Within a familiar woods that was near Gravesfield, it was nighttime and all was currently silent. But that all changed when Silas and three M.E.C.H troopers showed up with some rifles in hand, following a Cybertronian signal they detected earlier.
"Suppression fire only. We take this one alive." Silas instructed.
As the M.E.C.H Commander and his troops continued to walk through the forest, something fast moved past them from behind. Silas quickly turned around and fired his rifle at the moving object, but it easily avoided the shot. The M.E.C.H tried to shoot their target, but it was too fast and surveyed through the large trees before vanishing in a cloud of smoke created by one of the shots. Silas and his troops quickly moved forward and they saw that their target has retreated into a small canyon that had some large webs in it.
Silas tapped onto his enhanced goggles and they displayed a Cybertronian life signal to him, giving him the target's location.
"Tight formation." Silas ordered before he and his troops jumped into the canyon.
All of them began to cautiously approach the Cybertronian signal while looking around the canyon full of webs. But just as they were getting closer, Silas saw the signal sprint away in the blink of an eye. His M.E.C.H troops were suddenly grabbed by some webs from above and they got pulled up, causing Silas to turn around and see them struggling in a web while a familiar female Spider Decepticon hissed menacingly from behind.
When Silas felt some small rocks fall onto him, he immediately looked behind and fired his rifle at Airachnid. However, the Spider Con avoided the shot and grabbed the rifle before she tossed Silas away and stuck him to the canyon's wall with a web shot. Silas struggled to free himself as Airachnid crawled right up to him.
"Don't tell me M.E.C.H never considered that an open channel distress signal from an injured Decepticon might be a trap." Airachnid said.
"I'll bear that in mind, next time." Silas replied.
"Hehehe, next time? Decepticon radio chatter's all a buzz about the work over you gave poor Wildrider. As an Ex-Con myself, I really should eviscerate you for that." Airachnid said threateningly. "But, an old acquaintance and her magic-using human destroyed my ship and skinned my knee. I mean to pay them back in kind. Both of them. You see, I make it in and out of places most Decepticons can't, but I'm learning to navigate this planet."
"What's in it for M.E.C.H?" Silas questioned.
"I'll let you live." Airachnid answered with an intimidating glare. "And since you came to collect a Transformer, was it? I'll throw in whatever's left of Arcee, after I've broken her."

At the Noceda residence, Luz was currently escorting Arcee to the garage as the female Autobot was in her vehicle mode.
"Thanks for walking me home, Luz. You're a really good helper." Arcee complemented.
"No problem, Arcee." Luz replied as she stopped in front of the garage door, pressing the button that began to open it up. "I'm just glad that my mom's asleep at this time. If she ever found out that I've been awake for this long, she might-"
"Might what, Luz?" A voice questioned as Luz quickly turned around to see Camila standing in the garage with her arms crossed.
"Mom!" Luz exclaimed in shock.
"That I might find out that you've been staying up past midnight to go around town on your new motorcycle?" Camila questioned. "Or that I've mostly been getting voicemails from you every time I try to call you on your phone?"
"Well I've also been busy helping the others find a way back to the Boiling Isles. It hasn't just been because of the motorcycle." Luz replied in defence. "There's no reason to be mad, Mama."
"Luz, I'm not mad." Camila assured, sighing softly. "I'm just concerned that you're spending a bit too much time on your new motorcycle. You assured me that you and your friends can handle driving your new vehicles and I believe you, but now I think they're becoming an obsession."
"We're not obsessed with them, mom. They're just really important to us." Luz said.
"Well, if you say so. But I just think it's best that you don't go on the motorcycle for the rest of the week." Camila told her.
"What?!" Luz asked in disbelief. "Does that mean…"
"No, Mija, you're not grounded. I'm just saying that the motorcycle is off limits until Monday." Camila answered. "If you want to ride around town quicker, I'll let you use your old scooter."
Luz's eyes went wide after hearing this and she looked at her old scooter in the garage, which was pink with a few Good Witch Azura stickers on it.
"Seriously? I haven't rode my scooter since I was ten." Luz complained.
"Well, I'm sure you'll still enjoy riding on it." Camila replied. "Promise me that you'll stick to it and leave the motorcycle alone, okay?"
