It was nearing midnight when Inichi set them down in a lightly forested area. There was a bit of a hill here to give a better view of the landscape. The moon was starting to show, and Mitsumi took in a deep breath while looking at the landscape before them. She actually looked a bit troubled.

"What's going on?" Saitama asked. She leaned into him for comfort, and he simply squeezed her to let her know he was listening.

"I was born in this city," she said softly. "Ajito was one of the main ones to go to for city structures and scientific research. Everyone knew that I was with him for some time. I fear that I may be sought after once his death is made known. I don't want anyone compromised."

"You have me and Genos as witnesses," Fubuki nodded. "I'd have my faction with me, but..."

"No. We don't need any more super powered monkeys with us," Saitama said with boredom. Fubuki actually coughed back a small laugh at that.

"Master, I would like to broadcast this to the Hero Association using the feed from the surveillance system at the restaurant. I am able to turn myself into another camera this way. Is this fine?" Genos asked.

"Um...I guess?" Saitama shrugged.

"Good. They will get audio, too. Once we find the monster, I shall start," Genos nodded. Fubuki blinked at this and mused.

"This could be useful, actually!" she said. "It can help prove our innocence if anything is said."

"Exactly," Genos nodded.

"Just be careful," Mitsumi frowned. "People are known to take video clips and alter them as they like."

"True. I shall have it encrypted while it is being sent. That is not very difficult to do. I will work on it," Genos agreed. An inhuman scream rang out in the distance, and Genos flashed his eyes. "A large figure is approaching fast! Recording is on!"

"Here we go," Zenchu grinned darkly. "Ajito! We're here! Lady Mitsumi is here, too! The same one you tortured for two whole years with that snake! We told you we'd come! So...come and meet us! Or are you too scared?"

A dark laugh filtered around them before the transformed human appeared. He now had jet black skin, spikes all over his body and blood red eyes that smoldered with hate. Clawed feet and hands raked the ground as he ran at them now. He didn't have a tail, but his mouth had a sadistic smile with sharp teeth filling it. His black hair had fallen out, but a set of massive horns that curved backwards sat on his brow to replace that. A set of tattered khaki pants were all that remained on him as a form of clothing while he lumbered at them now with his over-muscled body.

"Ajito. Idiot," Mitsumi sniffed. At the sight of her, he only howled with rage and charged at her. Then he found himself rolling away sideways down the small hill in the grass and dirt from Saitama's slap that he gave to the side of his cheek. Inichi was now a touch relieved that the hill gave enough of a rolling distance away from the important female he was helping to protect.

"No touching!" Saitama scolded and squeezed Mitsumi close to his side.

"He's mine!" Zenchu snarled out. "I know some of my attacks will be seen...but I don't care!"

"Mitsumi..." Ajito seethed out in a deep, hissing tone and started snarling out in defense from Zenchu's attack. He was using the shadows to phase in and out with random slashes to the monster's body. Fubuki was beside herself with shock at how strong Zenchu really was now. Genos was homing in on the full fight now to show everything. He knew several high class members of the Hero Association were already watching. The news would quickly spread for others to view the fight going on.

"He could be a Dragon rank...!" Fubuki hissed out.

"That we all could be," Kianna nodded.

"You fucking schmuck!" Zenchu snarled out furiously while he attacked and played with Ajito's bleeding form. He finally fully formed underneath the bleeding body to strike up with his claws as though to sever the other monster in half. He was panting from how hard he attacked. He knew Ajito was still alive. "I'm done! You all get to play now."

"Finally," Rendor snarled and bared his teeth before launching in to take out the other monster's throat for a savage kill. An animalistic roar came from him when his strong jaws locked in and pinned the monster down.

"Huh. I might not have to punch him out after all," Saitama said. He simply kept Mitsumi at his side while she watched her old tormentor finally get his just desserts. He earned every bit of it!

"Lady...Mitsumi..." Zenchu said with a gasping hiss. He was slowly crawling up to her now in a form of submissiveness. He moved to crouch at her feet and simply shudder with control at the feel of her hand in his hair.

"It's okay, Zenchu. I am proud of what you did. May it never happen like this again," Mitsumi said with a warm smile at him. He looked up at her with relief and leaned into her side now.

