Review: Hmm, Hinata could either be a romantic interest or become a sister to Naruto that helps cover for her, Tayuya would be interesting to see as a big sister with their possible banter, Tsunade could be seen as a pseudo-mother when she gets brought in, Ino would be a wildcard for now, Koyuki would be an interesting one as a possible political ally and maybe sister figure to Naruto, Anko would definitely be a big sister for her, Kurenai would be another wildcard depending on what you choose to be her attitude towards Naruto, Ayame or Tsunami are some of the more rare pairings for Naruto that I've seen but it's also up to you for who our blonde kitsune ends up with.
Response: a lot of interesting suggestions for a pairing with Naruto. Gonna have to think about them since they each have merit in their own way.

Review: I like a good Naruko/Hinata pairing. No need for anything heavy-handed. Lite or normal interest I think would work for this fic.
Response: well the pairing is still in the air but for now the relationship between the two will be normal for now.

Review: Poor kurama. Pushed into a job she doesn't want, desperate to avoid the chains this village intends to bind her with. Heh, if only they knew they weren't binding a human here with "loyalty" *snickers at the kitsune's tricks*
Par for the course, Hinata has the byakugan. I am actually surprised that Kurama hasn't run into any other Hyuuga to expose her secret to the hokage, as even he believes Kurama is a boy. Although… *thinks of Ino' date coming up and the possible "tease" Ino would endure. Nosebleed ensues*
Response: Kurama has been careful about it since she knows of the Byakugan. But more of that will be explained in this chapter. As for the date, I have some plans for that which should be funny.

Review: Hmm. Pairing suggestion, eh?
Considering that Kurama IS Naruto this time, the next closest candidate to be the person that Haguromo told Kurama about is probably Haku.
Response: interesting, not sure how you came to the conclusion of Haku but I will consider it

Review: Great job keep it up. Oh wow Hinata is a lot stronger than she appears. Her finding out some of Naruto secrets is a shock to her. I'm not surprised Naruto is reacting violently when all she wants is to be her friends. I wonder is Naruto bi, straight or lesbian. I think she's bi-sexual with more leaning towards girls than men. Update when you can
Response: lot of that is explained in this chapter

Review: I actually one for ya. Naruto x Ino x Fem Gaara x maybe Hinata.
Also I gotta ask, what is the point of changing Akamaru's sex to female?
Well, not a bad chapter, pretty standard but good nonetheless. Hope to see more soon
Response: we will see about the pairing. There wasn't really a reason for changing Akamaru's gender, just a whim I went with. Glad you liked it

Review: A few suggestions for the pairing is Yuguo, Anko,, Ino, or Shion. I think it would be interesting if you did Shion.
Response: Shion would be interesting. I will consider it and think of how I could get them to meet to make it a possibility

Review: okay to be frank if anyone's going to befriend Naruto with ease I believe is Hinata also for a side note did my last comment actually inspire some ideas into the fic if so should I be happy about it... that being said I cannot wait for next chapter now although did Naruto really just revert to her foxy form honestly she could have played it off like she had some kind of special bloodline ability but well something got thrown out the window also I've realized one thing from what I can tell Sasuke seems less of the brooding character that he usually is depicted as then again with how Naruto acts in this fic I suppose is somehow having a more positive effect on Sasuke unless the Uchiha Massacre has not happened yet or I'm just imagining it, if anything I'm kind of rooting for a good guy Sasuke if possible for this fic since our little vixen has only had bad experiences with his family there needs to be a redeemer of sorts.
if it's one thing I do hope for is that the old Warhawk takes the fall early aside from the fact that Naruto is not human from the start I can only surmise that from here on out she will also learn how to be human more specifically the mindset of a human in an eventually kind of deal if not a sympathetic kind of thinking after all it's kind of what happened in Canon the fox learned to understand Humanity and see what the sage saw... in a way. sorry for the rant it seems I got stuck speculating and theorizing
Response: I tend to avoid the Brooding Sasuke thing as much as I can. I like your idea for Kurama understanding humanity.

Review: Not surprisingly Hinata found out. It'll be interesting to see how our resident fox handles that situation. Also makes me wonder how many people saw that bindings.
