Epilogue

Mother of Heart

"And so that was how I found out Mirko is my aunt," Usagi explained.

She was with her classmates. She gathered them to meet at the karaoke place to discuss what was on her mind ever since their homeroom teacher announced a special mother gathering event at the school, UA High.

Some of the classmates were tearfully crying, including a few of the boys.

"Oh, Usagi! I didn't know how much you went through!" Arisa cried.

"That was such a heart-wrenching story, man!" Eli shouted aloud, tears dripping from his eyes.

"WAAAAAAAHHH!" Everyone turned to Haia, who was crying very loudly, louder than anyone in the matter.

"USSSAAAGIIIIII!" cried Haia loudly.

"Ah, I think what Haia trying to say is that she is just emotional, but happy to hear about you finding your real family, Usagi," Aki explained through her tears.

"Oh man, Usagi! Your story reminds me of this one video game I played where the nice girl gets staved by an evil one-winged man with a long sword!" Maruto cried.

"Your story reminds me so much sad episodes in the Tokusatsu shows I watched!" Tatsumi stated.

"Oh, well, guys, thank you so much," Usagi said, though a bit surprised by her classmates' reaction.

"That explains why you were so upset yesterday," Felicia noted. "You kept this to yourself until now. I am genuinely happy for you, Usagi."

"Oh, well…. actually…. That's not what I was upset about," Usagi admitted.

"Nani?" Everybody stopped for a moment. Junko's snot bubble also popped for a moment.

"Wait, what?" Makoto asked, looking confused.

"What do you mean, Usagi?" Miru questioned the bunny girl.

"Well, telling my story about finding out Mirko is my aunt is just part of it. The real reason why I asked you guys to meet me here is…. To help me pick!" Usagi exclaimed. "I don't know who to invite and bring with for the UA Mother Goose Meet and Greet!"

Everyone stared at the bunny girl as she frantically continued explaining. "Like, I am happy that I found out that my favorite Pro Hero in the world is my aunt, but now I don't know who to choose! Should I invite Mirko, my long-lost aunt, or Sister Koko, who's the one who has taken good care of me ever since my mother passed away! What should I do guys?!"

Everyone had a similar facial expression with just simple black dots for their eyes and simple horizontal line for their mouths. Until one of them puffed out a laugh.

Suddenly, almost everyone was laughing which made the bunny girl look a bit upset and confused.

"Hey, what's so funny guys?!" Usagi complained.

"Apologies, Usagi! It's just that we were all worried about you, and hearing your story about what happened during the internship made us sad, but the reason for why you were moody over the past day is just a bit…um, unexpected," Felicia explained.

"I would say," Aku spoke up. "It's a difficult choice of heart. Choosing between the one who had taken care of you over the years versus someone who you just found out that you are related to."

"At least it wasn't something serious," Kai added.

"I agree," Yuki chimed in.

"What?! Well, it's a big deal to me, Kai, and Yuki! I may not have a mom, but I want to attend the Mother Goose Meet and Greet, yet I am torn in picking who to bring with me!" Usagi argued.

"OK, OK, settle down, Usagi," Miru assured the bunny girl. "Sorry for laughing at you, but we are not teasing you or anything."

"Back to the topic, Usagi has a good point. Should you invite Sister Koko or Mirko?" Makoto pondered aloud.

"Isn't Mirko kind of too busy with her job as a Pro Hero?" Eli asked.

"Actually, since she, her sidekick, Mr. Crasshopper, and I dealt with dealing the gang, Mirko got a break for it, so she could be able to attend," Usagi pointed out.

Everyone thought about Usagi's choice. Should she invite her long-last aunt who is happened to be a famous top Pro Hero or the nun who protected and taken care of Usagi since she was a baby?

"Why not both?" A female voice said.

Almost everyone gasped and turned around to see the sleeping Junko had her eyes opened.

"JUNKO!" Almost everyone shouted.