"You look like her pet monster," Fubuki said and couldn't stop the chuckle.

"Rather her pet monster than a dead one," Zenchu snorted.

"This thing keeps regenerating!" Tacki called out while slashing with her talons. Kamiko was tossing venomous darts at the monster from her tail now. Known for stealth, this was her main method for a quick attack. Every time she unrolled her tail, there were fresh darts that lined it. When she snapped her tail back, they fired out with pin-point accuracy.

Tsuruga kept goring it left and right with his horns. Kianna was biting and slashing into the back of it when she had an opening. Rendor simply kept his powerful jaws on the throat of the monster to keep it held down. Fubuki saw Inichi simply hovering around and informing them of where to attack next. He wasn't built for attacking physically, but he quickly warned them all away.

"Is it our turn?" Genos asked.

"I am unsure. Ajito's body is highly unstable. He regenerates at an alarming speed. It is almost like that bug man we fought before, but it is only flesh that grows back," Inichi sighed with irritation. "I could do mass damage, but I will not for the sake of keeping everyone safe."

"How noble of you," Fubuki nodded. I just called him noble?!

"Ah! You humble me so!" Inichi chuckled. He looked over at Ajito's rising form and was quick to summon up a massive rock cage around him. "That will not hold him for long! Plan your attack now!"

"That...power...!" Fubuki hissed. "It rivals my sister!"

"We can discuss that later! Do what you can!" Inichi urged. She nodded and began to summon her ESP will. Her body glowed and she was soon shouting with fury to further cement the monster inside a full rock wall.

"Incineration!" Genos shouted and let the fiery blasts out from his arms to light the rock prison up into liquid hot magma. There were intense screams from inside the rock prison, but Ajito simply would not die.

"Oh, darn. I'll have to punch him. Won't I?" Saitama frowned. "I don't know how hard I'll have to hit him. So, eh...Zenchu. Keep an eye on her."

"What?" Mitsumi blinked. Zenchu only smirked.

"You always get into trouble!" Saitama said and blinked when she flicked his nose. Zenchu rose up now to chuckle and nod to show he could easily watch her now. The moment the mountain of lava cooled and reformed into rock, Ajito burst through it with a triumphant roar. Then his smoldering red eyes widened when Saitama was simply right in front of him with a fist moving right at his face.

He had no chance. Fubuki had just barely blinked when she saw Saitama simply bolt over with his gloved fist clenched and already swinging in to punch. Genos watched the sudden blast incinerate the monster. And then he saw the shockwave make a path from the ground through the trees. Then through a neighboring rock path. He simply made a path for the next three miles that would be nothing but caved in dirt.

"Like I said," Zenchu grunted. "He is the only one that can kick my ass and win. He scares the shit out of me."

"That power...!" Fubuki found herself cringing. "There is no way he is just a B class! This...it rivals..."

"It rivals no one that I know," Genos nodded before shutting off the live feed. "This is why I am his disciple. I am trying to get to his level of power...but I fear that none can be as high as Master Saitama."

Saitama just stared blankly at what he did before turning around to start walking back up to Mitsumi. She didn't run to him, though. She let him come up to her to pull her out of Zenchu's protective hands and into his arms. On looking at the carnage, she sighed and said, "You didn't even leave any scraps of him for the animals? What a waste."

"What?" Saitama blinked at her.

"I mean, he had so much muscle mass that a lot of different animals could have fed off him! And he regenerated! That food source could have lasted forever! Think about it," Mitsumi continued. Zenchu started to laugh hysterically now. The other monsters looked at her and started to burst out into their own fits of giggles and laughter.

"I wasn't going to eat him!" Saitama said.

"To be fair, I still have a bad taste of him in my mouth," Rendor chuckled. "I'll need some good mouthwash."

"I'll need to clean myself up, too. I feel soiled in shit," Zenchu grumbled. "We need to get home to do that."

"Very well. Shall we head back?" Inichi asked.

"I mean...if there is nothing further for us here," Fubuki said.

"There really isn't. Other than Saitama's masterpiece of destruction, there's nothing left to be admired. You know...I wonder..." Zenchu mused.

"Oh? You think so?" Inichi asked.

"Lady Mitsumi, did anyone know where Ajito's hidden lab was?" he asked.

