So this is essentially a rewrite of the right one
Because I messed up the storyline of the original and ran out of ideas. Yeah I suck
But I won't disappoint with this one I promise

Tsunade sighed as she glanced through the file for the doze nth time today, it has been 5 years since team 7 'died' and honestly with it some of her best Shinobi. They were really a shell of their former selfs although they did retain some of their attributes, like for example Sakura still has her crush and Naruto is still kind of a goof but mildly though and Sasuke was just Sasuke. Today was their anniversary and although it'd seem cringe she knew they were kind of having a little celebration at least within theirselves and so what she was about to do even hurt more. "Shizune send for 'black leaf'" she stated a bit solemnly as she gripped her cup of Sake. Beside her was another file and a stressful one at that from Hiashi Hyuga, he was getting to back to her about yesterday and previous council meeting.
It seemed like Kumo have been backed into a corner after getting backstabbed by Iwagakure and are being pressed on by Kirigakure as well and so in desperation they've come running with their tales back here. However they've not forgotten about that kidnapping attempt they tried a few years back so they came with a proper proposal of marrying one of their Kage blood into a clan in the leaf and promising to have all of the children bred and kept in the leaf until they're 15. Which in itself was a good deal but the problem was the only prominent clan left in the leaf was the Hyuga to which they had obvious bad relation with due to their high interest in them. Letting them have a byakugan would be crazy long term and she wouldn't stand it but then a comprise was brought up by Hiashi and it disgusted her that they had techniques like this on the ready but it was a comprise. Hiashi was essential going to give up one of his daughters, which one she didn't know but essentially they had seals they could place on the forehead of a Hyuga and the seal would completely make it impossible for them to use their byakugan essential preventing it from being passed down through birth…it essentially made them unable to use chakra although they'd still be able to feel it. Devious and disgusting.
Hanabi was not in the least good mood, it was over for her! She'd been drawn the shorter end of the stick again and because of age. She was tired of this clan, of everyone in it! Her sister was a mere year older than her and weaker than her in every aspect. She's been training her whole life to be the heir and to be better Hinata but no matter what it seemed like her age seemed to gave her the one up. She strode through streets huffing and honestly at least she wouldn't have to be put up with the ugly and unfair in the village. Due to her annoyed look she didn't notice that she walked right into a blond causing him to drop his baggage into the ground, she expected at least a shout and she would have received one if it wasn't for who she was she thought. She watched the person she'd now identified as Naruto Uzumaki, her sister's crush bent over to the pick his rubber of Ramen cups. "Does no one have any respect for Ramen these days?" She heard the blond whisper as her lips curved into a frown as their eyes met.
"You're Hinata's younger sister right?" She suddenly felt up an anger rise up in her chest, 'Hinata's sister? Why was she being related to her in every thing she did? Her whole existence might as well be a compliment to Hinata's own. "My name is HANABI!" She shouted a little bit too loud as eyes began to watch them and she shyly covered her mouth.
"You're definitely not Hinata" he chuckled. "Seems like you're the only one who picked that up" Naruto immediately picked up on her obvious sarcasm and decided he needed to leave before she ended up blowing up on him. Too little too late he stated as she continued to rant at him, he decided if she was at least going to rant he'd want to be comfortable.
Naruto listened to her ramble on and on about practically nothing, all he got from her was that she was a bit stubborn and she was either likely on her period or something. "I'm better than her so why am I being bent over! Only the weak should suffer" Naruto pursed his lips at the end of that sentence, just what did she mean by that?.
"What makes you think you're better than whoever this person is?" She looked at him dumbfounded did he really not guess who he was talking about and even if he didn't she knew she was definitely more adept than Hinata.
"You'll believe it when you see it"
A silence overcame the two as Hanabi even wondered why she was talking to him in the first place, whiles attempting to get up though she noticed one of the Hyuga servants walking up to her, "I'm going to go" she didn't bother getting his response and went to meet her servant. "You've been asked to accompany your father and sister to the Hokage office" Hanabi felt something tug at her spine, had her father already come with a decision? If he did he was just heartless however she already knew that after living through all the training he's put her through. She calmed and herself and turned around to where the blond sat but surprisingly he was gone.
Naruto watched as she left and pulled up his mask, he had a feeling they'd be seeing a lot of each other

