Emi POV

The hosts and I sat in the living room with our plates of pizza, and chatted as we ate. The twins were teasing Mori, who seemed to have reached his blush limit as he gave little response. I tried to not to think too much about his earlier shocked expression otherwise I would end up laughing hysterically again, and I didn't feel like choking on my food.

I looked around, feeling content. Everyone seems to be having a good time. I don't know why I was nervous about having them over, they're pretty easy going.

"Thank you for the meal Emi, it was delicious," Kyoya stated graciously, having finished his pizza. He dabbed at his mouth with a serviette politely.

"No problem! Honestly, Honey and Mori did most of the work," I responded, giving credit where credit was due. Mori waved away the praise and Honey beamed cutely (as usual).

"So, is it time for the games part of this night yet?" asked Kaoru somewhat impatiently, practically vibrating in his seat.

"Yes! Let us embark upon an evening of fun and games!" Tamaki declared dramatically, pointing one finger upwards.

Wow, everything really is an adventure to him! I wish I had as much energy as him. Though, maybe with a bit less of his eccentricity…

"How should we start?" Honey questioned, eyes sparkling in excitement as he leaned forward eagerly.

"I'm glad you asked Honey-senpai," Hikaru started, donning a mischievous expression, "As everyone knows, every games night at our age should start with drinking, to loosen everyone up of course."

Oh really, everyone knows that, do they? Yeah, it's definitely not something you just made up on the spot, I thought secretly rolling my eyes.

"Therefore, everyone has to take a shot!" Kaoru exclaimed, pulling a bottle of vodka and several shot glasses out of nowhere, "And… if you don't want to take a shot you have to take off a piece of clothing~ Socks don't count!" he added.

Grumbling was heard around the room as everyone accepted a shot glass and let Kaoru pour them a shot. It appeared that nobody was prepared to strip. Thank god.

Kyoya and Mori both took their shots smoothly, as if it was just water. Meanwhile Tamaki and the twins ran around fanning their tongues after downing theirs. Haruhi just sighed and pinched her nose, downing her shot and following it up with juice.

Following Haruhi's lead I took a deep breath and downed my shot, face immediately screwing up in disgust and eyes watering as I quickly reached for my fruity drink to wash away the taste. I looked around and saw Honey looking between me and his own shot in apprehension. Yeah, if I found that hard he's going to struggle majorly.

Seeing that the twins were still running around, I reached over and hastily swapped my shot glass with his, downing my second shot of the night and once again reaching for my fruity drink. If this keeps up I'm going to end up drunk pretty quickly.

Honey looked at me with wide eyes. I scooted closer to him and said under my breath, "You so owe me." To which he nodded rapidly and linked his pinky with mine in an impromptu pinky promise.

"Okay! Now obviously, the first game we should play is Never Have I Ever, a classic commoner drinking game!" the twins exclaimed, eyes flashing devilishly.

Oh boy, here we go…, I thought, Now I'm actually kind of glad they made us drink.

After the twins explained the rules of the game and everyone had their own drink, Tamaki insisted on starting, citing his status as Host Club King.

"Hmm let's see, never have I ever broken a bone," Tamaki said, looking around excitedly.

Okay, so far we're keeping it clean! Maybe this won't be too bad!

Myself and Mori were the only two to drink, him because he'd broken some fingers while training for martial arts, and me because I'd broken my elbow as a child. Haruhi, and then Kyoya went next, both keeping their statements mild and innocent. The twins were practically vibrating in their impatience.

Then it was Hikaru's turn, "Never have I ever hooked up with someone of the same sex or gender," he smirked.

Fuck. I took a sip of my drink, and to my shock, so did Kaoru and Kyoya. Well, well, well, aren't we learning a lot today. My brain was definitely starting to feel a little fuzzy and pleasantly empty.

Next, of course, was Kaoru, "Never have I ever been to an adult store," he wiggled his eyebrows.

Double fuck. I took another drink, glad that my cheeks were already flushed from the alcohol. I noticed that I was the only one who drank, and stared around in shock. Now, I wasn't sure if it was the alcohol talking, but I couldn't just let that one go.

"You're kidding me… None of you have ever gone to a sex shop?" I asked, looking around as everyone shook their heads, some blushing.

"Um, okay anyway, I guess it's my turn. Hmm…Never have I ever used a male condom," I threw out, and added a victorious "Ha!" as I saw everyone else take a drink. "Good to know you all practice safe sex," I teased, winking.