"…Si, Mama." Luz said with a defeated sigh.
"Gracias, Mija." Camila replied kindly, placing a hand on her daughter's shoulder. "I'm going to bed, now. Make sure your motorcycle is safely inside before you get yourself ready."
"Sure thing." Luz said as her mother walked back into the house through the front door.
"Well, that was pretty awkward to watch." Arcee admitted as Luz began to move her into the garage.
"Yeah, it was. But don't worry, Arcee, I'll make sure to visit you every day for the rest of the week." Luz told her Autobot Guardian.
"Uh, Luz, I won't be here." Arcee replied. "Sitting on my back tires for the next four days is not an option."
"What?! No way!" Luz protested. "If my mom finds you gone when she comes in here, she'll think that I disobeyed one of her rules! And after lying to her a second time about living with people from another world, I don't wanna make her upset again! I just hate making her feel disappointed!"
"Deep breaths, Luz. You shouldn't think about making your mom disappointed." Arcee said comfortingly. "She works for long hours at the vet. I'll do my best to get back in the garage before she sees me. But I can't really promise anything."
"Don't worry. We've always got friends to give us a helping hand." Luz said, referring to her Boiling Isles friends.

The next day, Luz was walking out of school and she grabbed her scooter from the parking lot. Some people made fun of her when she rode it to school today, but the Hispanic girl simply shrugged it off and ignored their constant mocking. Just then, Luz felt her phone vibrating and she saw that the caller was Camilla, making her a little nervous as she answered the call.
"Hola, Mama." Luz said.
"Good news, Luz. I was able to get a break early and I'm on my way home now." Camila replied happily. "I'm bringing home a nice lunch for everyone."
"That sounds nice. I'll make sure to get there quickly." Luz said with a nervous chuckle before she quickly hung up and started to call Arcee. "Come on, come on, come on! Pick up!"
When the Hispanic girl finally managed to reach Arcee, she held the phone to her ear and started riding her scooter back home at the same time.
"Arcee, please tell me you're at home." Luz said hopefully.

"Negative, Luz!" Arcee stated as she was busying fighting some Vehicons in an Energon Mine with Bumblebee and Wheeljack by her side. "Can we talk about this later?"
(Linebreak)
"No way! Mom's on her way home, right now!" Luz stated in nervousness, racing down the streets on her scooter. "If she finds out you're not in the garage when she gets back, she'll ground me for an entire month! And she'll probably sell you to the junkyard!"

Arcee was more than convinced to get back to the Noceda residence quickly and she turned towards Bumblebee and Wheeljack.
"Guys, can you handle it?" Arcee asked.
"Sure. These guys aren't so tough." Bumblebee replied.
"Go do what you need to do, Arcee!" Wheeljack said.
"Ratchet, I need a Bridge." Arcee informed on the com-link as she ran away from the battle.

At the Noceda residence, Amity was currently watching some TV with Ghost sleeping beside her on the couch. Just then, Amity noticed her Scroll got a message on the nearby table and she picked it up, seeing that the message was from Luz.
"My mom is coming home. Please stall her until Arcee gets back in the garage." Amity said while reading the message. "Okay, that's gonna be a little tough for me."
The Abomination witch girl heard a car engine from outside and she quickly looked outside to see Camila parking her car near the house.
"Okay, how should I distract her?" Amity asked herself, a little bit worried.
Once Camila got out of her car, she walked towards the front door and opened it up before walking inside the house, only for Amity to suddenly appear in front of her.
"Hey, Mrs Noceda! I was just wondering if you and I could do a little bit of chatting together." Amity said, grinning nervously. "I mean, Luz and I are so into each other and we're obviously gonna get married in the future. I just think it'd be a good idea if we shared the things we like doing most."
"Well, I don't see why not." Camila admitted. "So what would you like to talk about first, Amity?"
"Well, I was think-" Amity got caught off when they both heard a strange swirling noise coming from the door that leads into the garage.
Amity and Camila slowly looked at the door and they saw a bright-green light emitting from inside before it soon faded away. After she blinked in surprise, Camila looked down at Amity with a suspicious expression as the Abomination Witch girl chuckled worriedly.
"Maybe it was just a flickering light?" Amity suggested.
