A Not So Perfect Family
"It's been a week now. Surely she's finished with the Vault by now, no?" Sylvanas asked, stroking a finger in circles on her husband's chest.
"I don't know." Athrodar told her honestly, looking down at Sylvanas' finger that continued to draw circles on his chest, smiling at the light touch as well as her focus on the task at hand. "I'll talk to Kalecgos later today and find out for you."
"Okay. Thank you." She replied, moving her hand from his chest to the other side of him and hugging him tightly whilst she rest her head on his chest now. "Since we're stuck here until Sindragosa is finished, I want to sleep in as long as possible." She tilted her head up a little to look at her husband, moving forward a couple inches and kissing him on the cheek. "With my husband, both of us naked under these covers and keeping ourselves warm from the mountains and its snow."
Athrodar began to grin and moved the hand he had placed on her back, lower down her body slowly. "If you want to keep warm with me, there is something else we can do other than just lay here and cuddle." He hinted, feeling her sit up a little just to look at him and getting a smirk from her as a response.
"I'm so glad you said that." Sylvanas told him, swinging one leg over him and straddling his waist. "If I suggested it, you would have called me a nymphomaniac again."
"Well..." Athrodar chuckled when he was slapped lightly on the chest. "You're my little nymphomaniac Queen."
"Stop calling me that!" Sylvanas cried, looking away from him and folding her arms. "And don't think I can't feel you twitching underneath me. You've ruined the mood now."
Athrodar sat up so he was no longer laying down, placing a hand on his wife's face and slowly turning her head so she was looking at him, smiling at her when she continued to pout at him. "I know you want to punish me now, but can I just say that you are looking more beautiful than ever today. I don't know how you've done it, but I think we need to make a whole new word for how stunning you look."
Sylvanas rolled her eyes and placed her hands on either side of his face. "Alright, Mr Cheesy." She said, kissing him on the lips. "I suppose I can let you, my husband and the only elf I want to be with, have sex with me."
"Romantic." Athrodar muttered, both of them chuckling and kissing again, this time more passionately. "Can I just say, I am really happy we're alone right now. I have missed this so much."
Sylvanas bit her bottom lip when Athrodar began to kiss her along her neck, wrapping her legs around him and stroking his back, arms, neck and occasionally the back of his head whilst he continued to worship her body. "I have missed being alone with you for such a long period of time too." She whispered in his ear, almost purring when he continued to kiss, lick and suck on parts of her neck, chest and stomach, working his way down to between her legs and giving her one long lick that sent a shiver up her entire body. "Oh..." She moaned, placing a hand on the top of his head and placing her feet on his shoulders to keep him down there. "Carrying on from last night, I see." She breathed, hearing her husband chuckle before licking her again.
"If we were to carry on from last night, I don't think you'll be able to walk." Athrodar told her, hearing Sylvanas laugh and having her cup his face in her hands.
"You are confident in your own abilities, aren't you?" She asked, pulling his head down so she could kiss him. "Or is this you talking Bi-Oh!" She moaned, having Athrodar cut off her sentence when he entered her. "This brings me back to our time before we had kids." She told him, biting her bottom lip again. "We'd spend days like this if we were lucky." She cooed, letting out a louder moan when Athrodar took one of her nipples into his mouth. "Gods, what are you doing to me!?"
"Nothing I don't usually do, my love." Athrodar whispered in her ear, kissing it shortly after and working his way down her neck again. "It's just been a while since we've been at it like this."
Sylvanas made to kiss him again, looking into his eyes when he felt her try to get his attention and feeling her heart beat harder when they both looked into each others eyes, feeling her whole body react positively just from the simple action and almost forcing her to orgasm on the spot. "Wow..." She breathed, letting out another moan. "I..." She let out a small laugh and pulled him down to kiss him again. "Sorry, I just... I got hit by a wave of emotions just then." She told him when they pulled back from the kiss, pressing their heads together whilst they both continued to rock their hips back and forth slowly. "I've not felt that in a while. The last time would have to be when we were finally left alone at home. Alleria had returned to Stormwind and Talanas started his second year in Stormwind's academy." She tightened her grip around his body with her legs, moaning loudly into his hear when her orgasm caught up to her, panting and trying to focus on looking into his eyes. "Give me... Give me a minute."
