When they arrived, there was a small group of black suited men ready to receive them. Inichi ensured the bubble dispersed gently now and he regarded the receiving group. "I am highly telepathic. I can already sense that you wish for me to join this group. Very well. No foul play, please. We are here to be on the same side. As hard as it is to believe. Don't worry about anything else."

"You thought we were going to...ugh..." Zenchu snorted. "It is what it is."

"Please take these cretins," Mitsumi said and gestured to the three men in the waiting bubble. Once it dispersed, they were quickly apprehended and taken away for intense questioning with background checks.

"Please follow me," an older lady with black hair bound up in a tight bun and holding a clipboard said to the group. "All heroes need to stay behind."

"No," Saitama said and crossed his arms over his chest.

"What?" the lady blinked.

"Because if you all start to attack them, I'll simply start making holes in your walls to get to them to help them. I'm going with them," Saitama said. His face was blank. "And if you still say no, well...Genos is right here."

"Master Saitama!" Genos said and charged right up to his side. "Under no circumstances are we to leave this party. King is now coming here, too."

"King?!" the lady gaped. When the tall blond man showed up in a car with the important man, he simply walked over to them to stand.

"Hmm..." King frowned and glared at any others around him.

"He called me and insisted for me to pick him up..." the important man grimaced. "But...well..."

"I like the restaurant. Their food is beyond any quality that I've ever had. It. Stays," King said and crossed his arms over his chest.

"Oh...well...we'll have to see. In any case, please follow me," the lady said. Mitsumi only nodded and sighed with irritation.

"Lady Mitsumi?" Zenchu asked.

"What time of day is it right now?" she asked.

"Lady Mitsumi, it is around noon," Inichi said.

"We do have plenty of daylight from the summer hours. I would say six hours safely," Rendor said. "I do hope we are not kept for longer than that."

"True," Tsuruga nodded and snorted. When they passed a group of lower B class heroes, they were only stared at. The monster group ignored them.

"Pay us no mind. We are expected," Genos said calmly as he walked past them. King gave a small glare to get them moving away even faster. They got into an elevator and were lifted to the sixth floor of the association building soon after.

"What are monsters doing here?! We need to kill them! Get them out! Get them out!" a small girl with green hair and a black dress shrieked when they got out of the elevator to walk down another hallway.

"Terrible Tornado, please be calm. They are not normal monsters," a staff member whispered to her. "They want to be human!"

"Lies! All lies!" she snapped.

"It's the truth," King said while walking past her.

"It's a waste to attack," Zenchu said while pushing Mitsumi's push cart. "I just want to live a normal life again."

"What...?!" she blinked.

"I have been around this group for the past few days. Their intentions are pure," Genos said. Saitama simply ignored her and continued to walk.

"Hey! Why are you ignoring me?!" she shrieked at him.

"Huh? Oh. Isn't it nap time for you?" Saitama blinked at her with his blank expression. When her jaw dropped, he simply shrugged and continued to walk.

"She is S class, rank 2," Genos whispered to them. "She is as powerful as Inichi is."

"Truly? How refreshing!" Inichi chuckled. "Can she do telepathic thought?"

"Not that I am aware of, but she can control inanimate objects and other things with intense ESP," Genos said. "She also does not know how to control her own temper. Thus her name 'Terrible Tornado'. Her younger sister is B class, rank 1, Blizzard of Hell. They both have intense ESP abilities."

"How fascinating! I do hope to have a wonderful conversation with them. Should they be willing, of course," Inichi mused.

"I kinda doubt it," Saitama said. "That girl we passed is...pretty much a spoiled brat. Her sister is nice. When she knows that she doesn't have to be pushy, that is. Anyways, I just want to get this over with."

"Such a shame! Well, we shall only hope that such a thing will come to pass with a form of peace between us at last," Inichi sighed. Saitama just looked at him with his usual expressionless face and they got led into a large auditorium. Five members of the board were seated there, and the important man was soon walking up to them to show the evidence of what happened.

"Hello. Thank you for coming here," one of the board members said.

"All I want is to get this mess with my restaurant cleaned up so I can go back and work with my family," Mitsumi said.

"We understand. It's just...the nature of your staff..." the second board member started.

"Is not a problem," Zenchu sighed. "Look. We get it. We're monsters. Oh wow. We are not here to attack or kidnap or destroy anyone or anything. We just want to live in peace with you all. Serve you good food. Protect Lady Mitsumi. We are not here to cause problems."

"If you think we are, then we shall simply depart," Inichi said. "We are not here to cause trouble. It is as Zenchu said."

"We don't mind helping heroes, either. But we don't want to make it seem like we are part of the mess, so to speak," Rendor nodded.

