I have just turned 10 a couple of months ago. It was a hot day in Konoha. I was strolling around, practicing surpressing my chakra to hide from ROOT. They have been trailing and spying on me, since Minato denied Danzo from recruiting me to ROOT.
While walking, I noticed many people were hiding in the shades, fanning themselves and sweating. I walked past training ground 4, where I felt some chakra from a person that wasn't moving. I walked closer, I realized it's someone passed out. I ran towards them.
It was a girl, with bangs covering her forehead and long dark purple hair. She was wearing her ninja outfit, a beige long sleeved and high collar jacket, with black shorts and classic ninja sandals and knee high stockings. Her pulse was beating rapidly, the skin was hot and damp, she is unresponsive when I lightly slapped her cheek while yelling if she was okay.
Luckily, this training ground has a small river flowing through it. I summoned two shadow clones and carefully carried the person to the river. I summoned a butterfly to inform my team about my absence and not to worry. I took of her jacket and fishnet undershirt, her sandals and stockings along with the pouch strapped to her right upper thigh.
I took out my sealing scroll, and unsealed two towels, dipping it in the water. I wrenched one and placed it on her forehead, removing the bangs to reveal a green x. I started wiping her body, starting with her arms, then her legs, stomach and back.
After about 2 minutes, she started waking up. Groaning, she clumsily sat herself upright, looking pale and confused.
"Finally! I was starting to get worried! I thought I had to carry you to the hospital," I said. She mustn't have noticed my presence, cause she flinched at me speaking.
"Im sorry! Didn't mean to startle you! It seems like you passed out from the heat!" I said flailing my arms, "so I carried you to the river and cooled you down! That's all!" "... I passed out?" she said, looking down.
"Yeah. How are you feeling? Here, some ice cream and a cold water," I unsealed the items and gave it to her. She took it, chugged down the water and quickly ate the ice cream.
"Thank you," she said bowing lightly, "I feel much better now." I help her stand up, asking questions to make sure she's really will be fine. Suddenly someone yells: "Haruhi-chan! What happened? Are you okay?!" A boy with grey pink hair and grey blue eyes ran towards us. Behind him was another boy with white hair and tan skin with brown eyes and an adult with brown hair in a slick back hairstyle, a scar across his left cheek and brown eyes.
"Haruhi-san, didn't I warn you about overdoing your training AND not to do it in this kind of weather?!" exclaimed the adult.
"Asuka-sensei, I think we should get Hikaru-san home. She is in no condition to train-" the other boy said, "NO!" yelled Haruhi. Her fist was clenched and shaking, "I won't go home. I will train. I feel much better now after she helped me," said Hikaru, pointing towards me. I gave them a little wave.
"Really? Thank you so much! If it weren't for you, Hikaru-chan would be in a worse condition if we found her." the boy with grey pink hair said, bowing lightly.
"Oh, it was nothing! I'm just happy to be of help!" I said.
"I'm Haruhi Hyuga," said the girl, bowing, "this is Atsuki Haruno," she gestured to the grey pink haired boy, "this is Ren Yamada," she gestured to the white haired and tan boy, "and this is my sensei, Asuka Sato." the man waved.
"It's nice to meet you! I'm Aimi Uzumaki," I bowed lightly. Asuka started choking on his own spit.
"Sensei?! Are you okay?" asked Haruhi.
"I apologize for me and my students ignorance, Aimi-hime!" apologized Asuka, bowing deeply.
"Oh god, please don't call me hime! It's embarrassing!" I explained, trying to stop him from bowing.
"But your the heir to the Uzumaki clan, your the niece of the fourth Hogake wife, and is known as the Cri-" before he could continue I clasped my hands on his mouth.
"I'm the Uzumaki heir right? So I can accept that you don't have to call me Aimi-hime." I said, pulling my hands back.
"If you say so." Asuka shrug, smiling brightly.
"Holy shit, your the Crimson Blessing!" exclaimed Atsuki, sparkles in his eyes.
"Yes, that's me," I replied with a forced smile, hiding my cringe.
"And your the niece of the hokages wife?" asked Ren.
"Yeah, I see him as my uncle," I said. I glanced at Haruhi, she was looking at her feet, her jaw clenched and eyebrows furrowed.
