"For my first wish," Frieza demanded of the Namekian Eternal Dragon. Having come here, and stolen all the Orbs... while making sure not to harm the planet's natives. He learned of the Dragon balls, from the recordings of Planet Vegeta... and learned of their significance to Namekians, just a few months ago. He immediately convinced his father, to let him hunt for them, for exactly this reason.

"I demand you give the Frost Demons a massive space station, at the heart of this Galaxy, powered by the colossal black hole at its core. With billions of trillions of bigger on the inside rooms, each containing a galaxy sized luxury Estate. With all Frost Demons, but myself, teleported there."

The Muscular dragons eyes glowed red, "It is done."

Frieza smiled, "For my second wish, I want all life and planets any Frost Demon has destroyed, restored to peek condition. With anyone who we killed in space, brought to their planet of origin. All with their dream job, comfortable living conditions, and a nice sized life savings."

"You're really squeezing as much as you can into these Wishes. but granted. I admit, I'm curious what your last wish will be."

Frieza gulped, "For that... I wish to take the cowards way out... I beg of you, mighty dragon... make it so no one remembers, or even can remember, the evil we Frost Demons have inflicted... not even myself... make is so everyone thinks us kind Masters. We rarely interfere in other planets. Make it so we are loved... and love in return. That is my wish."

"Truly the cowards way out," The dragon snickered. "Very well, Prince Frieza. I shall make the universe see your people as a race of gentle giants, rarely leaving your Dyson Sphere. I will even change the perception of King Yama, when it comes time to review your races deeds for the afterlife. None will know of your former cruelty... not even yourselves.

"They will think you've had this Dyson Sphere, since the Galaxy was space dust. Evolving in the fog, and building it yourselves... perhaps I'll throw in with the aid of the Time Lords, just too make it more plausible.

"Since it's creation, it will be thought your kind rarely have left your Sphere... and are never known for acts of violence when you do.

"This will not change the true series of events, but not even gods will be able to remember those. All will see your people as a reclusive, but benevolent race... especially yourselves."

Frieza wanted to cry with gratitude. "Thank you, Eternal Dragon." As the Dragon's eyes glowed red, and Suddenly Frieza forgot everything... even summoning the Dragon... he believed he was here on a wild Sapient study.

Beerus and King Vegeta were discussing their plans to attack the Frost Demons... when suddenly they forgot all about it. And thought they were just enjoying another feast together... believing Planet Vegeta had truly been destroyed by a rogue asteroid, before being resurrected in the Doctor's Star Cluster... with the whole planet, now the whole multiverse, programmed not to look at the oddities.

They were alive, they were with family... that was all that mattered.

The Namekian Dragon appeared back into the empty space between multiverses, into this realm of pure bliss... the other Eternal dragons around him, just feeling the sheer intoxicating sensations of endless happiness.

"I Finally figured it out." The Dragons looked on, as an invader tainted their bliss. Though they could stomach the lessened euphoria, until he left.

The Q Doctor had grown to match their impressive size. Now large enough to fit a universe in his palm.

He decided to speak on more trivial matters, before getting to the heart of his concerns.

"Impressive," The Q Doctor mocked. "Putting a Perception filter over an entire dimension... but did you really think such a thing would work on me? Or any of the Q?"

The Namekian dragon just gave a shrug. "Did it at least work on the Shinigami?"

"Oh yes," Q assured. "They think that dimension is naturally home to a race of benevolent Frost Demons. A complete anomaly... though I'm curious, why are they still using Sapients as pets? True they aren't slaves, but they are still viewed as animals."

The Dragon shrugged again. "Because it will make the Frost Demons, and their pets, very happy."

Q rolled his eyes, "Your guiding light."

"Nothing wrong with spreading happiness." the dragon insisted.

"You think yourself benevolent, but in truth 'happiness' is overrated. Blindly giving lifeforms 'happiness' is not the same thing as giving them purpose or significance. It doesn't help anyone, in the long run."