Camila was unconvinced and she walked straight towards the garage with a frown, while Amity slowly walked upstairs in a nervous way. When Camila opened up the door and looked inside, she saw Arcee in the same place as she was before in her vehicle mode.
"It's still here?" Camila asked herself. "But I could've sworn I saw something."
Outside the house, Luz had just arrived at the front area and she quickly got off her scooter before rushing towards the garage.
"Please be there, Arcee!" Luz muttered beggingly as she presses on the button.
When the door opened, it revealed Camila standing next to Arcee and the Hispanic woman was looking a bit sceptical.
"Hey, mom! What's with the long face?" Luz asked with a worried laugh. "The motorcycle is still where I left it. I haven't been on it at all, today."
"Really, Mija? Because earlier, I saw a strange green light appearing from the garage and then I vanished before I could get in." Camila replied, raising an eyebrow at her daughter. "Did you have any of your friends use some kind of teleportation spell to get it in here after you went on a little ride with it?"
Luz was in a difficult situation right now as she wore a very nervous expression. But after thinking things through, she sighed in defeat and looked to Camila with a sincere expression.
"You know what, Mama? I'm done with this. I've kept one secret from you before when I was still in the Boiling Isles, and I'm not gonna keep another one from you anymore." Luz declared, walking up to Arcee and standing by her. "Will you please hear me out?"
Camila could tell from her daughter's face that she was indeed keeping something from her, but she didn't want to keep it anymore and this made her expression soften up.
"Okay, Luz. What kind of secret is it, this time?" Camila asked.
"It's about my motorcycle." Luz said. "As a matter of fact, she's not even a motorcycle. She's actually a-"
But before Luz could explain any further, Camila's phone suddenly started to ring and the Hispanic woman took it out of her pocket to see she got a text from the animal clinic. Camila read the text and she sighed annoyingly.
"I'm sorry, Luz, but I need to get back to the clinic for an urgent situation." Camila admitted. "Do you think you can wait to tell me the entire story until I get back?"
"Sure thing, mom. I can wait." Luz said, looking away with a sad expression.
"I know you had a reason to keep another secret from me. Whatever it is, I'll make sure to hear it out." Camila said softly before she walked to her car.
Luz could only watch as her mother drove away from the house to get back towards the pet clinic.
"Why are things starting to get bad for me again?" Luz asked herself depressingly.
"Don't worry, Luz. Your mother was looking a bit reasonable." Arcee reassured. "You shouldn't be worried about her being mad at you."
"Yeah. If anything, she'll probably be mad at me." Amity admitted as she walked up to her girlfriend, while Cliffjumper was parked on the sideway in his vehicle mode. "I was trying to keep her from seeing the Ground Bridge."
"It's like I've always told myself, girls. The only thing that secrets do is cause trouble." Cliffjumper said.
"You have a good point, Cliff." Amity said in agreement. "At least we're not going to keep anymore secrets from each other, now."
"Yeah. So true." Luz muttered, knowing that she still had one deep dark secret left. "Anyway, I'm just gonna head to my room for a bit."
"We'll call you when your mom gets home, Luz." Arcee told her.
Luz nodded to the female Autobot in response before she walked towards the front door and entered the house, leaving Amity, Arcee and Cliffjumper with each other.

Meanwhile in an unknown location, Silas and Airachnid were looking at some recorded footage that was taken on the female Spider Con's ship the night she met Luz and Arcee on Earth.
"Your ship's black box sustained serious damage in the explosion, but our software was able to reconstruct a few frames of the security feed." Silas said as the computer screen displayed Luz hiding behind Airachnid's ship.
"That's her. My Luz." Airachnid confirmed, smirking deviously,
"Our facial recognition algorithm will send Luz's image across the web. Another kind of web." Silas explained before an identity profile of the Hispanic girl appeared on screen. "Ah, the motherload."
"Government database?" Airachnid asked.
"Social networking page. Everything worth knowing about Luz Noceda is right here." Silas replied. "Age, fourteen. Hometown, Gravesfield Connecticut. Favourite book, Good Witch Azura. Mother, Camila Noceda. A Veterinarian."

Speaking of Camila, she had just left the animal clinic in the middle of the night and approached her car.