Response: you're gonna have to read to find out

Review: At least have it where Kurmara starts acting like Naruto because, well what if she changes and starts wanting to become the leader of the village and try's to protect the ones that are good and punish the ones that are bad
Response: we'll see. I try to not make Naruto an idiot as he is in canon

Chapter 4: allies?
~flashback~
Hinata was training in one of the training fields found in the village, and a good distance away from the compound. She did this when she needed to work things out on her own, and to be away from the heavy stigma that her clan puts on their members. Not to mention getting away from her father and his overbearing tendencies.
Hiashi Hyuga is what most if not all of the Hyuga clan would call to be the pinnacle of a clan head. He is a focused individual who understands the traditions of the clan and strives to not only maintain them but to keep out anything that could break them. As such, he was a mindset that the ones born in the branch family understand their standings within the clan. The others in the main family praised him and the elders supported him.
Yet she could not. As the firstborn of his family, she studied up in these traditions as well as the seal that the members of the branch family are slapped with. Even early on, she understood what the branch family was to the main family
Slaves
Hinata despised the very notion and as such, she could not go with the traditions that allow them to enslave their own family just because of who was born in what part of the family. It is for this reason that she had promised herself that if she takes up the position of Clan head, she would abolish most of the traditions that, in her belief, destroy any sort of unity in the clan.
She says "if" because her younger sister, Hanabi, also has the chance of being Clan head. The problem is that her father is trying to mold her to be almost exactly like himself. To go with all the traditions and keep them going. Hinata knew that her father already suspected what she was up to and what her plans were and as such, he has been training Hanabi more and he pits herself and her sister against each other in order to have Hanabi learn Hinata's style and movements to better herself.
Hinat though, still loves her sister and doesn't want to hurt her, so when they spar, she would lower her skill in order to allow Hanabi to win. But despite this, Hinata continued to improve herself so as to always be the better combatant. She isn't doing this in order to call herself the best but to make sure she would always have the chance of gaining the Clan head title. So to make sure no one knows this, she would train outside the compound.
Right now, she was striking at a post with her palms while maintaining a steady flow of chakra in her palms. She had placed her jacket to the side to allow her more freedom in her movement. She stuck the post one more time before she jumped back and lowered herself into a stance. The stance had her extending her arms in opposite directions and lowered her center of gravity loser to the ground. She panted a few times as she focused on her target and what she wanted to do. She activated her Byakugan before calling out. "Eight trigrams: 64 palms!" she launched herself at the post and struck it with her palms. "2 palms!" Two strikes. "4 palms!" Four strikes. "8 palms!" Eight strikes. "16 palms!" She struck the post 14 times before the fifteenth strike flew to the right, brushing the side. Due to that and the amount of force she put into the thrust, she lost her balance and tripped. "Kya!" She fell to the ground and panted heavily. "Still…. Not enough." She moved to sit on the ground and regain her breath. Once she was able to steady her breathing, she was about to deactivate her dojutsu till she caught sight of a large amount of chakra brushing the edge of her sight.
For a moment she thought that it might have been her imagination since the coloration seemed off but she felt the need to confirm that, so she got up from her spot, grabbed her jacket, and headed in the direction her sight saw it. As she got closer to the spot, she saw it again far off to her left. She wondered what someone would be doing this far in the wooded area of one of Konoha's forests. Sure, she was here but she was using the training ground, but this person was heading into a more secluded area. She began to move more stealthily to make sure she wasn't caught as she jumped into the treetops. She followed at the maximum her sight allowed her to keep it in sight for a time till the person stopped in a clearing. She dropped to the ground and began to sneak in closer. She deactivated her byakugan so as to not use so much chakra in case the person was a sensor. Moving past the trees, she finally got a clear view of the clearing and was able to see who it was. "Is that…. Naruto?"
Naruto was standing in the middle of a clearing with nothing but grass around him. He stretched his arms over his head and let out a grunt of contentment from the stretch. "Finally I get to have some time to myself." He paused as he remembered something.
