Recap of Chapter 24:

It's nearing Christmas time and the music students are readying themselves for the Christmas Dance that's being held later on in the evening just before everyone goes away for the holidays. The girls are out getting their sweaters and some sexy costumes to perform and have some fun - only the fun's cut short upon finding out a certain group of boys signed up to perform at the dance as well. With a plan in hand to get back at them, the girls ready for their attack. Meanwhile, Bella on a short shopping side trip and a run in with her secret boyfriend, they have a serious talk about Edward's frightening dream and some lighthearted talk about the lodge sleeping arrangements that no doubt will cause controversy. Once dance time rolls around though, another curveball is thrown at the girls - they have to sing a song with the boys! With a bet put into place for Valentine's Day, the game is on! Who will win the bet and who will have to be auctioned off for the future charity event - the baseball boys or the female student body?

A/N: Here's part 2 to the Christmas Dance fun - more or less it may be shorter than usual chapters but it'll depend on what I can come up with here. (I apologize in advance if some of the lyrics are off or not correct but I'm trying my best with what I can find).

Also I noticed quite a few errors in the previous chapter and didn't catch them until after I had published it; sad to see it even though I try my best to catch it when editing the chapter several times before putting it up. But I'm human.

Anyways, lets get to it.

Chapter Twenty-Five

~Bella~

After Edward and I had shook hands, we turned away from one another and went our separate ways. The girls and I got our little bit of snacks before we purposefully strutted away from the boys, our chins up in the air. I could hear some wolf whistles from other students near us when they saw our sassy exit, and I looked over my shoulder to see the boys also looking over at us; Emmett had a scowl on his face, Jasper had his fist in his mouth. Mike and Ben were snickering to themselves, and finally Edward had been paying attention to me, watching the sway in my hips. He looked up to find me staring at him and threw me a cocky grin.

I looked away and flipped my hair over my shoulder. I can't let myself be distracted by his obvious sexiness even though I so want to. But I got a bet to settle and I'm not going to let the girls down. I thought to myself.

We walked away from the buffet table and went to find a table to sit and eat our food at in peace to try and get something in us before we were to perform up on stage. The Gym was getting really crowded by now with so many juniors and seniors milling about. A lot were just hanging in clusters and chatting with their friends, some too to eating their own assortment of snacks they got from the table and drinking the punch. I could feel some of them looking between the girls and I, and the guys at the other end of the room. No doubt they were gossiping after having overheard the bet that we made with one another.

"I can't wait to stomp those boys." Rosalie murmured to us in an excited voice, eyeing the boys in question with a devious smirk on her face.

"They'll be tripping over themselves once they see our costumes!" Alice hissed with a giggle, rubbing her hands together. Jessica and Angela snickered at her but nodded their heads, looking forward to our performance with them.

I cleared my throat and they all looked over at me. "Remember though ladies. We originally signed up to have some fun and let loose - I want you all to remember that's why we're here. It's only just a bonus that we're going to make those boys falter tonight and regret ever messing with us." I reminded them, and saw them nod their heads.

"Of course, Bells. But trust me, we're going to have so much fun in watching those boys slip up." Alice said, nodding her head hugely in an affirmative manner.

We sat and ate our snacks, talking just about what all we were looking forward to for our holiday break. Soon, Mrs. Idle rushed up to our table. "Alright girls, the music students are ready and I think most of the students who wanted to drop by are here now. You all can go and get dressed up in the dressing room; your set to get up on stage in no less than ten minutes. I'll announce you all. Lets make this a Christmas Dance to remember!" Mrs. Idle practically squealed, giving us two thumbs up and a killer watt smile. We stood up and threw away our trash while thanking her for informing us. We walked back to the dressing room that had our stuff, making a big show of strutting once again since the boys were hanging nearby the dressing room.

"Good luck - you're going to need it when we beat you tonight!" Mike taunted just as we walked near them. The boys all jeered with each other and clapped each other on their backs as if they already had won the bet.

The girls and I scoffed loudly at them in reply. "Don't worry, we'll be sure to pick your jaws up off of the floor and we'll be seeing you at that auction boys!' Jessica countered right back, winking and laughing loudly in their faces.

We entered the room and closed the door behind us, making sure to lock it from the inside; frankly speaking if the boys were going to hang near the dressing room, we didn't want any of them getting the stupid idea to open and peep inside. Alice worked almost in super speeds getting us changed into our costumes, fixing up our hair and makeup and helping with getting our accessories on. We did triple checks in the mirrors to make sure everything was in place and nothing was missing. After Alice had stood up on her toes to stick my Santa hat back on, I heard the crackle of a microphone being turned on outside the dressing room. I think Mrs. Idle was up on stage and getting ready to announce us to the dance.