"Holy Carrot, Junko! You're awake, again!" Usagi shocked.

"Yes, yes, I am awake," Junko said. "Anyway, like I said, why not invite both of them?"

"Both of them?" Usagi repeated.

"There is no rule against it. So why not?" Junko suggested. "Anyway, I'm…going back to….zzzzzzzz."

"And she went back to sleep, just like that," Tatsumi commented.

"I've decided!" Usagi declared. "Everyone, thank you for coming, but I got to go now. See you all later!"

Usagi hurried out of the karaoke room, leaving her friends. They were shocked to see how fast she ran out of the room, reminding them of their homeroom teacher. They all wondered what exactly she had decided.

A few days later, UA High hosted their annual Mother Goose Meet and Greet. It was a special event where students could invite their mother, aunt, or grandmother to a wonderful party.

There was a table full of different foods, drinks, and desserts. There was even a dance floor. Many familiar students invited their mom to this special event.

"Here, Mom. Have some juice," Deku said, handing him a glass cup of juice.

"Why thank you, Izuku," Deku's mom smiled.

"What did you say, you stupid boy?!" Deku and his mom jumped when they turned to see the commotion.

"Let go of me, you hag!" Bakugo shouted.

"Why you little!" Bakugo's mom slapped Bakugo in the face.

"OUCH!" Bakugo yelled.

"My, my, that mother and child are quite rude and loud. Very vulgar, don't you think so?" A woman in her mid-forty and blue eyeglasses approached Midoriya and his mom. Next to her was Ida.

"Hello Ida-kun and pleasure to meet you, Mrs. Ida," Midoriya greeted.

"It is pleasure to meet you, maim," Midoriya's mom also greeted.

"My, my, you must be the Midoriya fellow I heard from my son here. Thank you for being a good friend to my son, and you, Miss, you have a wonderful boy for a son," Mrs. Ida commented.

"Um, well, um, thank you!" Midoriya's mom blushed.

"This party sure is fun, don't you think, mom?" Ochaco asked.

"It really is. It's kind of a bit overwhelming. I've never been to this kind of party before other than my marriage," Ochaco's mom sheepishly admitted.

"I think it is very nice," Mrs. Jiro said. This woman was a slender person who wears purple glasses with black frames. She was Kyoka Jiro's mother. "Thank you for inviting me here, Kyoka."

"Um, yeah," said Jiro shyly.

"This dish is really good!" Tatsumi's mother praised.

"It really is," Koda's mom agreed.

"Attention, everyone and all the mothers, aunts, grandmothers, and guests." Everyone turned to the stage, and the MC was Speed Girl. She was wearing a fine white one-piece dress.

"It is very honored that all of you are here with your children. It is understandable that not all…"

Suddenly, they heard the door make a huge noise as if someone slammed into the room.

"What's up everyone!" Everyone turned to the door to see that someone had come in or rather barged in.

It was Mirko and just behind her was Usagi and Sister Koko.

"My, my!" Mrs. Ida pulled up her glasses. "Who the heck is she?!"

Midoriya and some of the students nervously chuckled. Some of them already learned that Usagi was inviting both Sister Koko and Mirko, and they also learned that Mirko and Usagi are related.

"Hey guys!" Usagi greeted everyone, oblivious to everyone's shock.

"Usagi, Ms. Mirko." Usagi and Mirko gasped as they could feel a strange, ominous pressure behind them. It was Sister Koko, and she was grinning…. menacingly.

"Now, now. Let's behave while we enjoy ourselves. We don't want to get in anyone's way, right?" Sister Koko said.

"Yes maim," both Usagi and Mirko replied.

"Umm, anyway," Speed Girl continued. "Like I was saying, we are very honored for all of you to join us on this special day and time with your loved ones. I understand that not all of us have a mother with us, whether they are busy with their work or perhaps they are just not with us currently or anymore."

