When Inichi dropped them off, they found Rendor outside a small structure. It was temporary housing for Shenjou. The snake monster was much larger than Zenchu was and towered at twenty feet in the air. There was no possible way that apartment entry could have been done. Mitsumi had to see to the situation first. King and Kianna, however, made their way inside the apartment to rest.

"This is no good. This shelter is ready to fall apart," she frowned.

"I know. It was made in short notice," Rendor nodded. "Child Emperor is still working on setting up tests. He was almost done, but then Shenjou appeared for me to work with. His body is too large for our apartment."

"Saitama, do you think you can help build a small home? Even if it's a dome right now?" Mitsumi asked.

"Hmm. Okay. Zenchu, hold her for a moment," Saitama sighed. "I'm sorry if your home might look crappy, but it will be something."

"Don't worry. I've lived in worse during some nights," Shenjou nodded.

"Do you need to eat something?" Mitsumi asked.

"I…would appreciate it. It's hard for me to find decent nourishment. With my size, well…" Shenjou shrugged his blue scaled shoulders.

"What all do you eat?" Rendor asked and watched Saitama start pulling apart buildings to shift them around.

"I prefer straight meat, but I can apparently eat…anything. My venom melts things down into something digestible. It's…very strange," Shenjou admitted.

"So, you could eat everything around you?" Zenchu mused.

"Pretty much," Shenjou chuckled.

"So, do you remember anything about what happened before you became a monster?" Mitsumi asked. She watched Saitama pull pieces of steel together to start forming a crude roof over the ready-made structure. She winced at a sharp squeal of metal grinding on metal.

"Sorry!" he shouted down from where he was and continue to work.

"When it comes to memories…well…it's hazy right now," Shenjou admitted. "But…I recall something with reptiles. I was a handler of sorts. I think. I have been like this for a few months."

"The memories will return in time. You just need rest," Inichi advised. "They can return in the next hour or the next week. Just know that you are free of the need to attack mindlessly."

"It is a relief," Shenjou said. Then he saw Saitama struggling to fix something together. "Can I try something?"

"Huh? Oh. Sure," Saitama nodded. Shenjou reared up and opened his jaws wide to expose the massive fangs. He lightly bit down to let the venom seep out. It was just enough to melt the steel down into place. "That's pretty handy! I don't know if I should touch it, though. Then again, nothing really happens to me. I'll take off the gloves. I don't want them damaged."

"What?" Shenjou asked with surprise. He was speechless when he saw how Saitama simply used his bare hands and wasn't even damaged by the venom.

"Be glad you woke up," Zenchu chuckled. "He is known to punch enemies out and kill them in one hit. He even tore down over half of the buildings here alone. And, eh…he did just push steel together…"

"I…think I can believe that…as well as see it," Shenjou nodded now.

"Give me more," Saitama said and exposed his hand into a cup. Shenjou opened his mouth again to let a drop of venom fall into his palm. Saitama simply rubbed it into the steel and was able to smooth other areas into place.

"I'd say we could sell that venom of yours, but I'm sure it melts glass," Zenchu said. "Saitama can take full on hits. As you can see, it's like…nothing can kill him or cut him up."

"Oh, it can melt anything! But…not him. That actually scares me," Shenjou cringed. "I see why it is good to be his ally."

"Exactly. I won't let him hit me," Zenchu said.

"A flick to your ear?" Saitama snickered.

"Shut up!" Zenchu snapped. Rendor started laughing with Inichi.

"I suppose, if it comes to meals, I can survive on the surrounding areas. I will not touch your place of residence, but it would help if I had a ready supply of scrap metal. Oh…" Shenjou paused when Saitama was able to put his gloves back on after cleaning off his hands thoroughly and started to haul scrap metal over into a pile. When the pile was half the size of Shenjou, Saitama sighed and moved to hug Mitsumi close to him.

"Think that's good?" Saitama asked.

"Ah…yes. Yes! Thank you again. Let me know what I can do to help out," Shenjou said and moved into the new shelter to inspect it. Then he curled up on himself and settled down to rest. "I can feel vibrations of the slightest footsteps in the ground. If anyone approaches, I will know."