"Okay." Athrodar told her, kissing her again and lifting her up and sitting down so his back was against the backboard whilst she sat on his lap. "Makes it easier to look at my beautiful wife."
"Well your wife is trying to recover at the moment." She told him, resting her head on his shoulder, letting out the occasional twitch when she felt him inside her still. "And she wants to milk you for all you have."
Athrodar chuckled and kissed her on the temple, feeling her squeeze down on him every couple of seconds whilst he remained inside of her. "I can definitely feel that happening at the moment." He told her, listening to her chuckle and then let out another moan. "You are really sensitive today, aren't you?"
"I haven't recovered from last night apparently." She told him, weakly moving her arms around her husband to hug him whilst he began to move slowly again. "We should avoid each other for a week more often... I don't think I will have the energy to walk if this carries on."
"That's the plan." Athrodar told her.
"Evil." Sylvanas told him, smiling and kissing him on the cheek. "And I love you for it."
"I love you too." Athrodar told her, focusing now on making sure the both of them finish at the same time.
"Do you think she needs help in there?" Cedani asked, looking over to Kalecgos who stood by the entrance to the Azure Vault. "It's been a few days already. I know she can't die as she's just a projection of sorts. But she might be struggling with something."
Kalecgos nodded his head slowly, feeling the same as the young elf beside him and looking into the Azure Vault. "I'll venture inside if she's not back by the end of the day. Though I'm sure she would have told us if something was wrong, or if she needed any help."
"I hope so." Cedani said, looking back towards Liadrin and Tanadia who were sparring with swords as a way to train her sister. "My parents are getting antsy. They want to return to the main camp that was set up before going out to find my brothers, offer them some help if they need it."
"Then I want to believe Sindragosa will be done with her task very soon." Kalecgos told her, getting a smile from Cedani. "Whilst we wait, why don't we practice some of your new spells?"
Cedani smiled even brighter at the blue dragon. "Okay!" She said, excited to train her new spells with the Blue Dragon Aspect.
Whilst Cedani began her lesson with Kalecgos and both Liadrin and Tanadia continued to spar, Little Alleria was on her own, walking around the Azure Archives bored out of her mind. She first thought about going to find her parents, but upon getting somewhat close to their room, she heard what they were doing and ran out of the building as quickly as possible, finding herself outside and patrolling the outskirts of the Archives. She didn't know why or how it had happened, but the entire time she was doing this, she was hit by a wave of melancholy that forced her to stick to herself and not even try to communicate with the rest of her family.
This wasn't the first time she felt like this. It happened a lot whilst she visited her parents before they even knew about the Dragon Isles, but now that she had told them of her feelings, she found that she felt this way a lot longer than in the short bursts she was used to. "It will pass." She muttered under her breath, hugging her cloak around herself as she walked around the edge of the archives once more. "It always passes." She told herself, looking over to where her parents were staying and feeling a lump begin to form in her throat. "It won't happen. It can't happen." She the said, placing her hands on her head and lightly tapping the right side of her head. "Stop thinking about him like that." She muttered, hitting the side of her head some more. "Stop it. Stop it!" She said, her voice raising in volume as well as getting more aggressive.
Tanadia and Liadrin looked over to Little Alleria when they heard her talking to herself in the distance, Liadrin frowning and tilting her head at the young elf whilst Tanadia quickly pieced together what was happening and began to feel sorry for her. "What is she doing?" Liadrin asked when she saw Alleria hit the side of her head again.
"She's struggling." Tanadia told her, placing a hand on Liadrin's arm and instantly noticing her confused look when she turned to look at her. "Please, don't tell mom and dad. I promise I will explain everything later, but right now I need to be with her."
Liadrin nodded her head and lightly pushed Tanadia forward. "Go. It looks like she really needs someone."
