Author's Note: Guess who's back :D

As I had said in chapter 14, I was away for a couple weeks in the Canary Islands, and honestly apart from the flight home being painful due to 40 degree weather in an airport with no air conditioning but other than that it was nice to relax for a while. Even if it meant that for a couple days I struggled to start writing this chapter due to not being able to remember any of the things I'd written in the previous chapters so apologies if there's more of a delay getting this chapter out. XD

But after a few weeks of hiatus the reunion chapter can finally commence! I hope it was worth the wait, because this should be a long one!

Reviews

RFtheGreat: I liked how you said Harold is a surprise considering he was friends with Ezekiel at one point but not Tyler who never interacts with him in canon (unless you count them being helped by Alejandro in the "I like girls" scene XD). Noah tbf I just wanted to add in because let's face it, he'd have a LOT to say about some of the Gen Four cast (especially MK or Lauren) which makes for funny interactions if done right, Emma and Kitty just happened to come along for the ride.

Some of the interactions have been sorely missed, especially in the later seasons when they switched to 13 episode seasons, and a season mixing up the casts would be great (if even possible given the gap). We'll see about a competition fic after this one is done, I'd rather wait until after the second season airs to see how the reboot cast develops.

As for Heather, it really would've been funny, however there just isn't enough I could do with her other than essentially repeat the Axel vs Lauren fight, so I'd rather save Heather for said competition fic if it ever happened. Glad you're enjoying the chapters, there's no pressure on you reviewing on time for each chapter, I'm just happy that people are even considering reading. Either way I hope the reunion in this chapter was worth the wait. :D

Chapter Sixteen

"Whew, that was a good race Axel, you're actually really strong you know that." Caleb said to the survivalist, wiping the sweat from his face as the pair walked out of the gym and towards the main lobby area.

Axel rolled her eyes slightly but smirked back in response, "You're not so bad yourself, I'm starting to see now why your team voted you out so early." She replied, her smirk widening at the scowl that appeared on Caleb's handsome face.

"Don't remind me…" He said, groaning in annoyance at the reminder. "But I suppose it was the same with your team, voting their strongest player out first." He jabbed back at her, the latter frowning at first, thinking about his comment, seeing the justification after her constant arguing with Ripper ended up costing her the game.

"I suppose that's one way of looking at it." Axel smirked, eventually taking Caleb's jab as a compliment to her abilities.

The two walked into the lobby, preparing to head up the stairs towards where the contestants' rooms were, when they heard some commotion coming from the main entrance, towards where the dock was located.

Axel rolled her eyes at the noise, initially dismissing this as just 'Scary Girl' and 'Zombie Boy' doing their usual shenanigans and turned to head upstairs, meanwhile Caleb looked over in curiosity, beginning to walk slowly towards the doors where the sounds of people shouting were beginning to get louder.

"Izzy! Izzy! Where are you!" A male voice could be heard shouting from outside.

"Easy Big Guy, she'll be just fine." Another male voice responded, Caleb raising an eyebrow in confusion at the unfamiliar voices, who were they and why are they here at the losers resort. More importantly, who's this Izzy they're talking about.

Axel turned around from midway up the staircase, having also heard the unfamiliar voices from outside the resort, and looked on past Caleb in curiosity and slight annoyance.

"You guys might wanna be a little quieter for now, we don't want to let the others in the resort know we're here just yet, lest we scare poor Ezekiel into thinking it's something more sinister." A female voice could now be heard, attempting to reason with the two prior voices.

"Yeah, because Izzy already being in the resort isn't gonna set alarm bells off for anyone inside." The second male voice snarked back at her.

"What are they on about? And what's this got to do with Zombie Boy…" Axel muttered, having walked back over towards where Caleb was standing, the pair looking towards the doors where the voices were coming from, hearing the sounds of more and more people approaching the entrance.

"I have no idea, but they sound vaguely familiar…" Caleb responded quietly, trying to figure out where he'd heard them before. As he pondered on this, more voices could be heard from outside the doors to the resort.

"Yes but she was close friends with Ezekiel before all this happened, if anyone could ease them into this it would be her." The female voice said once more.

"I don't mean to be rude Dawn, but Izzy doesn't exactly have a good track record when it comes to being subtle or easing people into situations." A third male voice could be heard, this one more raspier than the others.

"Preaching to the choir there aren't you Harold…" The second male voice replied, his tone dripping with sarcasm and Axel could almost hear him rolling his eyes at this 'Harold'.

"Look, enough arguing dudes, we have a formerly feral homeschool to find." A fourth male voice said as the doors began to open slightly.

As they said this, Caleb's eyes began to widen in surprise as he figured out why they sounded so familiar, with the names of several of them clicking in his mind. Before he could say anything to Axel about who they were, the entrance to the resort slammed open, with the old contestants who'd travelled to the Playa Des Losers to find Ezekiel gradually making their way inside, quickly spotting the pair who were listening in on their earlier conversation.