"That can help! Think to me with my name to alert me," Inichi said.

"I shall," Shenjou yawned and let out a deep breath to sleep.

"Okay. It's nearing sunset. Date night?" Saitama chuckled and kissed Mitsumi's forehead before lifting her in his arms to carry her.

"Yes. Let's get out of these clothes and into some normal ones," she nodded. On entering the apartment, they saw Child Emperor cleaning up to show he got the tests working. "Oh! Is everything okay?"

"Yeah. One of my tests didn't want to analyze right," Child Emperor sighed. "I gotta get home, though. Can I get a lift?"

"Of course! Oh, take a meal with you," Inichi advised. Rendor was quick to get him a ready meal of tempura battered beef strips with a small carton of stir-fried broccoli and mushrooms. While Inichi ensured that Child Emperor was safely delivered home, Saitama went into the bedroom to change first. He was surprised to find a set of drawers there with his clothes neatly set up in them. He walked out in a basic green shirt and jeans with his sneakers on. A grey hoodie sweater was over that, but it was unzipped in the front.

"It's been a long time since I got to dress in something normal," Mitsumi admitted. "I'll be right back out."

"Okay," Saitama nodded and watched her go into the bedroom. It was ten minutes later when she came out wearing a light blue crop top shirt with pink hearts on it, jean shorts and white sandals. She swapped out the jewelry for a basic gold necklace with a small heart on it that she found purchased for her and her small stud earrings. Of course, she still wore her engagement ring. Kianna and King had moved into the apartment when Inichi first brought them, and now Kianna worked with Mitsumi's hair to style it in the original Bao Bao hairstyle with crystal hairpins to make her look cute.

"Well…what do you think?" Mitsumi smiled with a soft blush.

"So cute! If you feel cold, tell me," Saitama nodded and walked over to pull her close to hug her. "Oh. You need a carry bag?"

"Here you go," Kianna said and gave her a white felt purse. "There's a silk flower in it just in case. And here, Saitama. Keep one on you in case she loses her purse. All precaution."

"Right," he agreed and stuck it in his inner hoodie pocket. Inichi showed he was ready to send them all over to the entrance of the night market. To their surprise, Fubuki was already waiting for them.

"I didn't think you'd ever get here," she chuckled. Then she reached up to gently clasp hands with Inichi to show she was acknowledging the small date before releasing his lightly clawed hands. She was dressed in a dark blue dress under her white fur coat to match his coloring. That had him pleasantly surprised.

"A pleasure to see you!" Inichi chuckled.

"Monsters!" a young girl gasped.

"Yes, we are monsters. No, we won't attack you," Zenchu sighed. "We are from the Neutral Grounds restaurant. We are friends with these heroes."

"It's true," Fubuki nodded.

"That it is," King said and kept an arm around Kianna. Saitama kept his own arm around Mitsumi and pressed a kiss to her temple. Another five minutes of walking around soon had Genos waving at him and walking over.

"Master Saitama! I'm glad I caught up with you. I'll accompany you to ensure there is no further confusion on the Neutral Grounds employees," Genos nodded. "I have already been hearing talk on confrontation."

"Oh no…" Mitsumi frowned and shook her head. "I just wanted a nice night out! I don't need any fighting."

"It won't happen. Okay? Let's find something to eat," Saitama said and squeezed her gently. Now he looked over to see several B and A class heroes walking over. "Crap."

"I'm not doing anything," Zenchu mused and crossed his arms over his chest. He flicked his tail and let it curl around his leg. King gave a mild glare at them to force them to pause in their tracks. At the sight of Fubuki, they now gave nervous glances at each other.

"What are you all doing here?" Fubuki asked.

"Hmm. Glasses, B class and rank 20. Shooter, B class and rank 99. Lightning Genji, A class and rank 17. Stinger, A class and rank 10. What do you seek? I am Demon Cyborg, S class and rank 15. This is Saitama, Caped Baldy to you. He is now S class and rank 3. You can also see King and Blizzard of Hell here," Genos frowned and scanned them all.