"Attention! Hello, and welcome to the Christmas Dance! I know that we had a winter dance last week, but take this as an extra treat from the faculty for another relaxing night before the last of the finals are out and you all go away for two weeks on your holiday break. We will be back in session with classes in early January. But for tonight, it's time to let loose and enjoy some Christmas tunes. Now, I've asked some of my students in our school's music group to take a break from their practices for our competition going on next year, and see if they'd like to perform tonight for you all. We have six songs set to go for you all to enjoy and dance to - and first up we have our five lovely leading ladies of my music group to sing to you all. Please, give it up for Bella Swan, Rosalie Hale, Alice Cullen, Jessica Stanley, and Angela Weber!" Mrs. Idle announced to the Gym. The girls and I were lined up at the door ready to strut and sashay up to the stage; I was in the front, Alice immediately was behind me, followed by Rosalie, Jessica and Angela.

I unlocked the door and said over my shoulder, "Showtime ladies! Let's kick ass tonight!" and then swung the door open. I led us out to hear thunderous applause from the juniors and seniors. Once people saw the costumes we were in, I began hearing whistles and cat calls along with some students whooping. I smirked and led my friends towards the front of the stage. The boys were still hanging around the dressing room so that worked to our advantage. I took in their reactions and wanted to double over in laughter. I had already shown Edward at least the main dress but he had no idea about the extras I was given to make the costume on me come all together. His bronze eyebrows rose considerably high while his jaw dropped low and his eyes were wide as saucers looking at me strut by. I could then see him mouth to himself "Fuck me..." and I threw him a very obvious wink, snickering.

The other guys were no better; each one stared wide eyed at us, jaws on the floor and practically drool escaping from their mouths. Their wide eyes followed us as we walked by, where Emmett and Jasper loudly groaned at the sight.

"Still confident in that bet boys?" Rosalie teased them, sticking her tongue out at them and laughing at them.

We slid past them and walked up on stage, the Gym still applauding us. Mrs. Idle laughed when she saw the full costumes but shook her head and moved to the side while we got into our positions for the songs. Our songs that we picked out (which was honestly from a list of song arrangements that Mrs. Idle had given us from what the music students could play easily and not have to worry about spending so much time on prepping) was Christmas Wrapping by The Waitresses, Santa Baby by Eartha Kitt, and All I Want for Christmas is You by Mariah Carey. Alice was getting to sing first with Christmas Wrapping, followed by Rose with Santa Baby and finally Angela was gonna sing All I want for Christmas is You. Angela was nervous to be taking on that song as the lead but we gave her so many pep talks that she would be fantastic with it and would floor everyone with her talent. I knew that girl could really hit those notes and was not worried in the slightest about her performance.

Once Alice was the forefront with the microphone stand in her hands, and Rosalie and I were right behind her (Jessica and Angela just immediately behind us), I turned to the music students behind us and gave them a thumbs-up to let them know we were ready to go. They nodded back and began playing the first song where the first few rifts and notes came out. It immediately got the Gym hyped and they started cheering and clapping to the beat. We swayed and clapped to lead the crowd, before finally Alice started to sing.

"Bah, humbug!" no, that's too strong

'Cause it is my favorite holiday

But all this year's been a busy blur

Don't think I have the energy

To add to my already mad rush

Just 'cause it's 'tis the season

The perfect gift for me would be

Completions and connections left from

Last year, ski shop,

Encounter, most interesting

Had his number but never the time

Most of eighty one passed along those lines

So deck those halls, trim those trees

Raise up cups of Christmas cheer

I just need to catch my breath

Christmas by myself this year

With a quick musical break, the crowd was whooping and hollering while we danced and spun on stage.

Calendar picture, frozen landscape

Chilled this room for twenty-four days

Evergreens, sparkling snow

Get this winter over with!

Flashback to springtime, saw him again

Would've been good to go for lunch

Couldn't agree when we were both free

We tried, we said we'd keep in touch

Didn't, of course, 'til summertime

Out to the beach to his boat could I join him?

No, this time it was me

Sunburn in the third degree

Now the calendar's just one page

And, of course, I am excited

Tonight's the night, I've set my mind

Not to do too much about it

Another music break hit us and we were just lapping up the positive attention our first number was getting. I could look out into the crowd and see the juniors and seniors were getting into the music, dancing with their friends and getting into the song. I think I saw some of them even pull out their phones and were holding it up towards us on stage - perhaps recording us. I just know that without a doubt we'll probably end up on social media for all of our school and friends to see.

Merry Christmas! Merry Christmas!

But I think I'll miss this one this year

Merry Christmas! Merry Christmas!

But I think I'll miss this one this year

Merry Christmas! Merry Christmas!

But I think I'll miss this one this year

Merry Christmas! Merry Christmas!

But I think I'll miss this one this year

A&P has provided me

With the world's smallest turkey

Already in the oven, nice and hot

Oh damn! guess what I forgot?

So on with the boots, back out in the snow

To the only all-night grocery

When what to my wondering eyes should appear

In the line is that guy I've been chasing all year!