"It would be great experience for everyone if we, my team and your team, trained and spared together one day!" I said, hopefully distracting Haruhi from her thoughts.
"Oh yeah! Who is your teacher?" asked Asuka.
"Me," my teachers voice came from behind the trees.
"Sensei!" I exclaimed happily, running towards him and giving him a hug.
"Would you care to explain why one of my cute genin didn't show up for training?" asked Benjiro.
"Sensei, it's not their fault! I sensed that Haruhi-san chakra was acting weird, and went to investigate. She had fainted from heat stroke! So I did my best to help her... Sorry for worrying you..." I explained keeping my head down. I heard him snort and then felt a big hand patting my head.
"That's not something to feel bad about. You did great," Benjiro gave me a big reassuring smile, "now come on. Your teammates are worried sick about you."
"Oh no... They didn't do an all search party right?" I asked.
"Nope. Well, at least not yet." Benjiro said with a smirk. I felt a shiver run down my spine and sprinted to the training ground. There, in the middle of the field, stood Akira, Akio and Shinji.
Akira was pacing back and forth with Akio looking concerned. Shinji glancing around from time to time. If you don't know him well, you wouldn't notice that he's stressed. Akio barked, notifying the boys about me and Benjiros arrival.
"Aimi! What happened are you okay?!" yelled Akira, grabbing me by the shoulders.
"I'm fine! I just found another genin passed out in another training ground! I thought I contacted you through the butterfly?" I said.
"We didn't receive any message." said Shinji. I looked confused at them and closed my eyes concentrating on the butterfly I had summoned to contact them. I couldn't find anything. It was dead.
"Someone killed my butterfly," I said with wide eyes. Why would someone do that? What good would that do? It doesn't make any sense. Then I noticed a sickening chakra. A disgusting, black chakra. I opened my eyes and in the corner of my eyes, a muscular man with tan skin, dark markings covering his body and dark hair, holding... A sleeping Naruto. I was shaking. I was never truly afraid of Orochimaru or his men. No, not that badly, but now there's an experiment of Orochimaru, holding Naruto in his arms, smiling coldly. I felt my hands get sweaty, I bit discretely my thumb and smeared it on my left hand, summoning a small butterfly and a moth.
I summoned 4 shadow clones, sending them out to set up traps. I made one shadow clone and put both summons on her. She knew the plan and nodded to me, camouflaging herself with the butterfly and running to the hokage tower.
"Sensei," I whispered, tugging at his shirt. He grabbed my hand and squeezed it reassuring.
"Get ready to catch Naruto," he whispered back, letting go of my hand. I signaled the plan to Akira and Shinji with the morse code, receiving a nod in return. Then Benjiro summoned some clones, and the real him vanishing into the ground. The clones charged the enemy, but they were all kicked away. Right after the kicks, Benjiro shot up from the ground and punched the enemy in the face. I teleported to them, grabbing Naruto and running away.
"It's not you that I want," the enemy said, punching Benjiro away from us. He turned to me, "it's her." and charged towards me. I gave Naruto to Shinji and began running away. I ran as quick as I could, in the directions of the traps. I sensed a distress chakra signal send from Benjiro.
"Come here little girl, I don't have time for games! My master wants you!" The man was laughing manically while running after me. The traps worked, he triggered a bunch of the traps, injuring himself. He had shuriken and kunais sticking out of him, but it didn't seem to slow him down. Suddenly a loud crack came from behind me.
I turned around and saw that Asuka had punched the enemy square in the face. Benjiro appeared before the enemy and dropkicked him into the ground.
Next stood Asukas team in front of me, weapons drawn. After a couple of minutes with the enemy struggling to get out of the ropes, the police came.
"Good analyzing the situation Aimi-chan. I'm glad you didn't try and pick a fight with him without knowing how strong he is," Benjiro said, patting my head, "I'm glad you're okay."
"Of course! It would be unwise to attack an unknown enemy without knowing what he's capable of," I said smiling at him. From behind him, I saw Fuguka coming running towards me.
"Aimi-chan! Are you okay?" asked Fuguka.
"I'm fine, I'm more concerned about how that maniac was able to get Naruto," I said with furrowed brows.
"That's the thing, we were already on the search for him, since the man crashed into the Uzumaki compound and used a knockout seal on Naruto, taking him and ran out," explained Fuguka, "Did the man say anything to you while chasing you?"