Alleria crouched down and held onto her head, hitting the side of it when some unwanted voices began to speak to her. You want him more than anything. The voice told her, not noticing Tanadia making her way towards her. It doesn't matter if he's your father. He promised to love you always, no matter what. Take advantage of that, Alleria! The voice then said, making her hold onto her head tightly and almost curl up into a ball. "Stop it!" She said through gritted teeth, flinching when she felt her sister place a hand on her back.
"Alleria, are you okay?" She asked her, crouching down beside her and noticing the tears in her eyes as well as the inner conflict she was going through. "Of course you're not alright." She then said, placing a hand on her face. "It's happening again, isn't it?"
Little Alleria nodded her head, letting out a whimper and looking over to her sister before letting her heart speak for her, crying into her sister's shoulder when she threw herself at her. "I'm hearing voices now. They're telling me to cave into my desires.. I... I'm trying so hard, Tana, but they won't leave my head."
Tanadia held onto her sister tightly, engulfing her hands in holy light and stroking her sister's head. "Shh..." She whispered, looking over to Liadrin who looked as concerned as she was. "Stay with Liadrin and I, okay? If anything like this begins to happen again, talk to us immediately. Liadrin will need to know, but I think with her help, we can both get you through this."
Alleria held onto her sister tightly. "I'm sick, Tana." She muttered, looking over to Liadrin and closing her eyes again when she saw the look of concern on her face. "I am very, very sick and I need to be put down. I... I don't know what to do anymore and I fear this voice will consume me and make me do something that I will regret forever."
Tanadia pulled back to look at her sister, not noticing her hand fall from her back. "Don't speak like that, Alleria. Please. I will help you, you'll see. Both Liadrin and I will help you through this."
"I know you will." Little Alleria told her, placing a hand on the knife sheathed behind her, pulling it out and placing it across her own throat. "But this will be quicker."
Noticing the knife, Liadrin quickly made her way over to the two elves, watching Tanadia pull Alleria's arm away momentarily, but she was struggling to hold it back from her throat with every passing second, having the blade get closer and closer towards it. "Alleria, stop!" Liadrin yelled, taking hold of her arm and pulling it away from her throat. "Not like this, hon. Not like this." She told her, taking hold of her hand and relieving her of the knife she was holding.
Once the blade was out of her hand, Alleria began to break down again, crying her heart out and curling into a ball between both women. "I can't..." She told them, closing her eyes tightly and hugging her knees into her stomach. "I can't keep living like this, Tana..."
"What happened?" Liadrin asked, looking at Tanadia who had tears rolling down her cheeks now. "Tana?"
"I'm in love with my father." Little Alleria told her, looking at an insect as it began to walk across her hand. "I have been for some time and as of late, it's getting harder and harder to control myself. Especially with these voices in my head telling me to do things that I will regret."
Liadrin looked over to Tanadia who nodded her head at her, confirming everything. "Wow..." She muttered, looking back down to Little Alleria. "Okay, what do you need me to do?"
"Help her through this." Tanadia told her, placing a hand on Alleria's head again and stroking her hair lightly. "More now than ever." She looked over to the building Athrodar and Sylvanas were in. "She might need to be released from Ranger duty for a while. Until she is no longer a threat." Tanadia looked down to Alleria again. "To herself."
"Sounds like a good plan." Liadrin said, nodding her head to the plan and looking down at Little Alleria too. "When do we tell the others?"
"When she's calmed down." Tanadia told her, looking over to the knife beside Liadrin. "And hide that." She then said, nodding over to the blade. "I'll need you to spend the day with her. Just until I tell our parents and Cedani what has happened."
"Then what?" Liadrin asked her, handing Tanadia the knife and then pulling Little Alleria in towards her for a hug. "I don't think we can keep an eye on her all day, every day." She looked down at the young Windrunner she was holding, stroking her hair and kissing the top of her head. "We can't lose another one after Victoria, but it's going to be difficult to keep an eye on her."
"We won't lose her." Tanadia told her mentor, placing a hand on Alleria's arm and smiling at her when she looked up at her sister. "We'll make sure you get better, okay? Nothing will happen to you or our family, but I want you to know you will get better."