"I'm spending this one alone" he said

"Need a break, this year's been crazy"

I said, "me too, but why are you?

You mean you forgot cranberries too?"

Then suddenly we laughed and laughed

Caught on to what was happening

That Christmas magic's brought this tale

To a very happy ending!

We were coming to the end of our song but really started driving it home with our choreographed dancing, laughing with one another as we swayed our hips, threw our arms around and whipped our heads. The crowd loved every bit of it.

Merry Christmas! Merry Christmas!

Couldn't miss this one this year!

Merry Christmas! Merry Christmas!

Couldn't miss this one this year!

Merry Christmas! Merry Christmas!

Couldn't miss this one this year!

Merry Christmas! Merry Christmas!

Couldn't miss this one this year!

Once the final notes to the song ended, we received huge thunderous applause and whooping cheers. We all squealed together and gave each other quick high fives before Alice took to the microphone and spoke up. "Thank you FSA, and welcome to the Christmas Dance! I hope you all enjoyed that first number," she paused as the crowed yelled back their agreement. I looked out briefly to the crowd and past the blinding stage lights, noting the flash of bronze hair I could see. Vaguely I could make out the guys and their faces to see how they reacted to the first song. I could read visible shock on each of their faces - Jasper seemed the most shocked since his jaw was still dropped while he watched Alice. "And now, we're moving to the next song - give it up for Ms. Rosalie Hale as she'll delight you with her sultry voice to Santa Baby!" Alice continued once the cheering had died down a bit.

The crowd clapped with anticipation as Alice and Rosalie shimmied around one another for her to take the front lead. The girls and I weren't going to be singing back up for this song; it was all going to be Rosalie for her performance. We had choreographed it to where we'd just dance and charade some of the lyrics while she would be up there dancing and looking like an old Hollywood style nightclub singer. I knew it would drive the boys in the crowd wild - and I knew this was her way of really turning on the charm to tease a certain behemoth who was desperate about her. Alice once again gave the music students a signal to start up the music to which they nodded to her and began playing our next song. The sweet jazzy undertones started to come through and the crowd cheered as it began playing out in the Gym. Rosalie then began to sing.

Santa baby

Slip a sable under the tree for me

I've been an awful good girl, Santa baby

And hurry down the chimney tonight

Santa baby

An out-of-space convertible, too

Light blue

I'll wait up for you dear

Santa baby

And hurry down the chimney tonight

Rosalie immediately got into the character she wanted to play for this song. She swayed perfectly and was completely in tune with her inner seductress. The boys let loose loud catcalls at her act and so did the girls, cheering her on that she was perfect for this role. The rest of us on stage did what we had set out to do in mimicking and acting out each lyric, only swaying slightly but making sure all the attention was on Rosalie.

Think of all the fun I've missed

Think of all the fellas that I haven't kissed

At this line, she coyly blew an air kiss to the crowd with a wink; more jeering could be heard.

Next year, I could be oh so good

If you'd check off my Christmas list

Boo doo bee doo

Santa honey

I wanna yacht, and really that's not a lot

I've been an angel all year

Santa baby

And hurry down the chimney tonight

Santa cutie

There's one thing I really do need

The deed

To a platinum mine

Santa baby

And hurry down the chimney tonight

Santa baby

I'm fillin' my stocking with a duplex

And checks

Sign your 'X' on the line

Santa baby

And hurry down the chimney tonight

Come and trim my Christmas tree

With some decorations bought at Tiffany's

I really do believe in you

Let's see if you believe in me

Boo doo bee doo

Santa baby

Forgot to mention one little thing

A ring

I don't mean a phone

Santa baby

And hurry down the chimney tonight

Hurry down the chimney tonight

Hurry down the chimney tonight

Once Rosalie let the last note linger, she finished and did a simple finger wave to the crowd while once again the place erupted to cheers and claps. I think her finger wave was directed at Emmett in the crowd considering from what I could make out, Edward and Jasper pointedly elbowed him in the stomach since the behemoth seemed to be absolutely frozen on the spot from her performance. She sang it perfectly and every bit of sultry slow movement she did, she did it well to captivate everyone's attention.

"And now, for our final performance, give it up for our sweet Angie as she's going to sing for you all, All I Want for Christmas is You!" Rosalie quickly announced the final song in our line up. Angela looked like she was a ball of nerves and wanted to disappear when she realized now it was her time. But I quickly pulled her to me to try and give her one last pep talk.

"You are going to be amazing up there - don't doubt your skills. If you need to be able to find the courage to dig down deep and get that confidence going, just imagine that no one else is in the room but you and Ben." I whispered into her ear, knowing that if I mentioned her secret boyfriend's name it was all that she needed to get herself primed to sing with gusto. Angela blushed when I mentioned his name but smiled brightly at me.

