"That's the situation," Shepherd says. In front of him, on the other side of his desk sit Enterprise and Belfast.

"Why do things keep getting more frustrating?" Enterprise says with a hand on her head. Shepherd chuckles a bit.

"Welcome to command" He says. He turns to Belfast.

"Belfast, you more than I do, what exactly is the situation in the Royal Navy right now"

"I am unsure myself, I have not attended a meeting in quite some time however I do know that many in command and in government are becoming anxious, mostly likely worried about the Ironblood" Belfast says. Shepherd sighs heavily, his head turned towards the window, a pen in his hand tapping against the desk.

"This isn't the best time to start becoming paranoid" He turns to look at Belfast.

"I have a few spots open on my new fleet, would you like to join it?" He asks Belfast.

"Are you sure my lord, have you gotten permission from her majesty?" Belfast asks him.

"I'm the Commander, Belfast, I don't need it" Shepherd responds sharply. Belfast thinks for a moment.

"I accept, my lord" Belfast says.

"Welcome to the fleet Belfast, unfortunately I'm gonna ask you to leave my office, Enterprise and I have things to discuss, I won't keep her for too long" Shepherd says. Belfast stands up and bows.

"Are you gonna make those reservations for tonight Bel?" Enterprise asks.

"I promised yesterday that I wanted today to be special, didn't I love ?" Belfast says leaving the room, closing the door behind her. Enterprise takes out the folder that Shepherd gave to her yesterday.

"Is it really ok to bring Belfast, Shepherd?" Enterprise asks.

"Politically, probably not, but we need good shipgirls for my plans. And I have no doubt that as head of the Royal Maids, she'll be telling their council everything we do" Shepherd says.

"Let's get back to the fleet, what do you think?" He asks Enterprise.

"I think I approve of all the ships that you chose for the new fleet," Enterprise says, handing the file to Shepherd.

"Good, I feel like it's a good start, my plan for right now is to create one large fleet that's under our command, in the future multiple standard size fleets that we can use for grand strategy with a sizable reserve to send reinforcements," Shepherd explains. Enterprise thinks for a moment.

"Will the factions really be okay with all of this" Enterprise asks.

"The plan is to take a few at a time, right now we actually have very few ships under complete command, we won't be able to keep most of the Union ships that we have , they have to go back to the Atlantic fleet, we'll be able to keep H Force up until after our first objective" Shepherd opens a drawer and takes out a few small unfolds a map of the Mediterranean and the Middle East He takes a pen and taps it near Cyprus.

"We have a Siren base in between the Suez and Cyprus, and from the reports that I've gotten from the Legion's backers and from Azur Lane operatives, the Siren forces there are getting bigger and stronger. After that there's a small base in the Arabian Sea. The problem is what to do after we take down these two" The next map unfolded shows the Indian and Pacific Oceans, dozens of red dots are marked on it.

"If we continue on our plan of heading into the pacific at the same pace, I can probably guess what they might do if a neutral fleet isn't there"

"What makes you say that?" Enterprise asks.

"The British government has a tendency to use force to make sure that their position in the world is maintained, many of them still think that the empire can still remain on top. We either have to scrap all of this" He says waving his hand at the pacific.

"Or we can go at a faster pace" He says with a frown. Enterprise notices this.

"And you don't like that idea" She says.

"No plan should be done without first understanding what can and can't be done, too many times that wasn't the case during the war" Shepherd says, memories of the Western Front flash in his mind. He shakes his head a bit.

"If we continue on the original plan, everything has to happen sooner, it can be done, but the legions in the area need time to fully mobilize" He says. Enterprise looks at the map.

"How many legions are there?" She asks. Shepherd thinks for a moment.

"Thirty"

"That's a lot," She says, slightly surprised.

"Well armed and funded to" Shepherd adds with a smile. Looking back at the map, Shepherd points at India.

"We have the Legion in India, the 10th Chandragupta, they'll be able to help by the time we handle the Sirens near the Suez, only if we start tomorrow or the day after"

"Isn't the Queen waiting for your response about the fleet?" Enterprise asks.

She is, but I have an idea about that" Shepherd says. A knock is heard. Enterprise walks over and opens the door revealing a shorter tanned skin woman with light blonde hair, holding a stack of folders close to her chest.

"Brooklyn?" Enterprise says confused.

"Enterprise. It's been awhile" Brooklyn says as she walks past Enterprise putting the stack of folders on Shepherd's desk. Shaking hands with both Enterprise and Shepherd.

"Brooklyn here will be our secretary for the foreseeable future, she'll be handling everything that doesn't require our signatures" Shepherd says. He turns his head towards the Enterprise.

"How much space do you exactly need to launch and land planes from your deck?" He asks her.

"I'm not too sure, I've never tested it before" She responds.

"Later, meet up with my Legion and figure it out, I didn't need you to send out planes on the previous missions but we won't have that luxury in the future" Shepherd says. Enterprise simply nods. Shepherd then hands a folder to Brooklyn.

"This is some of the stuff that has to be done, your computer has everything else in your office" Shepherd says. Brooklyn looks at him.

"Anything else?" Brooklyn asks.

"I need you to write a letter addressed to the Queen," Shepherd says. Brooklyn simply sighs, closing her eyes and looking down, pinching her nose annoyed.

"Of course it would be her," Brooklyn says.

"Not fun to deal with huh" Shepherd says with a small smile. Brooklyn opens her eyes and glares at him.

"Never, she's annoying to talk to, I had to write numerous letters and reports to her for the Comma-" She pauses, noticing her mistake, a sad look on her face.

"For the previous Commander" She corrects. Enterprise and Shepherd both share a knowing look.

"Ok, Enterprise, I'll contact you the time for those tests. Brooklyn, your office is opposite of mine. Enjoy the day" Shepherd says. Brooklyn and Enterprise leave the office, Brooklyn heading into her office and Enterprise going back to Belfast and her room.

Shepherd looks back at the array of maps still on his desk. Red dots marks are all over the map, the oceans mostly controlled by the sirens. Shepherd simply stares at the array of maps in front of him. Thinking. Planning. Wanting.