Little Alleria just nodded her head against Liadrin's arm, having the paladin keep hold of the young Windrunner whilst Tanadia made her way towards her parents.
"Where do you think Tahnir and Talanas are right now?" Cedani asked, sitting at the foot of the bed her parents were sleeping in. She had woken them up after only an hour of sleep, not caring if they were still tired as it was the middle of the day and if she had to be awake, so did they. "I bet they've already seen hundreds of dragons."
Whilst Athrodar was sat up in their bed, Sylvanas kept her eyes closed and head pressed against his chest, trying her hardest to drown out the noise of their daughter so she could get some more sleep in. Something Athrodar found amusing but also cute as he occasionally felt her shift around a little to get a bit more comfortable as well as feeling her squeeze on his hand whenever the conversation continued, hoping he would get the hint to shut up and send her away. "They probably have. But at least you have ridden on the back of one, I don't think they can say the same thing." Athrodar told her, choosing to ignore his wife's signals as he enjoyed teasing her.
"That's true... And I have spoken to two of the Dragon Aspects already, whereas they haven't." Cedani reminded her father, her smile brimming from ear to ear at the almost accurate fact.
"Well... Maybe one. I don't believe we have a Green Dragon Aspect yet." Athrodar told her, watching his daughter tilt her head to the side a little. "I have done some reading whilst you've been training and there's usually a very special event that has to happen before an Aspect is named. It hasn't happened yet but there will be one soon if the book is to be believed."
Sylvanas, knowing they weren't going to stop talking unless she told them to, sat up and let out a long sigh, glaring at her husband who couldn't help but smile back at her. "Please... I just want to sleep beside you, in this bed, until we can leave this place." Her attention turned to Cedani, the little elf smiling brightly at her and fighting away her mother's glare every second they looked at each other. "Stop talking and lay back down with me." She then said, her glare now disappearing and keeping a tired, yet slightly annoyed look to her face as she looked at her daughter. "If you want to keep us company, then do so quietly."
"Okay, mama." Cedani replied, moving up the bed and laying down in between her parents. "I'll lay here with you both then."
Watching her daughter close her eyes and lay between them, Sylvanas sighed again and looked over to Athrodar. "I blame you for this." She told him, laying back down and moving her arms around her daughter, cuddling her second youngest and closing her eyes when she saw the smile on her face grow even wider the second she hugged her.
"What did I do?" Athrodar asked, laying down on the other side of his daughter and watching her smile slowly begin to fade as the idea of sleeping began to take hold of her.
"You humored her." Sylvanas told him, kissing her daughter on the cheek. "You should have just patted your hand on the bed and told her to join us by sleeping."
"I might be drifting off, but I can still hear you both." Cedani told them, cuddling up closer to her mother. "Now both of you shh whilst I sleep."
Athrodar looked at the elf between him and Sylvanas, laughing lightly when he said her cuddle up to her mother just a little closer. "You are getting too comfortable with being the boss, Little one." He told her, moving a hand up to her face and brushing some of her hair behind an ear, making it twitch as he lightly grazed it with his hand. "But as long as you're not like this in front of your siblings, your mother and I don't mind, so long as we get to keep you with us."
Cedani smiled brightly again. "Deal." She muttered, falling asleep in her mother's arms soon after.
Their renewed sleep only lasted for five minutes before they were all interrupted again, this time by Tanadia who was frantically shaking Athrodar awake. "Dad. I need you now!" She told him, moving out of the way when he sat up to avoid a clashing of heads. "It's Alleria. She needs you." She told him, looking over to Sylvanas and Cedani. "Both of you, actually."
"What's wrong?" Sylvanas asked, climbing out of the bed and picking up her cloak. She knew it wasn't good news due to both Tanadia's urgency as well as both her and Athrodar being called to help. Something that only ever happened if it was bad. "Tana?"