"Of course! Safety first!" Tamaki blurted out, looking a little tipsy, "And you should be safe too, my sweet daughter!"

"I am safe, Tamaki. It's just that I've only been with women so we didn't exactly have anything to put a condom on," I giggled nervously, rolling up my sleeves as I felt myself getting hotter by the minute.

"Anyway, it's your turn Mori," I said, suddenly desperate to change the subject as I noticed Honey looking at me thoughtfully. Mori looked down at my now bare forearms and smirked.

"Never have I ever gotten a tattoo."

I pouted at him, taking a sip of my drink and grumbling about being targeted. Nobody else drank, which somehow didn't surprise me.

Then it was Honey's turn, "Mmm," he started pensively, "Ah! I know! Never have I ever sent a naughty picture," he said, voice deepening just a bit. There goes that other side of him again…jeez how can he be so cute and so hot at the same time?... Stop that Emi, you're just becoming friends and you have a date with Aiki soon!

I quickly took a long gulp of my drink, noting that Haruhi and Tamaki were the only ones (aside from Honey) who didn't drink.

Since everyone had gone once, the twins decided it was time for the next game. Oh god, they look like they have something planned, that can't bode well, I winced internally.

"Um, maybe before we start another game, we could have the cake now? You know to give everyone a chance to absorb some of that alcohol," I suggested. I noticed that Honey immediately brightened and stood up.

"Yeah! Let's get the cake Emi-chan, I'll help! Let's go!" he pleaded, jumping up and down.

"Alright, alright, I'm coming," I said as I stood up, only slightly unbalanced by the alcohol. I wasn't drunk by any means but it was definitely taking more concentration than usual to walk normally. Honey grabbed my hand and pulled me along. He sure is strong… Looks really can be deceiving.

Once we arrived in the kitchen Honey seemed to think better of letting me near the knives, "Mmm, I think I should cut the cake Emi-chan, you had a lot more alcohol than me!"

"What can I say? I'm just an experienced person I guess," I said in as snobby of a tone as I could muster, then ruining the effect by giggling. Or they're all super inexperienced… That one sounds more accurate. "But I'm perfectly capable of cutting the cake."

Honey laughed, eyes sparkling as he took in my antics, "That may be so but I'm still gonna do it, kay?" I pouted as, with a flash of the knife, the cake was cut into perfectly even slices. Probably for the best. My slices wouldn't have been that even…

With the cake cut and plated, we made a few trips between the kitchen and the living room, carrying out cake and refreshing everyone's drinks for the next game. As soon as everyone was settled, Honey immediately dug into his cake, declaring it to be delicious. I was pretty pleased with it myself, though to be fair I may have had a case of the "drunchies" (drunk munchies).

Just as I was taking my last bite of cake, taking in all the conversations happening around the coffee table, I suddenly noticed that there was only one ginger present. Wait… where's Hikaru?... Oh, maybe he just went to the washroom, I relaxed after having momentarily panicked. However, upon seeing that the bathroom door was still wide open that panic came back full force, and my eyes snapped to my bedroom door where, sure enough, a sneaky-looking Hikaru was about to enter.

"Hikaru!" I called out in alarm and exasperation. He froze and turned to look at me. For some reason (he was probably in on it) Kaoru also froze. Then I noticed that most of the Host Club was looking somewhat shocked.

"Er.. sorry, I just wanted to stop him before he went in my room," I explained sheepishly, very aware that that outburst was completely contrary to the quiet, shy Emi they were used to.

"But… How did you know?" asked Kaoru, amber eyes wide as he looked at me.

"How did I know what?" I asked, confused. I looked around the room, uncomfortable with all eyes being on me, and feeling like I had somehow ruined the easy-going mood.

"How did you know I was Hikaru?" Hikaru clarified, starting to walk back to the living room.

"Um, well… I don't know… You're very, very similar but you do have some differences… I've always been shy and I've been socially anxious for almost as long so… I guess I learned to be observant as a coping mechanism, and you pick up on a lot when you're not busy talking," I shrugged, not fully sure how to explain a habit that felt as natural as breathing.

The twins looked at me thoughtfully, before seeming to shake off their more serious expressions and donning devious smirks. Uh oh…

"Say, Emi, you sure were worried about anyone going in your room…You're not hiding something in there are you?" they asked, quirking their eyebrows in symmetrical poses.