Hinata watched as he looked around him, clearly not wanting to be seen, but what confused her was when he tilted his head back as if smelling something in the air. She knew this action as she had seen Kiba do it from time to time. She moved further away just in case as she did not know if he had heightened senses like Kiba. She knew very little about him and as such, she knew very little of what his skills were.
Naruto smiled as he couldn't smell anything out of the ordinary. "Good, that Anbu left me alone today. Nothing here but trees, grass, and flowers." Once he thought he was in the clear, he opened up his and unclipped the bandages. She let out a breath now that she felt some relief. Once her breathing became more comfortable, she undid the henge.
Hinata had to cover her mouth to keep the shocked gasp at the sight of Naruto not only being female but also not human. Her eyes went to the tails that began to sway behind the fox girl and Hinata felt more shock at the sight of nine tails. She did not dare move for fear of being noticed.
Naruto shook herself to loosen up a bit more. Once she did that, she undid the clip for her hair and let it drop. "Damn old man needs to stop having me under watch so much. If the damn Anbu didn't watch me so much, I'd be able to have some more freedom….. Or I'd be able to leave this stupid village." She began to do stretches to get her body ready yet as she twisted her torso, she glared at the two mounds she had on her chest as they made it slightly harder and threw off her balance. Choosing to let it go for now as she had already complained about being in this human form for years already, she sat down. "Well, I should have a few hours till the anbu gets back so I should get started." She sat down in a meditative position and took in a deep breath. The smell of lavender flooded her nose and she focused on her task.
Hinata was confused about what Naruto was doing so she quietly activated her dojutsu. One of the few things she knew about the….. Kitsune girl, was that she was not a sensor as she had a hard time finding anyone during stealth practice. The only time she was able to find others was, what Hinata now knew, when she sniffed the air for their scent. She couldn't help but wonder why the kitsune girl didn't pick up her scent but she was not going to let this pass. Once her dojutsu activated, she was able to see that Naruto was absorbing the chakra in the air.
The reason Hinata could tell was that the area around the kitsune girl was flickering in and out of the normal hue the Byakugan showed.
The reason all Byakugan users see the world in the white/blue/silver hue was that it is using the faint residual chakra in the air that impacts all in the world and shows them what they see. And with how everything has chakra, from the trees and insects to animals and humans, they can see all around them.
But the area around Naruto warped and flowed into the fox girl and became black before regaining its hue.
Hinata was shocked about what Naruto was doing but she knew she couldn't ask the girl as Hinata feels she had just stumbled upon a secret she was never meant to know. Making a choice, she moved backward and away from the clearing in order to get away. As she left the area, she kept looking over her shoulder to see if she was being followed. She made it to the crowded streets before she began to relax but still kept herself on alert in case Naruto was following her. It wasn't until she made it back to the compound that she let her body relax and she made it to her room thinking about what she had just found out. "I'm not sure what Naruto is but….. He….she?" She shook her head as that wasn't the main factor. "Naruto has to have something to do with the Kyuubi since she has nine tails."
~present day~
"And that was how I found out about you."
Naruto was glaring at the Hyuga that was still being held up by her and thought about the story. She could tell that she wasn't lying but something about her story didn't add up. "You're saying I didn't smell you when I clearly checked out my surroundings to make sure I was alone." She tightened her grip on the girl's throat.
Hinata let out a gasp as she tried to breathe. "It's the truth!"
Naruto narrowed her eyes as she let out a huff through her nose. Her eyes widened when she did this as she smelled something. She loosened her grip and leaned in closer to the Hyuga.
Hinata felt relief that the grip around her neck loosened to just holding her up, but she gained a bright blush as she felt Naruto sniff her hair. It was both ticklish and embarrassing.
"...Lavender."
Hinata heard Naruto say that and wondered what she meant.
Naruto pulled back and looked at Hinata with wide eyes. "You smell like Lavender flowers!" She dropped the girl before grabbing her hair in frustration. "I missed you because you smell like lavender flowers!"
Hinata looked up at the kitsune girl who began to grumble to herself. If she was honest, it was amusing and it reminded her of the times she would do it when something bothered her in class.