"I know that Luz keeping another secret from me was wrong, but she's already been going through so much these past few days." Camila said to herself. "I guess whatever is going was very pressuring for-"
But suddenly, Camila heard a vehicle drive up behind her and she saw that it was some kind of black van. The side door opened up to reveal a M.E.C.H trooper aiming his rifle at Camila and the Hispanic woman gasped in horror before the trooper fired an electrical shot, causing her to black out.

Back at the Noceda residence, Luz walked out the front door and she approached Amity, Arcee and Cliffjumper near the garage. The two Autobots were still in their vehicle modes and Amity was simply looking at some messages on her Scroll.
"Hey, guys. Is my mom back, yet?" Luz asked. "I noticed that her car hasn't shown up."
"Not yet. I've been here the whole time with Cee and Cliff." Amity replied.
"And there's a package for you." Arcee told her human partner.
"For me?" Luz repeated in surprise before she noticed a thin parcel on the table inside the garage.
"Yeah, it just showed up a few minutes ago." Cliffjumper admitted. "It doesn't say who it's from, though."
Luz approached the parcel and picked it up before opening it from the front. She tilted it forward and some kind of communicator fell out of it.
"Hello, Luz." A familiar voice said, causing Arcee and Cliffjumper to immediately transform.
"Silas." Arcee said with a glare.
"What? What's going on?" Amity asked nervously.
"M.E.C.H." Cliffjumper answered.
"They know where I live?" Luz questioned in shock.
"We know things about your family that even you don't know." Silas told her. "For example, do you know where your mother is?"
"What did you…?" Luz asked as she began fear the worst, while Amity held her hands to her mouth in horror.
"Understand, Luz. We have no intention of hurting her. In fact, we'd like to reunite the two of you as soon as possible." Silas said. "I just need you and Arcee to follow the GPS coordinates programmed into this communicator. It'll lead you to the temporary facility I've set up."
Arcee quietly turned around from the communicator and she attempted to contact the Autobot base for help.
"Ratchet…" Arcee whispered, only for her to start clenching her head and scream in pain.
"Arcee!" Cliffjumper exclaimed as he and the girls approached her.
"Are you alright?" Amity asked in concern.
"Did I not mention our communicator scrambles the signal and your brains? Any break in communication and attempt to reach the other Autobots, and Mrs Noceda… well, I wouldn't want to feel responsible for the outcome." Silas warned before ending the communication.
"This is bad! So bad!" Luz panicked. "My mom's been kidnapped by those terrorists and they're probably gonna kill her if I don't do what they say!"
"Luz, relax. We're going to help you get Camila back." Amity assured, placing both her hands onto her girlfriend's shoulder.
"Amity's right. M.E.C.H doesn't know we were overhearing the entire thing." Cliffjumper said. "They'll never suspect us coming."
"Good idea, Cliff. You and Amity should hang back until it's the right time for you to help us." Arcee replied.
"We'll be ready when that happens." Amity declared.
(Linebreak)
With everything planned out, Luz and Arcee were driving through the streets of Gravesfield while following the GPS to where the M.E.C.H facility was. Amity and Cliffjumper made sure to slowly follow behind them so they wouldn't be easily spotted.
"If anything happens to her because of my connection to all of this, I…" Luz said worriedly, feeling like it's her fault that Camila was in trouble.
"Luz, M.E.C.H is only interested in me. Once they get what they want, they'll let your mom go." Arcee reassured.
"That's not exactly reassuring. You're family, too." Luz replied. "And I really don't want to lose anyone I care about, again."
Soon, Luz and Arcee arrived at an abandoned factory and the GPS was showing that it was the correct location. Arcee carefully drove her way through the factory grounds, but a bunch of red targeting lasers were shined onto Luz and she saw a bunch of M.E.C.H troopers aiming their rifles at her and Arcee, while Silas walked up to them from a nearby warehouse.
"So, what's the plan?" Luz asked quietly.
"The usual." Arcee answered.
Arcee began slowly driving towards the M.E.C.H troops without showing any resistance, only for her to suddenly wheel her way right through them and avoid all of their rifle shots before getting inside the warehouse. Luz got off her Autobot Guardian and took off her helmet, looking for any signs of Camila.
"Mom?!" Luz called out worriedly.
