"Just sign here," the first board member said. Mitsumi nodded and was able to sign the documents needed to finally gain full ownership of her restaurant.

"Is there a contract for funding?" Genos asked.

"Also, we caught those three crooks. Do we get the reward?" Zenchu asked.

"Ah! Yes to both," the third board member nodded and ordered up the contract with the reward money.

"Another thing. If we find out another way for helping with funding, can the contracts be adjusted with agreement on both sides?" Mitsumi asked.

"Huh. Yeah, I think we can work that in," the first board member nodded.

"Good. After this, what is the next thing we're doing?" Saitama asked.

"Well, everyone wants to see you in action. We have set up a room to really test the skills a hero has. The strength test was entry level, but this will be an actual training room. It's set a few levels below our building for safety from explosions and such," the fourth board member explained.

"Oh. Is that new?" Saitama asked with a blank expression.

"I do not recall something like this, either," Genos frowned.

"It is quite new," the first board member nodded.

"Oh. Okay. Where will Mitsumi and her family be?" Saitama asked now.

"We don't really want to set them on the ground floor for safety. We were going to section off a small area of the viewing windows," the fifth board member said. Saitama frowned at this and looked at Mitsumi.

"If you can't see me, then I know you'll throw a fit. Inichi can also let you know what happens, too," Mitsumi said.

"I don't like it!" Saitama seemed to pout.

"You could make it a bit of a second date..." she whispered softly to him.

"Oh?" he blinked.

"You'll be punching things," she grinned softly.

"Oh...and you like to watch that..." he mused.

"We may have some time to eat lunch afterwards," she chuckled.

"I would love to eat lunch!" he grinned and pressed a kiss to her cheek. "Okay. Let's go."

"King can sit with us, right?" Kianna asked. He was waiting outside the main area for her to reappear.

"That should be fine. Those that know of us and believe that we are of completely no threat I have no problems sitting with," Zenchu nodded.

"I'll need to get some pouches made," Rendor mumbled and took the reward check to put in a waiting side pouch. He was able to take up the contracts to carefully roll up and set in a scroll protector next.

"You have a lot of pockets," Saitama said. "I never noticed that."

"Yeah. I was an explorer. I liked finding old and new things left behind. It's how I became like this. Remind me later and I'll tell you the whole thing," Rendor nodded and followed them out. The small group followed the next representative to an elevator that went straight down. King was able to join them here with Fubuki. Surprisingly, Bane and Kamikaze were also there.

"I need to see this for myself," Kamikaze sighed. "I was gonna find a seat, but I decided to hang out with King to sit with you all."

"Fine," Saitama shrugged and continued to hug Mitsumi to him.

"Do you ever let her go?" Bane asked.

"Nope! Not unless there is no choice," Saitama nodded.

"I just don't get what's being told to me. She was an old lady?" Kamikaze frowned. Mitsumi nodded to Inichi to show him the visions.

"Do I have your consent to show you how it happened?" Inichi asked.

"Oh! Um...well..." Kamikaze frowned.

"I want to see this," Bane said. At this, Kamikaze sighed and gestured to go ahead. Now both transformations were sent over in the form of in-depth visions. Both men were in complete shock. Then they saw how Saitama killed the snake.

"Now you see why I won't let her go," Saitama muttered and continued to hold Mitsumi to him. "Why I don't want her out of my sight. For two years she's been doing that. Then that asshole tried to torment her again!"

"I traced the tracker the snake was holding," Genos nodded.

"He kept regenerating!" Fubuki sighed with irritation.

"That he was," Zenchu nodded and crossed his arms over his chest. "The moment that thing got wounded, the flesh simply started to close back up."

"Miss Fubuki, do you plan to have lunch with us after? I would truly enjoy conversing with you," Inichi said graciously.

"I would be delighted," Fubuki smiled and nodded.

"Stop hitting on her," Rendor grinned.

"I beg your pardon?" Inichi now asked. That got Fubuki to blink and drop her jaw a bit. "I was doing no such thing!"

"I...wow..." Fubuki blinked. Now Bane and Kamikaze both looked over with their own looks of surprise.

