Glory proceeded to show her friends around the newly redone kingdom. The treehouses in the village looked like giant berries that had it's residents crawling out like worms in apples, under the emerald green glow of the canopy above. RainWings of all different colors could be seen going about their daily lives, whether it's collecting fruit, keeping a lookout for any intruders, or guarding the first place the dragonets stopped-The Hatcheries. The three egg-shaped houses had scouts surrounding them, but as they went inside, they could see the new changes Glory had made. The eggs were now carefully organized; each in their own little nest, a label for each egg's corresponding birth couple. The ones that are closest to their hatching date were placed in areas of the hatchery closest to the sun, near a platform for the hatchling to crawl onto.

"This was the first thing I had the tribe do upon my return," Glory told the others proudly. "The Village still helps in raising them, but now each egg has a family to go to. No dragonet will be alone on my watch."

The dragonets took the moment to look around at the colorful eggs around the hatchery. Scouts could be seen closely monitoring and turning each egg so each side of them got the same amount of warmth from the sum that beamed down from the open roof above.

Next, Glory was quick to bring showed the dragonets around the village, showing off some of the new changes made. RainWings were now working together as a community on daily tasks. Some gathered fruit for shops and trade to other tribes, and others tended to gardens, helping the kingdom's abundant flowers, fruits, and vegetables thrive. As they flew through the village, Clay wasted no time in collecting as many fruits as his cubical muzzle could hold. Glory and the others could only look on, humor adorning their faces before Clay looked at all of them awkwardly.

"What?" Clay asked. "I love to eat, and since the village is stocked full of fruits, Im taking advantage of it"

Glory grew a slightly serious look, though she was faking it. Seeing Clay's pudgy cheeks stuffed with all the fruits he ate was a humorous sight to her. "Don't go stuffing them all in that belly of yours!" Glory commanded with a sarcastic tone. "We collect them for the whole tribe"

Clay closed his eyes with embarrassment a humorous smile on his snout, as Sunny walked up to Glory and placed her talon on her shoulder. "May we continue with the tour, Glory?" Sunny asked curiously.

Glory grew a warm smile at Sunny's question. "Of Course" She replied happily.

It wasn't long before they flew to a spot in the village. Tall trees with long branches surrounded them, but there was a small open space in the center of them, with a platform that could be visible from above. It looked to be some kind of track. Glory looked at the area proudly, while the others looked around curiously at the area.

"What's this place for?" Tsunami asked curiously.

All Glory did was give her SeaWing sister a sly look. "You'll see" She responded.

It wasn't long before the sound of wooshing could be heard in the trees as the branches shook and leaves fell freely. Suddenly, like they were summoned, Several RainWing dragonets landed on the platform, including a pink RainWing dragon-Jambu, Glory's Half-Brother. He looked at his half-sister with an excited smile on his face.

"Hello, Your Majesty" Jambu happily greeted, to which Glory's smile slightly lessened.

"You know you can just call me Glory, right?" Glory asked in a reminding tone. "You're family to me-even if we're only half-related"

"I know, It's just it feels good to actually have a good queen compared to the others," Jambu admitted in an honest tone. "Minus Gandeur of course!" He quickly interjected, not wanting to insult Glory's advisor.

Glory only shrugged her shoulders at Jambu's response. "I'm just saying." She humbly responded. "How's tree-gliding teaching coming along?"

Jambu smiled at his half-sister's question "It's going great, Your Majesty!" Jambu happily responded. "My students are picking up the skill very well!"

Jambu's students nodded and cheered happily at Jambu's answer. Jambu then looked at them waiting for them to quiet down.

"Say, class, since our beloved Queen is here, why don't we show off what we learned in this week's sessions!" Jambu proposed, to an applauded response. Soon, Each student took to the skies and displayed the skills being learned so far. Each one flew swiftly through the branches like giant cracks in walls, and some could even be seen doing flips on certain branches. The flips reminded Glory of her bonked attempt at it when she and her friends first arrived in the village. The dragonets(minus Starflight) looked on in awe as the students displayed their craft before they each landed back on the platform behind Jambu.

Glory looked on at the students with a stoic, thinking look on her snout. The students began to look worried at this. "Did we do well?" and "What does she think" were among the questions the students whispered to each other.

Then, Glory grew a proud smile at the students. "Your skills…have my approval" Glory proudly stated. The students cheered to each other over Glory's approval of their training. Jambu looked at his class with a proud smile on his muzzle. However, he looked back at his half-sister, who winked at him.

Afterward, Glory led her friends to what looked to be a rough gate in a secluded spot in the kingdom. The gate had two NightWings that served as guards in the area they were to enter-The NightWing Village. Glory looked back at her friends with a determined, yet conscious look in her eyes.