"Hokage sama" Hiashi said as he bowed with his two daughters. Tsunade could see the look of angst on both daughters she felt incredibly bad but that is the world they live in. "Take a seat" Hanabi seemed the most anxious to take her seat but eventually got around it. Tsunade looked to her left and waved for the figure to come out. A figure with Fox mask and standard Anbu uniform walked out from the shadow, his presence made the girls uneasy as he looked menacing and from his eye lids you could see blue piercing eyes that looked a bit slit if to describe them.
Hiashi looked at the figure infront of him very carefully before turning his look back to the Hokage, "Kitsune I presume?" She affirmed his question with a nod and turned to person in said question. He nodded and walked back into a shadow and Tsunade grabbed all their intentions again, "I will be sending him and another to accompany you once you make your decision" she said staring at the letter in hand. She noticed that the leader looked rather excused, probably because of him she noted down mentally.
"Then you would be pleased to know I have already made said decision" Tsunade irked her eyebrows in surprise, was he really that heartless to not even take a day to think about it? About sacrificing his child to an enemy village. "So then you mind to tell me which one of my Shinobi will be going?" He was about to the answer her question until Hanabi stood up from her chair grabbing everyone's attention in the room.
"I am not going"
"Sit down" Hiashi said in an angered voice, Hinata too tried tugging at her robes to get back on seat but she received a slap on the wrist from her. The act surprised every single person in the room except Kitsune who just continued to view from the shadows. "I have told you that you work for the village, why can't you listen and be like your sister"
Hanabi bit her lip at her fathers word, why did it always end like that? Be like your sister? She balled up her fists a bit and let it go and sat herself down. "I want to know why it's me"
"Because you're younger, they tend to want younger brides it's common knowledge" Hanabi frowned and rested back in her seat. That was it she was fucking gone, she fumbled in her chair as a new wave of silence captured room until Tsunade called for Kitsune again this time pulling out a note from his pocket. He handed it over to Hiashi and walked back to the Hokage's side.
"Hanabi, you don't agree with your father's decision" Tsunade asked out to the tensed Hyuga who's father in response shot an eye at her, Hanabi knew she'd better not utter anything else to get on her father's nerve. It has always been his word in the end, it was his decision that mattered and not her opinions. "No Lady Hokage, I was speaking out of emotion and confusion. Kindly forgive my outburst" Tsunade folded her arms and continued to stare at the Hyuga. Like she wanted her to say what was actually on her mind but that would not be happening at least when her father is around.
"Well I do not agree with you Hiashi" silenced followed and she continued, " we cannot go by the logic of age since it is irrelevant in this Shinobi age, I'd rather put the weaker in an enemy village than a stronger. One Shinobi would do us all the good long term, so unless we have a way of choosing whose stronger we can go with however you want it." Hiashi looked away for a moment weighing up his options. He knew she created a good point and to him it was all the same sending one daughter over there it wouldn't change anything and he actually believed his daughters were at the same level.
"Okay, if it would please you" he stated as he crumpled paper and then looked to the Hokage again and this time she nodded and looked to Kitsune. He walked to the center of her office and weaved a few hand signs and then he placed a sound barrier around the office.
"Now to the pressing issues"
"As you know the Kumo offer we couldn't give a damn about, we actually want to fucking get that nation under our control because they are untrustworthy and I'm sure you've heard this as well but it seems the other nations are falling out of love with us and grow tired with our actions. Basically they want to take us down and even with the sand as our Allies we can withstand the brunt of other nations. So to either of you who ends up losing you'll essentially be acting as a spy"

To say that changed the stakes of the fight would be an understatement, Hiashi became more and more intrigued as he watched each of his daughters would prevail in the fight. Hanabi was much more technical than Hinata but Hinata had a greater control of the technique and was a bit more flexible than her younger sister. He truly was intrigued to say the least. But he had a feeling Hinata would triumph but he'd have to see and it wasn't soon until rumors started to break wild about the duel of the sisters.
Hanabi clenched her fist as she realized she was lightly grazed by another Kunai, again she wasn't rotating fast enough! How was she to beat Hinata when she couldn't even do her technique. A snapping of a twig behind her startled her as she turned to meet Naruto again, the second time in days she noted. "Are you stalking me or something?" She asked in a mildly creeped out and curious tone to which the blond gave deadpanned look back at her. "No…my team used to train here…it has memories so I come here a lot"
Now that he mentioned it Hanabi now recalls why she trained here to begin with, it was well secluded and barely had people around except for the occasional stalker like him or Hinata. If it wasn't for Hinata's creepiness she wouldn't have found this spot anyway. However she had a question for him.
"Your team…that was team 7 right?" He nodded and allowed her to continue, " you're the first team to ever be disbanded you know…pathetic" she expected a bit of fight back from him but then again if they disbanded it meant they were never really in unity to begin with! A lack luster team. The last part she muttered under breath and although she didn't mean for it to be heard but it did cross the blond.
"Lack luster you say? A great Hyuga perished by my team…guess any lackluster person could figure out that defense mechanism of theirs" Hanabi gritted at his words, it was true that he did defeat Neji who is greatly far more skilled than she and Hinata but it was absolutely just dumb luck so why then was she feeling so compelled to shut him up. Then he spoke again, " but you've spent hours trying to perfect yours but it isn't as good as Neji's or Hinata's for the fact but by all means we were lackluster." The mockery in his voice caused her to bite her lips ever so hardly, why was she mad? Because he offended her clan or the fact she offended him. She didn't know what took over her ur she acted without thinking and challenged him.
"Big talk from someone who wasn't had a mission in years! I'll show you how to respect the Hyuga"