"Yes he said some weird things. But what stood out was 'my master wants you'." I said. I got some weird glances from the adults.
"Lets go to the Hokage about this," Fuguka finally said. "Yes, let's cancel today's training," Benjiro said, gesturing me to follow him. I did as he said, but before we got far I turned to Asuka and his team.
"Thank you so much for coming to my aid! If you ever need help, just tell them you know Aimi Uzumaki at the Uzumaki compound," I bowed and quickly followed Benjiro. Naruto was still in Shinjis arms. I took Naruto from his arms and carried him on my front, his head resting on my shoulder while having my arms under him.

After giving the report to the Hokage, I went home with my teacher, my team and two ninjas Minato trusts to ensure my safety. We ran on the rooftop to reach the Uzumaki compound faster. When we finally reached it, I said goodbye to my team.
"Aimi-chan, we'll see you tomorrow okay?" said Benjiro.
"You boys better not do anything weird to Aimi or else!" exclaimed Akira pointing a finger at the two boys.
"Akira, stop it. See you tomorrow Aimi-chan," said Shinji while pulling Akira away.
The two ninjas introduced themselves.
"I'm Kakashi Hatake and this is Yamato. We'll be your bodyguard for a while," said Kakashi.
"Alright, let's get you guys some futons to sleep in my room! Come, follow me," I made a hand gesture and walked into the compound. The two ninjas followed me. I found the futons in a storage room and was about to pick them up until a hand grabbed them before I could.
"You don't have to trouble yourself with carrying the futons," it was Kakashi. I simply shrugged and let them take the futons. I showed them the way to my room. After placing the futons I showed them around the compound.
"Have either of you ever been here?" I asked, glancing behind me. Both of them were quiet until now, not saying a word.
"No," answered Yamato.
"A couple of times," answered Kakashi.
"Alright. Are you boys hungry? I haven't had lunch yet and it's dinner time, so I'm starving. I think I have some sealed food in the kitchen," I said walking towards the kitchen. I opened the sliding door and walking in. I gestured them to sit at the table and took out a scroll.
"So what do you want to eat? We have sushi, ramen, udon, tempura, yakitori and miso soup." I looked up at them.
"I would like some Sushi." said Yamato.
"Miso soup. Do you have one with eggplants?" asked Kakashi. I nodded and unsealed the foods. I unsealed some tempura for myself and we ate in silence. I glanced up at the clock. Naruto was taken to the hospital for a checkup and Kushina was there with him. Apparently Naruto was roughed up by the enemy while unconscious. Mom and dad is also on a business trip to the land of sand.
"It seems like everyone will get home late. Do you guys want to just hang out? You can put a movie on or something. I'll be studying," I said as I cleaned the dishes.
"Sure," was the only answer from Kakashi, who were drying the dishes. We went to my room and I showed them how to work the TV, the CD driver and what movies I had. I put out some snacks for on the table and put my notes and books at my end of the table. I was sitting on the right side of the table, Kakashi in the middle and Yamato on the left side.
Yamato had gone up and choosen a movie. It was a classic princess and samurai movie cliché. A love that never could be. It's very bittersweet. The samurai was her bodyguard since they were young, growing up together. He gives up their love for her future sake.
While they were watching the movie, I was writing with a pencil in my notebook, reading about the kyuubi and the tenth tailed beast. I was gathering evidence that the tenth tailed beast wasn't just a myth and that it's a worldwide disaster. I could feel Kakashi's stare, but I simply ignored it. Slowly thought out the movie, Kakashi seemed to have moved closer little by little, probably reading my notes.
I glanced up at him, and pushed my notes towards him. He looked back, and gently took the notes and started reading. An hour passed, and I heard sniffling from the other end of the table. It was Yamato, trying his best not to cry. I stood up and got some tissues for him.
"It's a tearjerker right? I always watch it if I need to cry," I said and handed him the tissue box. He took the box and blew his nose. I went over and got the trashcan for him. After a couple of minutes he was finished blowing his nose.
"Thank you," Yamato said. I nodded and put the things back into it's place.
"What are you guys reading about?" asked Yamato when he noticed that Kakashi was also reading some of the books I had put out.