"So many heroes! Wow!" a small boy grinned.

"You're S class now?!" the one called Stinger asked. He was wearing a black stretch suit resembling bandages and carried a stinger-like weapon in the form of a spear.

"Yeah. Happened today," Saitama shrugged.

"Ah…you're the one that tore up the training room!" the one called Glasses said. He was a black haired man with glasses wearing a green jumpsuit with stripes down it to show he was always running around in a physical state. His white undershirt kept him comfortable and completed the look. "And…wait…Saitama! I mean…congratulations! Guys…it's okay. There's no threat here."

"Glasses! I told you not to worry!" Fubuki sighed. "What do you all want?"

"Yes. Please tell us. If it's to 'check' on us, then that is not an issue," Inichi seemed to shrug. "Sweet Mask is aware of us. And he told me to contact him directly if there was an issue. He and I…we were friends before I became like this. Our friendship has been renewed."

"That is impossible!" Lightning Genji said from within his suit. It nearly resembled a diving suit, but it was redesigned to give out shocks of high voltage electricity. "He kills any monsters on sight!"

"My contract states that my family, these monsters you see in front of you, are to be unharmed at all times. And this contract is with the Hero Association directly. It is not my fault if you don't read information when it's given," Mitsumi said now and moved to stand in front of everyone. Despite her civilian clothing, she was the owner of a restaurant and not afraid to fight for her family. There was already a crowd of people gathering to witness this. "Attack me if you think I'm in the wrong. And in front of all these people. I dare you."

"No. Don't do that. They have to try and attack me," Saitama said and moved her behind him. He pressed a kiss to her forehead to calm her down. Then he turned to give a sharp glare at the heroes to make them all cringe. "These 'monsters' are my family now, too. You go after them? Then I have to go after you. Just stop acting stupid. You know which ones to avoid. This was supposed to be a date night! Not this!"

"Huh. I came out here to sample the food. And now we have this nice little show?" Kamikaze mused and chewed on a stick lightly when he stepped over. "I don't see a playground around here for kids. Maybe you all should go find some entertainment somewhere else, eh? We don't want people thinking we're out for each other. That's not what heroes do. And these folks here? They make the best grilled eel I've ever had!"

"I'm gonna go," Glasses said. "Nice to see you, Saitama!"

"Sure thing," Saitama nodded.

"But…" Stinger started before getting glared at by King. "Fine."

"There are four S class heroes here now. If there is an issue, it will be resolved," Genos said and crossed his robotic arms over his chest. He watched how Inichi was giving a calming sensation to let the crowd around them start to disperse to go back to enjoying the night market. Genos blinked his glowing yellow eyes and glanced over at Kamikaze. "You appearing is appreciated. Do others not know of the friendly monsters around us?"

"Eh, kids will try to be kids. Show of strength and all. I'll wander around and see if I can find something interesting. I'll, eh…also keep an ear out. Lots of heroes try their luck in crowded places like this," Kamikaze shrugged. "Oh, eh…Zenchu is it?"

"Hmm?" Zenchu nodded.

"I do want to know if you do friendly spars," he asked.

"Maybe. As long as I know there will be no grudges. I don't mind helping others hone their skills. Just don't be out to kill me after," Zenchu chuckled.

"Good. Maybe tomorrow…we can spar?" Kamikaze asked.

"Hmm…actually, I'll be testing someone after date night. I can have Inichi nudge you to show up at the home to watch. What do ya think?" Zenchu grinned.

"Oh? Heh. Sure! I can do that," Kamikaze nodded and walked off.

"You will be testing Suiryu?" Genos asked.

"Yeah. He really wants to be another disciple next to you," Zenchu shrugged. "You saw how I attack. I won't use claws, but I won't hold back, either. We'll see if he still stands after five minutes."

"Oh! Look! Fried Peking duck on a stick!" Mitsumi beamed. Zenchu took out the wallet and paid for several bags. She loves her Peking duck!

"You carry the money?" Saitama asked and claimed a stick to snack on the tasty meat pieces. Mitsumi was thoroughly enjoying hers and passing out the rest of the sticks to her small group.