Naruto paused in her frustrated episode before looking down at the Hyuga girl. 'I could kill her to keep this a secret but if I do that, I would be the first one they suspect since the two of us aren't with the rest of the humans and with how irritatingly negative most of these humans are, they would want to kill me without a trial.' She looked the girl over again before she shook her head as the idea had another negative of sorts. 'Not to mention that this girl isn't as arrogant as the rest of the Hyugas. Can't kill one of the few that seems almost worthy of my uncle's eyes' After some thought, she came up with just threatening the girl. Hinata may be the most trustworthy one in the academy, but she was not going to take chances. She brought up her hand and pointed at the Hyga with her claw brushing the skin. "Listen, Hinata, this is obviously something that I can't let anyone know about. If it were anyone else I would have taken care of them." gauging the girl's reaction and not seeing surprise, she commended the girl but continued. "But for certain reasons, I am choosing to let you live." 'would be too troublesome for me to do so….. Oh great, I'm quoting the Nara.'
Hinata looked at the claw that was pointed at her. She had some doubts that Naruto would follow up on that with how happy he seemed to act but if all of it was an act, Naruto just might do it. Yet she had no intention of spilling this secret to others. It was obvious that Naruto was the nine-tailed fox but she didn't know the circumstances as to why she was hiding among the people that have animosity toward the creature. And with the notion that Naruto is the beast, she had no doubt that she was powerful enough to destroy her if she wished. She believed she was extremely lucky that she was not being killed outright.
She didn't know that she was being spared on both a whim and self-preservation.
Naruto let out a sigh as this was not how she wanted the day to go. Speaking of, they needed to get back or else the others might begin to wonder. She looked around and saw the tape Hinata brought in. She went over and picked it up. "...Thanks….. For this."
Hinata looked at the girl with a smile. "You're welcome." She got up from the ground and saw Naruto begin to try and wrap the tape around her chest. "...need some help?"
Naruto looked over her shoulder at the girl with a raised eyebrow. Eyeing the girl for a second before looking down at her chest, she let out a sigh. This was one of the things she hated doing but the male persona was already well-established so she couldn't do anything about it. She stopped what she was doing and held out the tape to the Hyuga.
Hinata took that as a "yes" and took the tape from Naruto and began to tightly wrap it around the kitsune's chest. She adjusted it so that it could be somewhat comfortable as she thought about it it might feel as if she did the same. That brought up a question. "Naruto, you use a henge to hide yourself, right?" She saw the Kitsune nod and continued her question. "Why don't you just use the henge to completely hide? You are capable of avoiding being struck so why do you need to wrap your chest and hide your hair?"
Naruto rolled her eyes. "I may be good at dodging the young humans here and most of the people in the academy, but I am not untouchable. As you can see by the shredded tape and jacket. If I just used a henge I would be found out sooner or later. Whether by a brush of a hand or misplaced fist. Besides, the henge is only an illusion, If I walk around sooner or later, someone is going to brush against these things and start wondering what they touched."
Hinata thought about what was said and understood the reasoning. But her mind went to something she had heard about the henge that might be useful. "Well, I heard that there is a level above the henge we use in the academy. It becomes less of an illusion that covers you and becomes more of a transformation. So if you were able to use that, you could do it and not have to do this as much anymore." She finished wrapping the tape only to be face to face with the Kitsune girl that was staring at her with wide eyes and her hands on her shoulders.
"Tell me you know how to do this jutsu? Is there another step, or handsign that I need to use?! Tell me it is something that is simple and not one of those super forbidden jutsus Iruka droned on about!" As she asked her questions continued, she began to shake the girl more and more, not realizing she was making Hinata dizzy.
"I-I-I-I-I-I d-d-d-d-d-don't kn-n-n-n-n-no-o-o-o-w the detaaaaaails buuuut I can fi-i-i-i-i-ind out for you-u-u-u-u-u!" when she felt herself free from Naruto's grasp, she collapsed to the floor, feeling like the world was spinning.
Naruto smiled at the idea that she would no longer need to wrap the tape around her and she was incredibly grateful to Hinata for bringing this up. Looking down at the dizzy girl, she picked her up and hugged her. "Thank you for telling me this and helping me out!"