Noah, quickly realising that they'd already been spotted by some of the new contestants just sighed slightly in annoyance. "So much for not alerting people straight away…" He muttered to himself, his girlfriend Emma nodding along in agreement.

"Hey! It's not our fault you guys were making so much noise!" Axel shouted back at him, quickly getting irritated with him. "And what are you doing here anyway?" She continued.

Before any of the older contestants could explain, Caleb intervened. "Axel, isn't it obvious, they're from the older seasons of the show, they'll be here for Ezekiel because of that stupid video." He explained to the survivalist.

Axel just groaned slightly in response, completely fed up with anything to do with that video that MK had recorded of her fight with Lauren. "I'm gonna kill that stupid thief the next time I see her…" She muttered to herself angrily, turning around and storming off up the staircase and towards her room.

After a moment of awkward silence, Caleb turned around to the others and smiled at them. "Sorry about her, she just has some issues with your friend." He apologised to the older contestants.

"It's alright, do you happen to know where he is?" Dawn asked him, smiling.

"I might have an idea of where he might be, but I'm not too sure…" Caleb replied, rubbing the back of his head sheepishly. "I can lead you guys to where I think he'll be, but no guarantees." He offers to them.

"Sure dude, lead the way." Geoff grins happily, pointing finger guns at him.

"Cool, this way then. Oh, I'm Caleb by the way, nice to meet you all." Caleb says once more, smiling at the others whilst gesturing them towards one of the other rooms in the resort.

Axel watches from the top of the staircase as Caleb takes all fourteen of the old contestants that had shown up at the resort towards the main lounges of the resort. She grunts slightly at them leaving, still somewhat curious about the older contestants, but ultimately turns and walks away from the lobby.

"Heya Zeke, long time no see!" Izzy said happily to him, grinning crazily at the Feral Homeschooler as the others looked at the pair in shock.

Ezekiel started to growl at her, looking up at the redhead before his eyes widened in shock and horror, not having recognised his old friend's voice due to how long it had been since they'd last spoken.

"I-Izzy…" He began, lip quivering slightly as he spoke. "I-Is that r-really you e-eh?" He asked her.

Izzy grinned happily in response. "Of course it's me Zeke." She said, getting up from on top of him and quickly extended a hand towards him, intending on helping her old friend up.

Lauren however stepped over to the duo now that the shock of seeing Izzy show up had started to wear off for her, the others watching on with concern about what would happen between the pair of crazy girls.

Lauren grinned menacingly towards the redhead, gently kneeling down and picking Ezekiel up off the ground, the latter glancing nervously between his girlfriend and former best friend. Ezekiel began to quickly notice that Lauren was looking somewhat off after Izzy's sudden appearance, so he began to quickly slip his hand into hers, squeezing it gently to reassure her that things were okay despite Izzy's unexplained appearance.

The two girls stared each other down for a moment, sizing the other up as a potential threat, at least this was the case for Lauren, as Izzy began to grin wildly at the Scary Girl, clearly happy about something.

"Hey I know you!" Izzy started, grinning towards Lauren who continued to stare back at her blankly. "You're that girl from the video! The one who fought off that angry girl who threatened Zeke! You were awesome!" She said quickly, Lauren almost being unable to hear what she was saying.

Lauren grinned once more in response, still glaring slightly at the Crazy Girl but she was more willing to hear her out after the small praise she was getting.

"I know who you are as well, Zekey told me all about you and the others from back before his time on the plane…" Lauren trailed off, her gaze briefly trailing off in the direction of Camp Wawanakwa once more, silently cursing out Chris McLean for what he had done the other day, even if it had eventually led to something a lot more positive for the pair.

"Ooh, I hope it was mainly good things homeschool." Izzy laughed, her grin briefly turning towards Ezekiel who just nodded in response, Lauren glancing at him with a brief smile before her gaze returned to the redhead in front of them, the others in the area having been completely forgotten about.

Over by the pool, the others all glanced at each other somewhat nervously, none of them knowing exactly what they should do about the reunion between Ezekiel and Izzy, or if they should even be involved.

Damien looked as if he was ready to intervene at any point if the two girls began to fight, having seen the dangerous glint in Lauren's eyes which were usually reserved for said brawls. The others however just kept watching from where they were sat, Nichelle not as willing to get involved in whatever was going on with the trio, while the Hockey Bros of Wayne and Raj were looking more invested in how things were panning out with their conversation. All four of them remained silent however, waiting to see how it escalated first before doing anything rash.

Back with Izzy, her eyes lit up, having heard the nickname Lauren had given her friend earlier, as well as noticing how their hands were currently locked together, the pair both trying to reassure one another.