"Thanks Bells. I'll do my best." she said to me, and we hugged quickly before she went up to the front. This time the rest of us would be able to sing backup for Angela and we knew we had our dance ready and down to really end our lineup on a high note. Angela took a few deep breaths but then looked back to the music students and nodded her head. They took the cue and started up playing the song. The first trilling tings of the bells hit the Gym while people started to get hyped up. Then, Angela started to sing.

I don't want a lot for Christmas

There's just one thing I need

I don't care about presents

Underneath the Christmas tree

I just want you for my own

More than you could ever know

Make my wish come true

All I want for Christmas

Is you

As soon as she opened her mouth and started to sing, the cheers intensified; I could tell that so many people didn't know that Angela had this much talent in her voice. Across the way, I could see the five boys we always bickered with, staring up at the stage with amazement.

I don't want a lot for Christmas

There is just one thing I need

I don't care about presents

Underneath the Christmas tree

I don't need to hang my stocking

There upon the fireplace

Santa Claus won't make me happy

With a toy on Christmas day

I just want you for my own

More than you could ever know

Make my wish come true

All I want for Christmas is you

(You baby)

This is where we were able to start coming in and sing backup while we twirled and gestured to the crowd. Everyone in the Gym was getting into it, dancing and shimmying to the classic Christmas tune.

I won't ask for much this Christmas

I don't even wish for snow

I'm just gonna keep on waiting

Underneath the mistletoe

I won't make a list and send it

To the north pole for saint nick

I won't even stay awake to

Hear those magic reindeers click

'Cause I just want you here tonight

Holding on to me so tight

What more can I do

Baby all I want for Christmas is you

(You baby)

All the lights are shining

So brightly everywhere

And the sound of children's

Laughter fills the air

And everyone is singing

I hear those sleigh bells ringing

Santa won't you bring me the one I really need

Won't you please bring my baby to me

Oh I don't want a lot for Christmas

This is all I'm asking for

I just want to see my baby

Standing right outside my door

Oh I just want you for my own

More than you could ever know

Make my wish come true

Baby all I want for Christmas is

You

(All I want for Christmas is you baby)

All I want for Christmas is you

Once Angela hit that high note, the Gym was louder than it had ever been with the cheers and screams. People were clapping hard and for awhile even after the song was finished. The four of us behind Angela squealed and gripped her into a tight group hug, shouting at her that she was amazing in her performance. She was pink in the cheeks from the praise she was receiving but laughed and returned our hugs tightly. We all then stood side by side and took a bow to which the crowd roared their praise up to us on stage. Mrs. Idle came up from behind the stage and took over the microphone for us while we began teetering off the stage.

"That was amazing ladies, thank you for your performances! We're going to take a intermission here before we get to our final three songs of the night so the next group can take a bit of time here to get set up and do any last minute touch ups and practices before they get ready!" our teacher announced to the loud crowd.

We got off the stage and gave each other loud approval of one another of how we did.

"Well well, that was quite the show ladies." we stopped once we heard a male's voice speak up - and it wasn't one I wanted to hear. My heart sunk to my stomach when I recognized it. Please... not now! Why are they here?! I thought to myself in a panic and felt the girls immediately huddle next to me. I looked up and wanted to groan loudly.

Standing before us were two boys that I didn't want to see - Joshua and James. They came to the dance tonight and had watched our performance. They were dressed up for the theme in their ugly Christmas Sweaters, trying to show off a festive spirit that I knew they didn't have in them. Joshua stood closer to us with is arms crossed over his chest while he held a cocky smirk on that face of his. Beside him was James; he leaned on one foot over the other with his arms crossed as well while he stared at me with a sneer on his face.

"Can we help you? Or can you go be creepy elsewhere?" Rosalie snarled at him. I felt a surge of peace in me knowing that the girls were sticking up for me against these two. After I had told them everything about James - and the fact they knew everything there was to be told about Joshua - they were fiercely ready to throw down some punches with these two. As is, Joshua with his bold tactics he would go as low as definitely getting physical with us despite the fact we were girls and that if he were to throw the first punch he'd get in serious trouble with the teachers we have here tonight.

Joshua let out an "ooo" and looked back at James who laughed rudely at her remarks.

"Testy, testy. Relax I wanted to come up and congratulate you all on the songs. James here wanted to tag along tonight and see some of the performances - even though I'm not much for Christmas stuff. Right, Bells?" I gritted my teeth when he directly spoke to me and threw an icy glare at him when he looked down at me. The fact he used my nickname that's only ever reserved for my friends and my dad (and he too used it for me prior to him turning into an abusive piece of shit), irked me more than I wanted to show on my face.

"No you weren't. But coming up to us after our songs is still creepy. Did you need something specific or can you go fuck off now? Else, I will get a teacher to get you the hell out of here if you won't leave us alone." I growled, staring him down hard that I was silently challenging him to try anything. Joshua's eyes flickered upon seeing this and his smile slipped. He started to glare back at me.

"Careful there, kitten. You shouldn't be talking to me so rudely."