"It's a habit. Who would try to steal it from me?" Zenchu grinned. They walked around a bit more and found a small amusement section. They rounded the main path and came across a bell ringer and a hammer to test one's strength. On seeing the hanging prizes, it was easy to see that several of them were massive, plush toy teddy bears. Mitsumi was clearly eyeing the largest white one with a large red bow.

"You want one?" Saitama asked Mitsumi.

"I'm good. It looks like too much to carry around. I know Inichi could help, but I prefer snuggling you," she smiled and pressed into him to get him smiling back. He pressed a kiss to her forehead and started to walk again.

"Hey there, cutie!" an overly buff body builder said to her from where he lounged near the game. He was sporting a thin red tank top, black speedo shorts and black flip flop sandals. His brown hair was clipped short, and he appeared to blow her a kiss while winking a blue eye at her. "You want a prize? I can get you one for a kiss."

"No thanks! I'm good," she beamed and continued to walk past him.

"Wait a minute!" the man said and jumped in front of them to stop them.

"Great. Now what?" Zenchu snorted.

"Hmm…" Inichi frowned and glanced down at Fubuki. "Let Mr. Saitama handle this one."

"Okay," Fubuki nodded and blushed when Inichi placed a small hand on her shoulder to lightly squeeze. King and Kianna looked at each other and snickered.

"Nice costumes you all have there," the man grinned and flexed. "The name's Macho Pete! Gimme a kiss and I'll let you pass!"

"Costumes?!" Zenchu grimaced. "He's drunk. Gotta be."

"Ew!" Mitsumi cringed. "You're all sweaty and smell like you need a shower! Gross!"

"That's the smell of a good work out! Maybe I can show you how much I lift with you on top! Then I can pull you down and get a smooch, eh?" Pete winked. Mitsumi winced and shook her head quickly before Saitama pulled her back a bit behind him.

"I can kiss you. With my fist," Saitama said with a blank look. "Will that work? My fist can kiss you as many times as you can take it."

"What?! Hah! Oh! You make me laugh!" Pete grinned.

"I'm serious. I'll punch you and make you see this place from the sky," Saitama shrugged. Genos glowered a bit, but Zenchu nudged him with a grin to keep calm. The cyborg just sighed and shook his head.

"You are funny, little man!" Pete bragged out. "Okay. Let's see who can win her a prize. And she's the main prize!"

"Rude!" Mitsumi frowned. "Saitama?"

"Yes?" he asked and got kissed by her when she put her arms around his neck. He put his arms around her waist to gently lift her up.

"Make him squeal," she grinned. He grinned back at her.

"I love it when you talk like that," he muttered in her ear. She giggled and kissed him again.

"Excuse me…" Pete said. Now Saitama looked over to glare at him.

"It's my date night with her. She said she didn't want a prize, though," Saitama sighed. She whispered to him and now he popped his eyes open. "Oh? Really? Hmm…that would be…huh. Well…okay."

"We can raffle it off with a hero's autograph on it. Maybe even yours!" she beamed. Now Saitama was all for it.

"You're one of those silly heroes?! Oh, this is rich!" Pete laughed.

"Just get it over with. You hit the hammer first. I insist," Saitama said an eye roll and seemed to wave him off with boredom.

"Here we go!" Pete grinned and slammed the hammer down to make the bell nearly go to the top. "Hah! That counts for a big prize!"

"You didn't even ring the bell!" Fubuki said with distaste.

"Terrible!" Kianna shook her head and King just grunted.

"Hey," Zenchu said to the prize manager. "You have another one of these in the back? Or is this your only one?"

"Oh. I have a spare," the older man in a beard shrugged.

"We will have this one replaced the next day," Inichi nodded. "You may want to bring out your spare. Please give us a way to help replace it?"

"Um…really? Uh…okay…here's my card," the manager said.

"Thank you," Kianna said and put it in a side pocket.

"Replaced?" Pete blinked.

"Yeah. I'm an S class hero. Rank 3. Because I do this," Saitama said with a blank face and smacked the hammer down. The machine got crushed in, the bell shot off the game and he caught it before it slammed into the ground. Now he looked at the manager, handed over the freed bell and said, "The largest white one with the red bow."