"Looking for Camila? She's hanging around here somewhere." A familiar voice said as Luz quickly turned around to see Airachnid dangling from the ceiling with her spider legs, causing Arcee to immediately transform.
"Airachnid!" Arcee said, glaring at her nemesis.
Airachnid fired some web shots at Arcee before she could react, trapping her arms together.
"What's she doing here?!" Luz demanded.
With Arcee restrained, Airachnid, Silas and the M.E.C.H troopers walked in.
"Help them, please. They're human like you." Arcee pleaded. "You can't let Airachnid…"
"A few human lives are a small price to pay for a miracle science like yourself." Silas interrupted before he signalled to one of his troops.
The M.E.C.H troop fired an electrical blast from his rifle and it zapped Arcee, making her collapse and fall unconscious.
"Arcee." Luz said worriedly, keeling down to her Autobot Guardian.
"You and I will have a private session later. Promise." Airachnid said.
"Gentlemen." Silas called.
Some M.E.C.H troops approached Luz and they took away her GPS, her phone and all the Glyphs she had in her jacket pocket. The troop who was holding the Glyphs handed some of them to Silas, who examined them with a fascinated smile.
"So these are what allow you to harness this so-called magic of yours." Silas commented. "I'll make sure they're used in more professional ways for our cause."
Luz really didn't like the sound of that and she glared at the M.E.C.H Commander before turning to Airachnid.
"I'm still learning about humankind, but one thing is clear to me, Luz. You people care deeply about family." Airachnid said, slowly approaching the Hispanic girl. "Therefore, the sweetest revenge I could possibly device would be to make you watch as I take your family apart."
"If you do anything to hurt my mom, I swear to Titan…" Luz growled angrily.
"You remember how much I enjoy sport, don't you, Luz? So I'll give you the opportunity to save your mother. I've stashed her close by." Airachnid explained, making Luz look behind to see a timer that was nearly at 12 on the main computer. "If you can rescue her before the stroke of twelve, I will let both of you go unharmed. Deal?"
"And if I can't?" Luz asked.
"What do you think?" Airachnid questioned rhetorically.
Luz turned her attention to Silas and rushed up to him.
"Please, don't let her do this. You can let us go! We won't tell anyone, I swear! I'll even tell you how my Glyphs work!" Luz begged, until Silas pushed her down.
"Enough." Silas said as he was getting annoyed.
"Yes, Luz. Grow up, already." Airachnid snickered before she looked back at the timer. "Six minutes."
Luz quickly stood back up and ran out of the warehouse, looking around the entire factory for her mother.
"Mom?! Mom!" Luz called out.
Silas watched Luz from some security cameras around the factory while Airachnid was secretly following her within the shadows.
"Now I know we promised the spider bot that she would have first crack at you. But something tells me she plans to turn our mutual crisscross into a doublecross." Silas said suspiciously, looking back at Arcee as she laid on a table.
"Silas, we don't have the means of transporting it right now." A M.E.C.H trooper said.
"We'll have to cut and run. Open her up." Silas ordered.
Two troops started using some large chainsaw weapons on the webs that were holding Arcee to slice them off. But what M.E.C.H didn't know was that Amity and Cliffjumper were spying on them from behind a metal crate.
"Now, Cliff?" Amity asked quietly.
"This isn't the right moment, Amity. We've gotta time this perfectly." Cliffjumper told her, making Amity a bit more concerned when she saw that the timer only had two more minutes left.
(Linebreak)
Back with Luz, she kept on rushing around the factory and couldn't find Camila anywhere, not noticing Airachnid's shadow was looming over her. Luz ran to her left and found herself at a very open area before she gasped at seeing Airachnid ahead of her. The female Spider Con gestured Camila, who was hanging from a tower in a cocoon.
"Mom!" Luz yelled before she immediately rushed towards the tower. "Mama!"
Camila heard her daughter's shouts and she began waking up from her unconscious state before noticing Luz rushing towards her from the ground.
"Luz?!" Camila exclaimed.
When Luz reached the tower, she began climbing up a ladder while Airachnid smirked amusingly before approaching them. Luz was then able to reach the top of the tower.
"Luz, what're you doing here?" Camila asked worriedly. "Who are these people? And how did I get in this… stuff?"