Tanadia looked over to Sylvanas and began to tear up, her bottom lip wobbling as she stepped closer to her. "Alleria... Her condition has..." She glanced over to her baby sister and knew she had to come clean with the secret they all knew about apart from her now. "It's worsened. She is hearing voices in her head now, telling her to act upon her feelings for papa." The Priestess closed her eyes tightly. "She... She tried to silence them with a knife. Liadrin and I pulled it away from her throat and took it off her, but... I'm scared about what she will do."
By the time she reached her boots, Sylvanas looked over to Athrodar when she saw movement on the other side of the bed and watched him leave the room quicker than she thought possible. "Cedani, go with him." She told her youngest daughter, looking up at Tanadia whilst she put on her boots. "What happened?"
Whilst Tanadia was explaining everything to Sylvanas, Athrodar and Cedani had made it to Little Alleria before either of them had left the room. "Papa..." Alleria muttered the moment she saw Athrodar, crying again and throwing herself at him when he knelt down beside her and hugging him tightly. "I want them to stop. Please make the voices stop."
Athrodar held onto her tightly, kissing the top of her head and looking over to Liadrin who looked like she was on the verge of breaking. Understandable he thought when he remembered what had just happened and knowing she had almost witnessed one of her favourite elves almost kill themselves to stop the voices in her head. "I'll try." Athrodar told his daughter, looking over to Cedani and then shifting his eyes over to Liadrin a coupe of times, hoping his other daughter would get the hint.
Liadrin watched Alleria hold onto her father like her life depended on it, something that was pretty accurate considering what had just happened. "Tanadia and I are going to keep an eye on her whilst we're on these Dragon Isles." She told Athrodar, getting startled when she felt Cedani hug her, having a rush of warmth go through her body when she realised it was her and hugging the little elf back. "Oh..." She muttered, closing her eyes and holding onto her tightly. "I really needed this, little one."
Sylvanas and Tanadia made their way over to everyone with Sylvanas looking over to Liadrin and Cedani, noticing Alleria's knife by the Paladin's feet and then looking over to Little Alleria. "My baby..." She muttered, watching Alleria look up at her and feeling her heart break when she saw how broken her daughter looked. "Come here..." She then said, opening her arms to her daughter and being hugged tightly by her. "It's going to be okay."
Little Alleria shook her head against her mother, looking back over to her father. "It's not... The voices in my head are getting louder."
"What are they telling you to do?" Athrodar asked, narrowing his eyes a little at his daughter. "Is it sexual in nature?"
"Athrodar!" Sylvanas hissed, glaring at her husband.
"Alleria?" Athrodar asked, holding up his hand to his glaring wife.
Alleria looked back to her mother and then over to her father, turning her attention to the floor and nodding her head slowly. "Yes..." She muttered, her bottom lip quivering and burying her head in her mother's chest again.
"Happy with that answer?" Sylvanas asked him, hating that he was asking this now when their daughter was still broken.
"I am, actually." Athrodar told them, looking around at all of the confused and slightly annoyed faces around him. "I think she has been cursed by something or someone. It sounds like a San'layn curse that I have dealt with in the past. It too gave the victim of the curse some voices in their heads that were telling them to do things of a sexual nature they normally wouldn't do." His attention returned to Little Alleria and Sylvanas, the latter of which had their features soften when she began to understand what he was saying.
"So... She was cursed?" Sylvanas asked, looking at her daughter who had remained held in her arms. "How? She spent a month with us before returning to Stormwind, then we came here and I haven't let her out of my sights."
"It's a reactive curse." Athrodar told them, kneeling down beside his wife and daughter, placing his hand on the back of Alleria's head but keeping his eyes on Sylvanas. "Maybe spending the month with us triggered it, maybe you all coming here and finding us triggered it. The time it takes for it to trigger varies per person, so maybe reuniting with Cedani and I caused it to trigger and now... We're here."
Sylvanas frowned and kept her arms around her daughter, stroking her hair lightly. "But that doesn't explain how she was cursed by it."
Athrodar's gaze turned towards Cedani who continued to hug Liadrin, slowly coming up with an idea on how she was cursed. "It was me..." He muttered, looking back to Sylvanas and Alleria who both looked up at him. "Cedani got her magical ability because of my Death Knight past. Maybe Lana'thel knowingly or unknowingly planted that curse in me and it found its way to our daughter, waiting until the perfect time to trigger." Believing his own words the more he thought about it, Athrodar began to feel extremely guilty the longer he looked at his daughter. "I... I need to think some things over." He told them, walking away from the five other elves.