"Fuck you, I can talk to you however I like. And considering you're absolute trash, I'll be treating you as such." I snapped at him, clenching my hands together into fists.

"Yo Lyser, take a hike." I could feel my heart skip a beat when I looked over to see my secret boyfriend walking up to us. Jasper and Mike were shadowing him, glaring over at the two before us. Edward's piercing green eyes stared him down; if looks could kill, his scowl would sure come close.

James snickered at this.

"Relax Cullen, no need for you to get so angry. We were just having a pleasant conversation with the ladies here." he retorted to him, sizing him up. Ever since James had joined the group and while I did the best I could to avoid him, if Edward was anywhere near me or trying to pull me away from him I noticed he'd always be looking at him as if he were a challenge he could take on.

"Pleasant I'm sure isn't the right word based off just how pissed the girls look. Don't start up trouble when there's teachers here - and I'll gladly go get one to throw you two out." Edward growled back at him, his jaw clenched in rage. James looked ready to start charging towards him to throw a punch but Joshua raised a hand to his chest and stopped him. Joshua looked at him with calculating eyes.

"I thought you of all people could care less about these chicks. Why the sudden need to come and be a white knight for them?" he asked boldly, looking him up and down.

"My sister is here - even if we don't see eye to eye, I'm not about to let two shit heads like you start anything with her." Edward growled out as an answer.

"As well as my sister; I know she can handle her own pretty damn well, but I'm not about to let to fuckers think they can get away with harassing her." Jasper added, ready to back up his friend. When I heard their answers, I stole a glance over at Rosalie and Alice to see that their hard steely gazes at James and Joshua had faltered to show something akin to... appreciation for their brothers' words. The four of the them had a stare-down with tensed arms and fists getting ready to settle this physically.

"Just do the smart thing and walk away before you'll have to face bigger consequences that I'm sure neither of you two want to face." Mike stated gruffly to the two of them finally. Joshua and James stood there, looking back and forth between us and the guys. Finally, they scoffed but backed up and began walking backwards.

"Whatever. These broads aren't worth sticking up for but suit yourselves." Joshua grunted, snickering when Edward twitched on the spot looking ready to run after him to start a brawl - but Jasper's arm shot out and grasped his to stop him. Then, the two of them fully turned away and disappeared into the throngs of students. Mike looked over at us briefly and gave a short nod and then with one quick glance to Jasper and Edward, he turned and left to rejoin Ben and Emmett; they were a-ways away watching the ordeal with confused eyes.

"Thanks." Alice stated quickly, causing Edward and Jasper to whip their gazes over at us.

"We could've handled it but... somehow I get the feeling if you guys hadn't stepped in, there would've been a nasty fight. So, thanks for the help." Rosalie admitted in a mutter in a begrudging tone, casting side glances to the two of them.

Jasper smirked briefly while Edward gave a quick nod. Then they turned and headed back to their friends.

"Come on, lets go sit down; my feet are killing me in these heels." I whined to break the silence that fell over us. That roused the girls where they jolted awake and laughed at my complaints. We walked together to find an empty table and sat down. We took time to settle and relax while the other students around us took to dancing and focusing in on their own small groups of friends. Some briefly came up to us to applaud us for our performances which we took the praise in stride.

After the intermission break was over which it had only been at least ten minutes since we got off stage, Mrs. Idle returned and took over on the microphone again. "Okay, intermission is over and we're ready to get to the last three songs of the evening. Please welcome the boys as they'll be performing Santa Claus is Comin' to Town, Jingle Bell Rock - and for our final performance tonight they'll be joined by the ladies to sing Extraordinary Merry Christmas!" Mrs. Idle announced as the guys took to the stage behind her. Edward went and picked up a guitar as did Jasper, with a harmonic hanging down from his neck while they had their microphones set up in front of them. Emmett took to the drums in the back, twirling the sticks around while he waited to start up the music. Ben stood at a keyboard and Mike was hovering next to him where he held jingle bells. The Gym cheered them on after Mrs. Idle walked off stage then. The girls and I clapped out of courtesy even though I could see Rosalie and Alice just roll their eyes a little at this.

Edward finally looked back to Emmett and gave him a slight nod. Emmett nodded back and the song began. Ben began playing on the keyboard for the first few notes to start playing while Mike shook the bells next to him. Then, Edward opened his mouth and his honey sweet voice began to echo in the Gym.

(A/N: Italics = Edward, Bold = Emmett, Italics w/ Underline = Jasper, Italics w/ Bold = Edward and Emmett, I/U/B = All three boys)

Oh, You better watch out

You better not cry

You better not pout

I'm telling you why

Santa Claus is coming to town

Santa Claus is coming to town

Santa Claus is coming to town

He's making a list

He's checking it twice

He's gonna find out

Who's naughty and nice

Santa Claus is coming to town

Santa Claus is coming to town

Santa Claus is coming to town

I couldn't help but be a little shocked as I heard Emmett sing; I've heard him before albeit it was still weird since he doesn't seem to be the "singing" type compared to Edward or Jasper. He meshed well with my secret beau's voice. The song was being received well by the student body; they appreciated this rock version of this classic tune and were clapping to the beat.