Outwardly Izzy kept her cool and tried to remain her usual positive self, however on the inside Izzy did expect Ezekiel to have some reservation about her coming back, after all as far as she knew Ezekiel could have believed that everyone else had abandoned him after everything that had happened in both Revenge of the Island and All Stars.

She had tried her best to see him before said seasons back when he was recovering from the aftermath of World Tour, however when Wawanakwa had been quarantined after Chris had been arrested Ezekiel had been stuck there, only being freed shortly before All Stars began to be 'prepared' for his participation on the season, only for that to have been one big lie from Chris.

Everything after that didn't matter, Ezekiel had ended up stuck on Boney Island for years because no one had been able to figure out where he had disappeared to after Wawanakwa had originally sank. When Chris had been sent off for therapy shortly after Pahkitew Island had finished airing no one was able to get any answers, answers that were only eventually given when the video of Lauren and Axel's fight surfaced only days ago.

Izzy pondered briefly while looking at the pair standing in front of her, clearly Lauren had something to do with Ezekiel's reemergence into society, especially since they seemed so close with each other, despite what was most likely only a week or so of knowing each other.

"So Zeke!" Izzy began once more, grinning over towards her old friend. "I got to ask you, how did you end up here at the resort? Was it your 'friend' here?" She asked the Feral Homeschooler, her grin becoming more sly with her second question as she looked at their interlocked hands in particular, already beginning to make the connection as to just how close Ezekiel and Lauren really were.

Ezekiel opened his mouth to respond, however before he could say anything Lauren intervened. "I found him shortly after my elimination on that island, we became good 'friends' and eventually we were found and brought here." Lauren briefly explained.

Izzy laughed slightly, "Yeah sure, friends…" She said slyly, grinning at Lauren and winking suggestively. "Last time I checked, holding hands is a couple thing, like me and Big O, or Geoff and Bridgette or Noah and Emma." She continued, listing off the different couples off the top of her head.

The last one made Ezekiel do a double take, having been stranded on Boney Island at the time of the Ridonculous Race and thus missing all of the events from that show. "Wait WHAT! S-Since when d-did Noah have a g-girlfriend?" He asked, completely stumped at what seemed like a grand reveal to him, not noticing the laughs from Wayne and Raj by the pool.

"A couple years now, we'll get you up to speed soon Zeke, but stop avoiding the question…" Izzy replied, before smirking at Ezekiel. "Are you and this Lauren girl together?" She asked, grinning deviously at the pair, noticing the blush forming on Ezekiel's green features whilst Lauren's eye began subtly twitching.

"Y-Yeah we are eh. But w-we've only been t-together for one day, so we're still n-new to this…" Ezekiel explained shyly, Lauren smiling at him in agreement before she turned back to Izzy.

"It certainly is different from people just being afraid of me all the time." She said, glancing back at Damien in particular and grinning maniacally, causing him to shudder in horror at what she could do.

"Please don't let her come near me when she's like this!" Damien shouted over to them, causing the two crazy girls to laugh slightly while Nichelle looked away and began whistling innocently, trying her best to stay under the radar.

"Ooh sounds like fun, can I scare him too?" Izzy asked Lauren, glancing towards Damien with a similar expression to what the Scary Girl had, causing Damien to dive behind the pool bar in an attempt to hide from the pair, the Hockey Bros laughing once more at his expense.

Lauren genuinely smiled at Izzy for the first time, finding something in common to share with the other girl. "You know what, I think I'm gonna like having you around here." Lauren grinned at her, causing Nichelle, Wayne and Raj to all groan in despair at the new friendship forming between the pair, whilst Damien sobbed from his new hiding spot behind the bar.

"YAY NEW BFF!" Izzy shouted in happiness, diving towards the couple and hugging both of them, Ezekiel and Lauren both glancing at each other in slight discomfort from Izzy digging her nails into their waists.

"You g-get used to it L-Lauren…" Ezekiel whispered to her, smiling at his girlfriend.

"I'm already missing the jackhammer…" Lauren responded quietly as Izzy promptly let go of them, flipping backwards into her original spot.

"Ahh that was fun." Izzy giggled madly to herself. Ezekiel and Lauren both sat back on Lauren's chair, Ezekiel's old one having been long forgotten after Izzy had tackled him to the ground earlier.

"Izzy, not that I don't a-appreciate you being here to see me but, w-what exactly happened for y-you to know I was h-here eh? I k-know there was t-that video but…" Ezekiel asked her, only being interrupted by Izzy holding a hand up to his face.

Izzy's face lit up once more, her grin beaming towards the pair as she sat on one of the spare deckchairs. "Oh that! Well it all started when Sierra told me about that video…" She began to explain, everyone else by the pool listening into her story, Ezekiel in particular as he was curious if anyone else had shown any concern about his whereabouts after All Stars.