"Dad?" Tanadia asked, stopping when Athrodar held up his hand to her. "Dad... You're not to blame for this."
"I just need to be alone, Tana." He told her, not seeing her make her way over to him, but his many years as both a ranger and an assassin as well as being her father had told him that she was still coming over to him. "Tana, please... I need to be alone right now."
"But dad..." She muttered, placing a hand on his arm.
"No, Tana!" He yelled pulling his arm away and glaring at her, watching her shrink away, her ear bend down and both a scared and hurt look in her eye. "I'm nothing but a curse to this family. Alleria is cursed because of me and Cedani has abilities that are incredibly difficult to control as a Death Knight, let alone a young elf with a few years of experience with her abilities." He looked over to the rest of his family, all of them avoiding eye contact with him save for Sylvanas who's eye were pleading with him to calm down and stay. "Just leave me alone for a while."
Sylvanas watched Athrodar walk off and Tanadia make her way back to them. "Stay here with your sister." She told the priestess, standing up and kissing her on the cheek. "I'll talk to him. Sometimes, when he gets upset, he likes to keep it to himself until he's alone and nobody can see him." She sighed and held onto the necklace her sister gave her decades ago. "I hate it, but it's what he does. He lets me in more often than not, but... I'm not sure about this one."
Sylvanas returned to the building she and Athrodar had only just left a few minutes before, having her ear twitch when she heard some mutterings in a connecting room to her right, making her way towards it and pressing her ear against the door between her and who she was almost certain was Athrodar. "Athrodar, baby? I'm coming in."
The door opened quicker than Athrodar could compose himself, looking away from his wife when she saw his bloodshot eyes. "Looks like being on my own lasted all of two minutes."
Having a small smile on her face, Sylvanas couldn't help but be amused by his mutterings as she knew that he knew she would be coming to check up on him. "It's not the first time I've walked in on you crying, you know that." She stood behind him and wrapped her arms around him tightly, pressing her ear to his back. "You're not to blame, my love." She told him, feeling her heart constrict when she didn't get a response, knowing he was blaming himself for their daughter almost taking her own life. "This is all too much for her and us at the moment. Nothing can prepare us for this type of scenario, we are just lucky we have a daughter and a close family friend nearby to stop the worst from happening."
"I am to blame." Athrodar told her. "You had no run ins with the San'layn. I'm the one that gave her this curse. I'm the one that has given Cedani powers that nobody will fully understand for decades. Their lives are now at risk and it's all because of me and what I was. Maybe having a family with me, after what we went through before we took Stormwind, wasn't such a good idea after all."
"Hey." Sylvanas let go of Athrodar and walked around him so she could look him in the eyes. "Don't say such things." She said softly, placing a hand on his face. "I wanted nobody else to be the father of my children. So what that they have inherited some things from you? For all we know, Tahnir is going to have my anger and Talanas... Well, maybe he will be a mix of both of us." She smiled a little when she saw Athrodar gaze into her eyes. "And if that's the case, we both know he will be the worst elf to piss off. We were both driven by anger before we found each other, maybe he will be the same until he finds someone who will check all of his worst impulses and keeps him grounded." She snaked her hand from his cheek to behind his head, pulling it down so she could press her head against his. "Like you did for me."
"I know you're trying to make me feel better, but it's not helping." Athrodar told her, hearing her sigh and taking hold of her hand. "We've spoken about expanding our family, but now I'm too scared to do such a thing. What if the next one takes the unholy side of being a Death Knight, or even the blood side. What if they get your Banshee past and just the simple act of yelling deafens those around them because they let out a scream instead?" He pulled back and shook his head. "I... I can't risk us having another kid if we can't even help Alleria with this curse, let alone be rid of it."
"We'll find something." Sylvanas told him, looking around the room they were in a smiling a little. "I mean... This place is practically a library. Every building in this Archive is a library. I'm sure we'll find something, anything to remove curses."