"I'm going to try going on a date with Kianna," King shrugged. Kianna just chuckled softly and leaned against him lightly.

"What?" Bane now had to ask.

"Why not?" King asked him. Mitsumi and Saitama were softly giggling to each other. They quieted down when the elevator doors opened to a massive chamber fit with steel walls. The room appeared empty, but they knew things were just hiding everywhere.

"Okay. Caped Baldy, please go to the center of the room. We will sit right in that corner enclosure," the first board member said where a small part was sectioned off behind clear glass. Saitama grimaced at the hero name, but he knew it had to be for show now.

"Eh..." Saitama grimaced. "Fine. If I don't get her back within 10 minutes, I'm coming for her directly."

"Agreed," the third board member nodded. Saitama now noticed that nearly all the heroes were present. This is...weird.

:I will maintain in contact with you. So you know, all of the S class heroes are here to watch in person. Of course, this excludes some that do not wish to appear in person, but they are watching through the camera feeds. I am also watching over Lady Mitsumi with incredible scrutiny.: Inichi said calmly.

:Good. If they so much as pluck a hair from her head, you tell me.: Saitama sighed. Now he simply waited to see what would happen. The moment all the locks and doors were secured, the recording cameras came on. Then the room came to life with blades, bullets, traps that sprung out of place and even flame throwers. Saitama simply dodged them all and started to kick and punch them out of submission with lightning quick speed.

"Did you see that?!" heroes started to whisper and roar with approval. It was when the back wall came to life as a room crusher that everyone went silent. It was a dual set of five foot thick steel slabs that crushed against each other to pull apart and open back up. Every time they crushed together, the mechanism would inch forward. Inichi now told him he had to stop the machine by any means necessary. Of course, Saitama knew of only one way to stop it.

"Really?" Saitama sighed and looked back at Mitsumi. Zenchu was holding her to keep her safe for now. They both locked eyes to nod. Time to end it.

Just as the wall crusher started to inch in, Saitama pulled his right fist back and narrowed his eyes before lunging forward to let the intense shockwave bend in and crush down the wall of solid steel. Then it exploded the back wall to carve a five mile path straight through the steel, earth and rock. It also reverberated through the room and shattered the protective glass windows to expose the audience. If there were any damaged parts left over from the traps, they got ripped out of place to get hurled through the intense wind tunnel that he made.

"Saitama!" Mitsumi gasped. Before anyone could blink, he was back at her side to hug her close and shield her from any debris that fell around her.

"I got this!" Fubuki hissed and used her ESP to control the falling debris. Inichi was quick to help. To their surprise, Tatsumaki was also focusing to simply pull all the debris into a nice, neat ball and let it drop.

"I'm just helping as a way to say thank you for the cookie," the green haired girl sniffed. Then Rendor simply gave her another cookie in thanks to make her squeak before coughing to hide it.

"Can we make him into a class S now?" King asked the board members.

"Ah...oh...well...we'll need to vote..." the fifth board member said.

"We need to consult with Sweet Mask, too," the second board member said.

"Yeah. We do. Give us 24 hours for a decision," the third board member nodded. Then Inichi moved to hover in front of the group of board members.

"In regards to Sweet Mask, he is not allowed to attack any of us if he sees us. It is part of our contract with you. I would also be strict to inform that we will not tolerate being slighted, bullied or abused in any way, shape or form," Inichi said calmly. "We agree to work with you all exclusively as an act of full blown trust. Should the contract be violated three times, then it is null and void. We will leave. This is the furthest we have ever gotten with anything, and, as much as we are excited to finally have a chance to regain some form of our lost humanity, such things can be short-lived."

"Ah. Yes, I can understand that," the first board member nodded.

"If we are attacked knowing full well of our contract, then we will defend ourselves. There are plenty of cameras now. And I can show what happened, just as well. I do not falsify anything that I show," Inichi said calmly. "I do not need to be present if it happens, either."

"Yeah. We can share our thoughts with him," Zenchu shrugged. "He's a crazy badass that way."

"Ah. That flattery is...acceptable?" Inichi seemed to shrug.