Little did he know who else was currently in the resort looking for him at this moment…

*Several Days ago, shortly after Chapter Nine*

Izzy leapt giddily from tree to tree, trying her best to not touch the ground several feet below.

It had been an exciting day for the redhead, aside from her usual antics with constantly irritating her old teammates from Total Drama, especially Noah. She had finally been able to gain some free time in order to practise her skills, the final semester at college having taken a toll on her usual freedom over the last few months.

Even for somebody who repeatedly claimed that they had an IQ of 188, it was still a challenge to get through everything. However that was no longer a problem for the crazy redhead, and for the moment she was once again free to do as she pleased.

She kept swinging from tree to tree, eventually finding a small treehouse located somewhere in the forest. Izzy climbed up the branches leading to it, flipping into the interior with a huge grin on her face, finally she could have some time to herself…

Inside the room were just a few items, a beanbag chair covered with several bite marks, a small stand with an empty marshmallow bag underneath it, and a picture frame on top of said stand. Lastly there was a small stack of old scripts in a pile next to the beanbag of some of the films Izzy had starred in in between seasons of Total Drama, which she would reread from time to time in order to brush up on her acting skills.

Izzy sat on the chair, sinking into the beanbag with a sigh of relief, before picking up the picture from the stand. It was a picture of Izzy alongside several of her friends from their time on Total Drama, she was sat on top of Owen's shoulders grinning wildly, Noah and Cody in a headlock in either of Owen's arms, both of them smiling despite being in an awkward position, Owen himself was grinning happily towards the camera. To the left of Owen was a nervous Ezekiel, glancing fearfully at Eva, who was glaring at him from Owen's right side. In the background the old aftermath set could be seen, showing that the picture had been taken at some point during Total Drama Action.

Izzy sighed somewhat fondly, remembering some of the good times she had after her eliminations during the first two seasons. Her gaze lingered somewhat seeing Ezekiel in the picture, regretting the fact that she never really got to speak to him again after the start of World Tour.

"Bite me and I can be your undead friend like Frankenstein!" Izzy had asked the mummy giddily after being told by a nervous Noah and Owen that she was carrying the undead, only to be shocked when they leapt out of her arms onto the sand, ripping the bandages off to reveal Ezekiel underneath looking pretty pissed off at the scared duo standing near Tyler and Alejandro.

"Thanks for all the help ya knobs!" He hissed at the pair, glaring at them. He glanced over at Izzy with less venom in his eyes, thankful that at least she helped him get out of the pyramid but still annoyed that she neglected to remove the bandages that he'd been trapped under.

Izzy sighed sadly, placing the picture back on the stand, before leaning back into her beanbag once more, attempting to forget the memory that had resurfaced. Eventually resulting in her beginning to doze off, the effort from making her way over combined with the mental stress from her work causing her to drift off…

*Bzzzt* *Bzzzt*

Izzy's eyes snapped open, hearing her phone buzzing repeatedly. She grabbed the phone from within her top, checking it to see several messages from Sierra.

"Izzy! Are you there!" It read. "You need to see this, call me as soon as you do! It's really important!" Underneath these messages was a link to a YouTube video that had recently been uploaded under an anonymous account. Izzy quickly recognised the people on the video, she had heard about the new season of Total Drama starting soon, having finally come out of hiatus after several years following the failure that All Stars and Pahkitew Island had been, alongside Chris McLean's continuing decline in sanity.

Now slightly curious about why Sierra had sent her the video, she opened the link up to see the skirmish that had taken place at the Playa Des Losers resort.

"Lauren! Axel! Please stop!" Damien pleaded, attempting to keep Lauren from diving back into the fight, only to be hit by Axel when Lauren dived out of the way, knocking the wind out of him. Lauren glared at Axel, leaping onto her shoulders once more, beginning to punch Axel repeatedly in the back.

"Is this about your stupid zombie that you brought here?" Axel shouted at Lauren, dropping backwards onto the floor, using Lauren as a cushion as her head hit the floor.

"You don't get to threaten him like that!" Lauren growled at her, yanking at Axel's hair, before punching her in the face.

Izzy quickly paused the video, looking slightly confused hearing their argument amidst their fighting, what did that girl mean by 'Zombie'? Is she like that other guy from Pahkitew Island who was also under the belief that zombies were coming? Shawn was it?

Quickly shrugging off what Axel had said in the video, Izzy continued to play the video, now extremely curious about what this fight was over, or rather who it might be over…

Caleb tried once more to separate the pair, grabbing Axel and dragging her away, Damien doing the same with Lauren. The pair of girls both breathing heavily from their confrontation with each other.