"Don't worry, Mama. I'll get you out of this." Luz assured.
But then, Camila gasped in shock when Airachnid crawled up next to her and Luz while laughing menacingly.
"Luz, is that a giant spider robot?" Camila asked with a fearful expression.
"I've beaten your deadline!" Luz told Airachnid.
"I'm afraid not, Luz. The task wasn't for you to find your mother by midnight, you had to rescue her." Airachnid corrected, making Luz gain a horrified expression as the timer was shown to have reached twelve. "And time's up. Now…"
Airachnid fired a web shot at Luz and stuck her hand to the metal floor.
"Take a seat, sit back and enjoy the horror show." Airachnid said.
(Linebreak)
Silas was still watching on the computer as his troops continued to drill the webs off of Arcee.
"Make haste, gentlemen. And don't worry about making a mess." Silas told them.
(Linebreak)
Luz struggled to get her hand out of the webs.
"You know, Luz, she's your mom. Why should I have all the fun?" Airachnid asked with a smirk. "So you get to choose. Agonising or excruciating?"
A bit of acid dropped from Airachnid's mouth and landed on the metal bars, which Camila saw and grew even more scared.
"No." Camila whispered fearfully.
Luz saw that the acid had made some of the metal bar a bit unstable and she pulled out a piece of it, trying to get her hand loose from the webs with it.
"Come on, come on." Luz muttered.
(Linebreak)
At the same time, the M.E.C.H troops had almost cut off the webs from Arcee, but didn't know that she was fully conscious and peeked open one of her optics.
"Luz, your mother wants to know. Don't leave her dangling." Airachnid quipped on the screen.
"You monstruo! Stop this!" Camila demanded.
Arcee quickly closed her eyes when the M.E.C.H troops had finally finished cutting the webs off her.
"We only have time to take one part." Silas admitted. "Go straight for the heart."
A M.E.C.H trooper began lower an active drill straight towards Arcee's chest, while the female Autobot tilted her head down and nodded silently to Amity and Cliffjumper. The two of them smiled in response as they knew that this was the right moment for them to intervene. Just before the drill could touch her, Arcee grabbed it in the blink of an eye and moved it aside before punching away the M.E.C.H troop.
Another trooper attempted to strike Arcee with a chainsaw, but then Cliffjumper drove into the warehouse and rammed him away. The red Autobot transformed and allowed Amity to hop out of him before the Abomination Witch girl summoned a wave of purple sludge from the ground that blew away a bunch of M.E.C.H troopers.
"This is for kidnapping my awesome girlfriend's mom, you jerk!" Amity yelled before she punched Silas away with an Abomination fist.
"Let's go!" Arcee stated, knowing that Luz was in need of their help.
"Right!" Cliffjumper replied before he and Arcee transformed.
Amity hopped into her Autobot Guardian and they quickly drove away, while the remaining M.E.C.H troops fired their rifles at them and Silas walked beside them while wiping some Abomination goo off his chest.
"Let them go!" Silas ordered. "No matter the outcome, the spoils will be ours."
(Linebreak)
Luz was still trying to get her hand free from the webs with the metal pole she had, but it still wasn't enough. And without her Glyphs, she couldn't fight back against Airachnid.
"Well, Luz, if you won't decide, I guess it's grownup's choice." Airachnid said as she crawled down Camila.
"Mama, I'm so sorry." Luz said in sadness and guilt.
Camila looked on in terror as Airachnid got closer to her and she closed her eyes to wait for the inevitable. But then, Airachnid was suddenly grabbed from behind by a large Abomination hand and she saw a pair of headlights that belonged to Arcee and Cliffjumper. The two Autobots drove up a ramp and transformed, punching Airachnid away while Amity flew off her Autobot Guardian on her staff and landed next to Luz.
"This is probably the fourth time I've had to save you!" Amity stated, pulling off the webs that blinded Luz's hand to the floor.
"Yeah, it's a pretty good habit for you." Luz joked before they both rushed up to Camila.
"Luz, was that your motorcycle?" Camila questioned. "And Amity's car?"
"Yeah, mom, it was. Long story short, they're not actually vehicles." Luz replied. "They're actually alien robots that have been fighting a war. It's what I tried to tell you earlier."
