"Remember, we have vulnaries beneath the kitchen counter in case of an emergency."

"Lucina," Tiki grabbed her attention to cease her frantic searching for something else to fret over, "Everything will be fine. I will watch the little one. You have fun on your well deserved date with Robin."

"Right," Lucina sighed, "Sorry."

"I still don't think said 'little one' needs a babysitter," Morgan huffed with arms crossed, "I'm a big girl."

"Last time we left you alone says you do," Lucina remarked pointedly as she patted her daughter's hair, "Be good this time and maybe we'll talk about it next time.

"I am really sorry to ask this of you though, Lady Tiki. Mother has been so busy with her own children, and Cynthia would likely just encourage her."

"Think nothing of it," Tiki smiled, "I welcome the opportunity to help my friends as well as the chance to experience something new."

"Right," Lucina threw on her overcoat as she headed for the door, "Well, thanks again. We'll be back fairly late, so don't wait up."

"Have fun."

"Knock him dead, Mom!"

After Lucina left the apartment, there was a silence for almost a minute before Morgan finally broke it, "So, what do you want to do?"

"Do I not feed you before putting you to bed?" Tiki tilted her head, "Or am I misunderstanding how this works?"

Morgan looked mortified. Mostly at the prospect of such an early bedtime, "Wow, that sounds so boring! Come on, we should do something fun! What do dragons do for fun?"

"I don't really know," Tiki's eyebrows furrowed, "I spent most of my childhood sleeping and occasionally being awoken to eat or have a small lesson. Most of my waking time was spent among humans."

"Ouch, that's pretty sad," Morgan quickly did a 180 from her sad face back to her excited one, "So why don't we make some new memories together?"

"I'm not opposed to the idea, but what would we do? I am supposed to be watching you, after all."

"Well, mom likes to take me shopping when she wants to bond."

Tiki made a strange face at that remark, "I am familiar with your mother's fashion sense. Still, it could be fun to see what wares they have in town. I could go for more than one outfit that fits me."

"Yippee!" Morgan jumped up into the air. Almost anything beat going to bed this early in her mind.

"We should be back before sundown," Tiki spoke while grabbing her cloak, "And be sure not to make a scene. I prefer to keep a level of anonymity when in town."

"Don't you worry," Morgan put a hand over her heart and looked as sagely as she could, "Would I ever make a scene?"

Tiki soon realized, much to her own horror, that Morgan certainly took after her mother in the fashion department. She proved to be absolutely no help when it came to finding something new to wear. At least she did not try stuffing her into something several sizes too small.

"Well, that was certainly a memorable experience," Tiki admitted as they prepared to head back, "It does make me long sometimes for a more normal childhood."

"I don't really remember my childhood much, but I make up for it now. You could do the same."

"Unfortunately, people tend to get fussy when I don't act sagely. Well, certain people. Okay, Say'ri. She means well, but sometimes she can cross the line into being bothersome."

"Like your own personal nanny," Morgan snickered.

"Yes, I suppose so. She seems to see herself as something like that at least. Though, I don't crave servants, I crave friends."

"I'll be your friend," Morgan spoke in a surprising moment of seriousness leading to Tiki patting her shoulder.

"Thank you. I do appreciate the offer."

"Now, as your official friend now, I think I should help you make up for some lost time, and you have more than most, so I got my work cut out for me."

"Um," Tiki thought about if this was a good idea, but then she thought it over. She was starved for some good old fashioned fun. It was a great opportunity to do just that, "Alright, let's come up with some plans."

"Oh, this looks promising," Morgan held up a diagram for a glitter launcher, "Though I can't make out all these words."

"Apologies," Tiki replied from inside the bundle of blankets she was wrapped in, "The language changed a bit so I'm still adjusting."

"No worries, I think I can piece something together. I never took you for such a prankster."

"Well, I never got to experiment with it much. Caeda ran a tight ship. She was like a big sister to me, but she also filled a somewhat motherly role which meant discipline as well."

"Almost hard to imagine you being told to stand in the corner."

"Oh, that was in a mild case," Tiki laughed, "But, yes, I held onto a mischievous streak just waiting to be unleashed."

The girls paused hearing the doorknob jostle. Looking up, they saw Robin and Lucina entering the apartment to find the sleepover environment of pillows and blankets strewn about the living room. There was even a fairly nice pillow fort set up.

"Looks like you two had fun," Robin smiled as he looked over the room.

"Um, apologies for the mess," Tiki hastily stood up letting the blankets fall to the floor, "Perhaps we got a bit carried away."

"No problem. Nothing is on fire. I'm glad you had fun."

"We'll clean this right up," Morgan hastily suggested with Tiki agreeing. Robin shook his head playfully while guiding Lucina to their bedroom. However, Lucina seemed a bit troubled.

"What's wrong?"

"They were planning pranks. I could see it on the notes," Lucina spoke downtrodden, "Morgan got to her."

Robin simply laughed.