"Ah...hmm. Actually, I think it was close by," Mitsumi mused. "He had me blindfolded to bring me to it in order to 'evaluate' my predicament. But...the landscape is a bit familiar to the west of us."

"Let me do a quick aerial view," Inichi said and floated up high into the air. He glanced around and sent a message to Zenchu on a visual location. Zenchu nodded and motioned for the others to follow him. Saitama gathered Mitsumi up in his arms for them to start running.

"No bubble?" Fubuki asked when she hovered with them.

"It's too dense to put us down," Zenchu snorted while he ran with them.

"I should run, too," Mitsumi said.

"No," Saitama said while running easily with her. "It's fine."

"For you," she sighed and blushed softly at the small squeeze he gave her. When they got to a path of thorns, Genos was quick to sear it all away with his flamethrowers. They soon reached a set of solid metal doors built at a slant into the side of a rocky mountain hill. Saitama set Mitsumi down and yanked the door aside easily. Then he scooped her back up to carry her again. Rendor optioned to go down first to see with his superb night vision. Genos activated a light from his palm for the others to see with.

"I'm scouting ahead. This darkness is perfect for me," Zenchu said and vanished away.

"That freaks me out," Fubuki admitted.

"You get used to it," Mitsumi chuckled softly. "And think on this. Sometimes having a monster help scout is better than one of us. They have a different type of tolerance to pain than we do. Also, here is a secret. Zenchu can also regenerate from wounds."

"What?!" Fubuki gaped.

"Really? Huh. I want to do that. But...I never seem to get hurt anymore," Saitama shrugged. "Anyways, this isn't too bad of a first date."

"Nope! It is perfect," Mitsumi giggled and pressed into his form while they walked. Saitama set her down to let her walk now, but he still kept her close. Genos was now realizing what type of entertainment it was that Mitsumi liked. Inichi was hovering after them as though to guard the way in to follow them. The lights in the tunnel were dimly lit to allow just enough light to see, but not enough to examine things closely until the main lab was entered.

:I told you she had different tastes!: Inichi chuckled in his mind. :She has been around us for two years of her life. She said it was the best time she ever had. She was incredibly bored with parties, idle gossip and basic shopping needs. She is quite happy to be exploring, walking outside or watching others do things.:

:I see. I shall keep such opportunities in mind.: Genos nodded. When they came to the end of the hallway, they found Zenchu standing there in the opening to where the lab was. He was trembling. And it wasn't with rage.

"Don't let Lady Mitsumi in here..." he hissed out. "Just...don't!"

"Is it something out to attack her?!" Kianna asked.

"No. Something worse...far worse..." Zenchu grimaced. "That bastard...killing him was too kind! He was experimenting on her blood! On her directly! I just...I can't talk about this..."

"What?" Tacki gaped with her bird beak wide open. Now the other monsters activated what night vision they had. All of them were trembling with sorrow and absolute hatred at what was discovered.

"Genos! Turn off your light! We cannot let her see this!" Inichi said. Genos hissed and did exactly that. He was able to see what was in the room. Fubuki caught a mere glimpse of various vials, tanks and other things before the light went off. She was absolutely horrified.

"I need to see this..." Mitsumi said softly.

"No! Please! I beg of you, Lady Mitsumi! It would be too much!" Zenchu begged her. Inichi was even shivering with his own form of sorrow at this.

"He speaks the truth, Lady Mitsumi," Inichi cringed. "I...I don't know how to explain it...but..."

Now he sent a few images to Saitama. The bald man seemed to pause. Then his face darkened. When Mitsumi saw his hand suddenly ball into a fist, her face completely paled. Instead of charging forward to let loose the charged punch he had, he turned with Mitsumi and scooped her up into his arms to carry her out of the underground lab.

"What...happened?" she asked softly. He stopped to look at her before turning to glare at the others.

"Destroy everything. Now," he said before turning to carry her out again.

"Saitama...please! Tell me!" she pleaded.

"When he had you come here, did he ever knock you out?" he asked.

"I...oh..." she blinked.

"He had harvested parts from you and cloned you to various degrees. None of them lived. You have no scars from the transformation from being healed, right? This would also mean that your body fully healed, too. That gave him unlimited resources from you. Right?" he asked now. She started to shiver from the shock and horror of it all. "If I destroy what's in there, I think I'd end up blowing up half the land around us. It's safer to let them handle it."