"I-I, I didn't say I was worried about anyone going in my room, I was just worried about you two going in my room," I sassed nervously in an attempt to deflect the question. This is exactly what I was worried about, I groaned internally.

"Hmm, well that still raises the question of what it is you don't want us to see~" they sang teasingly, prancing around.

"Yeah… I guess it does… and that's a question I will not be answering," I tried to say with authority. Unfortunately, my darting eyes and flushed cheeks probably took away from the sternness I was trying to portray. "ANYWAY, um, what's the next game?"

"Funny you should ask," Kyoya stated, pushing his glasses up his nose and smirking, "I believe we had decided on Truth or Dare while you and Honey were cutting the cake."

I groaned, flopping on the floor dramatically and cursing my bad luck. I heard Honey giggle and pouted over at him. I felt something nudge my hand and looked over to see Mori trying to pass me a drink. His dark grey eyes stared at me in sympathy and I imagined him to be saying 'You're going to need this drink to get through the humiliating spectacle that's about to happen'.

Well some of that may be me projecting.

While I had been lolling about on the floor Tamaki had decided that it was now "Mommy's" turn to go first since "Daddy went first last time".

Kyoya cleared his throat, shooting Tamaki a half-amused half-exasperated look, "Very well then, I'll start. Tamaki, truth or dare?"

"I choose Dare! For how could a prince choose anything but the brave option?" Tamaki soliloquized, with his hand over his heart.

"I dare you to tape your mouth shut for the next two turns after yours," Kyoya responded with an evil glint.

"Waahhh! How could you Mommy?!" Tamaki wailed, tears streaming down his face. When he simply received a raised eyebrow in return he pouted and continued, "Fine…Mori, truth or dare?"

"Dare."

"I dare you to twerk for 30 seconds!" Tamaki decided victoriously.

I stared between Tamaki and Mori, aghast. What would possess him to ask Mori to do something like that?! Why do I feel like I'm about to be scarred for life?

Mori stood up, stretched, and promptly began twerking like he was Magic Mike himself. What am I witnessing right now?!

The twins were laughing hysterically, Tamaki now had the tape over his mouth and his tears had changed to tears of mirth, Kyoya looked non-plussed, and Honey and Haruhi were staring slack-jawed. Personally, I was stuck between being impressed and being disturbed. Finally, Mori was done and it was my turn to hand him a drink.

He took a sip of his drink and turned to Haruhi, "Truth or dare?"

"Uh.. truth I guess," Haruhi responded blandly.

"Have you ever had a crush on a teacher or professor?" Mori asked stoically.

Haruhi blushed, "Yeah, when I was in middle school."

"Teacher's pet! Teacher's pet!" the twins sang tauntingly.

Tamaki was mumbling furiously behind his tape, making wild hand gestures of distress.

"Anyway," Haruhi continued, "Uh… Kaoru, truth or dare?"

"Dare!" he answered, leaning forward eagerly.

"Eat a banana, but do it seductively," Haruhi smirked. I raised my brows, Damn, Haruhi's got game!

Kaoru blushed slightly but then smirked, going to the kitchen and returning with a banana. I don't remember buying bananas…

He proceeded to very slowly, and very sexually eat the banana in a way that felt way too intimate for me to be watching. It got to the point that I had to look away, and when I did I made eye contact with Honey, who was also looking away in discomfort. I pretended to gag, sticking my tongue out and holding my stomach. Honey giggled. Then I laughed.

Appearing put out, Kaoru tossed the remains of the poor violated banana aside and glared around the circle, clearly trying to pick his victim. His eyes landed on Honey.

"Honey, truth or dare?"

"Mmm, dare!" Honey answered cheerfully, not seeming at all concerned by the fact that he'd been targeted by one of the devils.

"Say something dirty to the person on your left, and say it like you mean it," Kaoru smirked.

…Wait… I'm on Honey's left… Oh god…

"Don't you dare defile my daughter like that!" Tamaki screamed, no longer having to wear the tape over his mouth. The twins held him back from lunging across the table.

Kyoya sighed, "Calm down Daddy, this is how the game is played."

Tamaki pouted but sat back down, crossing his arms over his chest and looking away.

I turned to Honey, who peered at me cautiously, "Is it okay Emi-chan?"