"We've already been attacked and investigated more than once after you stated to leave us be," Tsuruga added. "We are not hiding. We are actually living in the same complex as Mr. Saitama, here. And we've seen him attack."

"He's probably the only one that can legitimately kick my ass and kill me," Zenchu shrugged. That had the other board members pause at this news.

"Huh?" Saitama blinked.

"He is not lying on this," Genos nodded. "Master Saitama is far too strong."

"Eh...yeah," Saitama shrugged. "I guess."

"However, we are not here to discuss right or wrong with my family. The restaurant matters, please?" Mitsumi asked.

"Ah! Right," the fourth board member nodded. "We can see about granting you the deed to the restaurant by tomorrow."

"Good. I, however, will not be signing any paperwork. My granddaughter, also named after me, will be the one to do so. You will be here later tonight? She works with schooling during the day to study on how to run businesses. This restaurant was to be a gift for her," Mitsumi said calmly. "I am quite old, as you can see. I will be...retiring. I just need rest."

"Of course," the second board member stated. "That would be understandable."

"And she is aware of the staff?" the third board member asked.

"Quite aware," Zenchu nodded. "We see her as a baby sister."

"That we do," Rendor nodded. "She also has the same gift as Lady Mitsumi here. She can see if other monsters can remember their past human lives. If they do, then the effect for hurting humans is lifted. That is what happened with all of us here. We can see if the monsters we approach were human once. If they still retain those innate emotions. If they do, we will embrace them as a brother or sister into our family."

"If they never were human, or simply don't care about what they were when they were human, then we usually kill them ourselves. Or we can let your association know of their whereabouts to get rid of them," Tsuruga nodded. "We also know how to find other monsters on being monsters ourselves."

"A touch of espionage, if you think on it," Inichi nodded slightly in his hovering way.

"I think it would work," King said calmly. "Sometimes, cooperation with one that others would think is an enemy party is beneficial. And, if they decide to provide us with meals, why wouldn't we want to give them a chance?"

"They were also thinking of having special times or days where civilians could eat with heroes of various rankings. That could be a form of side funding for the Hero Association, too," Genos nodded.

"That would...huh!" the first board member mused.

"We would set up a VIP area, as they say," Zenchu nodded at it. "If any wanted to eat with us, we can still say it's a form of heroic funding for you."

"If this suffices, then my granddaughter can come back here later tonight in order to sign any documents," Mitsumi said. "This will give you time to prepare them. If you need to know of my family, or even new family, that will be provided. However, we cannot give away all of the secrets my family does. If other monsters see what they can do, it would not help at all."

"I see," the third board member said. "Please give us a bit to discuss this."

"Also, the funding done for the restaurant that was done illegitimately. If you want to use it to help purchase the restaurant, then that should be fine. It would need proper documentation," Genos said. The board agreed to this and now the small monster group sat down in the various chairs. Saitama sat down close to Mitsumi's push cart to help wait out everything.

"I think I'll fall asleep from the boredom," Saitama muttered.

"Saitama..." Mitsumi whispered. She was a touch lucid to show her youthful side was mildly in control. Now he gave her his full attention and leaned over to hear her whisper. "I don't...trust...any of them..."

"Hmm. Okay. I'm not going anywhere," he said.

"Thank you," she sighed. Saitama looked up when the men finally started to move around at last.

"We have decided to approve the restaurant. As long as we get the services promised. We will not allow any monsters on your, ah, employee roster to come to harm. If new ones do come around, you will need to inform us," the first board member said. "However, if any of them do start to revert back to a hostile state-"

"I'll take care of it," Saitama said flatly to them all to cut them off. "They live in the same place as me. Don't worry about that."

"He also plans to, eh, date Lady Mitsumi's granddaughter," Zenchu grinned. "They met and liked each other. Rather immensely."

"Shut up!" Saitama hissed at him to get the monster laughing.

"Oh! Ah...okay..." the third board member blinked at them all.

"We will be frequently in the restaurant and around the complex. They will be kept in our sight at all times," Genos nodded. "Also, we may need Child Emperor's help with something later. Should it become evident. I will be attempting to reach him if he is needed."

"Oh? For what purpose?" the fifth board member asked.

"It's something...personal," Zenchu frowned. "It deals with a venomous toxin that may be invading Lady Mitsumi's granddaughter. If it becomes too hazardous, then we may need to try and find a cure. It's a very long and tedious tale. And extremely upsetting. We hope to be clear of it soon."

"We really need more information on this..." the second board member pressed. Now Saitama started to get irritated.

"We need to go. Time is almost running out for her," he growled out in a low tone. "This is taking too long!"