"Okay. Blah, blah, blah. I need to go eat. Can we please go eat?" Saitama sighed and moved to let Mitsumi stand up to finally stretch herself out. He made sure she was completely untouched by everything, and he found himself chuckling when she helped dust off his cape.

"Master Saitama, you do know that you have revoked yourself of your own rule to not draw attention to yourself," Genos frowned.

"Eh. It was bound to happen sooner or later. Now we need to get out of here. Or do I need to punch a hole through the ceiling, too?" Saitama mused. When he saw that the elevator still worked, he sighed with relief. On walking into it with Mitsumi, the others were quick to pile in. There were other elevators that went to other parts of the headquarters. What he did was also being intensely studied by several members of the recruiting party.

When they got to the main floor, Saitama was quick to start leading his small party out of the building. Everyone could only whisper and stare at him. He didn't say a word. He was just too hungry to care.

"I can take us all to the restaurant," Inichi nodded. Mitsumi nodded and glanced back at someone calling for them to wait. A young boy carrying a massive backpack was running over to them with a hand waived in the air.

"Oh! Child Emperor!" Genos nodded. "Do you require something?"

"I just need to know," he said. "Some of you had forced changes?"

"We did," Kianna nodded.

"That is right," Rendor nodded.

"Hmm. I'd like to evaluate you at some point," Child Emperor said. "You talked about being cured. I want to try and help."

"Oh! Have lunch with us so we can discuss that?" Kianna chuckled. He was quick to nod, and Mitsumi smiled softly at the young boy. She noted that he was wearing a blue polo shirt, dark blue shorts and orange sneakers. She did think that his amber eyes were a bit pretty and seemed to match his cow-licked hair.

"Oh, um, Saitama..." Child Emperor said.

"Hmm?" Saitama looked at him.

"I...didn't know...you could do that..." Child Emperor frowned.

"No one did. That was what I wanted. Now it's out. Just don't treat me any differently. I'll still take the chance to slack off," Saitama shrugged. Mitsumi looked at him and burst into sharp giggles. Zenchu simply watched over everything calmly and glanced down when he was gestured to.

"Did you get forced?" Child Emperor asked.

"Nope. I chose my fate," Zenchu shrugged. "Yeah. I regret it. But I see it this way. I can use my skills now to protect those I care for. I use the shadows for stealth movement and attacks. You saw the vision. You saw how I can kill. That thing...nothing else but Saitama's punch would have done it in. It's why I don't let Saitama hit me."

"Not even a pinch?" Saitama grinned.

"Shut up!" Zenchu scowled.

"Here we go again," Mitsumi sighed. Child Emperor blinked with surprise when Inichi put a bubble around the small group to escort them to the restaurant now. He was in shock at how powerful Inichi really was.

"I am aware," Inichi chuckled softly. "Yes. I can hear thoughts."

"Oh..." Child Emperor blinked with complete surprise. "Hmm. Maybe you can help me with something later then?"

"It may be quite possible," Inichi agreed and set the bubble down in front of the restaurant entrance. Kianna and King were quick to get seated at a table by Fumio. King had never met Fumio yet, so Kianna was quick to tell him about the others he would be seeing to keep from getting alarmed. Fubuki was soon getting seated in an area where it was easy for Inichi to hover and talk to her. Zenchu sat at a table alongside Saitama's seat. Of course, he had Mitsumi in his lap. Genos moved to sit at the same table and kept a silent guard on the entryway.

"This place looks very nice," Bane chuckled. At the sight of Orotsu in the kitchen, his face lightly paled. "Oh! Who's that?"

"That is Orotsu. He is our chef," Mitsumi chuckled. "He made the cookies, and he will be making our meals."

"I need something filling and quick to eat right now!" Saitama said. At this, a large bowl of tempura shrimp was given with a side of miso soup. Orotsu already had a vast amount of dishes made and ready to serve. When Bane sat down to get served a dish of grilled eel, Kamikaze decided to sit down to get the same thing. He was incredibly impressed.

"This...wow...the last time I had something this good was when I cooked it myself. This is intense quality," Kamikaze chuckled. Child Emperor was soon eating a bowl of stir fried vegetables, chicken and beef.