Don't be a party pooper, don't be a party pooper, DO NOT be a party pooper! I chanted in my head.

I took a shot, then another for good measure, and said "Give me your worst, Honey."

Seeing the way his eyes darkened, and the ways his cutesy aura was replaced by a 'bad-boy' aura, I prayed I wouldn't live to regret that statement.

He reached out, gathering my hair to one side in his hand, and leaned in so that his lips were near my ear. I felt a shiver run down my back as silky strands of his hair brushed my face, and knew I was probably blushing enough that he could feel the heat.

"I love it when you blush like that…Now, pretend I'm saying 'Something Dirty'," he whispered seductively.

Fuuuuck! Jesus Christ! His tone alone had me feeling like I was about to spontaneously combust with how hot my face was right now. And without him even saying anything really dirty. I could now say with confidence that, if I were ever to hear him use that tone to say something actually dirty I'd likely melt into a puddle.

Well at least I won't need to try too hard to pretend he said something dirty….

He pulled away, innocent expression back in place, though there were spots of pink adorning his cheeks. "Hmm, it's my turn now! Hikaru, do you choose truth or dare?"

"Truth," Hikaru responded nonchalantly, leaning his head on his fist.

"Hmm, okay! What's the weirdest thing in your browser history?" Honey asked curiously.

"Uhh, let's see.." Hikaru began, scrolling through the browser history on his phone, "Uhh…probably sex room designs," he answered awkwardly, scratching the back of his head.

There was a moment of silence. I guess we're all grieving the loss of our ability to look at him the same way after picturing him in a sex room. Though I can't say I'm that surprised…

"Anyway," Hikaru said, starting to smirk, "It's my turn now and I choose you Emi. So what'll it be? Truth or dare?"

Crap. If I choose truth, I just know he's going to ask me something super embarrassing! On the other hand, if I pick dare… I don't think I can handle another dare like the one Honey got.

"…T-Truth," I stuttered, rubbing my sweaty palms on my jeans. My dark brown eyes met Hikaru's mischievously sparkling amber eyes.

He leaned back on his hands, looking like the cat that got the cream, "So then Emi, what is it that you're hiding in that room of yours?"

Aw jeez, I should have known! I frantically searched my mind for an answer, looking for the least compromising answer possible that would still be somewhat truthful at least. I wasn't ashamed of the items; I was a young woman after all and I strongly believed in the importance of knowing how to fulfill one's own needs. BUT, that didn't mean I wanted my new friends to have that much insight into my sex life, or current lack thereof. That was information reserved for partners and maybe best friends.

"Um…uhhh…my, my work outfits," I answered half honestly, my eyes darting around. It wasn't THE thing I was trying to hide, but it was something I didn't want them to find. Mostly for fear that they'd insist on me putting them on for them.

The twins and Tamaki looked surprised. The twins were probably surprised because they were expecting something more along the lines of the items I was really hiding from them, whereas Tamaki was probably surprised to hear that I had a job requiring different outfits.

"Huh? What kind of work do you do?" Tamaki asked curiously.

"Um, I was telling Mori and Honey about it earlier. I work in a modern cabaret. NOT as some sort of sex worker, just as a performer and waitress," I answered, trying to squash any sex-work related teasing before it could get started.

"We wanna see the costumes!" the twins chimed, devil horns practically growing out of their heads.

"Nope, too bad! I answered your truth question so you can't dare me," I said, shooting them down and sticking my tongue out at them. They pouted, clearly disappointed.

The game continued for a bit longer, everyone taking turns embarrassing others. As much as I felt uncomfortable at times, I had to admit it was a fun way of getting to know my new friends a bit better.

Soon everyone was tired out from the alcohol and all the excitement, and Kyoya declared that it was time to wrap up the evening. After helping me tidy up, despite my protests, the hosts started heading home each with some leftover pizza.

"Thanks for having us Emi!" the hosts chorused, standing outside my front door. Honey quickly leapt forward to give me one last parting hug and then followed everyone else as they walked to their limos, waving goodbye over their shoulders.

"Thanks for coming!" I called out, smiling hugely before gently closing my door. I drifted away happily, getting ready for bed. I laid my head on my pillow, still smiling, and closed my eyes.

I would say that was a success! I really like spending time with them…, I thought fondly.

I can't wait to tell Avery about tonight!
