Summary: A flourish of bright red roses took Kagome by surprise. "For you, Angel." Her eyes darted up to the masked man's face. Not just her, either. She didn't have to look at Langa to know her boyfriend had turned to glare at the older man. She's torn between the two: Langa, her first true relationship, and Adam, the first person she ever fell in love with and still loved, even now.

Pairing: Langa/Kagome; Adam/Kagome (Langa/Kagome/Adam?)

Prologue

It'd been so long since she'd been there- a few weeks before she got yanked down the well, to be exact. With her feudal escapades, she was never able to find the time to keep up with her old hobby and that place, so she mainly faded out from the scene. She wasn't sure why she decided to show up that night. She had finished all her homework early, and boredom had claimed her mind. The pin caught her eye and she was moving before she realized what she was doing.

Well, in order to stave off the boredom she felt, it was better than nothing she determined. Her old group was nowhere to be found, but she wasn't surprised. Instead, another figure caught her eye, and she bounded over to him. Long, pink hair swept up into a ponytail was easy to distinguish, and she tugged on his sleeve. The annoyance in his aura faded as soon as he saw her face, golden eyes widening at the sight of her.

"What are you doing here, Butterfly?"

Kagome beamed at the nickname from her childhood. When he reached to adjust her bangs out of her face, it was like they'd gone back ten years. "You can't be too surprised, nii-chan," she smiled. He finished fixing her hair in place, Cherry let his hand fall back to his side.

"Perhaps not, but still I am," he retorted. He eyed her closely. She was dressed in a pair of tight-fitted black jeans and red boots, along with an oversized red and white hoodie. It calmed him a little…- At least he didn't have to worry about sleazeballs trying to come onto her like they would if she wore something a little more revealing.

Kagome didn't miss the way he accessed her outfit, and she arched a brow as she looked up at him. She didn't blame him. The first time she ever went to S in a pair of shorts and a tank top, she'd gotten hit on far more than she was comfortable with by men far older than her.

It was noisy, but that wasn't far off from what she recalled. By the sound of it, a race was about to start, and she let her blue eyes silently surf over the amassed crowd. From where she stood with the pink-haired man, her eyes landed on a familiar figure. At once, surprise flooded her, and she stood with her mouth slightly agape.

Those two were idiots from her school, weren't they? The blue-haired transfer and that redhead who sat behind her in class… yes that was them. It was hard to miss- especially when the bluenette was seated on the dirty ground while he… taped a skateboard to his feet…?

What the fuck-?

A hand landed on her chin, and her mouth closed automatically. She glanced up at Cherry peering down at her. "It's not ladylike to stare, especially with your mouth open like that," he chided with a chuckle. A warm blush fanned across her cheeks, and she scoffed.

"I wasn't staring," she huffed. Her tone gave away the truth, however, and Cherry chuckled again.

"You've never been able to lie to me," he remarked, and she felt her face burn brighter. When he took her by her hand, Kagome let out a startled cry as she stumbled into his pace.

"W-What're you doing…?!" Kagome tried to tug her hand away, to no avail. "N-Nii-chan, let go, you… you…-!"

He ignored her with a smirk on his face. He hadn't missed the way she'd been staring at the pair. They looked to be her age, and she seemed to recognize them in some capacity. They reached the situation just in time to pick up on the argument about who was skating. Cherry let go of Kagome's hand, and he ignored the way she glared up at him as he reached to help the blue-haired teenager onto his feet.

"No," he said, cutting into the argument, much to their surprise. "It's already decided," he continued, "he will be the one skating," Cherry said, motioning to the bluenette.

"But-!"

"That's the rules here," he reminded, gazing at the redhead calmly. "If you get on a board, then you skate.

"Wait..! You're-!" Reki motioned to the pinkette before his gaze landed on the raven-haired girl at his other side. "No way! What're you doing here?"

Kagome folded her arms over her chest and huffed, glaring up at Cherry. He smiled back at her smugly.

Reki looked between them, eyes wide.

"Don't tell me…!" Were they dating?! She didn't seem like the type to date someone so much older than her!

Kagome looked at him, seeming to get what he was getting at, and she narrowed her eyes. "No!" she yelled at him, hands fisting at her sides and face flushing bright pink. "You idiot, he's my brother!" Sure, they didn't look alike, but that didn't mean they could pass as a couple, right? Right!?

"Oh," Reki sighed with a smile. "That makes a lot more sense," he said, and Kagome turned away from him to glare up at Cherry.

"What'd you go and do that for?" she huffed with a pout. Cherry looked back at her with a feigned innocent smile. "You didn't need to drag me over with you!"

"You looked like you knew them," he responded casually. Kagome glared. "I thought you were just too shy to approach them on your own." She bristled at his comment, much to his amusement. She ignored the pair watching her, turning away with a flush of red highlighting her face.

That night when she got home, the rest of the shrine's occupants had already gone to bed. Kagome returned to her room after a quick shower, settling down in bed. A quick glance at her phone showed her just how late it was, and she had school in the morning. At the thought, her mind shifted focus to the two from before, and she felt her face flush pink again.

She had no way to get out of seeing them again tomorrow- not when they were in the same class as her. As she lay in bed, her thoughts shifted yet again, this time to the events of tonight.

It was almost as if it were snowing, and she was positive it was a trick of the light. Her eyes were wide as her gaze was fixated on her blue-haired classmate. She couldn't ignore the way her heart beat a bit faster, nor how she couldn't stand to tear her gaze away from him at that moment.

Her heart beat a bit faster in her chest at the memory alone. Kagome grabbed her blankets and tugged them up to cover her face. She was positive that the red dying her face was visible even in the pitch blackness of her room.

The feeling wasn't a new one- it was one she'd felt a few times before. Enough to be able to identify it clearly. There was no denying it.

She had a crush on her blue-haired classmate.

Auroua-chan: With Kagome as Cherry's sister, things will get a little… hectic.

Pairing is undecided. It's between Langa/Kagome and Adam/Kagome. (Or a mix of Langa/Kagome/Adam…) Either way, Adam will be problematic in his typical fashion.

Anyway, that's it for now! Thank you all for reading, and I hope you all enjoyed! Hopefully I caught all the errors before posting, but if not sorry.

Please remember to Review&Favorite&Follow, thank you!

Bye for now~