Hinata blushed at the sudden contact but she nodded. "You're welcome, Naruto."
"Naruto, You in there?"
The sound of Iruka's voice jolted them out of their thoughts and they reacted on instinct.
Hinata bolted into one of the stalls while Naruto brought up his hands to do the henge.
Iruka came into the bathroom to see Naruto breathing heavily and with bandages around his chest. "Naruto, are you ok? Was Kiba's slash that bad?"
Naruto wondered what the man was talking about till he looked down at his bandaged chest and was thankful that Hinata did them tight enough to hide them and make it look more like an injury. He shook his head and grabbed his shirt that was on the ground. "It wasn't that bad but it did nick me across the chest. I'm just making sure that it will heal well."
Iruka raised an eyebrow at the boy. If the thing was only a nick, then the badges were a bit much. But he shrugged his shoulders since Naruto was weird at times. "Alright, well, hurry up. The class is about to head back inside and I don't want you to miss out on the lesson."
Naruto resisted the urge to roll his eyes and give the man a salute. "You got it, Iruka-sensei."
Iruka nodded and left the bathroom.
Naruto sagged and looked back to the stall. He opened his mouth to call out for Hinata till
"Oh, Naruto?"
Naruto jolted in shock and turned to see Iruka sticking his head back in. "Yeah?"
"Have you seen Hinata? She went after you to make sure you are ok and she hasn't come back."
Naruto's mind went to the stall and his acute hearing heard the muffled sound of an "eep" coming from the stall. He shook his head and shrugged. "Nope, I haven't seen her. Maybe she already went back to class since she couldn't find me."
Iruka nodded as he mumbled to himself. "I suppose she could have." He then gestured to Naruto. "Well, hurry up and get dressed. I'll see you in class." The man then left the bathroom as he thought about the boy in the room. He couldn't help but think. 'He looks way too skinny to be healthy. His pants almost look like they are about to fall off him and his stomach looks like he almost starved himself.'
Naruto's henge was so quickly placed that it was only a skin cover-up and not a full henge. So her body shape was visible just with skin instead of fur.
Naruto let out a breath and quietly called out. "You can come out not."
Hinata came out of the stall and joined Naruto. "We should get back."
Naruto put his shirt on and felt it was too loose on him. He lifted his shirt to see that he still had his female figure before he brought his hands up and fixed it. "Alright, let's go." as the two walked out of the bathroom, he spoke to Hinata in a whisper. "Thank you for keeping my secret."
Hinata nodded as she whispered back. "Do mind if I ask you tell me the whole story about what you are?"
"...don't push it. I'm thankful but I still don't trust you, not fully. But maybe one day, if you earn my trust, I will tell you."
"I understand."
The two made it back to class, with a new sense of comradery, no matter how little it was.
Ino knew something was up with Naruto. She had known that he was hiding something the first week of the academy. Sure, he was a happy-go-lucky guy that was skilled in some fighting, the match they had proved that, but that was all she knew.
Ino knew something about everyone in the class, maybe not their darkest secrets but she knew something about their personal life.
Like Kenta, who has a pet bird that he wants to be his partner when he becomes a shinobi
Asia has a crush on her childhood friend but is too afraid of telling him. She promised herself that she would tell him when she graduates.
Hazuto cheats on all of his homework as he has an older sibling that went through the academy and knows a lot of the answers.
Overall, Ino prided herself in knowing these things or learning about things that most don't know. But Naruto was the only one that she couldn't find anything about. He was more mysterious than Sasuke but in a different way.
Sasuke was the cool loner. The one that would come out of the shadows and say something cool before he saves you.
Naruto could be seen as the complete opposite. He was the guy to stand with you and come charging in while giving a loud battle cry before he stands in front of you to defend you.
Sasuke was like…. He was standing with shadows behind him but if you look hard enough in the darkness, you could see something hiding.
Naruto was the… obvious kind of mysterious. Like, he would stand in the sun with the light showing him off but the shadow behind him was never seen.
The male blonde was also like… a mirror maze. No matter where you look, all you see is the same thing, yet behind the mirror was something he didn't want you to see.
