Besides a couple glitches and a weird feeling that he'd been in places he was certain he hadn't gone to, like the high-tech security room with electro-charged doors, or the main Atrium, Monty was feeling quite relaxed in the golf course, currently on his umpteenth hole-in-one for the night. He'd probably been in Gator Golf for the betterment of 2 to 3 hours, enjoying the familiar peace it brought him. He especially loved it for how dim the lighting was, and for the music that played in the area, which was just his type of style when it came to relaxing. If it weren't for his sensors alerting him of an intrusion to the upper floor, he may have just powered off for the rest of the night in the golf course. Of course, though, with the sensors throwing alerts up in his vision, he was rudely pulled away from his therapeutic golf session, much to his irritation.
"Of course the DAMN kid wants to come in here... Gah, I can't get him out of my hair, can I?" He growled, walking over to the stairwell angrily. As he did so, he could have SWORN he saw a flash of blue rushing into 'Monty's Gator Grub', but he payed it no mind, assuming it was just one of the S.T.A.F.F bot flashlights illuminating the door for a moment. He walked up the stairs, but only made it halfway to the elevator before the alarms were blaring in the security office, causing him to freeze and whip back around.
"Damn flummery, that WAS the kid," He snarled, rushing back over and down the stairs. He couldn't fit through the door, but that didn't matter, considering the boy probably went out the other way. No matter, however, since the kid HAD to come back anyways to get back to the elevator, so as long as he wasn't distracted and guarded the stairs he could easily keep the kid trapped... hoping he didn't scramble out through a vent, anyways. He stood there for a good while, before a cluttered bang came from the Gator Grub, causing him to growl and walk over, assuming the kid had forgotten what the word 'stealthy' meant. However, when he got over, a S.T.A.F.F bot was on it's side struggling to get up, next to a tumbled over table, which could only be presented as the bot having bumped into the table and took itself with the table onto the ground. Monty could feel his rage building, especially when he heard the scuffing of shoes as the kid evidently bolted up the stairs and to the elevator behind Monty, of which whipped around to sprint after him. Not once did Monty actually see the child, the most he got was when he launched himself at the elevator, he caught a very brief panicked look peering through the closing crack of the doors, before the elevator sealed shut, causing Monty to roar in anger as he slashed his claws across the metal, before taking a nearby S.T.A.F.F bot, ripping it's head of, crushing said head, before discarding it. His rage was not satisfied, evidently, considering his claws were still flexing. There goes his original efforts of calming himself down, as he was right back at square one all over again. He didn't want to ruin his favorite place in the pizza plex, especially not the courses themselves, so he opted to go hunting down every single wet floor sign to break them instead. He didn't want to break the caution bots, so the sheer amount of wet floor signs around almost every corner due to the gator heads, balls and children constantly splashing water everywhere, would probably suffice to breakable objects that wouldn't ruin his prized golf course and its scenery.
Once again, Monty had to spend a good deal of time trying to ease his robotic nerves, although he did not trust himself, at ALL handling his personal golf club in his current state, so he had grabbed one of the rentals instead to try and use while golfing. He had spent most of the time hunting down and smashing the wet floor signs, so he was really only just grabbing the rental golf club. Of course, with impeccable timing, as he as walking away from the counter, he got a warning at a motion sensor was trigger up in Mazercise. Normally that was a Chica thing, since that was one of her few attractions, however there was a specific part in Mazercise only he got a motion trigger from, which was just on the inside of the vent connecting Mazercise to his area, where it came out on a balcony just a bit to the side of his gondola ride. What the hell is that kid doing now..? Is he tryna access the catwalks without me noticin'? But why would he even WANT to go up to the catwalks? Monty thought, before he set down the golf club and ball, turning his head towards the balcony with narrowed eyes. He would take the normal way up to the catwalks to try and catch the kid... if he could fit in the door as well as not be a high risk for the stairs to break. Instead, he came up with an idea that made a devious smirk creep onto his face. Considering he was not only the coolest of the Glamrock band, but also the strongest, toughest, meanest, most stylish, AND played the coolest instrument, he may as well live up to his name. Instead of attempting at a way he couldn't even go period, why not show off with a dramatic entrance, leading into a swift but cool detaining of the brat that's been causing him so many issues tonight? He was gonna enter on the gondola, which seemed reasonable enough anyways, considering the balcony is literally right beside the gondola ride.
He swiftly made his way over to the staircase that lead to one of the back parts of the props in the gondola, moving past the cutouts swiftly to leap onto a nearby seat, wrapping one of his claws around the firm rod, while he planted one of his feet on the handle to get a better stance. As the ride approached the opening leading out into the golf course, he heard the sudden sound of bells ringing right beside the ride, indicating the boy had used the gun to shoot a ball at the target, beside the gondola exit. What in the faz? What is that kid up to, those fill the splash buckets.. that ain't gonna help him get away from me.. Monty growled ever so slightly, before he was revealed in the light, almost immediately being noticed by the boy, who was currently standing on the catwalks, looking up at Monty in surprise. He forced a toothy grin, before leaning down and letting out a fierce roar that echoed slightly, before swinging himself off the ride and onto the catwalks. He slowly stood up generally straight, before taking a claw and utterly RIPPING the shooting stand next to him to pieces, with one mere hit. He then diverted his attention back to the boy, of which he lowered his sunglasses enough for the kid to see the piercing glare of menace he was giving him.
"It's time to rock 'n roll, kid," He growled, adjusting his glasses back onto his face. He didn't notice the overwhelming glitched fuzz accompanying his voice, but all he was focused on was the kid in front of him. So much so he didn't register the look of realization and horror on the boys face before he was off sprinting down the catwalks, Monty immediately giving chase afterwards. As fast as Monty is, he quickly lost sight of the kid, who was using the foliage hiding the railings as a way to go unseen by Monty, much to his annoyance as he desperately ran about the catwalks trying to find the boy. Only when he heard the bells ringing from different target stations could he pinpoint where the kid was, leaping up using his boosted jumping capabilities from the enhanced springs in his legs, to leap back down and in the kids path. Each time he did this, the kid somehow just barely managed to escape his grasp, which he made it very clear he wasn't impressed with, by how much anger fueled roaring he was doing, stomping around the catwalks like a furious beast looking around for it's slippery prey. Eventually he ended up cornering the boy, who had somehow managed to get himself stuck in the only dead end on the catwalks.
'Hahahahahahhahah...I got you now kid," Monty laughed, his claws outstretched as he stomped his way over to the boy. Suddenly, without warning, the kid slammed his hand onto a button having gone unnoticed until now by Monty. This caused a light to flicker on above him, causing him to look up, being greeted by the giant splash bucket tipping down right on top of Monty. He let out a noise of surprise before throwing his claws up, catching the rim of the bucket and keeping it from taking him out on the catwalk. Of course, this would have worked, if the catwalk had been able to handle so much weight at once. It only took a few seconds before it completely gave way under Monty's feet, sending him plummeting to the ground below. He let out an enraged and shocked roar as he fell, staring directly up at the kid, who had a face of realization and horror, looking mortified at what he just did. This was the last thing Monty saw before he heard a loud metal clang, following his vision completely glitching out, before falling into a pure darkness, with text illuminating his vision, a voice relaying it in his head.
"EXTREME DAMAGE DETECTED. INITIATING SAFETY POWER DOWN MODE TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGES." and then there was nothing, the text and voice fading out as his systems shut off..
