit Skavak's lip none too gently, and he growled again. "Never happen", she answered, a little hoarse. "I never scream names. Too easy to pick the wrong one. Very awkward."

He lifted his head and stared down at her, his eyes feverish, but a wild, triumphant grin on his lips. "A challenge", he rasped. "I accept".

And with these words, he grabbed her arm and dragged her out of the cockpit, in search of a bunk they could use.

Later, much later, Neeris sighed as she snuggled up against Skavak's bare chest. She was relaxed and sated and ached in all the right places. She was dangerously close to feeling happy. She knew she should get up and end this now, but she just could not bring herself to do it.

It just felt too good, snuggling like this.

She was doomed.

As always, he had been a fantastic fuck, driving her right out of her mind. And if she did scream his name when she came - which she might have done, all four times - he certainly had moaned hers, so that was fine in her book.

Skavak made something like a deep, purring noise deep in his chest, his arms closed around her, his face buried in her hair.

"Wait", he suddenly whispered, and Neeris tensed. "Something is wrong. Something is totally wrong."

Neeris drew back and looked around, straining her ears. "What?", she whispered back.

"Oh, I know what it is", he said, falling back into the cushions. "I'm still conscious! You forgot to knock me out afterwards."

Neeris rolled her eyes and swatted him. "Asshole", she muttered, then giggled when he grinned, snuggling back into his arms.

"I'm guessing you're not plotting my immediate demise right now", she said. "So I thought I'd make an exception just this once."

He sighed and pressed a short kiss on her lips. "Not right now, no", he murmured. "Though I should be. I just can't... find the energy at the moment. I will get back to plotting later, though. I promise."

"Yeah, but you never keep your promises, do you?", Neeris teased.

He drew back a little, looking strangely serious, with a slight crease between his eyebrows. "Not usually, no", he answered, sounding slightly distracted. He stared at her for a moment, and Neeris held his gaze, a question in her eyes.

"Damn", he muttered, looking away as he sank back. "This is bad."

"Huh?", Neeris asked eloquently.

"You know I hate you, don't you", he said, and it was not really a question.

"Well, yeah", Neeris replied. "You know it's mutual, don't you." Hers was not a question either.

"Yeah, sure", he said. "Thing is though, somehow I think I... don't wanna kill you anymore. Just seems such a waste, you know? Like I'd... miss you, if you were gone."

Neeris nearly forgot how to breathe.

"Well", she said, cautiously, deliberately not looking at him. "As it happens, I don't think I wanna kill you anymore, too."

She felt him turn his head, and forced herself to meet his questioning stare, inwardly squirming. This was the part she was really bad at. Fucking was perfectly fine. This... treaded dangerously close to talking about feelings. Yuck.

Skavak looked just as uncomfortable as she felt.

"You don't?", he asked, nonetheless, obviously determined to see this through.

Neeris sighed. "Why do you think you're still breathing after our last two encounters?", she asked, bluntly. "Just seemed a shame to kill that spectacular ass you're carrying around. I would truly miss it if it were gone."

Skavak chuckled, looking a little relieved and reached out to push a stray lock from her face, the tender gesture so at odds with their usual interactions it made Neeris flinch.

"My ass, huh?", he murmured. "Just that?"

"Well," Neeris replied, pretending to think about it. "Maybe not just that. But I'd definitely miss it most. It's truly one of a kind."

He chuckled and gave her that lopsided grin, the one that inevitably made her think a lot of truly cheesy thoughts. "So, now that we agreed not to kill each other for the time being, where do we go from here?"

Neeris glanced at him from under her lashes, thinking frantically. She was not prepared for this. Who'd have thought Skavak would start a relationship talk, of all things? Wasn't wham, bam, thank you ma'am his usual spiel?

Where did she want to go from here?

She had not the slightest idea.

She knew just one thing: She'd truly miss him if she never saw him again.

And that thought was terrifying as hell.

It had all started out as a fun game, a chance to get her revenge on him while having some great sex in the process.

But now - it had progressed into something else, something more, something she had never wanted.

Although now that she had it - whatever it was - she was loath to let it go.

"I suppose we split the loot", she said, lightly, remiss to let him see how much this affected her. "You get the ship - I don't need another one, after all - and I get the cargo." She saw his eyes narrow and quickly continued: "And we should meet from time to time, to talk about... business proposals. And so I can have a piece of your ass. That's part of the loot and stays my property, capisce?"

His face relaxed and he grinned impishly. "Your property?"

"Damn right", Neeris replied. "Whatever you do and whoever you do it with, those damn hussies keep their greedy fingers off your backside. That's mine."

"I can live with that", Skavak said, still grinning. But then his face grew serious, and his eyes narrowed, his voice taking on a low, threatening tone. "But if I ever find out you fucked Corso from now on, I'll gut him like a fish. Got me? I don't care what else you do, but he does not get his hands on you from here on."

"Skavak, there's absolutely no need to worry on that account", Neeris replied with heartfelt honesty.