Axel gritted her teeth as she glared maliciously at Lauren, the Scary Girl in question waving mockingly in response, Caleb and Damien collectively breathed a sigh of relief now that the dust had settled.

Izzy looked on as the video continued, seeing the fight begin to tone down. Right as she was about to dismiss the video entirely, believing that Sierra was pulling her leg slightly, the doors in the background opened up, revealing the last person Izzy expected to show up.

"What? It can't be…" She muttered to herself, tears beginning to appear in the corner of her eyes.

The doors to the gym opened, with Nichelle, Ezekiel, Wayne and Raj running in to try and separate the pair, only to see that the fight had already settled for the most part. Ezekiel ran over to Lauren and Damien, crouching down to meet her at eye level whilst the others went to calm Axel down.

"W-What happened Lauren?" Ezekiel asked with concern evident in his voice, hands placed on her shoulders.

Lauren looked away slightly embarrassed, "I overheard what she was saying to you." She admitted.

"What?" Ezekiel responded as Damien looked on confused.

"When you were going to the medical room, I overheard her threatening you and I wasn't gonna let her get away with it…" She admitted, slightly reddened from embarrassment.

"This true Zeke?" Damien questioned him, Ezekiel nodding slowly in response.

"Y-You didn't have to fight for me L-Lauren, I'm used to it a-anyway…" Ezekiel said to her, feeling bad that she'd gotten into a fight because he didn't stand up to Axel straight away.

She smiled softly at him, pulling him into a hug which he accepted immediately. Damien looked shocked at this, as did the others watching from across the room.

As the video ended, Izzy wiped the tears from her eyes, a small frown appearing on her face. Izzy quickly rang up Sierra, wanting answers to whatever she had just seen.

"Hel…" Sierra started when she eventually answered, only for the crazy girl to quickly cut her off.

"What the hell was that!" Izzy practically growled into the phone.

"That video? It wasn't a lie Izzy, it really was him, me and Cody only saw it a few minutes ago and you're the first person I've told about this." Sierra explained to her, her tone understanding considering how close the two were before his descent into madness.

"I-I can't believe it…" Izzy muttered quietly to herself, Sierra was barely able to hear her through the phone, but she could tell how distressed Izzy was becoming over this.

"I can't either, Izzy, but it's true… He must have been on Boney Island or something the whole time…" She eventually trailed off when she heard Izzy scoff in anger.

"And none of us thought to check there for him!" She shouted down the phone. "We could have left him to die there, just because it turns out he's fine and at the Playa doesn't mean we couldn't have helped him sooner…" Izzy continued, her voice lowering until she was sobbing.

"Izzy…" Sierra responded distantly, feeling bad for the redhead. "Look, I'm still trying to find out exactly what happened to him after All Stars. It might be something completely different that we haven't considered, I promise I'll let you know." Sierra told her, trying to convince both Izzy and herself that things would be fine.

Izzy stayed silent, trying to hold back her tears of relief from finding out that Ezekiel was alive, eventually she was able to respond to Sierra.

"Fine, and I'm sorry for shouting…" She muttered into the phone.

"It's okay Izzy, I understand this was a shock to find out, but we'll find out what happened to him, and then we'll find him okay." Sierra responded, trying to cheer the redhead up.

"Okay…" Izzy responded after a while, still in shock. After eventually ending the call, Izzy fell backwards onto the beanbag once more, the mental toll from the video leaving her completely exhausted, the crazy girl eventually drifting off to sleep once more.

*Present*

Completely unaware of the old cast members infiltrating the resort, nor the mini reunion between Izzy and Ezekiel going on at the pool area. Zee was just finishing up explaining what had gone on the previous night to the others.

"So yeah that was what happened before you guys showed up at the dock…" Zee finished, taking a moment to have a drink of his soda.

Chase and MK glanced at each other in disbelief, still not entirely convinced about Ezekiel and Lauren being an item despite both Zee's and Ripper's stories pointing towards the contrary, meanwhile Ripper just scoffed at Zee's story.

"Really, the nerd's that much of a pushover that he just assumed they'd be mad, I don't think Scary Girl can even get angry!" Ripper said before thinking about the last thing that he said. "Well, apart from when I farted on the last marshmallow when she got booted!" He finished, grinning proudly.

"Dude, gross…" MK replied, looking repulsed at what the Alpha Male had said.

"Nah dude, she definitely does, she just usually doesn't show it directly…" Zee said to Ripper, taking another drink of his soda.

"Zee's right, she definitely does get mad, remember the bear?" Chase said in agreement.

"And didn't she try to attack Priya in the mess hall that one time?" MK added.

"Wait she did? When was that?" Zee asked her, looking extremely confused.

"Dude… seriously… you literally caused that." MK said, bewildered.

"Wait I did?" Zee asked once more.