And Ino wanted to know. It started out to be a small curiosity after the match but the closer the end of class came, the more she realized how little she knew about him. Not only that, but she knew that Shikamaru knew that there was something about Naruto, which just added to Ino's curiosity.
This had nothing to do with how she was forced to go on a date with him. Nope, not at all. Why would she want to know about the guy that she stupidly set herself up with?!
And just earlier, something else happened that made the mystery of Naruto grow. He came back with Hinata. Normally that wouldn't have been anything to write about but there seemed to be some sort of connection between the two, and that was what didn't make sense as the two had never really spoken to each other before. They had the occasional spar during class but that was it. Now it looked like they had become friends as they began to talk to each other. 'Something must have happened when they left during the matches.' She bit the nail of her thumb as she thought about what could have happened and how Hinata became friends with him. She felt jealous of the Hyuga, not because of some attachment to Naruto, nope not at all, but because the bluenette was closer to finding out what Naruto was hiding than she was.
Shifting her eyes to the side but not turning to make it look like she was looking, she thought about the blonde sitting in the back. 'I wanna see if I can find out his little secret myself first.' She made a simple plan to use for now, and it all started after class was over.
~later~
When the class had ended and everyone began to make their way home, Ino sprang into action. Quickly moving to the streets, she ducked into an alley before jumping to the rooftop. She poked her he over the edge so that she could watch the entrance o the academy. She knew that Naruto hadn't come out yet as he always straggled behind for some reason. She knew that he didn't do anything special, he just sat in his seat till most had left. She would have stayed behind too but that would have been way too obvious, or give him the idea she was thinking about when they would go on the date.
She spotted Sasuke walking out and her eyes followed him as he walked away. She felt saddened at how she might have ruined things with him but it turned into a look of anger when she saw Sakura walking next to him and trying to flirt with the Uchiha. She grit her teeth at the sight but she had to remind herself that she had a self-imposed mission. 'Try as much as you want today, Sakura, but you will never take Sasuke away from me! This "date" won't stop me!' Getting back to her task, she looked to the entrance and finally saw Naruto walking out with Hinata. She watched the two talk for a bit before they waved each other goodbye and went off to do their own thing. "Here we go." She pulled out a notepad and pen so she could make notes of what she learns.
So began Ino's "Date planning Mysterious Boy espionage."
Ino made sure that she was a good distance away from Naruto as she watched to see whatever it was he did. From what she could tell, he didn't interact with anyone in the village. As she watched, she noticed that the people did seem to notice him but he walked as if the street was empty, apart from him moving aside to let someone pass. She wrote down that little note but she paused when she saw the facial expression on some of the people.
They looked mad.
Scratch that, they looked downright hateful.
Ino didn't understand why they would look at Naruto like that. He may be a bit loud when he does something but not once has she ever seen him do something that would cause that kind of reaction. She scratched out: "ignoring the people" and put: "ignoring hateful glares" - why do the people hate him?
She kept following him as he made his way through the streets. It wasn't till after a few minutes that she saw him enter a food stand. She watched from across the street to see him chat with the owner and chef. She watched as he talked to them for a few minutes before he ordered his meal.
She thought that she would only be here for about thirty or forty minutes, taking into account any small talk Naruto would do. What she didn't expect was the utterly ridiculous amount of Ramen he would eat.
Seven bowls!
That was how many he ate and she couldn't help but wonder, where it all went. The thing that wasn't helping was that she could smell the food from where she was and watching him eat the food with such a satisfied look on his face just made her stomach protest. 'If he takes me here, I am not gonna let him eat so many- I mean! I'm not gonna accept him taking me here. This would ruin my diet.'
When Naruto finally finished and left the stand, Ino was going to continue following, but she paused and stared at the stand. She could smell the delicious smell of the noodles and…..
*growl*
She held her stomach as she shook her head. 'I'm gonna get back at you for this Naruto.'
Girls don't drool. They never drool, so Ino never drools. Nope, never.
She looked back toward where Naruto went and her eyes widened when she lost sight of him. She jumped in that direction and looked around to spot the familiar orange of his jumpsuit. "Where is - there he is!" She made sure that she kept him in sight for the rest of her time tailing him. She was dedicated to finding out what he does in his free time.