"How is everything?" Mitsumi asked.

"Amazing!" Child Emperor beamed. "Oh. You should be careful with Pig God. He could easily eat this entire place out in one sitting."

"Oh, my..." Mitsumi frowned at the thought. "I truly hope that is not the case. It would be dreadful."

"Eh. We'll see if it happens," Saitama shrugged and started to chew on a biscuit. He looked over to see Sneck walking in to mildly wave and settle down.

"What would you like?" Fumio asked.

"Surprise me," Sneck nodded.

"What can I do next?" came a voice from the back.

"Restock the flour bins, please," Orotsu said and kept the pans going with various dishes. "Also, check the Peking ducks. They should be nearly done on those hooks. Test the noodles to ensure they are soft, yet still firm, too."

"Ah...okay!" the voice said.

"Oh! I would love to have a Peking duck! You know how I want it prepared, Orotsu!" Mitsumi beamed.

"Of course, Lady Mitsumi! I will have one ready in five minutes," Orotsu chuckled. While that was getting done, the other voice in the back of the kitchen was giving confirmation checks on what was completed. It was then that Saitama realized that Orotsu had a helper.

"Wait...is that...?" Saitama blinked.

"It is Suiryu," Genos nodded. "We told him to work in the restaurant for now. It appears that Orotsu has made him into an assistant of sorts."

"Crap..." Saitama muttered.

"Calm yourself," Mitsumi chuckled and kissed his forehead. He looked at her now with a touch of surprise, but he was smiling, too. Now he looked over at Zenchu with a small nod. Zenchu grinned and got up to confront Suiryu.

"Hey. When you get a free moment, come over to me," Zenchu said.

"Oh! Ah, sure," Suiryu nodded and was quick to hop over.

"So...you want to be Saitama's disciple?" Zenchu asked.

"If he'd have me..." Suiryu shrugged.

"What? Saitama to have another disciple? Interesting..." Bane chuckled. "Oh! I know who you are! You could always learn from me, you know. I am always looking for an eager student. You do have the potential to learn. Of course, that is if you prove yourself worthy."

"Oh. Well...I'll think about it," Suiryu said.

"Anyways," Zenchu sighed. "if you really want to be his disciple...you have to last against me for five minutes. All-out fight. If I kick your ass, you're not in. What do you think on that?"

"What?!" Suiryu gaped. "Ah...well..."

"Oh! That would be an intense fight," Inichi chuckled. "How is your miso soup, Miss Fubuki?"

"It is amazing!" she beamed and gasped at the dish of takoyaki squid balls next. "How much do I owe?"

"You have a cookie pass for a week. No charge at all," Rendor chuckled and tore into a strip of beef.

"Surely I should do something," she frowned.

"Maybe you can help us with some decorations?" Mitsumi suggested from where she sat on Saitama's lap. "We still need to decorate the main room and the other room for the Hero Association."

"I would love to!" Fubuki giggled. "I do know a few catalogs that may help us. I'll see if I can find them later."

Mitsumi beamed at Fumio when he delivered her Peking duck dish. Orotsu knew she enjoyed removing the meat from the bones herself, so it was delivered in small pieces on a bed of lightly cooked cabbage. Of course, Saitama had to share the tasty dish with her. Then they all looked over when another hero walked in. Child Emperor waved now, "Hey, Zombieman! The food is amazing!"

"And you all still live from it? Huh. Okay, I'll give it a shot," he muttered and moved to find a place to sit. He ran a deathly pale hand through his scruffy black hair and glanced around with his red eyes. Then he looked over at Saitama. "And you. How did you learn to punch like that?"

"I just can," Saitama shrugged. "I did a lot of self-training. That's how it mainly happened and I went bald. Not much else to say."

"I am glad the restaurant is finally coming together," Mitsumi chuckled and sipped some water. Then Genos rose up in alarm with Inichi sighing with irritation. "What is it, Inichi?"

"Speed-o'-Sound Sonic appears to be back again. He wishes to challenge Mr. Saitama. He is simply bound and determined," Inichi now said. "He does not learn. I shall give him the 'vibe' that there are now other heroes here than can easily overthrow his needs."

