"Come on Jaune!" Chitoge shouted from the bottom of the stairs. "We're going to be late for class in the very first day!"
"I already know that!" Jaune exclaimed, he had stayed up until late to read his whole "life" story.
It only took a second to get to the bottom floor; he was dressed up in similar fashion to that of Beacon's school uniform and as he ran alongside Chitoge, he couldn't help but wonder if the this kind of outfit was a constant in all the universes.
"Hey the door is closed." Jaune warned Chitoge approached at mach speed. Were Semblances a thing in this world as well?
"I have an idea!" Chitoge shouted before taking a turn to the right. As Jaune followed he saw her perform a series of amazing gymnastic moves just so she could jump over the wall and enter the school.
For a second he admired the ability the woman, but said admiration was broken when he heard her and male voice shout in pain. While Chitoge's was a smaller shout, the man had certainly received the majority of the impact.
Jaune stared at the wall, while tall it was just a head taller than Jaune. He gave a little jump and grabbed to the edge, then with little effort, he pulled himself up and went over it with ease. Chitoge and the boy were still on the ground… Well Chitoge was sitting over him but still.
[END]
"Are you okay?" Jaune asked while leaning over a little.
[REC]
Chitoge got up from over the boy. "Oh… Sorry! We're in a hurry!" Chitoge said before grabbing Jaune by the arm. "Sorry!" She exclaimed while running away, pulling Jaune along as if he was a ragdoll.
It didn't take much to have plant his feet on the ground.
[END]
"Chitoge we need to go back and help him out!" Jaune complained to the girl who only looked at him in confusion.
"Eh? But I already said sorry." Chitoge said, confused as unto why Jaune so mad at her.
"I'm ninety nine percent sure you would have hit him if he said that to you." Jaune told the girl before she turned around to look at the side, she was pouting and angry put she wasn't responding with a negative. "Come on, the poor guy must still be there. Also..."
[REC]
"Don't pull my arm like that." Jaune said with a bit of a neutral tone. "I hurt quite a bit."
[END]
They went to the place where they had left the young boy. Just to find out that he was gone, he turned to look at Chitoge just to see the absolute guilt she was feeling. Guess she was far too excited for the idea of entering a new school to think about her actions.
"W-Well if he was here then that means he must go to our school." Jaune said in an attempt to cheer up the girl. "I don't really know what the chances are but he could be in the same class as ours."
His words seemed to have at the very least helped Chitoge find a bit of comfort. Then they moved to the principal's office where the man received the two of them with a jolly expression on his bearded face.
He simply laughed aside the fact that they were late due to them being from another country and having probably gotten lost on the way here. He also told them their class and along with them having to wait outside of the classroom until the teacher called them.
They went as it was ordered to them. As they waited he could see that Chitoge was being self-conscious all of the sudden, straightening her ribbon, getting rid of wrinkles on her uniform, checking the little make up she had put on.
"Are you nervous?" Jaune asked with playful tone.
"Of course I am!" Chitoge almost shouted. "What if I screw up my introduction!?"
"They'll like you." Jaune said giving Chitoge a reassuring smile, which was answered back. "Just don't hit them on the shoulder; I woke up with it sore."
"I'm sorry."
[REC]
"Okay, I'm going to introduce the transfer students." Jaune and Chitoge straighten up and looked at the door. "Come in, Kirisaki-san and Arc-san."
"Okay." Chitoge answered while Jaune opened the door.
Both of them stepped through the door and just now with a confident pace, they stepped to the front of the class under the silent yet expectant eyes of everyone.
"Nice to meet you!" Chitoge said with a friendly and amicable tone. "I'm Chitoge Kirisaki from America."
"A pleasure." Jaune said in an attempt to put up a confident smile. "I'm Jaune Arc from France."
While Chitoge kept on going with her introduction, Jaune managed to find someone he had blue spikey hair and was wearing a small bandage on the top of his nose. He was also looking at Chitoge with a wide open mouth.
'It's that kid.' Jaune thought, he was only able to see the back of his head but the hair was a dead give away about who he was.
Then the class exploded into cheers. Male and female, there were men shouting comments about Chitoge being a babe, about her legs and calling her cute from the side of the boys. The girls meanwhile commented about him looking strong, about his comment from him being from France and that he was handsome.
"In the meantime, please take an empty seats in the back…" As the teacher pointed the eyes of Chitoge and the boy she crushed met.
The both shouted while pointing at each other. Chitoge was about to say something before she noticed the urgent look in Jaune's eyes, this was her opportunity to apologize and start her school life with the right foot!
"I'm sorr-" Chitoge started before being interrupted by the young man.
"Berserk woman!" The boy shouted in the moment, causing all of sympathy that she Jaune had managed to gather for the young man to suddenly vanish.
"N-Now let's calm down a little." Jaune said before the two of them began to shout to each other the boy insisting him that she had kneed him in the face while Chitoge tried to brush aside the fact with the justification that she had apologized. "Please both of you at least try to listen to me!"