He sees you when you're sleeping

He knows when you're awake

He knows if you've been bad or good

You better be good for goodness sake

You better be good for goodness sake

O! You better watch out

You better not cry

Better not pout, I'm telling you why

Santa Claus is coming to town

Santa Claus is coming to town

Santa Claus is coming to town

(Ho Ho Ho Ho!)

There was a musical break which Edward nodded to Jasper; Jasper went and brought the harmonica up to his lips and broke out into a harmonica solo. Damn, dude's got some musical talent! I thought to myself where I felt my eyebrows rise in surprise. The crowd went wild when he got his solo, cheering and screaming loudly. I glanced over at the girls to see Angela and Jessica held similar expressions on their faces like mine. Rosalie's jaw was dropped in shock. I'm guessing she had no idea just how well versed Jasper was on different instruments. Alice's eyes seemed to be... glazed over? I wanted to squint at her expression while she watched Jasper with rapt attention. Was she impressed by his skills? Crushing maybe? No I shouldn't look too deeply into it. I quickly thought and shook my head, laughing a bit to myself. The girls heard me and looked over at me confused.

"Dude's got some talent, I'll give him that." I yelled over the screams and shouts of the other students who were watching the performance, jutting a quick nod up to the stage in Jasper's direction. They agreed with small nods. Jasper ended his solo and they got back into the song.

He sees you when you're sleeping

Ben closed out the song with the last bits of notes, before they boys ended their song. The crowd was raving at the song, clapping loudly. The girls and I once again clapped out of courtesy as the boys began to shift around on stage for their next song. Edward grabbed ahold of his microphone then. "Thank you FSA - and how are we doing this fine evening?" he asked the audience who's resounding cheering and yelling showed they were enjoying the night. I smirked a little to myself at his boyish grin. "Fantastic to hear that! Our next song will be the classic Jingle Bell Rock sung by our one and only Jasper Hale! Please also welcome for backup vocals - Lauren Mallory, Tanya and Irina Denali!" he continued before stepping away from the microphone to let Jasper take over.

Upon announcing the three girls' names, they climbed onto the stage to take over their three microphones. I heard Jessica and Angela gasp beside me. "What are those three bimbos doing up there?" Alice hissed, squinting up at the three in question. "I wouldn't have put it past them if the fact they told us the guys came here to torment us, was also because they had sweet-talked Idle into letting them sing with them." Rosalie grumbled, rolling her blue eyes while we clapped. I eyed Lauren who flirtatiously winked over at Edward. The three of them were dressed up similarly to the five of us, just with a bit more cleavage showing and more leg peeping out from their short skirts. I glanced over at Edward to see that due to being winked at, his lips flashed into a quick grimace before he focused on tuning his guitar back up. I wanted to laugh out loud so badly at her failed attempts to catch his eye but I held it back with a cough.

"Whatever the reason, it's fine. Don't lose focus since we still have the last song with them and we gotta make sure we win that bet." I told the girls who all nodded. Once Jasper was settled into the microphone, and the others were ready to start up, Jasper looked back over at Edward, and gave him a short nod. Edward smirked and began the song, starting it off with the opening notes. God he was so talented on the guitar. Is there nothing he can't play? I thought to myself while he strummed expertly. Then Jasper began to sing with the three ladies behind him harmonizing in their backup vocals.

Jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle bell rock

Jingle bells swing and jingle bells ring

Snowing and blowing up bushels of fun

Now the jingle hop has begun

Jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle bell rock

Jingle bells chime in jingle bell time

Dancing and prancing in Jingle Bell Square

In the frosty air

What a bright time, it's the right time

To rock the night away

Jingle bell time is a swell time

To go gliding in a one-horse sleigh

Giddy-up jingle horse, pick up your feet

Jingle around the clock

Mix and a-mingle in the jingling feet

That's the jingle bell rock

The whole time as Jasper sang, he swayed and danced on the spot, getting into the music and its "sock-hop" vibes. The crowd was loving every bit of it. The girls behind him swayed and shook their hips, snapping to the beat. Upon the musical break, they had their bit of a solo to the song.

Wooo

Once the song ended, the Gym was once again in an uproar of yelling and cheering for the performance. Jasper threw a flirty wink into the audience - specifically when he caught Alice's eye. She seemed once again dazed while staring up at him, almost in a trance. Jessica jabbed her in the ribs hard, to which she jumped and blushed, hiding her face to look down in her lap. An eyebrow rose on my face in question while Rosalie looked at her, puzzlement swirling in her blue eyes while she pursed her lips at her friend. Jasper however interrupted any chances of Rose asking Alice what was up by bringing our attention back to the stage.