As the two female Cybertronians got some distance away from Cliffjumper, both Arcee and Airachnid found themselves on a thin rail as the female Autobot brought out her wrist blades.
"M.E.C.H lost Wildrider. What were the odds they could hold onto you?" Airachnid questioned.
The female Spider Con leaped at her nemesis and this caused Arcee to jump away, only for Airachnid to grab her with her spider legs and pull her back. Arcee blocked an incoming strike and charged straight at Airachnid, delivering a few powerful blows and then kicking her off the rail. Airachnid landed onto another platform and Arcee jumped down to attack again, but the female Spider Con avoided her and kicked her onto the floor bellow. Before Airachnid could do anything else, Cliffjumper jumped down behind her and punched her away, making her crash down as the Red Autobot landed next to Arcee.
"Hope you two weren't planning on tussling without me." Cliffjumper said with a jokingly smile.
"Not at all, partner." Arcee replied before they both turned their attention back to Airachnid, who immediately got back up.
"So, you're the one called Cliffjumper? I heard you're quite the chatty type." Airachnid commented.
"You're not the first Con to tell me that, bug." Cliffjumper replied firmly.
"Then perhaps I'll be the last." Airachnid said, smiling sinisterly before lunged at the two Autobots.
Arcee and Cliffjumper avoided the attack and they began climbing a nearby ladder, causing Airachnid to chase them as they managed to keep her away with a few strikes. Airachnid fired her hand blasters at Arcee and Cliffjumper before they both avoided the shots, only for one of them to hit the platform Camila was hanging from. This made the platform tilt down and Luz and Amity grabbed onto the edge before they could fall while Camila screamed fearfully.
"Luz! Amity!" Camila called out.
"Mom!" Luz exclaimed as Airachnid began crawling up to her mother again.
"Leave her alone!" Amity said with a glare before knocking Airachnid down with an Abomination hammer.
Arcee showed up and tired to strike Airachnid, but her nemesis crawled up the tower next to the other one to avoid her. As Arcee was able to avoid some incoming attacks from Airachnid's spider legs, the female Spider Con then delivered a double-kick to her nemesis and made her hang from the railing to keep herself from falling onto the ground.
When Luz and Amity got back onto the tower, the Hispanic girl's hang accidentally pushed a lever and caused some cement to be transported from inside the tower into a cement truck bellow. When they both saw this, Luz and Amity came up with an idea to defeat Airachnid as they saw Cliffjumper climbing up to the railing that Arcee and Airachnid were on.
"Cliff! Get her underneath that cement dumper!" Amity called out.
"Sure thing, girl!" Cliffjumper replied with a nod.
He pulled out his blasters and began firing them at Airachnid, causing her to stumble back a bit as Cliffjumper then grabbed Arcee by her hand when he was close enough. Cliffjumper swung Arcee straight at Airachnid and the female Autobot kicked her nemesis into a container that was big enough for her. As Cliffjumper and Arcee landed next to the emptying pipe, Luz and Amity quickly went to the controls and activated them again.
Arcee kicked the pile to the side so that it was now facing down at Airachnid. Before the female Spider Con knew it, a bunch of cement was poured down onto her. Airachnid stood up and cried out as she began to slow down on her movement before the cement around her entire body dried up, freezing her in place.
"Our girls sure are smart." Cliffjumper said, nodding proudly.
"Ah! Luz!" Camila shouted, already wanting to get out of her cocoon prison.
While Arcee and Cliffjumper were looking away, Airachnid's hand began to slightly twitch a bit as both Autobots began climbing the tower.
"Hang on, Camila." Arcee said.
But suddenly, the female Autobot got grabbed by a web shot and Airachnid, who was fully able to move again, pulled her down onto the ground, leaving her nemesis trapped in her webs and at her mercy.
"Arcee!" Cliffjumper called out in concern.
"Cliff, don't focus on me! Focus on Luz's mom!" Arcee told her partner.
Cliffjumper looked at Camila for a bit and then turned back to Arcee before sighing begrudgingly and climbing up the tower to help Luz and Amity free the Hispanic woman. Airachnid laughed as she aimed her hand blasters at Arcee to finally end her, but then she heard some rotor noises and turned to see three helicopters showing up in the sky, with Agent Fowler riding in the leading one.