"It's myths about the tenth tailed beast. I was just curious about the kyuubi, so I wanted to learn more about their history," I explained, handing him the same notes I had given to Kakashi.
"Oh, are they important?" Asked Yamato.
"If you think end of humanity important. There's a myth that if all the kyuubis are combined again, the most destructive and dangerous kyuubi, the tenth tailed beast will appear," I explained.
"Yes, but that's just myth," Kakashi said, studying me. I was looking down, smiling sadly.
"Yeah, just a myth," I said. Kakashi's eyebrows furrowed. "Anyway it's late. I'll go and wash up, be right back!" I said and went into the bathroom. After doing my night routine, Yamato went in.
"Seems like you don't belive it's a myth. Why?" said Kakashi, breaking the silence.
"I don't know. I'm not sure, but I have this icky feeling that something about the myths of the tenth beast is bothering me. It's hard to explain, but I have a feeling I should be studying about it," I said while cleaning up the table. Kakashi looked at me skeptically, but didn't press on. After Kakashi was done in the bathroom, Kakashi and I went to sleep first. I let Yamato read my books about the history of konoha.
(^o^)/
I woke up early that morning. Yamato was still sleeping and Kakashi was awake.
"Good morning," I whispered to Kakashi. He merely nodded. I went into the bathroom with my red butterfly themed outfit. After 15 minutes I was ready and went out. Yamato had woken up and gotten ready to leave with me for the training ground. Kakashi had been given another mission while I was in the bathroom, so for now it was only Yamato until Kakashi got back.
"Ready to eat some breakfast?" I asked Yamato and received a nod. We headed down to the kitchen, where I saw Kushina and Naruto already up and cooking breakfast. Besides them, there were two Anbu ninjas also in the room.
"Good morning everyone!" I exclaimed excitedly.
"Aimi, good morning! How are you feeling today?" asked Kushina, placing the breakfast at the table.
"I'm fine, I'm not the one who got knocked out and kidnapped," I joked, poking at Naruto.
"I may have been kidnapped this time! But that won't happen twice! Believe it!" Naruto exclaimed, punching the air.
"Of course, next time you'll be the one to save me my hero," I said and patted his hair. Naruto smiled brightly and nodded in agreement.
"Alright settle down everyone. Let's eat," said Kushina. We all sat down (except for the anbu, they were eating it on the roof) and began eating. After finishing, we cleaned the dishes, I made lunches for me, Yamato and Benjiro and headed out.
Yamato waited a couple of minutes before he began talking, "Is your family always so lively?" he asked.
"Oh yeah. It's always that lively. If it's quiet, you know something bad has happened," I joked. Yamato chuckled.
"Yeah, I would be concerned too if such a loud family was quiet," we laughed and talked for a bit u til we reached the training ground.
"Aimi-chan!" a loud voice yelled and I was hugged tightly. "Are you okay? Those boys weren't mean to you or did anything to you right?" Akira asked.
"I'm fine! And they didn't do anything to me besides protecting me, get your head out of the gutter!" I poked at Akiras stomach and received a groan.
"He was just worried about you Aimi-chan," Shinji said, pulling Akira off me. We chatted for a bit, and included Yamato into the conversation. While chatting, I sensed new chakra approaching. It was a group of three, but not the same chakra signature as of those of yesterday. I turned around at the direction of the signature, and saw three genins approaching us. The girl who had the Uchiha crest on her, lead the group and approached us.
"Are you the students of Benjiro-sensei?" the girl asked. "Yes. I'm Aimi Uzumaki," I greeted, "and this is my bodyguard for a while, Yamato." Yamato bowed lightly.
"Shinji Aburame."
"I'm Akira Inuzuka, and this is my partner Akio!"
The girl smiled, "I'm Naomi Uchiha," she said, "this is my teammates Enkai Saito," she gestured to a boy with long bangs covering his right eye. He had dark brown hair and dark green eyes. He nodded in a greeting. "and this is Yasu Sato." she gestured to a dark blue and long hair boy, with dark blue eyes. He smiled kindly to us.
"And I'm these gentle genins teacher, Hanzo Hayashi," a man said from behind them. He had long dark green hair, muscular and tall. The newcomers jumped in surprise from their teacher sneaking up on them.
"Hanzo-sensei!" the three yelped in surprise.
"Mah, do you want to give your students a heart attack or something?" said Benjiro who appeared behind us.