"Guys," Glory said in a quiet and serious tone. "The NightWings, despite me helping build their new village, still aren't that trusting of me and my people, but they are gonna listen to me no matter what. My advice is to stay close." Glory explained.

Sunny, Clay, Tsunami, Starflight, and Fatespeaker all nodded in agreement, though Tsunami was more reluctant to agree, being the fierce, determined SeaWing she was.

Glory then stood before the guards, maintaining a regal stance and look on her muzzle. The NightWing Guards looked at the queen with an equally undeterred look in their eyes.

"Me and my colleagues wish to enter the Village" Glory announced in a regal tone. "I wish to check in on the progress of your village"

The two guards eyed each other and Glory with suspicion before they proceeded to open the gates to their village. Glory looked back at her friends. "Follow me, everyone" Glory ordered. She and the dragonets proceeded to pass through the gate to what was the NightWing village.

The Village looked very barren amongst the trees, despite the tribe being hard at work making a proper village out of their new land. NightWings could be seen hammering, sawing, and piecing together the new homes. The smell of meat cooking wafted in the air in some of the areas of the village, and the sounds of construction, wing-beating, and the riverbank could be heard all around them. But the one thing that was prominent in their visit was the NightWing's staring at Glory and her friends. Some had curiosity in their eyes, but a majority of them had an angry, distrusting sneer. It was clear that despite being saved from their destroyed island and given a safer place to live, the NightWing tribe was still not trustful of their new queen. The dragonets looked at them with varied looks in their eyes, minus Starflight. Tsunami has an unfazed sneer in her eyes, almost looking like she could attack any of them that dared to try and kill Glory, while Sunny, Clay, and Fatespeaker looked uncertain from the staring. Glory, on the other hand, looked at the tribe with a displeased look in her eyes.

"It is rude to stare at your queen" Glory sternly pointed out to them. "As You Were" she then commanded. The NightWings did what they were told, slowly looking away and going back to their work or activities. Glory's sneer relaxed as she and the dragonets walked on through the village. The group then stopped at what looked to be a small hut hidden just away from the other buildings. Glory then turned around to face her friends. She had a small smile adorning her muzzle.

"There's one NightWing I want to check in with, everyone" Glory explained. "Moonwatcher will be going to the academy, so I feel it's best that her mother knows the teachers before we send her daughter there."

Sunny and the others nodded in agreement as Glory gently knocked on the door with her talon. Within seconds the door carefully opened revealing a female NightWing that looked a bit nervous at first but calmed down upon seeing Glory. The NightWing had purplish-black scales with some dark blue and green scales intermingling with them, with black wings. The NightWing slowly opened her wings and lowered them and the front half of her body, bowing to the RainWing Queen.

"Your Majesty" The NightWing greeted in a quiet voice.

Glory grew as warm a smile as when her friends came to visit. "Secretkeeper, great to see you again" She greeted back.

Secretkeeper rose back to her talons but was quick to notice her friends standing behind her. "I..see you have company this time" She pointed out with curiosity in her voice.

"That's actually what I came to see you for" Glory interjected. "They will be the teachers for when Moonwatcher when she goes to the academy"

Upon Glory's answer, Secretkeeper grew a concerned, yet hopeful look in her eyes. "Please, Come in" She announced. "All of you"

The dragonets were quick to enter the hut, and they each lay in a spot to be comfortable. Secretkeeper sat next to Glory(well, Glory willingly sat next to her). Each dragonet introduced themselves to Secretkeeper and their teaching role to her, as a way of assuring her that when Moonwatcher is to go to JMA, she would be safe and in good hands. Secretkeeper was still nervous, but she trusted in Glory's words and in her friend's promises.

Later that day, The dragonets decided to spend some time in Glory's treehouse before returning home. Inside, they talked about some of the mishaps that happened at Jade Mountain. Some chaotic, some destructive, but all of them overall hilarious tales. However, one question still lingered in Glory's mind, one she wanted to ask citing her suspicions over the very reason they took Starflight on this day of fun.

"Guys, while I am happy to see you all again, I forgot to ask." Glory interjected with curiosity. "What was the reason you guys came here?"

"Well…We did it to help Starflight, but it's nothing bad" Sunny said with a forced smile, trying to dispel the reason.

"Sunny, you may be the most hopeful and brightest dragonet in the family, but that is the fastest you ever had to answer to me." Glory pointed out to Sunny, who gave off a nervous look, wavering her smile. "There's something going on and I want to know what it is."