"Why...would he...?!" she found herself falling apart from it all. Once they were safely out of the lab entryway, he simply held her closer and kept her safe from any destruction that may have happened behind him.

"I don't know. But he's dead now," Saitama muttered. "And I killed him off. I don't know why he chose you. It was said that you never kissed him. Never did anything with him. Tell me about that."

"What do you want to know?" she frowned.

"Tell me everything you can remember about him," he nodded.

"Okay," she sighed. "You won't get bored over it?"

"I want to know. That's the difference," he said with a small smile.

"Right," she nodded. He simply kept her cradled in his arms to urge her to talk. She sighed and said, "I was at a party, of course. A boring one. All about fund raising and idle gossip. I was sipping a drink when he found his way to me. He was starting to chat me up. Of course, he was pleasant. He wanted to meet with me again, but I declined. I said I had no interest. Unfortunately, due to his status, he ignored that. He told everyone that I had agreed to date him. A complete lie.

"Of course, with that going around, I had no choice except to meet with him at various places. Every time we met, I told him I didn't like him. He just laughed. He didn't care. It was six months later that he announced that I agreed to marry him. Oh, I was outraged!"

"He...said that?!" Saitama blinked.

"He did! I refused his engagement ring. I didn't care how big the diamond was on it. I didn't love him. I wanted nothing to do with him. He took me to every single place that I hated to be at. He knew it, too! Then he gave me that snake. He opened up the black box it was in and it just...it lunged at me! I couldn't even pull my hand away! It just leapt out and coiled up on me. I demanded for him to take it off, and he said he couldn't right now.

"I stormed off before he could say another word, and he kept calling me and texting me. I ignored them all. It was when I first got bitten...when I first aged...I finally answered his call and screamed at him. He profusely apologized and arranged to have me picked up in secret to try to fix it. He had me...take pills...they knocked me out for nearly a day or two at a time..." she shivered. "If I knew he was only using me like that for himself...taking old and new parts from me...I..."

"He's dead now," Saitama muttered and let her press her face into his neck.

"Even worse was my family," she mumbled. "They knew of it. They let it happen. They wanted to see what could be gleaned from his research at my expense. When I left him, they asked me to go back to him. I said no. He tricked me. He hurt me. When they knew I wasn't going to go back to him...that was when they started to ignore me. I was no longer of use to them."

"What is this?!" Zenchu seethed. Inichi had never dared to intrude on her more personal thoughts out of respect. But, once she started to tell this part of the tale that no others heard, he had to tell the others. All of them were livid.

"What was your last name?" Fubuki asked.

"Takashi..." she whispered.

"You...were the missing girl from the Takashi family..." Fubuki gasped. "They said you ran off out of disgrace! They lied about you!"

"And that is how it will stay," Mitsumi said bitterly. "Let them think I am lost and never to be found. I am doing fine without them. They were hoping to benefit from research done at my pain and expense. They wanted him to marry me so he could use me to however he saw fit. I never said anything about it because I didn't want to think about it. After this, though..."

"We should slaughter them!" Rendor snarled. At the sight of the white flower made of gentle silk, he shivered and whined. "Lady Mitsumi...you know we will not be able to rest until you are fully avenged!"

"The laboratory is destroyed, but I did take footage of all the evidence," Genos said softly. "This is so the authorities can be informed. I also found a computer system that had hundreds of emails from your family to this...Ajito. It's not even his true name. His true name was Hatashi Koutetsu. He was wanted in various cities for illegal medical practices and medical scams. Your family knew this. He promised that if he had a beautiful, healthy woman to be not only his wife but also a way to experiment on as he pleased...that he would give them a cut of his profits. They agreed to sacrifice you to him."

"I need to get away from this city. I never. Ever. Want to come back here again," Mitsumi whispered when she started to choke up.

"Wait," Genos said now. "There was an email that was fairly new. Just three days ago, it was discussed how the warehouse they 'newly acquired' is now going bankrupt from mismanagement. They sent those men to shut you down. To force you into thinking that you have to go back to Hatashi. They have been watching your every move. They just didn't tell him. They know of your restaurant. In two days, it is expected to have those same men show up to cause problems. They told Hatashi that they wanted to use the warehouse as a front. The true reason for taking it over was kept hidden.