"Ah…yeah…here…" the man said with wide eyes and handed over the stuffed teddy bear. Pete just gaped and pointed at Saitama with disbelief.

"Master Saitama shouldn't have to even bother with you!" Genos said with disdain and shook his head. Zenchu was just dying with laughter at the whole thing. Fubuki was hiding her face in her coat. King and Kianna were laughing freely now as they walked along.

"I shall have that sent home. I informed the others of how it was retrieved. They cannot stop laughing," Inichi chuckled and formed a blue bubble around the teddy bear to send it back.

"You cheated!" Pete shouted and jumped in front of them again.

"Oh? Eh…no. He didn't…" Zenchu smirked.

"You would dare to accuse Master Saitama of cheating?!" Genos growled and let his eyes glow bright yellow.

"Genos. Stop," Saitama said and rose up his hand. "Okay. Then fine. Squeeze my hand as hard as you can. Then I'll squeeze yours."

"Fine!" Pete snapped and grabbed Saitama's offered hand. On squeezing hard, Saitama was unfazed. Then Saitama lightly squeezed back accompanied by a slight cracking sound. "OOWWW! LET GO! LET GO!"

"I'm not even squeezing that hard," Saitama frowned at him. "You sure that's it? I mean…I could squeeze harder."

Zenchu was in tears laughing and rolling on the ground. Mitsumi was just shaking her head and pressing into Saitama's shoulder to hide her own tears of laughter. Fubuki was all but suffocating herself in her fur coat. Inichi was sending over everything to those not there. He even sent it to Sweet Mask who was now actually dying with laughter in the privacy of his own quarters.

:I sorely needed that. Thank you, my dear friend!: Sweet Mask mentally gasped for air.

:You are most graciously welcome.: Inichi chuckled back.

"Let him go, love," Mitsumi finally managed to speak out. Kianna and King were still leaning on each other laughing when Saitama finally let Pete's hand go. The man was quick to run off to the nearest medical center.

"I doubt we have seen the last of him," Inichi sighed. "A shame."

"How much longer here?" Saitama asked and now scooped up Mitsumi to carry her. She kissed his cheek to get a kiss back. When they heard screams in the distance, Saitama just groaned and moped out, "What now?"

"Hmm. It is not a monster," Inichi said. "It is a robbery. I have alerted other nearby heroes. It will be dealt with shortly. Oh. The robber is coming this way. Prepare for confrontation."

"Inichi, if it is a human, can you please detain?" Mitsumi asked.

"Of course, Lady Mitsumi," Inichi chuckled. The tall man wearing all black and a ski mask was seen running with a lady's purse in his hands. When he found himself lifted in a blue bubble, he started shrieking.

"That purse isn't yours. Unless you're really a girl," Zenchu snorted and plucked it out from the man's hands. When the victimized woman ran over, he gave it back. "There you go. We'll send him off to jail."

"Thank you!" she praised and spat on the would-be robber before strutting away. Inichi saw how several heroes that arrived earlier showed up, and he simply gave the faulty man over.

"Please deliver him to the nearby jail," Inichi said calmly.

"Right!" Glasses said and helped the others haul the man away.

"How much longer here?" Mitsumi asked before looking over to where Pete was leading a hero over. He was recognized right away as Flashy Flash.

"That's him! He attacked me!" Pete said to the dashing hero behind him.

"Flashy Flash?" Genos frowned. "Master Saitama never attacked him."

"Here…" Inichi gave a small grin and sent over what happened. Flashy Flash paused and cringed to keep from outright laughing now.

"They're telling the truth," the manager said from where he moved out the replacement game. "If anything, that there, Pete, he's been hounding every customer that came over here. Some wanted to play, but he wouldn't let them. And with the girls? Oh, man…"

"Is that so?" Flashy Flash now looked at Pete. The body builder tried to make excuses, but he knew it was no use. Instead he just huffed and strutted off while favoring his hand. "I was wondering why he was avoiding my question on who hurt his hand."