~later~
Ino slammed open her bedroom door as she trudged toward her bed before flopping onto the sheets. She groaned into it before she tilted her head to the side and glared at the wall. After a minute of failing to burn the wall, she pushed herself off the bed and began to pace around. "I swear that guy is doing this on purpose!" She pulled out her notebook and looked up what she had written. But as she looked at it, she grew more frustrated.
Ignore hateful glares - why do the people hate him?
Can eat a lot of ramen - is it delicious where does it all go?
Enjoys the smell of flowers, even bought some soil - what's his favorite personal garden?
Paid inflated price - why is he charged more for something small, even for snacks? (connected to first note)/Vindictive, pulled a small prank on shop owner that charged him near double price for small snack.
Takes a nap at park - picnic spot why did the parents take away kids? (connected with first note)
LIVES IN RED LIGHT DISTRICT! - WHY!?
Ino blushed at the last note as she remembered how she didn't want to go into the red light district. In fact, when she learned that he was going into the district, her imagination went wild at why he would go in there. But she steeled herself and followed him. That was when she learned that he lived in an apartment that was in the heart of it. Once she got that confirmed, she jolted out of the area, especially since the sun had gone down and some of the…. Scantally dressed women came out. She made sure to stay on the rooftops as she also saw that some men come into the district and began to take a woman or two away to one of the hotels that had heart lights around the name. Something she didn't notice until after it became dark.
She shook her head to stop her mind from thinking about what they would be doing in there and looked back at her notes. The problem was that the notes only gave her more questions. "ARGH!" she threw the notepad as she had been hoping to learn more about Naruto and so far, she only got some small dating ideas and more questions about who he is. Sure, the thing about him living in the Redlight district was something, but Naruto was so bright and honest that she had doubts that he would ever take part in that kind of thing.
And from what she knew, he was an orphan so maybe he chose to live there cause it was cheap or something.
She gripped her head as she had more questions now than ever. "Grrrr! Damn you, Naruto! I'm going to get back at you for this! I swear I will!"
~Downstairs~
Inoichi looked to the ceiling as he heard his daughter going on about something. He didn't focus on it as it was his daughter's business. If she wanted to talk about it, he knew that she would bring it up to them. He looked at his wife as he spoke. "Think she found something that she wants to know about?"
Haruko nodded as she carried some fabrics she had in her arms to another shelf. They were for her dress shop, a secondary shop that she has in conjunction with the family flower shop. "Hopefully, it won't take up much of her time. She still needs to focus on the academy."
Inoichi nodded as he went back to looking over some papers that were written up for the Hokage to read.
Ino finally calmed down and tried to think of what else she could do. It was then she remembered how Hinata was walking with him earlier. As her thoughts were on Naruto, she couldn't help but feel irritated at that. Why was the thought of Hinata walking with Naruto bugging her now when she couldn't have cared less earlier? She sighed as she let it go and muffled her groan into her pillow as she thought about how fast the date with NAruto would be and how long it would take o get over it.
What she didn't know was that she would soon learn she bought off more than she could chew, all because of being a gossip.
~Meanwhile~
Naruto was laying on her bed with her hands behind her head and staring up at the ceiling. She was kicking her crossed leg that was on her propped-up leg, and her tails were lazily swaying. She couldn't help but think back to how Hinata found her out and how she needed to be more careful. She thought that she would need to memorize the scents of the rest of the class in case one of them was nearby when she was in the middle of something that would out her secret. 'Speaking of scents, the village had this nice scent of lilac today.'
With that random thought out of the way, she wondered what dating a human would be like. She smirked as she thought that she could have some fun during the date, she just needed to think about what she could do.
End of chapter
well, here is the next chapter
this one was just a bit of exposition to explain how Hinata found out about Naruto and where their relationship would of. they are now friends in a way and this can lead to a change in their lives.
this one was a simple chapter so not much happened here.
The next chapter will most likely lead up to the date between Naruto and Ino. not sure how it goes but should be fun to write. not sure if I should do it funny or actually do a date for Ino.
hope you look forward to it