"I sensed his movement, too. Inichi is correct," Genos nodded.

"He is the last of his village and he still persists. Such a shame," Mitsumi frowned. When Inichi gave out an intricate sound, she glanced at him for an explanation.

"So...he is aware that I can hear him. He is asking for an audience. With you, Lady Mitsumi..." Inichi mused. Now Saitama frowned at this.

"Only if I'm with her," Saitama said flatly.

"Same," Zenchu nodded.

"Well, we should all join in this," Bane agreed. "He can walk in."

"Heh. If he thinks he has the courage," Kamikaze grinned and speared another piece of grilled eel. "Can I get another dish like this?"

"Of course!" Orotsu said from the kitchen delivery counter. "Since we are merely testing how things work here, I do not mind cooking for free. I need to ensure the quality of my dishes. I do wonder if it's possible for the Hero Association to pay us for feeding their heroes, though. If we do the guest fanfare to eat with a hero, they can get paid back that way. It can easily balance out in funds, and then we can each pay a difference each month."

"That would definitely make some form of counterbalance..." Inichi now thought with intense agreement. "Let me see...oh-ho! I have managed to reach a board member. Hah! Oh, how he got jumpy! Hold on...ah! He is in agreement, too. He will bring it up to the board. And he, ah, politely asked for me to not do such a thing again unless it was a direct emergency."

"That would have been funny to see," Zombieman grinned a bit ruefully. He just got served up a dish of lightly battered tempura shrimp over noodles and fried rice when Speed-o'-Sound Sonic walked in. He was clearly nervous at how many powerful heroes were watching him now.

"Please state your business. No, I will not meet with you privately. Until you claim that Saitama is no longer your enemy, it will not be done," Mitsumi said calmly. Zenchu moved to stand behind her and Saitama to play bodyguard, and he was incredibly happy that the ceiling was raised to work with his height.

"I can't make that claim...but I want to know about you," Sonic said.

"Lady Mitsumi," Tsuruga snorted when he trudged in now with a new crate of supplies. Sonic paused and gaped at the red-eyed bull monster. "We need to see about building a delivery room in the back. There was no other option, save to bring the crate through here. I have five more to bring in. Oh. Thanks, Inichi."

"Of course. We shall remedy the delivery needs," Inichi said when several blue bubbles filled with supplies sped into the kitchen prep room. The other heroes could only gape at Tsuruga's Minotaur look.

"Were you forced to change, too?" Child Emperor asked.

"I was," he sighed and snorted to head back into the kitchen to help unbox supplies. "And I wouldn't mind changing back, either."

"I'll try to help!" Child Emperor said. That got Tsuruga to stop and look at him with surprise, but he nodded all the same.

"I would appreciate the attempt. Thank you," he snorted and continued to move back to the kitchen.

"I...wow. A nice monster. I heard the rumors, but...that's..." Zombieman could only blink at it all.

"Yes. I was able to free them from the destructive haze of being a full monster. They only want peace," Mitsumi smiled. Then she looked back at Sonic. "Okay. What do you want to know?"

"Who is Saitama to you?" Sonic asked.

"I'm dating her," Saitama said. "Why else would I eat with her and have her sit in my lap? She's with me."

"What do you see in him?" Sonic asked Mitsumi.

"He freed me. He believed in me. He took a chance with me. I still find it hard to believe that in under a week I'm finally freed of a two year old torment," she shivered. "Do I owe him my life? I know I do. But that's not why I'm with him. He gained my trust wholly and completely. He is the only one that I wish to be with. I don't care how powerful he is. I don't care about what his body is like compared to others. He...trusted me when no one else would have given a damn about my situation. No one else ever did such a thing."

"Hey," Saitama said softly to get her to look at him. "I gave you my reasons last night. I meant every word."

She could only nod and press into him to get hugged close. When his eyes shifted to lock on Sonic, the thin man gasped and actually took a step back. Why do I feel like...he was ready to kill me...?!

"Can I get another plate of this sushi roll? I really like the texture of the tuna," Sneck chuckled. Fumio was quick to run over and grab the empty plate to bring back a new one.