"I just told him to squeeze my hand. Then I squeezed his back," Saitama shrugged. "I didn't even squeeze hard."

"How hard did you squeeze?" Flashy Flash frowned.

"Do you want me to show you?" Saitama asked.

"Ah…maybe on something else? Oh! You, sir. You have a bell sitting there?" Flashy Flash asked.

"Well, yeah. That guy knocked it down. I don't think I have a use for it anymore. Likely won't after he holds it," the manager shrugged and gave over the bell. Saitama took it and lightly squeezed. Then gave it to Flashy Flash.

"This…is a high quality, durable aluminum bell…and you put finger dents in it…" the hero seemed to gape with shock.

"You should have seen Metal Bat's bat," King grinned.

"What?!" Flashy Flash blinked and gaped a bit.

"Yeah, he tried to hit me. Saitama caught it and did the same thing to the bat as he just did to the bell," Zenchu nodded. Mitsumi yawned and rested her head against Saitama's shoulder. He was still carrying her and didn't bother to put her down.

"How much longer should we be out for?" she asked softly.

"Hmm? Hmm. Well…it just turned dark. Are you still hungry?" Saitama asked and pressed a gentle kiss to her forehead.

"I am," she nodded.

"Want to walk with me?" he chuckled. She shook her head and simply pressed into him more. "Okay. I can carry you."

"I love you," she blushed and kissed him now.

"I love you, too," he chuckled and now proceeded to start walking.

"I can't believe it…" Flashy Flash said on watching them both. "Tell me. How long has he known her for?"

"Under a week," Zenchu nodded.

"What?! That's it? And this display of raw, unbridled love is here?" Flashy Flash blinked. "How can this be?"

"I can tell you," Genos nodded. Flashy Flash was now walking with Genos to get the full story, and Saitama started to browse the different stalls with her. Zenchu had dried fish purchased for the restaurant, various spices and even more eccentric sauces after tasting them. Mitsumi eventually had to start walking with Saitama again to enjoy the food that was purchased. They tasted sausages, poached eggs, fried tofu, fried noodles and a various other assortment of things.

"I'm done!" Saitama sighed with contentment.

"Me, too!" Mitsumi giggled. "That was awesome, though."

"So…that is how they met…" Flashy Flash sighed.

"Yes," Genos nodded. He was finally able to finish informing the S class hero of how Saitama and Mitsumi met and got established as a couple. Inichi even helped out with some visions to prove the talk as true.

"What are your plans now?" Flashy Flash asked. "I do have some time."

"I get to beat someone up to see if discipleship is an option," Zenchu grinned. "I won't kill the guy. He just has to last against me for five minutes."

"Really? I would like to witness this. Who will he be learning from?" Flashy Flash asked. Zenchu pointed at Saitama. Saitama scowled lightly. "You do not wish to do this?"

"I am his disciple," Genos nodded. "The one to hopefully join me would be Suiryu. He was a champion in the Martial Arts Fight Club. Master Saitama saved his life. Should he join the Hero Association, I am sure he could become A class."

"Impressive! Yes, I can witness this," Flashy Flash nodded.

"Ah. There you are. Inichi told me to meet up with you all. I'll be witnessing this fight, too," Kamikaze said. Then Inichi sent him the vision of what happened with Macho Pete. The man paused and coughed out laughing hard. "Damn! I almost dropped my stick!"

"Are we ready to head back and prepare for a match of possible future discipleship?" Inichi asked.

"Can we just…don't do it and say we did?" Saitama grumbled.

"It's okay," Mitsumi smiled and snuggled into him. "You can hold me all you want, too. Maybe we won't even need to pay much attention. And, if you like hot chocolate, I can have Kamiko make some for us!"

"Oh?! Okay," Saitama nodded. King and Kianna clearly wanted to see this, too. Fubuki made no plans to leave, either. Inichi nodded and made the protective blue bubble to take them all back. Little did they know that another set of eyes were watching. And this one made plans to follow and see what it was about. Inichi knew exactly who it was, but he paid no mind. Let that one appear. And let that one learn a lesson.