Genos now looked at him and blinked at what Inichi whispered into his mind. :Remember! He is in love! He knows this now. Love is one of the most dangerous emotions there is. It can be gentle...or it can be like a blade ready to cut to the bone...:

"Saitama? I mean, ah, Caped Baldy, is everything all right?" the third board member asked.

"No. It isn't," he replied back. "You are purposely holding them here."

"What?" the fourth board member asked.

"You gave your verdict. We should be free to go. Instead, you are deliberately keeping them here. Why?" Saitama asked.

"Master?" Genos frowned.

"We just need more information on her granddaughter's situation. If it involves another S class hero, then we need to know why," the second board member said. At this, Mitsumi gave a weak sigh and moved to get out of the push cart. Zenchu was quick to help her stand with her cane to let her address them. She was still keeping herself lucid. Zenchu grimaced, but he knew that her younger side had to come out just enough. The older side would forget things.

"You want the truth?" she asked calmly in her frail tone. At this, the men seemed to hush. The important man and his assistant were still there the whole time to bear witness.

"Please," the first board member said. Inichi knew there were others that were also listening in. She cleared her throat, and Zenchu's eyes went wide that she was forcing her youthful state to come out in full force to talk. This is bad! I don't know how she'll be after this!

"Fine. You see me now as an old woman. However, just after sunset, I become youthful again. The cause? It is this," she said and held up her wrist to show the golden snake bracelet. "It was given to me by someone who I thought cared about me. Instead, I became his experiment! There is a way to remove it, and Saitama has graciously offered to do it. However, because it has to bite me to inject a venom in order to change me around dawn and dusk each day, we do not know if the venom will stay in my system. My mind is deteriorating as an older woman now.

"It is why I was saying I would have my granddaughter come here later to sign papers. It was to avoid all this confusion and explanation! I am sure such a thing would have come out later when my mind was more stable in my youthful state. Right now, I am keeping myself in an exhausted frame to try and speak to you clearly. It is heavily taxing on me right now. This is my true youthful side talking to you when it should be sleeping. It's...very draining on me."

"I...oh..." the third board member was speechless.

"These monsters watched me change back and forth for two years!" she snapped at them. "I'm done with it! I just want a small place of my own with them. To try and have a normal life again. With them. If you all feel that I cannot even have that bit of respite, then tell me now so I can leave town."

"Mitsumi," Saitama said softly and rested a hand on her shoulder. When she slumped, he gently helped her stand again. "Come. Let's go. We are done here."

"Now wait..." the third board member said. Then he gaped when Saitama simply looked back at him to glare before punching a hole straight through the floor to the outside at a direct angle. The men were shocked. The monsters were shocked. Genos and King simply looked at each other and took a step back. The punch blast went through all six floors, and now various employees and heroes were staring through the hole with their own form of shocked awe.

"I said. We. Are. Done. Here. Got it?!" Saitama growled. "And do not send anyone after us. If something happens, we will come to you."

"Master Saitama, Miss Mitsumi will need to come back to sign documents for the restaurant," Genos said. King just sighed and shook his head.

"She is exhausted and at her limit. Also, think on this. Saitama is going to be dating her when she is young again. You just hurt her with all this. How else would he react?" Zenchu asked calmly. "It was as I said before. He can kill me. I know this. I'm not going to piss him off. You want to keep doing this? Go for it."

"Saitama...you're an idiot..." Mitsumi sighed and chuckled in her frail tone again. "Damaging...your own association...?"

"They can fix the mess easily," Saitama shrugged and helped her back into the push cart. The board staff was just stunned at this show of raw strength. Even the staff watching from the upper windows were too speechless to think of a response or what to do.

"Weren't the floors...explosion proof...?" the important man asked.

"Nuclear bombs wouldn't be able to rip it apart. It appears that we may need to re-evaluate Caped Baldy's true strength," the third board member mused.

"Ah, yes. We'll clean this up. And we'll call for you when the documents are ready," the first board member said.

"Finally..." Saitama said with an eye roll.

"We will be at the restaurant," Genos nodded. Inichi was quick to grab his small group into a blue bubble and float them out swiftly. Right after they left, the board members could only stare at the gaping hole in their floor that led to the first floor outside. They called up maintenance to start on repairs right away.

"Keep an eye on Caped Baldy for now. We know he's a hero on our side. But...the way he acted just now..." the fourth board member frowned.

"Wait. Recall that we were told that he may be dating that girl. Miss Mitsumi. If your wife or family was at stake, how would you react?" the important man now said. That had the men looking at each other and sighing.

"We'll still watch over everything. I know he passed the fitness exam with perfect marks when he first came to us. But this show of strength...we may need to send him on some missions. I'm going to talk to some others," the first board member said.

"Agreed," the others nodded and now made arrangements for the restaurant to become an integral part of the Hero Association for funding.