"Did or did you not imply that Priya thought Scary Girl 'dressed like a circus freak' and 'have the eyes of a soul sucking corpse'?" MK asked him, already knowing the answer.

"I did?" Zee responded, not understanding the implication of it, after a moment his eyes widened, finally beginning to understand what had happened. "Ohhh, bummer man, I should apologise to Priya when I get the chance…" Zee said, wincing slightly at what he had unintentionally caused to almost happen, the others knowing what Lauren was fully capable of when mad.

"Alright alright I get it, geez…" Ripper replied, glaring slightly at the others after he'd been proven wrong.

As the quartet continued to argue amongst themselves, the doors leading into the lounge they were currently sitting in slowly creaked open, with Caleb leaning through the gap in the door nervously.

"Uh, guys…" He called out, quickly grabbing the attention of the others.

'Oh great… what now.' MK thought to herself, sighing quietly as Zee waved over to him.

"Sup man, what's the problem?" Zee asked him, seeing the somewhat anxious expression on the bodybuilder's face.

"So remember that video that MK released a few days ago…" Caleb began.

"What about it!" Ripper shouted back at him as Zee and Chase both glanced at MK, the latter now looking somewhat nervous herself at being called out.

"Gee aren't you fun to be around…" Noah deadpanned from behind the doors as Caleb pushed them fully open to reveal some of the older contestants who had arrived at the Playa.

Three of the four contestants currently sitting in the lounge gasped in shock, MK's eyes widening at what she had invertedly caused by releasing that video of the fight.

Zee on the other hand just shrugged dismissively, lazily waving a hand to the newcomers. "Hey guys, what's up?" He said casually to them as he lifted his can of soda to his mouth once more.

"Dude, that guy is chilled out!" Geoff grinned as he walked over towards Zee. Owen and Kitty quickly followed suit as Zee threw some cans of soda over towards them, smiling at the new faces.

"Let me guess, you need to find Homeschool and his freaky girlfriend don't you…" MK deadpanned, glaring over towards the bodybuilder for dragging them into this reunion.

"Pretty much…" Caleb responded, grinning sheepishly at the thief, who just rolled her eyes in response to this.

"Wait… girlfriend? Since when?" Sierra called over to MK, looking shocked yet ecstatic at the potential news to add to her blogs. Some of the others looked over in interest about this news as well.

"Seriously… Did you not see that video?" Ripper looked over towards where Sierra was standing, raising an eyebrow in confusion.

"Wait? That Lauren girl?" Sierra questioned for a brief moment before she gasped in realisation. "Oh my god I need to add that to my blogs, the fans will love it!" She grinned maniacally, her eyes having lit up in excitement about the new information.

"Now's not the time Sierra, let's focus on finding him first before you do anything rash okay." Cody responded, attempting to place a hand on her shoulder, albeit struggling due to their height distance.

"Cody's right." Bridgette agreed before turning to the four contestants still sitting at the lounge. "Look, do any of you actually know where he is?" She asked them kindly.

Ripper and Chase both shook their heads whilst MK flat out ignored Bridgette's question. Zee meanwhile smiled back at the surfer, "Try checking outside by the pool area, I think a few of them were out there." Zee responded.

Noah just facepalmed at Zee's statement, "Oh my god how did we forget about that pool area…" He muttered to himself.

"To be fair Noah, it has been a long time since any of us have been near here." Harold replied to him.

"Look, let's just get going and find this guy already." Emma told the pair, before looking at Zee. "Could you take us over there? My sister and I haven't been here before and like Harold said the rest of them haven't been here in years." She asked him.

"Sure dudette." Zee smiled, taking one last drink before standing up, exposing his prosthetic leg to the older contestants as he prepared to leave the room. "Hey Ripper? Chase? MK? You guys coming with us?" He asked the others who were still sitting down.

"Sure why not." Chase responded as both he and Ripper both got up to join them, meanwhile MK just kicked her legs up onto the table in dismissal.

"Nah, you guys go on ahead, I don't really wanna get involved anymore than I already have." MK said, waving them off.

"Fair enough, see you MK." Zee responded, beginning to walk out of the lounge with everyone else in tow, eventually leaving the thief all alone.

MK sighed to herself quietly once she was sure that they had all left. "What have I gotten myself into now…" She muttered to herself, looking slightly annoyed about what had just happened.

"And yeah, when I woke up the next morning I messaged Sierra again to find out what exactly was going on about your whereabouts, she confirmed that you had been found on Boney Island by the interns and brought here, but she didn't mention anything to do with a friend having tagged along for the ride. She told me what the plan was with letting everyone else know about what happened and I decided to come and find you…" Izzy finished explaining her story to everyone, taking a deep breath after a long time of constant explaining.

Ezekiel and Lauren both glanced at each other, both of them having the same thought that Izzy wasn't telling them the whole truth but not knowing exactly what it was.