"However, what they don't know is that your restaurant is now protected by the Hero Association. And they don't know about myself or Master Saitama. We are finally a step ahead of them."

"Those bastards...they kicked us out of our warehouse?!" Zenchu seethed. "Lady Mitsumi, we have to go after them!"

"No," Mitsumi said softly. "We want to send them a message? Fine. We will catch their butchering thugs and send them their body parts."

"Hmm..." Saitama thought. "Nah. That's too messy. In my opinion, I kinda agree with Zenchu. We should find your family and get some answers. Not right now, though. We should, however, let the thugs show up. Then we can question them directly. If they don't talk, then we go after your family with any heroes that want in."

"Count me in," Fubuki said without missing a beat. "I've seen too much to not vouch for your innocence."

"Same," Genos nodded. "I have also just sent over all the evidence to the Hero Association. They would like to speak with you directly the moment you are able. I would suggest to wait until morning, though. We don't know if you will change. The research notes I found and compiled suggest that the venom only lasts for that particular duration. However, since it's been two years and no current samples of your blood were taken, it's hard to say if those notations are now correct. They may be highly outdated."

"How much of the night do we have left?" Mitsumi asked.

"Well, if you want to rest well for this night to try and adjust your sleep schedule, we should head home now," Inichi said.

"Hold on," Saitama said and got his phone out. "Hey, King. Mitsumi is unwell. We uncovered a ton of stuff about her past. It's not good. We may be gathering a small army at this rate. What? They didn't! I see..."

"I just got an email about an important mission..." Genos blinked from what his phone showed. Fubuki even pulled up her phone to see the mission report.

"We are to infiltrate the Takashi family..." she mused. "Apparently, they were doing illegitimate things with the Hero Association, too..."

"You are exempt from this," Genos said to Mitsumi. "You have proven yourself, and you have us as direct witnesses."

"So...what's the main mission?" Zenchu asked.

"Right now, it's hacking into their main security systems. We have plenty of tech staff and S class heroes that excel in that. It won't be too hard," Genos explained. "Then it will be to find the family members in question if they flee. They would need to be caught alive."

"It's night. I could just..." Zenchu mused. Mitsumi reached out to gently touch his shoulder. "Right. Sorry, Lady Mitsumi."

"King, she needs to rest right now. What? Oh, you wouldn't dare! What the hell does that mean?!" Saitama started to scowl out. "You know what?! Fine! We'll come over, and I'll kick your ass!"

"Video game time," Inichi chuckled.

"Saitama?" Mitsumi asked softly when he hung up the phone and shoved it back in his pocket. He looked at her, but his gaze quickly softened.

"We're going to King's place. I haven't eaten yet, anyways. He said he ordered out," Saitama shrugged. Mitsumi found herself yawning now and rested her head against his shoulder.

"I don't know, Saitama..." she whispered. "I feel so broken right now."

"Fine. I'll let him kick my ass," he sighed and rolled his eyes. That got her looking at him like he was crazy.

"That's not what I meant!" she said.

"So...you don't want him to kick my ass?" he asked.

"Saitama, I just found out my body was used for experiments! That my family truly didn't care about me! What am I supposed to..." she shivered. He rose up a hand to gently caress her cheek. She looked at him with a heavy frown.

"One hour. If you aren't laughing by then, we can go," he said.

"Okay," she nodded.

"And if you fall asleep on me, then it's fine, too," he nodded.

"Okay..." she found herself smiling just a touch now.

"With the way he rages? Doubtful," Zenchu snorted.

"Shut up!" Saitama scowled at him. Inichi found himself giving out a sighing chuckle before looking at Fubuki.

"Are you along for the ride?" the blue monster asked her.

"I think I need to head home," Fubuki admitted.

"I can assist!" Inichi nodded. She mentally gave him the coordinates, and a separate bubble was made around her to send her off quickly. After five minutes to ensure she was safely at her destination, he made another bubble to take the rest of them home first to check on the apartment. Saitama actually optioned to change into civilian clothes consisting of a grey hoodie with a white undershirt, loose blue jeans and shoes. After that, it was Kianna, Rendor and Zenchu that went with Mitsumi and Saitama to King's place.