"If they get a heart attack from that, then they are unfit for this career," said Hanzo. Benjiro nodded in agreement.
"Shall we get this thing started?" asked Benjiro.
"Let's do this!" yelled Hanzo.
"Today kids, we'll be doing one on one combat. But this time, it'll be against new opponents. Shinji-kun, you'll be against Naomi-san. Akira-kun, you'll be against Enkai-san, and Aimi-chan, you'll be against Yasu-san. Understood? Alright, this isn't a battle to death, we'll stop the fight if it gets out of hand. Alright, dismissed." Benjiro said. I looked at Yasu and walked over to a spot we could fight. He didn't seem like someone who used weapons, and I could feel he has a lot of chakra. My bet is that he specializes in ninjutsu.
"You ready?" he asked. I nodded. We did the unison sign and began to take our stance. I knew I can't win against him with the few jutsu I knew, so I instead used the teleport. I pulled out lots of kunai and shuriken and injected my chakra into it, throwing one in front of Yasu. He merely smirked and was about to cast a jutsu, but I replaced myself to shuriken infront of him and punched him in the stomach. He flew back a couple of meters. I threw another shuriken towards his face, he bend his back to avoid it.
Just when it was above his face, I replaced myself with the shuriken and dropkicked him into the ground. I jumped away but it was enough time for him to used Earth Release: Hiding Like A Mole, and he hid underground. I closed my eyes, and sensed him quickly charging towards me. I charged up chakra into my fist, and just when he was a meter away I punched the ground, revealing Yasu.
I pulled out my kunai with my paralysis poison on it and it graced his arm. He jumped out of the crater and away from me. I charged after him, punching and kicking him. All my hits landed and he got slower and slower. I stopped when I could easily avoid his punches and jumped away, waiting for him to collapse. When he did, Benjiro appeared and stopped the fight. I went over and gave him the antidote.
"Here you go, you should be able to move within 5 minutes. Here let me sit you up so you can see the others battle," I pulled him over to a tree and sat him up against it.
"Thanks. You really took me by surprise put there. You are a feisty one," Yasu joked.
"Thank you! As my parents say! Never underestimate an enemy, no matter how dumb or young they might seem," I replied.
"I'll definitely remember that," he said. I chuckled and watched my teammates. Shinji was having an all out Tai Jutsu battle with Naomi. It seems like it will be a tie, since Shinji is using his bugs to drain her tired. Akira is having some trouble greeting close to Enkai, since Enkai keeps making earth walls and fire jutsu. After a while, Shinji barely won and Akira lost to Enkai.
"Alright that's enough for now. Let's eat some lunch," announced Hanzo.
"Benjiro-sensei, here's your lunch," I said, handing him the lunch.
"Aw, your the best Aimi-chan!" Benjiro happily took the lunch box.
"Naomi-chan, why aren't you making me lunch boxes like Aimi-hime?" said Hanzo. Naomi face began slowly turning red.
"Because..." she began but didn't continue explaining.
"Because she sucks at cooking," said Enkai. Yasu nodded in agreement.
"Is it really that bad?" asked Hanzo. The two boys nodded.
"If you want to I can help teach you?" I suggested. Naomi looked at me with hopeful eyes.
"Really?! You promise?!" she said. I nodded. "You truly are a princess! A princess sent from heaven!" said Naomi, her eyes shining.
"Oh no, I'm not that great," I said.
"And humble too," added Hanzo. The others nodded in agreement.
"Now, now everyone. Can't you see that you're making my adorable genin embarrassed?" said Benjiro, patting my head. My face was as red as Kushinas hair. After eating lunch, we talked about what to improve and what to look out for. After that we all headed home.
I went home and started studying again. Kakashi was sitting in my room, waiting for me and Yamato. He was reading my books again, and looking at my notebook.
"Found anything interesting?" I asked.
"Maybe," replied Kakashi not looking up from the book and notebook.
"I'll probably be back at midnight, and I'll be borrowing this," said Kakashi and took the books and notebook. I watched him jump out the window.
"Where did senpai go?" asked Yamato.
"He took my books and notebook. I'm not sure why?" I replied. Yamato looked a bit confused but simply shrugged.
"Wanna watch another movie?" I asked. Yamato nodded eagerly.
