Samantha and Marie were cleared to head home the following Monday, but Angela, Matteo, and Isabella weren't cleared until a week after the babies were born due to complications Angela had post-delivery. Mona and Jonathan shuttled between the house and hospital, ensuring that everyone had what they needed, Jack was covering at work for the first few weeks to allow everyone to settle in at home. Hank's internship allowed him to stay home for the first two weeks, and then transition back to coming in 2-3 days per week while Sam still recuperated and adjusted to life as a new mom. And Tony won't be starting his new job at Ridgemont until the second week in August, so that will give them all plenty of time to get a family schedule together with everyone's work, school, and internship schedules. Plus Jonathan will be home for another month before school starts when Tony starts his job, so that'll help as well. And Angela owning her own business will help her in being flexible between working from home with occasional trips into the office as needed, Or bringing the babies into the office with her, And that would go for little Marie too. Or maybe...

"Mother, could you come here a moment?" Angela called out.

"Yes, dear?" Mona responded.

"This might sound a bit crazy, but I was just thinking about what we'll do when everyone is back to school and work, and I'm thinking of adding a new department into the agency."

"Angela, you just gave birth to twins two weeks ago! Why on Earth are you thinking about work?"

"Well, this department is going to take some planning, and it'd be great to get it going so we can implement it into the Midwest office as well. And since Jack will be meeting with the engineer soon, I want to get the ball rolling."

"So what is this critical department going to be? We already have every advertising department you can think of, plus accounting, payroll, human resources..."

"Actually, Mother, this will not be a normal business department. So what I was thinking is that we incorporate a daycare into the offices. What do you think? It's crazy, right?"

"No dear, I don't think that's crazy at all. I think it's a GREAT idea!"

"And I know the perfect person to run it."

"Who is that?"

"Bonnie! She is going to school for early education. She loves kids, and she's easygoing."

"Not to mention she can relate to kids too."

"Mother! She isn't THAT bad!"

"That's true. Julia is much worse."

"Oh, Mother..." Angela sighed.

Angela put Mona in charge of what is needed for construction details, while Bonnie was getting info together for the aestetics of the spaces, and Angela herself looked into all the legalities and permits needed. Angela knew that there would be at least four employees currently who could utilize the daycare, and two others with babies on the way. Plus her babies and Marie, so they'd be looking at roughly 10 infants and toddlers to start with in the Manhattan office. And Jack and Carol had their own little bundle of joy on the way, so they were all in for the daycare in the Midwest office. Carol even offered to run it, at least to start with.

After the aftermath of the accident and Tony and Angela leaving Iowa, Angela had started having discussions with Jack about where he and Carol would like to relocate to if they were to move to the Midwest, and after some exploring of some of the larger big cities in and around Wisconsin, they decided on Waukesha. It was a good area to open the second branch of The Bower Agency, and was only 90 minutes from Carol's parents, so that would work for everyone. Jack spent time flyng back and forth between New York and Waukesha, meeting with civil engineers, planners, and construction crews. The Waukesha office would be ready to open by late August, and Angela would be headed out for the official grand opening in mid-September. Carol was due in early June, and she and Jack were closing on their new house in Wisconsin mid-July. It was in Greenburg, or Cedardale, or something like that. Jack would still be traveling back and forth a bit while he was wrapping up a few campaigns in New York, but would be fully moved to Wisconsin by the end of July. Tony and Jonathan would be helping Jack with moving the last week in July. The Manhattan office would be closed for a few weeks beginning mid-July to make changes for the daycare and moving some office space around, so Mona would be home to help care for the babies. And Mrs. Rossini offered to come help if it was needed as well. Everyone was willing to pitch in wherever they could to ensure a smooth transition that Jack's move to Wisconsin and a new branch would bring.

A few weeks before the end of the spring quarter, Jonathan came running into the kitchen. "Mom, Dad, I just got some news from my guidance counselor." he yelled out.

"Yeah, pal, what's that?" Tony asked.

"Well, do you remember the program that Sam did where she skipped a year of high school?"

"Yes..." Angela said.

"I guess they've changed it so that it's more of a independent study program. And my guidance counselor said that I could work on it in the fall and graduate a semester early. And the best part, I can do it all from home! So I can be here to help with Matty and Bella while you are both at work. I know that you've got the daycare starting up in the fall, but if one of them is sick or something, you won't have to stay home then every time."

"Jonathan, that's great, but we don't expect you to take care of the babies when you have schoolwork to do too," Tony said.

"No Dad, it wouldn't be like that. See, I explained our family situation to my counselor, and she said that me helping with the babies - all three of them even - would be part of the Family Life requirement I wouldn't be getting with doing the independent study,. And I could even help out at the daycare too with Bonnie one day a week."

"Wow, honey, you've really thought this through. I'm impressed!"

"Thanks, Mom. So can I do the program? You guys need to approve it."

"Absolutely!" Tony and Angela replied together.