"Lady Mitsumi, I think we may need more servers," Fumio sighed.

"I can assist until then," Inichi chuckled.

"You sound like a kid!" Child Emperor said to Fumio.

"Yep! I'm only fourteen. I was also kinda changed into this. I don't mind it, but it's really hard to make friends," Fumio admitted. "They just don't understand. But I'm okay with it."

"Okay, I want to know who was changed and who wants help," Child Emperor nodded. "I'll start compiling what I can when I know how it all happened with each one of you."

"Oh! That would be awesome! Ah, let me get this next dish delivered and I'll talk to you," Fumio beamed and was quick to get the small job done.

"How...?" Sonic could only blink with disbelief at what he was witnessing.

"Are you done talking to me?" Mitsumi asked calmly.

"No...but..." the man tried to talk again.

"You need to rethink and categorize your questions. You simply standing about is not needed. You can leave now and return at another time," Inichi said. "And there is no need to hide your retreat unless you attack us."

"Ah!" Sonic gaped and cringed. "Fine!"

He left in a rush now. Saitama just tilted his head and seemed to shrug. "I just don't get that guy."

"I know. Hmm. Maybe I need to take a bath later," Mitsumi mused to herself. Now Saitama glanced at her with a small grin. "Ah. No."

"What? Why?" Saitama had to ask. Zenchu coughed and moved to sit down again to show things were fine.

"Too soon," Mitsumi nodded.

"But...well..." Saitama seemed to pout.

"We'll discuss it later," she said calmly and started to eat more of her Peking duck dish. He sighed about it, but he understood for now.

"How long do you all plan to stay open?" Kamikaze asked.

"We were planning from mid-morning to just before sunset. Until we have a good staffing routine with meals planned, this is it for now," Zenchu nodded.

"Oh, I had an idea for decorations!" Mitsumi now said loudly to address the other heroes. "If any of you have items you don't need, we can set them up in display boxes with plaques of what they are and who they belonged to!"

"Ah! That would be something, huh?!" Fubuki mused.

"Of course, if you need them back, they will be given back freely. Just something 'on loan' if you think about it," Mitsumi winked.

"Hmm. I might have a set of gloves..." Sneck thought aloud.

"I have an old dagger somewhere," Kamikaze nodded. "I'll see if I can find it. I like that idea a lot."

"Also, if any of you want disciples, we can set up a small flier box underneath such items," Inichi suggested. Now the older heroes gave wide eyes of delight at the idea.

"We shall plan for that!" Bane agreed with a sharp nod.

"I do need rest, though. I've been feeling off since this morning," Mitsumi said with a small tinge of worry.

"And you didn't tell me?" Saitama asked her now.

"Sorry..." she cringed. All he did was hug her and help her finish off the tasty meal. The only problem was that he was worried about her health.

"We think it's because this is the first day she didn't change," Zenchu said to help explain things. "Technically, she'd be old right now. Her youthful side would be sleeping. We think it's all a sleep issue. Like staying up all night."

"Oh! So, she's adjusting, you think?" Saitama asked.

"That's what we hope it is. We need to monitor her for the next few days. It's also why we are only doing short hours until we know what her state of mind is," Zenchu nodded. "Anyways, when she's done eating, we'll go home."

"I'd like to come with you to start getting things looked into," Child Emperor said. "I really want to try and help."

"That is fine," Inichi nodded.

"I'll also stop by," Fubuki nodded.

"I may...hang out with King," Kianna chuckled.

"That's fine by me," King nodded to her.

"If we need you, I shall inform," Inichi nodded to Kianna. She fully agreed and was able to leave with King shortly after.

"Shall we go home?" Mitsumi asked Saitama.

"Yeah," he nodded and was quick to finish off his soda.

"We'll be open for another two hours before shutting down. Suiryu, you will stay to help with cleanup," Orotsu ordered lightly.

"Oh. Okay," Suiryu nodded. Genos nodded to him and rose up to leave and head back with the others shortly after. When the remaining heroes looked at each other, they had only one thought they could agree with that Inichi could sense. This place...just might work...