However the two teens refused to listen to Jaune instead deciding that they would still fight the conversation eventually got so heated that the boy let out another insult, one that Jaune hoped wouldn't be the last one in his entire life.
"Is that how you apologize? You... Gorilla girl!" The boy shouted at some moment. Now Jaune had known Chitoge for a very short time but he was sure that there would be a girl in the would be it Remnant or this one that would let being a gorilla slide.
It resulted on being like Jaune had predicted. Because in less than a second she had punched him with enough force to not only lift him up into the air but also making him spin a couple of times. Chitoge seemed surprised with herself for the punch, the people around them looked shocked and he looked completely terrfied if Claus were to ever figure out he let this happen.
The boy fell to the floor with white eyes to indicate his unconscious state.
"Ojou-sama." Jaune said while face-palming. "I think you went a little over board."
[END]
Chitoge and the boy ended up having to talk in the hallway, a talk that Jaune was not allowed to join in. Meanwhile he had to deal with a sompletely different problem, those being his new classmates that just like most teenagers were being monsters hungy for gossip and in case they couldn't get any from the main source then they were ready to start it with the little information that they could gather and imagine.
"Are you and Chitoge-san dating?" "Are you single?" "Is Chitoge single?" "How is France?"
Now the first three were easy to answer a simple no, then two yes and finally he had to rely in the script that he had been given and forced to memorize in order to avoid giving an answer that would either get him arrested or on the opposite side of a gun.

After while of shouting that was muffled by the wall the teacher decided to go and get them back in class, as Jaune waited he decided to look around the room there were a lot of people with either black or dark brown hair. Not only that but their hairstyles were some of the most balnd things that he had ever seen, as if none of them were capable of gaining the spotlight even if they were in front of Jaune. For that reason he ended up focusing on three people, the only people that didn't seem to have had their faces copy pasted all around the classroom.
After entering room and sitting down, the seats that both him and Chitoge got were quite... Precarious, with him sitting right behind the boy and with Chitoge sitting besides him. All Jaune could think of was that the current situation they were in was basically a time bomb just waiting to set off, specially now that they were fighting with the teacher over their positions.
"Don't come near me!" Chitoge shouted to the boy, causing Jaune to sweat drop in worry for him. "I'll catch your pansiness!"
"Wha..." The boy opened his mouth to refute something, but just before he could say whatever he wanted to say he felt how hand laid on his shoulder calling for his attention.
"Look pal, I understand that you're angry." Jaune said while looking at him with a worried expression. "But please think about the hit she gave you before you say anything that could end up upsetting Ojou-san."
[END]
The boy looked at Jaune for a few second before his glare redirected towards his the cracked wall he had been launched against just a couple of minutes ago.
"Almost forgot about that." The boy said while gulping. "Your name is Jaune Arc, correct?"
"Sure is." Jaune said with a smile. "Don't mind if your introduce yourself, right?"
"Raku Ichijou." Raku introduced himself with a friendly smile. "Nice to meet you Arc-san."
"No problem Raku." Jaune said with a friendly smile of his own, one that wavered a little bit when he noticed how the smile of Raku cahnged to a slightly shocked expression. "Is there something wrong?"
Raku seemed to notice that he had upset Jaune because he quickly recovered the smile. "No, there is no problem. I almost forgot that you weren't Japanese, in here you generally call others with their last names. First names are only for people that are really close."
"Well I would like to be good friends with you, so can I keep calling you Raku?" Jaune asked with a little bit of a shy tone of voice. "You can call me Jaune in exchange."
Raku seemed to blush in surprise a little but nonethless he smiled at Jaune. "S-Sure, that sounds nice, Ar- Jaunre-san."
As the two teenagers exchanged smiles a simple line of thought passed in the head of the two of them. 'What a nice fellow.'
[REC]
"Jaune, why ar you being so friednly with this beansprout." Chitoge asked Jaune, clearly not giving up on her resentment against Raku for calling her a gorilla. [END] Jaune might have to do something about this, after all having an enemy isn't exactly the best way to have a nice school life.
[REC]
"What did you call me gorilla!?"
POW!
"What did I tell you?" Jaune asked while Raku tried to recovered from being punched by someone that Jaune himself possessed an amount of strenght that was far beyond what was supposed to be normal.

And like that, the chapter ends. In the next one I will cover the search for the pendant, the reveal that they are going to fake being in a date and then also the first date that they are going to have. In this chapter a meeting happened and a war for the friendship of a certain person was started just about now.
Now for a fun fact about the Micalka. They are in an eternal present, if a Micalka does not have a past nor a future in a literal sense. If a Micalka were to travel five seconds into the past in order to meet their past selves it wouldn't work since they don't have a past self that same would happen with their future selves. One of the main reasons Micalka are considered plagues is because of this ability which fills the space between timelines and cause their destruction by making them clash because of their proximity.
Thanks for reading! Bye Bye!