Over by the pool, Damien had since gotten back onto his seat following his dive behind the bar to hide from the two crazy girls, while Nichelle, Wayne and Raj had all been invested in the story that Izzy had told them.

"S-So everyone k-knows I'm here now?" Ezekiel eventually asked her after taking a few moments to process everything that she had said.

"Yeah, a lot of them were at least happy to know that you were okay, Sierra made sure to find that much out at least." Izzy responded, laughing slightly.

"And are any of them here with you or is it actually just you?" Lauren butted in, beginning to realise what Izzy was hiding.

"Well…" Izzy began, glancing subtly at the Scary Girl, trying not to give too much away before the others actually arrived. "I asked several of the others about coming to see you after this season ended, since we heard about Dakota helping you to be cured from your mutation. Not everyone would've been able to commit to coming here on such short notice, I mean everyone else WAS able to move on with their lives…" She explained, glancing at Lauren once more to see if she saw through her half truth, since Sierra had planned at one point to visit him when he finally got away from the show and back to his home.

What also helped her case was that some people were actually only willing to show up under different circumstances like DJ or Trent. Not that they needed to know, she just wanted to keep the others being here a surprise until they showed up since it would be amusing to see their reactions.

"Yeah, Dakota's c-cure has been p-pretty helpful so far… My speech is getting b-better and my mind d-doesn't feel as cloudy as it did b-before." Ezekiel responded, happy about the cure's benefits slowly beginning to work. "M-Maybe I can even start growing my h-hair again!" He continued, lifting his toque and wig to reveal his scalp underneath, the dark spots still apparent, however alongside the few long strands that still remained from his original hair, the faintest wisps of hair could be seen beginning to grow in small patches.

Lauren and Izzy both smiled slightly seeing this, the former having been unaware that the cure was having more of an effect than she thought, not used to seeing him without the wig since she first provided him with it.

The moment however was quickly interrupted when Nichelle noticed something within what Izzy had just said moments beforehand.

"Wait a minute, you said that not everyone was able to commit to coming here on short notice, does that mean that some people were able to show up?" Nichelle asked the redhead, Lauren quickly turning her gaze back onto the now nervously grinning Izzy.

"Now that she mentions it, you are hiding something aren't you Izzy…" Lauren says ominously, flashing her creepy smile towards the redhead.

"Well you see, uh…" Izzy replied, not knowing exactly how to keep her surprise going now that more people were catching onto it, however before she could rattle through her head for more ideas, the nearby doors opened with Zee running through them.

Zee quickly began scanning the area trying to find Ezekiel, when he eventually found the Feral Homeschooler sitting next to Lauren on their deckchair, he smiled and turned back to the doors.

"Hey new guys, he's out here!" He shouted through the doors of the resort, not noticing Izzy's grin returning now that she could reveal her little surprise to her old friend.

"Yeah you were right you two." She began, glancing briefly at Nichelle before turning back to Lauren and Ezekiel, the latter looking nervously towards the doors where Zee was standing, seeing Ripper and Chase joining him as more figures could be seen behind them. "Some people could make it, and they're coming right now!" She grinned, pointing over to where the older contestants were now walking out, immediately noticing the Feral Homeschooler sitting nervously next to his girlfriend, the latter holding his hand once more to support him, having seen how nervous he was starting to get now that more familiar faces from his past were starting to appear.

"Zeke my man! How are you doing!" Geoff shouted over to him, Owen waving at him from behind the party dude. The rest of his old friends stayed close to them, Cody grinning slightly now that he'd seen that Ezekiel was actually okay, whilst Harold stayed further behind, remembering how their last interaction had gone before Ezekiel had been eliminated back in World Tour.

Tyler had moved to join the others, only to be quickly side tracked by two other contestants rushing over from where they'd been sat by the pool.

"COACH!" Wayne and Raj shouted over to the jock, running up to greet him as Sierra looked on in curiosity.

"Oh hey guys, I forgot you two had auditioned for this season. How are you two doing?" Tyler responded, smiling at his fellow hockey players, the jock having got into the sport after his time on Total Drama.

"It's been amazing here coach, we got pretty far on the show, and Rajie here even got himself a boyfriend." Wayne grinned, looking over at the now embarrassed Raj.

"Dude, why did you have to tell him that…" Raj replied to him, blushing bright red.

"Hey, congrats Raj! Is the lucky guy here or…" Tyler trailed off, wanting his fellow Hockey Player to reveal it.

"Oh, Bowie's still competing! He's gonna make it all the way to the end!" Raj grinned happily.

"Nice bro, hope the dude wins then eh?" Tyler smiled at the pair, glad to have reunited with some familiar faces from outside of the show.