"Agree to disagree."

Q eyed him, "I'm glad you at least used a Perception filter, as opposed to altering history. This way Prince Vegeta, and Goku, can still achieve their destinies."

The Dragon rolled his eyes, "I'm not an idiot. King Piccolo is still coming, as are the Androids, and Cell. Even Buu is still out their, flying towards their Galaxy... and the Saiyans will be getting involved in disasters, big and small, on planets all over the Doctor's Star Clusters... maybe even his very Leyline. Even with the Frost Demons tamed, their are still many threats in the Galaxy... and none like the Mass Effect Reapers...

"There is evil in the Galaxy, forgive me for making it slightly less so."

Q smiled, "It really doesn't matter to me... but the fates had this big epic war planned. Between the Frost Demons and Saiyans... they are not pleased by this act of free will."

The Dragon insisted, "They never are, but I don't answer to the Fates."

Q snorted, "You eternal dragons answer to no one. You just hop from dimension to dimension, cosmos to cosmos, granting 'happiness', without care of the consequences."

Finally Q accused, "You think I'm unaware of your true nature. You may have created the Dragon race, but your no dragons... you're Fae. A race of Cosmic level Fae... that gave birth to the Omniva Cosmos on a whim. You've been manipulating her ever since the dawn of Time. You birthed Time, gave us our souls, made heaven and gods, and dictate the fates...

"What's out there? What could be so bad you crafted an entire Cosmos, and lock them away from the rest of reality?"

"..." Porunga sighed. Looking at Shenron.

His fellow Eternal sighed back.

Shenron explained, "Nothing. We gave birth to the concept of souls. Beyond our boarders, there is no such thing. The Soul is a myth, a fantasy, a desperate prayer to non-existent gods... life is misery and pain, with barely any life at all.

"But here? In this Bubble, the soul is the electrical impulses of the body, that have been imprinted on by your thoughts. As Energy cannot be created or destroyed. You maintain your self awareness, even after death."

Porunga added, "We made this bubble, to protect our descendants. To give them a place to play, and live eternally... As one had a fantasy, that we believed could add us in this. Using Humanities media, even their fan fictions, as the bases, we joined our power, and crafted this bubble. We made life, on a level never before conceived. Giving each a soul, as immortal as ourselves. At least, within this bubble.

"You may be infinite, little Q, but you'd find no such beings in our native cosmos. We are the original fae... but where we came from, fae were just as mortal as everything else. We did not achieve our might through magic... for magic was a myth. We created this realm, through our higher understanding of science. Gave you a soul, through science... birthed our own version of magic, through Science. Which is just a network of energy, from organs made of dark matter, that give limited reality bending.

"You would have neither, if you ever left our bubble. Even we would lose our glory, if we stepped beyond our boarders. All would be ordinary, and one day die... with no afterlife awaiting any of us.

"The reason why even God is limited here, is because we made the Cosmoses. We gave them conciousness. We gave the universe's inside them, minds of their own. As we shaped all the worlds, through you, and others like you, in different Cosmoses...

"You may relax, little Q... your memories are false. There was no cosmos before you. You were never mortal. You were born as a God, and shaped your Cosmos from scratch. We may have guided things, but the choices were your own. Such as how we crafted the Cosmic entities, themselves, to help us build these Cosmoses."

"My Memories... are fake...?" Q hesitantly asked. "I never allowed the Time Lords to destroy our Cosmos...? There was nothing before us...? I'm... not a murderer of trillions?"

Shenron assured, "No... you're not."

"Why would you do that to me?" Q asked.

Porunga answered, "To keep you humble. To let you, and your kind, feel for mortals. You may not understand them. But with memories of a mortal life, you could have empathy for them... and you most of all, are our most treasured creation. You, and all your counterparts throughout the Omni-verse, act as their Healer, their Wise Man... their protector and guardian... for you, are the Doctor."