Some of the other students, like Arisa and Felicia, were holding a tablet to show that their mothers are attending through the devices' webcams.

"So, let's toast all the great mothers or mother figures here with us. Cheers!" Speed Girl announced.

"Cheer!" Everyone did the same.

Everyone celebrated and enjoyed each other's company.

Sister Koko kept an eye on Mirko and Usagi while she enjoyed talking with the other mothers. Mirko and Usagi were gobbling on all the vegetables while other students were shocked to see how they were eating.

Usagi was approached by some of her classmates and UA friends at the table.

"So, is this lady in the photo your real mom?" Ochaco asked.

"Yup!" Usagi said, showing the photo. "Her name was Usako Usagiyama, and she was Auntie Mirko's oldest sister."

"She looks pretty, Usagi," Arisa commented.

"Thanks, Arisa!" Usagi smiled.

"Let's start a game with your mothers or guests! Who would like to sing first?" Speed Girl asked through the mic.

"Uh!" Usagi jumped in excitement. "I would like to!"

"Sing huh?!" Mirko exclaimed. "I've been itching to sing aloud! I used to be a rock band when I was in a middle school!"

"Well, OK. Come on up here, Usagi and Ms. Mirko!" The two young ladies hopped onto the stage.

Usagi and Mirko began singing. The other students also joined in, like her classmates. All the mothers and guests enjoyed the event, especially Usagi. Maybe even more than anyone else, especially with her Aunt Mirko and her great mother figure, Sister Koko.

- My Hero Academia –

Some days ago, it was the day when Usagi and Mirko defeated the leader of the Red Serpent, Viper.

Viper was unconscious until the ambulance truck strangely stopped. That was when Viper regained consciousness and then looked around.

"Huh? Where am I?" He asked. He quickly noticed something was odd as the door opened.

He was dragged out of it, and quickly the belt that tied him to the bed was untied, and he was pulled out of it by force.

He laid flat on the face as he grunted in pain. "Guh! What's going on?!"

He slowly got back up and turned around to see the person who dragged him out in the middle of nowhere.

"I hope you had a good sleep," said a voice. The voice revealed to be Crasshopper, Mirko's sidekick, but something was different about him.

He looked dead serious at the injured Viper. His eyes didn't show the same kindness he showed to Usagi and Mirko.

"Wait, you are that bunny hero's sidekick!" Viper realized, feeling scared.

"Don't worry about if my boss is here. She is not, but you should really worry more about yourself," Crasshopper said in a threatening tone.

"Wh-what do you want from me?!" Viper asked.

"Information! I want to know the formula of the drug you and goons were making," Crasshopper demanded.

"What? That! Who do you think you are!? I may be injured, but you are just a sidekick! I can bite and paralyze you!" Viper fought back as he limply stood up.

"You are right," Crasshopper replied. "I am a mere sidekick, but I am more than just that."

Suddenly, several figures appeared. One of them was a man in a white-colored court dress, a golden mask with one half showing the sun and the other half shows the moon with a white hoodie, and a pair of white gloves and black boots.

Another figure was a curvaceous woman with sparking costume, silver glittery mask, and long hair.

"Hey, I know you!" Viper pointed to the man. "You are Judge Light!"

"You better talk, vile vermin or my fellow friend here, will judge you whether you live or die," Judge Light stated.

"Say what?!" Viper gasped.

"Now talk, Viper! And don't make me repeat myself," Crasshopper said as he, Judge Light, the woman, and others closely surrounded Viper.

"Ah, aaah, Aaaaaaaaaaahhh!" Viper screamed.

This is the end for Usagi's story in the world of My Hero Academia Line of Good and Evil. It is revealed that Usagi's aunt is Mirko, but what's more revealing is the end. Crasshopper is another of Judge Light's follower and it looks they were after Viper's formula for a drug of some kind. What could this all mean?

I am working on the main story, so there will not be any more spin-off stories for now. Until then, stay safe and see you all next time!