Whilst the mini reunion between Tyler and the Hockey Bros was going on, Ezekiel looked nervously at everyone else who'd turned up to see him, idly noticing a few unfamiliar faces amongst those who turned up, but his nervousness around everyone paled in comparison to when he finally noticed Bridgette and Harold, two of the people who had voted him out and inadvertently contributed to what had happened to him.

He quickly jumped off of the deckchair he was sitting on, startling Lauren who wasn't expecting him to jump up so suddenly, and began backing away from the others nervously, drawing concern from a lot of the people in the area.

"Zekey, are you okay?" Lauren asked him to no avail, as the Feral Homeschooler dashed off away from the area, afraid of what would happen to himself with some of the people who hurt him being so close.

Lauren and Izzy glanced at each other, the redhead silently urging the Scary Girl to head after him in order to help calm him down. Izzy having realised that Lauren was probably the only one here capable of doing so. Nodding subtly towards the redhead, Lauren stood up and quickly took off after Ezekiel, Izzy turning to address everyone else in order to calm the situation before it got too out of hand.

As she did that, Dawn looked over towards where Ezekiel and Lauren had disappeared, a worried expression forming on her the sad turn of events. The moonchild looked around cautiously to see if anyone was looking in her direction, before quietly slipping away, heading after the pair.

*Later that night*

After the mess that had happened earlier on with Ezekiel, the older cast had taken the time to introduce themselves properly to everyone else at the resort, whilst taking the time to try and address what could have happened with Ezekiel to have him react the way he did.

Everyone had quickly noticed that Dawn had disappeared to go after Ezekiel and Lauren, however the other Revenge of the Island contestants that had turned up had reassured the others that she meant well, and that things should turn out okay, especially since Ezekiel should have no problems with her due to them not having met beforehand.

When the time had come for the contestants to head to the docks to wait for the next eliminated competitor to arrive, the older cast had agreed to wait inside the resort in the lobby. The current generation wanting to explain to whoever showed up at the docks in order to not overwhelm them so soon after their elimination.

As the older contestants entered the lobby, they were shocked to find Dawn already sitting on one of the couches waiting for them to arrive, when asked about how Ezekiel was doing she simply smiled.

"Don't worry." She began, "He just needs time to adjust to everyone being here, that's all."

Outside of the resort by the dock, the newer cast waited for their newest arrival, Lauren and Ezekiel still nowhere to be seen. Eventually the Drone of Despair arrived, carrying a slightly worse for wear Emma, with several tears in her clothes.

"Babe!" Chase shouted happily, surprised that his girlfriend was eliminated but happy to see her regardless.

"Chase!" She responded, still ecstatic that they were able to make up with each other over the course of the season. As soon as the Drone dropped her at the dock the two were immediately on each other, making out much to the disgust of everyone else in the area.

"Seriously, how are they still a thing?" MK muttered, cringing at the sight.

"Honestly, I don't know…" Damien responded, looking slightly uncomfortable.

After the two eventually separated, Emma looked over towards everyone else, quickly noticing two people missing that she expected to be there.

"Wait, where's Scary Girl at? And what about that Zeke guy that everyone kept talking about back on the island?" Emma asked the others, glancing around nervously in case Lauren was planning to scare her.

"They're not here, there was an incident earlier involving Ezekiel, and they needed some privacy, I'm sure they're doing okay…" Nichelle told her, glancing back towards the resort where she knew the older contestants were waiting for them.

"Wait, what happened to them?" Emma asked her, looking a bit more curious about the situation now that she'd been told they weren't around.

"We'll tell you on the way, trust me, A LOT has happened…" Caleb responded, guiding her and Chase towards the resort as everyone else started to walk back.

Everyone except Axel that was, who stayed by the dock reflecting, thinking on what Nichelle had just said, as well as what she had been informed about earlier on about what had happened earlier in the day.

She thought that finding out that Ezekiel was suffering mentally would be enjoyable to hear about, given that she knew she disliked him and his girlfriend, however instead she felt uncomfortable about the whole situation, and for the first time she slightly pitied the Feral Homeschooler, not that she'd admit it to anyone else.

She stayed as long as she could just reflecting at the dock, until eventually an intern had to come and bring her back into the resort, said interns having also been informed by Chef Hatchet about the older cast now being present at the resort.

End Chapter

Author's Note: So with this chapter, Act III of the story has now officially begun. With only two more episodes of the season to go through and the old gens finally meeting up with the new cast and their lost companion, the story is reaching the beginning of the end for what we currently have in the canon timeline. (unless the second season drops out of nowhere…)

Apologies for the lack of proper interactions between Ezekiel and the others from the older generations, rest assured that other characters will get more of the spotlight as we head into the next few chapters. Dawn, Bridgette and Harold I have plans for in particular, the former of which has already been set into motion.