Athrodar sighed and sat down, watching Sylvanas climb onto his lap and feeling her cup his face in her hands. "When I saw the knife beside Liadrin and the tears in Alleria's eyes, I knew it was true what Tanadia had said. After that, I could only see Vic and what Dael'Thaelas did to her. I couldn't lose another daughter, not like that.. Not with her throat cut open, drowning in her own blood as we watch on helplessly."
The moment Athrodar brought up the incident with Victoria and Dael'Thaelas, Sylvanas felt a lump in her throat quickly form and swallowing hard to try and push it down. "Tanadia and Liadrin will make sure it doesn't happen again." She kissed him lightly, noticing he didn't kiss her back and deciding to not press him on it for now. "I love you, okay? I will always love you and so will our little ones. Cedani loves her abilities because she believes she is closer to her papa than ever after inheriting them from you. We know of Alleria's feeling ls for you before this curse and the other three love you unconditionally because you're always there for them." She kissed him again, brushing a thumb across his bottom lip and smiling at him. "We won't lose anyone because we're all together, not divided like with Dael'Thaelas."
Continuing to look into his eyes, Sylvanas moved her head when his eyes moved off her, trying to keep in his line of sight. "And you're not to blame for that. Even if you do still blame yourself for her death after all these years." She placed a hand on his cheek and stroked her thumb across is soon after. "Nobody could have known he would do such a thing."
Athrodar smiled at her attempts to cheer him up, closing his eyes and leaning into her hand. "I know..." He muttered, feeling her other hand caress his other cheek followed by a kiss on the lips that he reciprocated this time, feeling her deepen the kiss the second she felt him kiss her back. "I love you too." Athrodar told her once the kiss broke apart, pulling her in close and hugging her against him. "I'm sorry if I worried you. I just needed to let my thoughts known to you, so I don't suffer in silence."
Moving towards his ear, Sylvanas kissed just below it and smiled at his concern for her. "I know." She whispered in his ear seductively, nuzzling into the side of his head and stroking her fingers across his neck lightly, smiling even wider when she felt him shiver at the light touches and seductive tone. "And when it comes to expanding our family, I still want to try."
"But..." Athrodar whispered back to her, closing his eyes when she began to start a trail of kisses from his ear, down to and along his neck.
"Nope." She purred, letting out a quick giggle when she felt him continue to shiver and move at her increasingly successful seduction and, on top of that, a much needed distraction for now. "There is nothing to worry about, my love, my heart." She cooed, taking hold of his hand and placing it on her chest, biting her bottom lip when he began to squeeze her breasts. "Just focus on me and what I am doing. I never want you to be upset, my King, my world."
"I know." Athrodar whispered to her, closing his eyes and focusing her touches and her hot breath on his neck. "Just like you know I feel the same way."
Sylvanas giggled again, moving one hand down towards his leggings. "This is why we're perfect for one another. We both want a big family, to make sure none of us are suffering and most of all, we know how to make each other weak."
Just as they were about to take things further, the voice of Tanadia echoed in the next room. "Mom, dad?" She called for them, forcing Sylvanas to move her hand up to Athrodar's face again. "Is everything okay? Where are you?"
"In here." Sylvanas told her, remaining sat on Athrodar's lap and stroking her hands through his hair. "I'm just making sure your father is of sound mind before we return to our family."
Tanadia opened the door and poked her head inside the room, looking around and finding her parents sat on a chair next to a desk. "And is he?" She asked, sounding as concerned as she looked.
"I am." Athrodar told her, taking hold of one of Sylvanas' hands and rubbing his thumb across the rings on her fingers. Wedding, engagement and the Windrunner family ring. "I just needed some time to think."
"Good." Tanadia said, smiling at the pair of them. "I think Alleria needs you both right now. I understand why you both left, but she still needs you both."
"Okay." Sylvanas said, watching Athrodar lift her hand up to his lips and kiss her knuckles and then the rings on her fingers. "We're go see her and make sure she knows we're there for her."
