"Mom! Dad!" Morgan bounced, "We're going to be late if we don't leave soon!"

"We still have plenty of time," Robin patted his daughter on the head, "I'm just glad these old things still fit. I was afraid I was getting out of shape."

"I know the feeling," Lucina joined them in her old devotion dress.

"Says the woman who has barely gained any weight in the past two years."

"Not true," Lucina noted, "I've gained some weight."

"In all the right places," Robin added, making Morgan mock gag.

"Alright, alright," Robin ruffled her hair, "Excuse your parents for being in love."

"Hey, this is a time for family and spoiling adorable daughters, not being gross."

Lucina laughed at her daughter's antics, "She has a point, dear. You hardly said a word to me last time we went."

"Yes, well, that may have had something to do with a certain someone so concerned I'd miss out and that I couldn't get away."

"Father only wanted you to feel welcome like you had a family. Though," Lucina leaned in, "I don't think this is what he had in mind."

"Serves him right," Robin gave her a kiss making Morgan bend over gagging some more, "Alright, alright, let's go enjoy the festivities. Are you sure about Megan?"

"I told Mother that she didn't have to, but she insisted she would be staying with baby Elice. She was even making a family day out of it so that we'll have time to ourselves."

"Remind me to thank her," Robin smiled.

"Come ooooon," Morgan whined, "I feel like I'll be a parent at this rate."

"Don't even joke," Robin chuckled.

"Keep it up and I may marry out of spite."

"Now, now," Lucina smiled, acting as peacemaker, "Let's not argue. We'll miss the festivities."

Lucina really was overjoyed to get to share this with her newfound family. Last time, she had been the daughter, and now she was the mother. It had been quite a journey. First with Morgan and then the more conventional path of actually having a child. So much had happened in the past few years, but she would not trade it for anything.

Robin pulled her close as they watched Morgan enjoy the various stalls. She really was a great source of happiness for them. Shenanigans and all. Where she came from, they were not certain, but they loved her as a daughter all the same, just like how Chrom and Sumia took Lucina in.

"You know," Robin pulled her close as they walked along, "You really do look great in that. Didn't get to fully enjoy it before."

"You're just saying that."

"I'm not. In fact, I'd say you look even more radiant than you did back then."

"Now I know you're flattering me," Lucina nudged him in the side, "But it's not unappreciated."

"Good, cause I'm not gonna stop no matter how much Morgan gags."

"I can hear you!" Morgan yelled only for Robin to stick his tongue out making Lucina laugh.

"Morgan, you should be happy to have such loving parents."

"I am. Really, I am. Can you just…be loving outside of my field of vision?"

"Then look away," Robin smirked and Morgan could barely avert her gaze before Robin pulled Lucina into a kiss. Even after all these years she still blushed so easily at times.

"Robin, you've certainly gotten bold over the years. Not that I mind."

"Why do you hate me so?" Morgan clutched her chest and raised her other hand dramatically, "So…gross…"

"Stop being so dramatic," Lucina tried not to smile, "Here," Lucina grabbed her hand and put the other in Robin's, "There. Now you can serve as a buffer. Better?"

"Better!" Morgan grinned.

"How old are you?" Robin teased as they walked along.

"Making up for lost memories," She beamed back, and Robin really could not argue with that. The rest of the trip was fun, but admittedly not quite the same without tormenting his daughter. Still, it was nice just getting to be a family after all the weirdness that they had endured.

Not that he minded a little weirdness. That was just how his life was, and he loved his girls dearly. Plus, it was fun to get a rise out of Morgan. Robin pulled them closer and smiled at Lucina as they walked. It had been a long road, but here they were, and they were happy together.