"And now, we've got that special treat of a performance for you all tonight for our final song - I'll need Bella Swan, Rosalie Hale, Alice Cullen, Jessica Stanley and Angela Weber to come back up on the stage for our last song here. Get ready y'all because it's about to be one explosive finish!" Jasper announced into the microphone, smirking as the crowd went wild at that. Lauren, Tanya and Irina were heading off stage and when we passed them on our way up, Lauren sneered at me.

"Lucky you get to sing up there with the boys now. Don't slip and fall, Swan." she taunted at me. I couldn't help but be confused briefly; we're supposed to be arguably on the same side for this gender feud and yet here she is wanting us to fail? But granted I knew right away with my answer was that she had a thing for my secret boyfriend in tandem held a grudge over me for some reason other than maybe the fact I had laughed at her god awful flirting attempts during the first few days of school. I rolled my eyes at her before we pressed on to get back up on stage. The boys were rearranging everything where I think one of Edward's baseball teammates was coming up onto the stage to take over on his guitar. Another was already there taking Jasper's guitar too, and I could see Emmett getting up and doing the same with another music student.

Looks like the three of us will have to be dancing with these guys; it sure made it a bit easier on us to try and carry out in winning this bet. Jessica and Angela would be standing off on either side of us to sing on backup and dance as extras, but Ben and Mike were getting off the stage since other music students were taking over their spots.

"Ready to lose, ladies?" Emmett asked us boastfully when we came up onto the stage. Alice scoffed at her huge brother whereas Rosalie flipped her hair over her shoulder.

"I think you'll need to ask yourself that, behemoth." I taunted right back, snickering when his eyes flickered back at me and he scowled.

"Let's just see about that." Edward replied immediately before Emmett could start reeling into me with insults. Thank you my sweet man. I thought to myself while we all got into place. I knew this might be tricky since none of us planned for this let alone really choreographed a dance. But I winked at the girls to where hopefully that was enough signal to them to follow my lead. Edward and I would be mainly singing in this song with the others on backup, so I took hold of the microphone while Edward did the same. He had a cocky grin on his face while winking flirtatiously over at me. I blew him an air kiss but flipped him off jokingly (had to keep the pretense up still) and I heard the crowd laugh at our little spat. Finally though we looked back to the music students as well as the guys' baseball buddies who took over, to let them know we were ready to start. With a nod, the baseball buddy on the guitar Edward had handed him began playing. Edward then opened up the song.

(A/N: Italics = E, Italics and Bold = both)

It came into my dreams last night

A great, big man in red and white.

He told me that it's gonna be

A special year for you and me.

Underneath the mistletoe

Hold me tight and kiss me slow.

The snow is high so come inside

I wanna hear you say to me!

Already Edward wasn't playing around once he started to sing. He was swaying and rolling his hips to the beat, tapping his foot while turning to me and pointing at me for when the lyrics called for it. I stood at my microphone and made sure to roll my hips to the beat as well, playing and mussing up my hair while I danced on the spot. I made sure when I looked at him that he could see my eyes and the lust I had in them. His own eyes were starting to darken when he took the sight in. Behind me, the boys were also dancing on the spot just bopping as were Rosalie and Alice. Finally it was my time to start singing with him.

It's a very, very, merry, merry Christmas.

Gonna party on 'til Santa grants my wishes.

Got my halo on I know what I want

It's who I'm with.

It's an extraordinary merry Christmas!

Once it came to me jumping in, I strutted over to him and spun around him, thrusting my hips from side to side. He watched me with rapt attention, but then grabbed my hand and spun me around before pushing me out. Behind me, I could see that Rosalie and Alice were copying my moves to tease Emmett and Jasper who looked shocked at the dancing but they tried to quickly mask it by doing the exact same thing as Edward was doing. Jessica and Angela got the crowd to clap and jeer at the sight while they shuffled at their spots. I winked at Edward before we got into the next set of lyrics.

It doesn't come as a surprise

Who's been naughty, who's been nice.

There's someone here for everyone

Another year has just begun.

Silent night, not inside

Slaybells ring until the light

Hearts explode, here we go

It's all like they're inside your eyes!

This time we really got into our dancing around one another, flipping our hair around and turning on the charm where we could. He had slid over to me and once again rolled those hips of his at me, the look in his eyes almost predatory. I wanted to jump him so badly but I held my ground and threw my leg around his hip quickly, making him catch me and hold me while I arched my back backwards briefly. The crowd was exploding into loud cheers at just how flirtatious but almost raunchy this performance was quickly devolving into. I could only hope to God that the teachers chaperoning this were taking this in stride or at least getting a good laugh out of this else we might be landing ourselves into some trouble later.

Rosalie and Alice were shadowing me still from when I briefly glanced over at them. Emmett and Jasper were doing what they could to keep up but I could see a bit of faltering when the ladies copied my leg movements. There it is, we're getting somewhere. I thought to myself smugly before I pulled away from Edward and he released me.