This was what got Sunny to break, and she dropped her wings in defeat over Glory breaking through her defenses over their visit. "We…didn't want to involve you since you were a queen now" Sunny admitted quietly. "We didn't want to get in the way of your new role."

Upon the hybrid's answer, Glory's suspicious look softened into one of understanding, and she inched closer to the hybrid and placed a talon on her shoulder. "Sunny" She began with a tender voice. "I may be a queen now, and I have a lot more responsibilities on my plate, but you and the others are families to me, and family always looks out for each other"

Sunny looked at the regal RainWing with a worried look in her eyes over if she could understand the true reason for their visit.

Glory's tender look remained. "You can tell me anything that's going on" She reminded the hybrid.

At Glory's assurance, Sunny began to explain everything to Glory that's happened leading up to that point.

"Well, We came because we wanted to help Starflight." Sunny began in an honest tone. "He confessed to having romantic feelings for me but was heartbroken upon me rejecting him. This whole day of flying and visiting you was something we planned out for him, especially the fact that we underestimated him and his actions back on the island."

Glory grew a look of understanding as Sunny explained their real reason for coming. She had felt that Starflight had a crush on Sunny, but the fact that she turned him down made her feel a tad sorry for him. Glory looked at Starflight with a look of empathy and compassion, her regality slightly softening after hearing their story.

"Starflight," Glory spoke quietly to the blind NightWing. "If you'd like, you can lie down next to me. I want to talk to you."

Starflight moved his head towards her, hearing her voice. He then, with Fatespeaker's help, carefully walked towards the RainWing and carefully laid down next to her.

"It's just gonna be us talking here, so could you guys give us some space?" Glory asked the others. Sunny, Tsunami, Clay, and Fatespeaker all nodded and took a few steps away from Starflight and Glory.

Glory looked at Starflight and placed her talon on his. "Tell Me Star, is everything they said true? You being in love with Sunny and all that stuff you did back on the island?" Glory asked curiously but with a tender tone in her voice.

Starflight maintained a saddened look on his muzzle, even if he was blind. "Yes. I did all those things to help you guys out, especially with what I told you in your sleep. And Yes, I actually killed a dragon" Starflight admitted.

Glory grew a slightly surprised look in her eyes, but it faded back to her understanding expression. "I knew he had it in him," Glory thought to herself as Starflight continued talking to her.

"I had confessed my feelings for her, and she had indeed rejected me. She told me that she only loved me like a brother, as well as encouraging me to be with Fatespeaker." Starfight continued, his voice slightly starting to waver. "I was heartbroken over it. I just thought there could be more to us than that because she was the only one that didn't mind my lecturing, unlike you guys. I felt there was a connection between us..and I now know I was wrong."

Glory continued to listen to Starflight's words. True she was annoyed by his constant rambling over his knowledge of Pyrrhia and its tribes, but she was admittingly grateful for it, because, without his knowledge, she would have never become queen of her tribe and the war would have never ended. His knowledge played a part in their new future. Glory scooted slightly closer to Starflight, her normally regal and confident look on her face replaced with one of compassion, empathy, and understanding.

"Listen Starflight" She started gently. "I'm sorry if Sunny couldn't return the feelings you had for her. Though I've never fully experienced love before..well, until now, I know how heartbreak feels."

Starflight maintained a saddened look, his lips covering his fangs slightly wobbling as Glory continued talking to him.

"To be honest, with how we grew up together, in that cave and our adventure, I don't think you needed to have romantic feelings for Sunny." Glory admitted.

Starflight turned his head at her voice, a small frown adorning his face, but a raised brow was noticeable behind the blindfold, hinting at his confusion over Glory's words.

"I can let you in on a personal secret," Glory told the NightWing, slightly leaning her head toward his ear. "I once had feelings for Clay when we were in the cave."

Starflight's saddened look grew rather surprised for a moment at Glory's confession. The dragonets were overhearing their conversation. As soon as Glory's previous crush on him was heard, Clay's cheeks blushed a slight pink with embarrassment.

"So that was why she always turned pink around me," Clay said to himself quietly, as Sunny and Fatespeaker squashed him.

Glory paid them no mind as she continued on Starflight. "Despite this, it wasn't very long before I got over my crush. I still enjoy being around him though" Glory continued.

Starflight then spoke in a confused tone in his voice."How does that and Sunny's rejection have to do with my heartbreak?" Starflight asked

Glory grew a small smile at that question. "They share the same reason; because we see each other as family." Glory answered "As Siblings"

Starflight remained silent before he opened his muzzle to talk again."That was what they all told me before we left the academy." Starflight answered. "Even Sunny cried after telling me."