"Aim for the creepy crawly." Fowler ordered.
The helicopters fired their turrets at Airachnid and the female Spider Con used her aims to shield herself from the bullets while grunting painfully.

From the warehouse, Silas saw Fowler and his forces arriving on his computer screen.
"How did they find us?" Silas asked with a scowl.
But then, his eyes shot open at a realisation and he looked to his belt, seeing that his communication device was gone. The realisation was that Luz was faking her begging earlier just to get close enough and steal his communicator when he wasn't looking, making Silas gain an angry expression.

Back outside, Luz and Amity watched Fowler's choppers continuously fire at Airachnid before the Hispanic girl held up the communicator.
"Thanks for coming, Agent Fowler." Luz said kindly.
"If I'd known Cons were involved, I would've called in Prime." Fowler admitted.
"That might have been too much for Luz's mom to handle in one night." Amity replied, gesturing to Camila as Cliffjumper was busy freeing her from the cocoon prison.
Fowler nodded in understanding before the choppers soon ran out of bullets, causing them to cease fire. The dust that surrounded Airachnid cleared away and revealed that the concrete was completely off her body before the female Spider Con shot two beams from her eyes, scanning the chopper Fowler was in.
"Ah! Not again!" Fowler complained as the controls starting sparking, just like what happened with Skyquake.
With her brand new vehicle mode now added to her arsenal, Airachnid transformed into a more sleeker helicopter and flew away from the area.
"No!" Arcee shouted as her nemesis was completely gone.

Silas observed how Airachnid scanned the vehicle and how she was able to transform into it.
"So that's how it's done. Genius." Silas said before snapping his fingers, making the lights go out.

After the choppers landed, Luz and Amity were seen sitting next to Camila as the Hispanic woman had a blanket wrapped around her.
"I'm so sorry I got you dragged into this, Mama." Luz apologised.
"It's okay, Mija. None of this was your fault." Camila reassured. "I'm still alive and that's all that matters."
"Yeah, it's not the first time you've had to save someone you care about." Amity admitted, causing her girlfriend to giggle a little bit before Fowler approached them.
"Mrs Noceda, I'm Special Agent William Fowler. It's time you knew the truth." Fowler said. "For the past several days, Luz and Amity have been… interning for me at the agency."
"Okay. I believe it." Camila replied simply, making Fowler a little bit surprised.
"She already believes in witches, demons and magic. So she doesn't get that easily surprised these days." Luz admitted.
"Agent Fowler." A soldier said as he approached Fowler.
"Let me guess, without a trace?" Fowler questioned, figuring that Silas and his M.E.C.H troops had gotten away.
The soldier nodded to the special agent in response, causing Fowler to grunt in annoyance before he walked off to join up with the rest of his forces. Luz, Amity and Camila then noticed Arcee and Cliffjumper approaching them.
"And they would be your…?" Camila asked.
"Vehicles. Guardians. Autobots." Amity explained as she and Luz stood up and approached both Autobots.
"And our new friends." Luz said with a smile.
"Call me Arcee." Arcee introduced.
"And I'm Cliffjumper, ma'am." Cliffjumper added kindly as Camila stood up.
"Thank you both." Camila said with a grateful smile, causing Arcee and Cliffjumper to smile back at her.
"Hey, how's about the three of us go for a special ride now?" Amity suggested, figuring it's time to show Camila their new living quarters.
"That's a good idea, sweet potato." Luz replied before giving Amity a kiss on her cheek.

First thing in the morning, Camila held tightly onto Luz as the two of them rode Arcee towards the Autobot Base while Amity and Cliffjumper drove behind them. Once they entered through the main hatch, Arcee and Cliffjumper slowed down as Camila looked around the base in amazement.
Willow, Gus, Hunter, Vee, Bulkhead, Bumblebee, Wheeljack and Jazz were busy talking to each other before they saw the others arrive with Luz's mother in tow. Ratchet was busy at the main console, but he had time to notice the new human. But what amazed Camila the most was when she noticed Optimus Prime himself walking into the room.
"Mama, say hello to Team Prime." Luz introduced.
The Autobots looked down at Camila, who waved nervously to them in response as she felt like her life with her daughter just got a whole lot more interesting.