It's a very, very, merry, merry Christmas.

Gonna party on 'til Santa grants my wishes.

Got my halo on I know what I want

It's who I'm with.

It's an extraordinary merry Christmas!

Won't you meet me by the tree?

Slip away so secretly.

Can't you see how this could be?

The greatest gift of all!

At this part in the song, we twirled and danced around one another but were getting closer and closer to each other. When we got to sing the next set of lyrics I had Edward stand very close behind me while I threw my arms back to be around his neck. His right hand grazed my right arm while he stared down at me with an intense expression. His left hand came to my hip and I leaned my head back onto his shoulder. This was almost a very intimate moment for us for I could feel his hot breath on me while below I could just feel a pressure on my ass - I knew just how excited he was getting to be dancing with me. Over behind us, the girls did the exact same movement as I was doing and by the looks of it the girls were really working their charms on them; the boys' eyes were glazed over as they were captivated by my friends. These boys are so losing.

It's a very, very, merry, merry Christmas.

Gonna stay with you 'til Santa grants my wishes.

Then with a bright smile, I twirled away from Edward and pushed on his chest. He didn't exactly stumble like I thought he would. He had such a huge shit-eater grin on his face while he let himself be pushed back before he adjusted quickly and got back to his stance of confidently dancing beside me. Emmett and Jasper however, weren't so lucky; as Rosalie and Alice copied my moves and pushed the boys away from them, Emmett stumbled and nearly took out his friend on the guitar. He luckily caught himself and recovered. Jasper almost straight up fell over but he readjusted himself - but it was not missed by the crowd how he was obviously being affected by the pixie before him as they all laughed at the sight.

Got my halo on I know what I want

It's who I'm with.

It's an extraordinary merry...

very, very, merry, merry Christmas!

Gonna party on 'til Santa grants my wishes.

Got my halo on I know what I want

It's who I'm with.

It's an extraordinary merry Christmas!

It's a very, very, merry, merry Christmas.

It's an extraordinary merry Christmas!

We continued to dance around each other, twirling and holding hands to dance and jive on the spot. By the end, Edward had pulled me back into his chest and on the final notes I was curled up into his side. We were breathing heavily while gazing up at each other. But soon we broke apart when the Gym exploded into thunderous cheers and screams. Behind me the girls giggled and laughed loudly as Emmett and Jasper scrambled to get away from them before they strutted up to stand beside me whereas the guys went over towards Edward.

"Thank you FSA! I hope you all enjoyed that last song of the night!" I cried into the microphone, my smile blinding as the crowd continued to clap and cheer very loudly.

"Wait! We've got a question to ask of you!" Alice reached over and grabbed my microphone to practically shriek into it. I stole a glance over at the boys and wanted to bust a gut. The three of them looked absolutely flustered with pink cheeks and their heavy breathing. I could barely see just how excited Edward was still from it. Jasper and Emmett didn't look like they fared any better; in fact it looked like they were worse off than he was as they shuffled on their feet behind him.

The crowd leaned in with curiosity as Alice continued. "So for those that might not have heard, we put a bet in place with these boys over here at the start of the night. We made a deal to see if someone - be it my ladies, or them, would falter on our last performance here; whoever did would lose the bet and have to partake in our upcoming Valentine's Day People Auction. We're going to be holding a charity that day where we'll be auctioning off people to raise money for the local Forks Hospital. And now, I got to ask you all - who do you think won this bet?!" she asked the crowd with a bright smile.

"Was it the boys?" she paused to hold the microphone out as she asked the question. The crowd yelled and clapped considerably loud but nothing that I'd find thunderous. "Or, was it us gals?" she asked again and held out the microphone out again; this time the Gym was deafeningly loud in its response. Rosalie laughed and threw her head back at the response. I heard the boys next to us groan loudly at the response.

"That's what I thought. So, I guess we'll be seeing you and the baseball team on Valentine's Day, boys!" Alice cried out and sneered at the boys before she put the microphone back on the stand. We laughed and hugged one another, with Jessica and Angela racing over to join us in the group hug.

"Whatever, they're all biased! You only won because you got boobs!" Emmett had whined at us while the music students went about rearranging everything again. All five of us flipped him off and laughed in his sulking face while we walked off stage. I looked back to see Jasper rubbing his shoulder and Edward was bent over in his own fit of laughter. I knew my man wouldn't be a sour loser at this even though I could tell he was definitely hard in trying to make me slip up. But I was happy I held my ground and got him more hot and bothered. All that sexual tension between us might've helped in our case to really try and push one another over the edge.

The lodge trip couldn't come fast enough though. I was so ready to have my time with him.

A/N: And that's part two of the Christmas Dance! Again sorry if it's shorter than the usual chapters but I figured i'd just focus more on the bet the group had between each other and their musical numbers before I'd end it - we're going to be jumping into more packed chapters that'll lead us into bigger plots for the main story.

Any feed back is always appreciated!