Glory scooted closer to the NightWing, an understanding look on her snout. "To be honest, her seeing you as a brother is the best thing for you because that's what we are." Glory reassured "We may be from different tribes. We may have found our real families or purposes, and we especially may have different personalities, but one thing for sure is that nothing will change the bond we already share with you. We're your siblings. Your family. Nothing will ever change that." Glory concluded before opening her large orange wings and tightly wrapping them around Starflight. She also wrapped her arms around him and rested his head on her shoulder. Starflight nuzzled his head into Glory's shoulder, his Blindfold slowly dampening from the tears he was now shedding.

Her wings felt incredibly soft against Starflight's scales and skin. The warmth of her embrace was a sign of how much she cared for him and the others.

"I love you Starflight. We all love you. No war, death, or argument will change that between us" Glory assured Starflight, closing her eyes and allowing her scales to turn pink. She felt her brother's frame shake as he quietly sobbed. She maintained a snug grip with her embrace, and gently stroked his back. Eventually, Glory opened her eyes, only to spot Sunny and the others a few feet away, just as she had told them to do before talking to Starflight. She grew a smug look at all of them. "Well, Don't just stand there, Join in!" Glory ordered firmly, but not unkindly. "We're family for a reason you know!"

With that, the other dragonets walked towards Glory and Starflight, and wrapped their wings and arms around them, with Sunny having to push herself in between Starflight and Glory to offer him her comfort. As they embraced, as he did before, Clay gave off a comforting, guttural purr as he embraced them all. Glory's eyes shot open upon hearing Clay's purring. It felt like a motor engine was attached to him and started revving as soon as Clay hugged them.

"I didn't know he could purr" Glory quietly thought to herself as she felt the MudWing's purr vibrate her body. But she didn't protest it, as she knew the purring adds to the love and comfort they were offering to Starflight.

Fatespeaker however, looked out the window of the treehouse, and noticed that the sky was orange, a sign that it was nearing the evening. "Guys… it's almost late, we need to head back to Jade Mountain" Fatespeaker pointed out.

With that, the dragonets let go of Glory and Starflight, who shared one last tight embrace before they were released. Glory maintained a warm smile at them. "It's been a beautiful day with you guys visiting." Glory said in a warm, loving tone. If you even want to talk to me or see me again, you can write to me, visit me with the dreamvisitor, or even stop by like you did today. But be sure to tell me in advance, in case I have any duties to attend to. Alright?" Glory asked.

"Of course Glory. We'll write as much as we can" Sunny happily replied as she nodded her head.

With that, the Dragonets stepped outside the Treehouse and prepared to fly back to Jade Mountain. Each one extended their wings and took to the sky, but Starflight told Fatespeaker to wait for a moment "Glory," Starflight called out to the RainWing Queen. Glory looked at Starflight for a moment, a curious look on her snout.

"...Thank you…for telling me all that" Starflight thanked with a small smile on his muzzle. "You may be a queen, but you're an awesome sister"

Glory grew a warm smile at Starflight's response, touched by his words.

"See you soon" Starflight then said before he and Fatespeaker took off into the orange Pyrrhian sky, setting a course for Jade Mountain.

Glory looked on proudly as her dragonet friends got smaller and smaller until they were out of sight.

"Evening, Glory," a voice said

Startled, Glory instantly flared her frills and unleashed her loudest hiss at whoever spoke to her out of nowhere, before immediately stopping upon the realization that it was Deathbringer. Her defensive sneer turned into one of sheer annoyance. "Did you really have to go and startle me like that?!' Glory asked angrily, her scales flashing a crimson red.

Deathbringer only shrugged his shoulders in response. "Sorry, I just thought I'd check in on you since I finished all the tasks the NightWings needed help with," Deathbringer told the Queen.

It wasn't long before Glory calmed down and her scales changed back to their normal colors, her annoyance fading, but only slightly as she grew a small smile. "Your lucky I trust you more than many other NightWings" Glory remarked.

"Well, I'm your bodyguard. Of course, you have to trust me" Deathbringer teasingly remarked, striking another handsome smile at the RainWing, whose expression remained unfazed.

Glory shook her head and began to walk into her treehouse."Just come inside, before I leave you for the bugs to eat" Glory ordered in a teasing tone. "The mosquitos look for dragon blood at this hour."

Deathbringer looked around at the forest before he quickly walked in. "Yeah, good point" he admitted before stepping into the treehouse, which was now covered in moths that glowed under the moonlight.

That night, Glory dreamt of her friends, of the new future they had, and the future they had set for Pyrrhia. Wars, Battles, arguments, and other things may come and go, but the familial relationship she has with them will last forever…
